Description
The present invention relates to a wiping sheet used to wipe a human body or an object by impregnating a fiber sheet with a cleaning agent.
For example, cleansing cotton belonging to quasi-drugs, “base cloth-impregnated cosmetics” belonging to cosmetics, and “wet tissue” belonging to miscellaneous goods as products for wiping away and cleaning dirt on the skin, specifically hands, fingers, and bodies. A wiping sheet or the like is known.
As this wiping sheet, for example, Patent Document 1 or the like, a absorbent solution such as chlorohexidine gluconate dissolved in pharmacopoeia purified water is soaked in absorbent cotton, non-woven fabric, woven fabric or paper, etc. A solution in which an aqueous solution containing a disinfectant or the like is soaked has been proposed.
A chemical solution or an aqueous solution used for such a wiping sheet is added with a bactericidal preservative or the like in order to kill microorganisms and prevent their growth and prevent deterioration and deterioration. And as a bactericidal preservative, for example, when used as a chemical solution for wiping sheets such as paraben, benzoic acid, benzoate, benzalkonium chloride, benzethonium chloride, cetylpyridium chloride, etc. The one with is used.
This bactericidal preservative is considered to have low irritation and toxicity to the human body and high antibacterial and antiseptic properties. In particular, when a person with low skin resistance, such as an infant or an elderly person, uses these characteristics in a chemical solution or an aqueous solution used for a wiping sheet.
However, in the chemicals and aqueous solutions used for the wiping sheet, the antibacterial properties and the irritation to the skin sometimes conflict with each other, and no single bactericidal preservative has been obtained that satisfies both. This is the current situation.
Further, in the wiping sheet, it is desired that the feeling of use when the skin is wiped, specifically, the sticky feeling of the wiped portion, etc. is suppressed. It is necessary to select moisture-proofing agents, etc., that affect the feeling of use contained in the product, taking into consideration the safety to the human body and the like.
The present invention provides a wiping sheet that suppresses irritation to the skin without impairing the antibacterial and antiseptic effects, and is excellent in feeling when used for wiping.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventors have made extensive studies, and as a result, review the selection and ratio of each material component contained in the cleaning agent. Specifically, they are contained in the cleaning agent. By increasing the amount of water, it was found that irritation to the skin was suppressed without impairing the antibacterial and antiseptic effect, and a cleaning agent capable of suppressing stickiness of the wiped portion was obtained, and the present invention was completed. It was.
That is, the wiping sheet according to the present invention comprises a fiber sheet impregnated with a cleaning agent, and the cleaning agent comprises water , a bactericidal preservative, an alcohol-based moisturizing agent, a water-soluble moisturizing agent, and a solubilizing agent. , the ratio of water with respect to the entire agent 94.52% by weight or more, 98.5 or less weight percent, Pas Raokishi benzoate as a bactericide preservative, ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, either of cetylpyridinium chloride 1 ratio of more species respectively 0.03 wt% or more based on the whole agent, is 1% by weight or less, as alcohol humectant, the ratio of propylene glycol also acts as a solubilizer sterilizing antiseptic throughout the drug against and 0.5 wt% or more and 5 wt% or less, the proportion of sodium lactate 0.05% by weight or more relative to the entire agent as a water-soluble humectant, is 0.2 wt% or less, further, allowed Solubilization The ratio of the polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil used as the agent is 0.05% by weight based on the whole drug.
Further, the bed bath seat according to the present invention, preferably, the cleaning agent, relative to the entire agent, water is 96.52 wt%, methyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.15 wt% as a bactericide preservative, para Ethyl benzoate is 0.05% by weight, cetylpyridinium chloride is 0.03% by weight, propylene glycol is 3% by weight as an alcohol humectant , and sodium lactate is 0.2% by weight as a water-soluble humectant. is there.
This wiping sheet, the amount of water contained in the cleaning agent of 94.52 wt% or more, and the ratio of 98.5 wt% or less, Pas Raokishi methyl benzoate as a bactericide preservative, ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, cetyl chloride each 0.03 wt% or more of any one or more of pyridinium for the entire drug are contained in a proportion of 1 wt% or less. That is, in this wiping sheet, in the cleaning agent contained in the fiber sheet, the amount of water that does not affect the skin is increased, and the minimum amount of bactericidal preservatives that are not affected by the skin is minimal. Since the amount of the antibacterial and antiseptic effect is suppressed to the minimum amount, the skin irritation can be suppressed without impairing the antibacterial and antiseptic effect.
