Description
【0001】

[Prior art]
Conventionally, in cell broadcast (CBS) in which broadcast communication is simultaneously performed to
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 3, the
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional cell broadcast (CBS) system, even emergency information such as the occurrence of a disaster can be notified to the terminal as a normal call, incoming mail service, or cell broadcast, and specially handled as emergency information. There wasn't.
[0005]
Therefore, depending on the setting of the reception notification mode of the user, for example, when carrying in the bag in the vibration mode, the incoming call may not be noticed even if the mobile phone is turned on.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a portable terminal capable of receiving an incoming call notification that is particularly easy to recognize when a cell broadcast of emergency information is received. is there.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
When the mobile terminal having the emergency information reception notification function of the present invention receives a cell broadcast including a signal indicating emergency information, it displays that the emergency information has been received regardless of the currently set notification operation. blink forcibly vibrate at or forcibly large amplitude and loud ringer sound, it has rows easily informing operation recognition holders of the portable terminal is currently connected by a specific operation of the user In addition to cells, cell broadcasts of neighboring cells are demodulated .
[0008]
The portable terminal is configured to perform a normal notification operation after performing a notification operation that is easy for the holder to recognize.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A mobile phone according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The cell broadcast to the mobile phone according to the embodiment is performed by the same communication network as that described with reference to FIG. 2, but the transmitted information has at least 1 information for distinguishing between the emergency cell broadcast and the normal cell broadcast. Bit included.
[0011]
The operation when the mobile phone of the embodiment receives a cell broadcast will be described with reference to FIG. In step S1, when a new cell broadcast message is received, it is determined in step S2 whether the received information is emergency information. If it is emergency information, the process proceeds to step S4. Otherwise, the process proceeds to step S3. And processed as normal information.
[0012]
In step S4, the reception mode is switched to the emergency information mode, and the process proceeds to step S5. In step S5, a timer is set and the process proceeds to step S6. In step S6, an incoming call notification is performed in the emergency information mode. That is, regardless of the setting of the incoming call notification, the emergency information is received and the LCD is blinked, the ringer sound is forcibly set to the maximum volume, and is forcibly vibrated with the maximum amplitude.
[0013]
Next, in step S7, the timer counter is incremented and the process proceeds to step S8. In step S8, it is determined whether or not the timer counter has reached a set value. If it has been set, the process proceeds to step S10, and if not, the process proceeds to step S9. In step S10, after clearing the timer counter, a normal incoming call notification mode is set.
[0014]
In step S9, it is determined whether or not there is a key input. If there is a key input, the process proceeds to step S11, and if not, step S6 is repeated. In step S11, while the received information is displayed, the blinking, ringer, and vibration of the LCD are stopped to enter the normal incoming mode, and the received information is displayed. In step S9, when a specific key is input, information from a base station adjacent to the currently connected base station is received and displayed.
[0015]
The effect of receiving information from neighboring base stations in this way will be described. For example, when a disaster straddles a plurality of cells, it is conceivable that the emergency information designates a different evacuation route for each cell in order to avoid confusion. That is, the evacuation route A may be designated in a certain cell, and the evacuation route B may be designated in another cell.
[0016]
In this case, if there are many mobile phone users in the cell receiving the same information, confusion may occur due to all of the users being guided to the same evacuation route. By obtaining the above, the user can make advanced judgments and avoid confusion.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the portable terminal of the present invention, since a notification operation that is easy to recognize when a cell broadcast of emergency information is received, the emergency information can be reliably transmitted to the user.
[0018]
In addition, since emergency information from other cells can be received , a high degree of judgment can be made from a large amount of information, and confusion can be avoided.