Further, in this wiping sheet, the cleaning agent contained in the fiber sheet, by reducing the content of the sterilizing preservative is an alcohol-based moisturizers also function as a solubilizer for dispersing or dissolving the bactericidal preservative Since the content of propylene glycol can be suppressed to a ratio of 0.5 wt% or more and 5 wt% or less, it is possible to suppress the sticky feeling of the wiped portion.
Furthermore, in this wiping sheet, in the cleaning agent contained in the fiber sheet, the content of sodium lactate , which is a water-soluble humectant , is contained in a proportion of 0.05% by weight or more and 0.2% by weight or less. The content of the alcohol humectant can be suppressed. That is, in this wiping sheet, by containing a predetermined amount of a water-soluble moisturizing agent that has little effect on the skin in the cleaning agent, an alcohol-based moisturizing agent that is more irritating to the skin than the water-soluble moisturizing agent. Since the content can be suppressed, irritation to the skin can be further suppressed.
Hereinafter, the wiping sheet to which the present invention is applied will be described in detail.
The wiping sheet to which the present invention is applied is used to wipe a human body or an object by impregnating a fiber sheet with a cleaning agent. Specifically, when used on the human body, the wiping sheet is a clean cotton belonging to quasi-drugs, “base cloth-impregnated cosmetics” belonging to cosmetics, miscellaneous goods, etc. Such as “wet tissue” to which it belongs.
As the fiber sheet used for the wiping sheet, for example, a fabric in which natural fibers or synthetic fibers are formed on a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, or a knitted fabric can be used. Among these, a cloth made of a nonwoven fabric is most preferably used because of versatility and cost. Specifically, examples of natural fibers include cotton, silk, hemp, wool, and pulp. Examples of synthetic fibers include polyethylene terephthalate, polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylic, nylon, vinylon, polyvinyl chloride, and polyurethane. And rayon. Moreover, the cloth which mixed these natural fiber and synthetic fiber can be used.
Furthermore, as the fiber sheet, it is also possible to use a fabric made of a non-woven fabric or the like that does not use a binder or the like, which is proposed in, for example, JP-A-9-78419. Specifically, a high-pressure water jet is applied to a nonwoven fabric composed of fine pulp fibers having a predetermined water retention and discontinuous regenerated cellulose fibers or synthetic fibers having a predetermined fiber length, and the fibers are entangled. It is also possible to use a water-disintegrating nonwoven fabric that has sufficient strength to withstand use in a dry state and retains the web shape in a wet state with a liquid, and that disintegrates into a fiber form very easily and quickly when immersed in a large amount of water. Is possible.
And the cleaning agent impregnated in this fiber sheet is at least water, a bactericidal antiseptic that imparts a bactericidal and antiseptic effect to the wiping sheet, and a moisturizing agent that imparts a moisturizing feeling to the skin when wiped Contains.
For example, distilled water or purified water is used as the water contained in the cleaning agent. And in this cleaning chemical | medical agent, irritation | stimulation with respect to skin is suppressed by enlarging the quantity of the water contained in a chemical | medical agent, and suppressing content of another material. Moreover, in this cleaning chemical | medical agent, cost reduction can be achieved by suppressing content of materials other than water.
Specifically, water is contained in a proportion of 90% by weight or more and 98.5% by weight or less based on the whole drug.
When the ratio of water is less than 90% by weight with respect to the whole drug, the ratio of the drug such as bactericidal preservatives and moisturizers other than water increases, and there is a possibility that the cleansing drug is highly irritating to the skin. Further, in this case, there is a risk of feeling sticky when wiping. On the other hand, when the proportion of water is more than 98.5% by weight with respect to the whole medicine, the proportion of medicines other than water, such as bactericidal preservatives and moisturizers, decreases, so that the bactericidal / preservative effect cannot be obtained or wiping is performed. There is a possibility that the feeling of use of the sheet may be impaired.
Therefore, in the cleaning agent, by setting the amount of water contained in the range of 90% by weight or more and 98.5% by weight or less, the irritation to the skin is suppressed without damaging the antibacterial and antiseptic effect, and the wiping is performed. It becomes possible to provide the wiping sheet which is excellent in the feeling of use when doing.
Disinfecting antiseptics contained in the cleaning agent include, for example, paraoxybenzoates such as methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, benzoic acid and its sodium salt, salicylic acid and its sodium salt, sorbic acid and its potassium salt Acid compounds such as dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt, phenol compounds such as isopropylmethylphenol and resorcin, halogenated phenol compounds such as hexachlorophene and triclosan, carbanilide compounds such as triclocarban and halocarban, benzalkco chloride And cationic compounds such as nium, benzethonium chloride, cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorhexidine gluconate, and chlorhexidine hydrochloride. In addition to these compounds, for example, compounds such as phenoxyethanol, chlorobutanol, zinc pyrithione, zinc paraphenolsulfonate, hinokitiol, and the like can be given. And it mixes with any 1 type or multiple types of the compounds mentioned above. In addition, among the above-mentioned sterilizing and preserving agents, for example, paraoxybenzoic acid esters and cationic compounds that can impart a bactericidal and antiseptic effect to the wiping sheet are suitably used.
And a bactericidal preservative is contained in the ratio of 0.03 weight% or more and 1 weight% or less with respect to the whole chemical | medical agent.
If the proportion of the sterilizing and preserving agent is less than 0.03% by weight based on the whole drug, it is difficult to impart the antibacterial and antiseptic effect to the wiping sheet because the sterilizing and preserving agent contained in the drug is too small. Become. On the other hand, if the proportion of the sterilizing preservative is more than 1% by weight with respect to the whole medicine, there is a possibility that the sterilizing preservative contained in the medicine is too much to become a cleansing medicine with high irritation to the skin.
Therefore, in the cleansing agent, by making the amount of the bactericidal preservative contained in the range of 0.03% by weight or more and 1% by weight or less, it is possible to suppress irritation to the skin without impairing the antibacterial and antiseptic effect. It becomes possible to provide a possible wiping sheet.
Moreover, in a cleaning chemical | medical agent, at least alcohol type moisturizer and a water-soluble moisturizer are contained as a moisturizer.
Examples of the alcohol humectant contained in the cleaning agent include monovalent lower alcohols such as ethanol and propanol, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, butylene glycol, and 3-methyl-1,3. -Dihydric alcohols such as butanediol (isoprene glycol), 2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diol, hexylene glycol, 2,4-dimethylpentane-2,4-diol, glycerin, sorbitol, diglycerin, etc. Polyhydric alcohols, ether compounds of these various alcohols with monovalent lower alcohols (methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, etc.), esters of the above-mentioned various alcohols with lower fatty acids, and the like. Using a mixture of any one or more of these.
Note that the alcohol-based moisturizing agent here can also function as a solubilizing agent that disperses or dissolves the above-described sterilizing and preserving agent.
In the cleaning agent, since the content of the sterilizing preservative described above is reduced, the content of the alcohol-based moisturizing agent that also functions as a solubilizing agent for dispersing or dissolving the sterilizing preservative can be suppressed. The sticky feeling of the wiped part can be suppressed.
Specifically, the alcohol humectant is contained in a proportion of 0.5 wt% or more and 5 wt% or less with respect to the entire drug.
When the proportion of alcohol moisturizer is less than 0.5% by weight based on the total amount of the drug, there is too little alcohol moisturizer contained in the drug to give the skin a moisturizing sensation. Becomes difficult. On the other hand, if the proportion of the alcohol moisturizer is more than 5% by weight with respect to the whole drug, there is too much alcohol moisturizer contained in the drug, causing a sticky feeling when wiping, or causing irritation to the skin. There is a risk of becoming a high cleaning agent.
Therefore, in the cleansing agent, by making the amount of the alcohol-type moisturizing agent contained in the range of 0.5% by weight or more and 5% by weight or less, the skin is appropriately given a moisturizing feeling and has a sticky feeling. It becomes possible to provide a wiping sheet capable of suppressing and suppressing irritation to the skin.
Examples of the water-soluble humectant contained in the cleaning agent include sodium lactate, sorbitol, sodium pyrrolidonecarboxylate, trimethylglycine, sodium hyaluronate, etc., and any one or more of these may be mixed. Use.
And in the cleansing agent, by containing a predetermined amount of a water-soluble moisturizer that has little effect on the skin, the content of the alcohol-type moisturizer that is more irritating to the skin than this water-soluble moisturizer can be suppressed. Therefore, irritation to the skin can be further suppressed.
Specifically, the water-soluble humectant is contained in a proportion of 0.05% by weight or more and 0.2% by weight or less based on the whole drug.
If the ratio of the water-soluble humectant to the whole drug is less than 0.05% by weight, it becomes difficult to suppress the content of the alcohol-type humectant in the drug, which may impair the feeling of use at the wiping site. . On the other hand, when the ratio of the water-soluble humectant to the whole drug is more than 0.2% by weight , the amount of the water-soluble humectant contained in the drug is too much like the alcohol-type moisturizer, so that it becomes sticky when wiped off. A feeling may arise and the usability of the wiping sheet may be impaired.
Therefore, in the cleansing agent, by setting the amount of the water-soluble humectant contained in the range of 0.05% by weight or more and 0.2% by weight or less, the alcohol is more irritating to the skin than the water-soluble humectant. It becomes possible to provide a wiping sheet that can suppress the irritation to the skin by suppressing the content of the system moisturizing agent and that has a feeling of stickiness and is excellent in use feeling.
Moreover, in a cleaning chemical | medical solution, it is also possible to add an oily moisturizer other than the moisturizer mentioned above, for example. Specific examples of the oily moisturizer include castor oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, cacao oil, coconut oil, coconut oil, tree wax, jojoba oil, avocado oil, and other vegetable oils, beeswax, whale wax, lanolin, carnauba wax. Waxes such as candelilla wax, hydrocarbons such as squalane, liquid paraffin, microcrystalline wax, ceresin wax, paraffin wax, petrolatum, lauric acid, myristic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, isostearic acid, behenic acid, etc. Fatty acids, cetanol, stearyl alcohol, hexyl decanol, octyldodecanol, higher alcohols such as lauryl alcohol, esters such as isopropyl myristate, octyldodecyl myristate, octyldodecyl oleate, cholesteryl oleate Sodium polyacrylate, and the like cellulose or mixtures thereof. And these oily moisturizers are added in an appropriate amount in a state where one kind or a plurality of kinds are mixed according to the purpose of use of the wiping sheet.
Further, in this detergent solution, in addition to the above-mentioned water, bactericidal preservative, moisturizer, solubilizers such as polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene oleyl ether, clinse seed, tragacanth gum, pectin, alginate, Cellulose derivatives, acrylic acid polymers, pea gums, labnites, hyaluronic acid salts, chondroitinic acid thickeners, paraffin sulfonate zinc, vitamins, amino acid derivatives and other medicinal ingredients, fragrances, dyes, buffers, chelating agents, A pH adjusting agent, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet ray inhibitor and the like can be contained depending on the purpose of use of the wiping sheet.
The wiping sheet having the above configuration is heat-sealed to a water vapor impermeable soft packaging material in consideration of the number suitable for one use, for example, for convenience of storage, carrying and use. It is sealed by the above method to form one package. In other words, the wiping sheet is used as a single pack as a portable pack or a stationary packaging body stored in an encapsulating bag made of a soft packaging material having an outlet for a plurality of uses.
And as a flexible packaging material for storing the wiping sheet, for example, a resin film generally used for packaging applications such as pharmaceuticals and retort foods that require moisture-proof packaging, a composite film of metal foil and resin film, so-called laminate A film or the like can be used.
Specifically, as a flexible packaging material, for example, a composite film of cellophane (hereinafter referred to as PT) and polyethylene (hereinafter referred to as PE), biaxially oriented polypropylene (hereinafter referred to as OPP) and PE. Composite film of polyester, polyester (hereinafter referred to as PET) and PE, composite film of PET and unstretched polypropylene (hereinafter referred to as CPP), biaxially stretched nylon (hereinafter referred to as Ny) A composite film of PT, PE, aluminum foil (hereinafter referred to as Al foil) and PE, a composite film of OPP, PE, A1 foil, and PE sequentially laminated, Composite film in which PET, PE, Al foil and PE are laminated in sequence, PET, aluminum vacuum deposition (hereinafter referred to as VM) and PE, OPP and V A composite film with PE, composite film between PET and Al foil and CPP, composite films of Ny and Al foil and CPP and the like.
In the wiping sheet, if the flexible packaging material has both heat resistance and toughness, such as a composite film of PET, Al foil and CPP, or a composite film of Ny, Al foil and CPP, etc. However, it is also possible to perform high-pressure steam sterilization in a state where it is in a single body.
Moreover, as an outlet for taking out the wiping sheet, any structure and material can be used as long as it can be repeatedly opened and sealed repeatedly. For example, it is made of vinyl chloride (PVC) used in ordinary portable packs. Flap labels and plastic lids can be used. When a plastic opening / closing lid is used, the label at the outlet is not one that can be repeatedly opened and sealed, but one that is peeled off once and opened.
The wiping sheet stored in the soft packaging material described above has a wet tensile strength of 200 g / 50 mm width or more, preferably 300 g / 50 mm width or more in one direction in the plane of the main surface, and in-plane The tensile strength when wet in a direction substantially perpendicular to the one direction is 50 g / 50 mm width or more, preferably 100 g / 50 mm width or more.
When the tensile strength when wet is lower than this range, the wiping sheet is easily broken when the wiping sheet is taken out from the outlet.
In the wiping sheet described above, the amount of water contained in the cleaning agent is 90% by weight or more and 98.5% by weight or less, and the amount of the bactericidal / preservative is 0.03% by weight or more, 1% by weight. % Or less.
In this way, in the wiping sheet, the amount of water in the cleaning agent is increased, and the bactericidal and antiseptic agent that is irritating to the skin is suppressed to the minimum amount that provides the minimum antibacterial and antiseptic effect. Therefore, irritation to the skin can be suppressed without impairing the antibacterial and antiseptic effects.
Moreover, in the wiping sheet, since the content of materials other than water in this cleaning agent is suppressed, cost reduction can be achieved.
Furthermore, in this wiping sheet, the content of the alcohol-based moisturizing agent that becomes a solubilizing agent for the sterilizing preservative is reduced to 0.5% by weight or more by suppressing the content of the sterilizing preservative in the cleaning agent. Since it can suppress to the ratio of weight% or less, the sticky feeling of the wiped location can be suppressed.
Furthermore, this wiping sheet contains a predetermined amount of a water-soluble humectant that has little effect on the skin. Specifically, the water-soluble humectant is 0.05% by weight or more and 0.2% by weight or less. Since the content of the alcohol-type moisturizing agent, which is more irritating to the skin than the water-soluble moisturizing agent, can be suppressed, the irritation to the skin can be further suppressed.
That is, in this wiping sheet, irritation to the skin can be greatly suppressed without impairing the antibacterial and antiseptic effect, and stickiness when wiped can be suppressed.
Hereinafter, the produced sample for demonstrating the above-mentioned this invention is demonstrated. First, Sample 1 to Sample 5 verified for the amount of the bactericidal and preservative contained in the cleaning agent will be described.

<Sample 2>
In Sample 2, a cleaning agent containing 0.03% by weight of a bactericidal preservative was prepared in the same manner as Sample 1 described above except that only 0.03 parts by weight of cetylpyridinium chloride was added as a bactericidal preservative. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 1 mentioned above except having used this cleaning chemical | medical solution.
<Sample 3>
In Sample 3, a cleaning agent containing 1% by weight of a bactericidal preservative was prepared in the same manner as Sample 2 described above, except that 1 part by weight of methyl paraoxybenzoate serving as a bactericidal preservative was added. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 1 mentioned above except having used this cleaning chemical | medical solution.
<Sample 4>

And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 1 mentioned above except having used this cleaning chemical | medical solution.
<Sample 5>
In Sample 5, a cleaning agent containing 1.2% by weight of a bactericidal preservative was prepared in the same manner as Sample 2 except that 1.2 parts by weight of methyl paraoxybenzoate serving as a bactericidal preservative was added. . And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 1 mentioned above except having used this cleaning chemical | medical solution.
Next, the obtained samples 1 to 5 were evaluated for the antifungal test and skin irritation.
Table 1 below shows the results of evaluating the anti-rust test and skin irritation in each sample.
In addition, the flaw-proofing test here was performed in accordance with the “fouling-proofing test method” defined by the Japan Clean Paper Cotton Industry Association. Specifically, each sample was inoculated with 0.1 ml of a bacterial solution containing 2 × 10 5 strains (Aspergillus niger) in 1 ml, and after culturing at room temperature for 7 days, Check. Table 1 shows the number of bacteria counted by a microscopic counting method. The case where black spots were not observed was indicated by a circle, and the case where black spots were observed was indicated by an x mark.
The skin irritation was evaluated as follows. The back of an adult hand was wiped twice a day every 12 hours with the wiping sheet of each sample, and after continuing for 1 week, the state of the skin was visually confirmed. And in Table 1, the case where erythema etc. are not confirmed on the back of the hand is indicated by ◯, the case where erythema can barely be confirmed on the back of the hand is indicated by △, and the case where erythema can be clearly confirmed on the back of the hand is indicated by ×. .
From the evaluation results shown in Table 1, Sample 1 to Sample 3 containing a sterilizing preservative in a proportion of 0.03% to 1% by weight are compared to Sample 4 having a sterilizing preservative content of 0.01% by weight. It can be seen that the number of surviving bacteria is small and no black spots are observed.
From the evaluation results shown in Table 1, it can be seen that Samples 1 to 3 have a lower degree of skin irritation than Sample 5 having a content of 1.2% by weight of the antiseptic and preservative.
Therefore, when preparing the cleaning chemical solution, setting the content of the bactericidal antiseptic to be in the range of 0.03% to 1% by weight can appropriately obtain the bactericidal effect and suppress irritation to the skin. It turns out that it is very important in obtaining an excellent cleaning chemical.
Next, Samples 1 and 6 to Sample 13 verified for the amount of the humectant contained in the cleaning agent will be described.

<Sample 9>
In Sample 9, a cleaning agent was prepared in the same manner as Sample 1, except that the amount of sodium lactate added as a water-soluble humectant was 5 parts by weight. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 1 mentioned above except having used this cleaning chemical | medical solution.
<Sample 10>
In Sample 10, a cleaning agent was prepared in the same manner as Sample 1, except that the amount of propylene glycol added as an alcohol-based humectant was 0.3 parts by weight. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 1 mentioned above except having used this cleaning chemical | medical solution.
<Sample 11>
In Sample 11, a cleaning agent was prepared in the same manner as Sample 1, except that the amount of propylene glycol added as an alcohol humectant was 5.5 parts by weight. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 1 mentioned above except having used this cleaning chemical | medical solution.
<Sample 12>
In Sample 12, a cleaning agent was prepared in the same manner as Sample 1 except that the amount of sodium lactate added as a water-soluble humectant was 0.03 parts by weight. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 1 mentioned above except having used this cleaning chemical | medical solution.
<Sample 13>
In Sample 13, a cleaning agent was prepared in the same manner as Sample 1 except that sodium lactate added as a water-soluble humectant was 5.5 parts by weight. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 1 mentioned above except having used this cleaning chemical | medical solution.
Next, the obtained sample 1 and samples 6 to 13 were evaluated for use feeling and skin irritation when the skin was wiped.
Table 2 below shows the results of evaluating the feeling of use and skin irritation when each sample was wiped.
In addition, the usability when wiped was evaluated as follows. The back of the hand was wiped for 10 adults with the wiping sheet of each sample, and the usability was evaluated in 4 stages. The breakdown of the four-level evaluation is as follows: A when the skin feels rough, A when the skin sensation does not change, and C when the skin feels moist. The case where it felt was set to D. Table 2 shows the evaluation contents made by 10 people for each sample.
Further, skin irritation was evaluated in the same manner as Samples 1 to 5 described above.
From the evaluation results shown in Table 2, Sample 1 and Sample 6 to Sample 9 impregnated with a cleaning agent containing 0.5 wt% to 5 wt% of an alcohol moisturizer have an alcohol moisturizer content of 0. 0. Compared to the sample 10 impregnated with 3% by weight of the cleaning agent, it can be seen that a moisturizing feeling can be imparted to the wiped portion, and the feeling of use is excellent.
Further, from the evaluation results shown in Table 2, in Samples 1 and 6 to 9, there was almost no irritation to the skin compared to Sample 11 impregnated with a cleansing agent having an alcohol moisturizer content of 5.5% by weight. I understand that there is no.
Furthermore, from the evaluation results shown in Table 2, Sample 1, Sample 7 and Sample 8 impregnated with a cleaning agent containing 0.05% to 0.2% by weight of a water-soluble humectant are those containing a water-soluble humectant. Compared to the sample 12 impregnated with 0.03% by weight of the cleansing agent, it can be seen that a moisturizing sensation can be imparted to the wiping site, and the usability is excellent.
Furthermore, from the evaluation results shown in Table 2, Sample 1, Sample 7 and Sample 8 are Sample 6 and Sample 13 impregnated with a cleaning agent having a water-soluble humectant content of 1 wt% or 5.5 wt%. It can be seen that the feeling of use is excellent without feeling sticky to the wiping area.
From this, when preparing the wiping sheet, the alcohol-based moisturizing agent is contained in a proportion of 0.5 wt% to 5 wt%, and the water-soluble moisturizing agent is contained in a proportion of 0.05 wt% to 0.2 wt% . It can be seen that impregnating the fiber sheet with the cleaning chemical solution contained in is very important in obtaining an excellent wiping sheet having excellent usability when wiping and suppressing irritation to the skin.
In particular, the wiping sheet impregnated with a cleaning agent containing water, a moisturizing agent and a bactericidal preservative at a ratio as in Sample 1 can greatly suppress irritation to the skin without impairing the antibacterial and antiseptic effect, and It turns out that it is excellent in the usability when wiped.
Next, Sample 14 to Sample 17 verified for the amount of water contained in the cleaning agent will be described.
<Sample 14>
In sample 1, a cleaning agent was first prepared. When preparing a cleansing agent, 5 parts by weight of propylene glycol as an alcohol-based moisturizer, 4.7 parts by weight of sodium lactate as a water-soluble moisturizer, 0.15 parts by weight of methyl parahydroxybenzoate as a bactericidal preservative, 0.05 parts by weight of ethyl paraoxybenzoate, 0.05 parts by weight of cetylpyridinium chloride, 0.05 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil as a solubilizer, and 90 parts by weight of water were mixed. In this way, a cleaning agent was prepared. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 6 except having used this cleaning chemical | medical agent. Thus, the wiping sheet which impregnated the cleaning chemical | medical agent containing 90 weight% of water was produced.
<Sample 15>
Sample 15 described above except that propylene glycol contained as an alcohol humectant was 1 part by weight, sodium lactate contained as a water-soluble humectant was 0.2 parts by weight, and water was 98.5 parts by weight. A cleansing agent was prepared in the same manner as Sample 14. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 6 except having used this cleaning chemical | medical agent. Thus, the wiping sheet which impregnated the cleaning chemical | medical agent containing 98.5 weight% of water was produced.
<Sample 16>
In Sample 16, a cleaning agent was prepared in the same manner as Sample 14 described above, except that sodium lactate contained as a water-soluble humectant was 5 parts by weight and water was 89.7 parts by weight. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 6 except having used this cleaning chemical | medical agent. Thus, the wiping sheet which impregnated the cleaning chemical | medical agent containing 89.7 weight% of water was produced.
<Sample 17>
For Sample 17, a cleaning agent was prepared in the same manner as Sample 15 described above, except that sodium lactate contained as a water-soluble humectant was 0.1 parts by weight and water was 98.6 parts by weight. And the wiping sheet was produced like the sample 6 except having used this cleaning chemical | medical agent. Thus, the wiping sheet which impregnated the cleaning chemical | medical agent containing 98.6 weight% of water was produced.
Next, the obtained sample 14 to sample 17 were evaluated for use feeling and skin irritation when the skin was wiped.
Table 3 below shows the results of evaluating the feeling of use and skin irritation when each sample was wiped.
In addition, evaluation here was performed by the method similar to the evaluation method performed by the sample 1 mentioned above, and the sample 6-13.
From the evaluation results shown in Table 3, sample 14 and sample 15 impregnated with a cleaning agent containing 90% to 98.5% by weight of water were impregnated with a cleaning agent having a water content of 89.7% by weight. Compared with sample 15, the sticky feeling of the wiped portion is suppressed, and it can be seen that there is almost no irritation to the skin.
In addition, from the evaluation results shown in Table 3, the sample 14 and the sample 15 can impart a moisturizing feeling to the wiping site as compared with the sample 17 impregnated with a cleaning agent having a water content of 98.6% by weight. It turns out that it is excellent in feeling.
From this, when producing a wiping sheet, impregnating the fiber sheet with a cleaning solution containing water in a proportion of 90% by weight to 98.5% by weight is excellent in use feeling when wiping, and It can be seen that it is very important in obtaining an excellent wiping sheet with reduced skin irritation.
