Description

【0001】

[0030]
As shown in the drawing, an upper cover 11 having a lower end opened outward is provided at the lower portion of the right outer wall 3c of the cover 3 with the upper hinge 10 in the front-rear direction as a center. The front and rear walls 11 a and 11 b of the upper cover 11 are bent in a U shape in plan view, and the rear wall 11 b portion is fixed to the back wall of the cover 3 with a fixing knob 57. That is, a long hole 11c is opened in the rear wall 11b with the hinge 10 as the center. By adjusting the opening / closing position of the fixing knob 57, the lower end opening size of the upper cover 11 is adjusted to open / close. If there is a lot of cut or if the remaining cut trunk is clogged in the corner, it can be discharged from the opening at the lower end to the right outside, or if the cut remaining trunk is not carried around, it can be closed.
[0031]
A pair of left and right guide rods 76 are attached to the lower side of the front opening 4 of the cover 3 as shown in FIGS. The root portion of the upright remaining trunk T is guided to the lowermost cutting portion 62 of the cutting device 61 by the guide rod. Further, a rear window 13 is provided on the back wall of the cover 3 on the side of the rear columns 29 and 29. In the illustrated example, the rear window 13 closes the opening provided in the upper half of the back surface of the cover 3 with a peeping wall 58 made of an iron plate having a small hole such as punching metal or an iron net, and is detachable on the rear surface. A resinous transparent plate 59 is attached to prevent dust from scattering to the work vehicle side, and to be cleaned when the inner wall is dirty. This rear window 13 covers the front part of the remaining trunk processing device from the rear window 13 when the remaining trunk processing device is attached to the front portion of the mobile agricultural machine 17 and travels forward through the machine body 12 for cutting work. Through the front opening 4, the driver can confirm the approach position of the upright remaining trunk T standing straight forward, and can move forward by steering the airframe 12 left and right, thereby facilitating the driving operation.
[0032]
Next, the operation of the engine 14 attached to the upper part of the remaining trunk processing device 24 will be described. The engine 14 is provided with a recoil starter 81, and a rope 82 is connected between the grip 82 disposed in the vicinity of the operator on the side of the aircraft body 12 and the recoil starter 81. The side engine 14 can be started. Reference numeral 84 denotes a support frame, and 85 denotes a wheel for stably guiding the rope 83. Since the throttle lever 15 and the stop switch 16 for operating the rotation of the engine 14 are provided in the vicinity of the driver and the engine 14 portion, the presence / absence and density of the upright remaining trunk T is detected by the sensor 77 during traveling work, and the upright remaining trunk T When there is no engine, the unnecessary high-speed rotation of the engine 14 is automatically controlled to reduce the fuel consumption cost. Further, when the rotation is low speed, the rotary shaft 1 is not driven by the action of the centrifugal clutch 35, so that it is quiet and safe. In addition, when a hard object is bitten around the rotary blade 2, the independent engine 14 can be immediately stopped manually at the driver part and the outside of the engine 14 at a plurality of locations, improving safety and preventing damage. Can be easily achieved.
[0033]
As shown in the overall side view, the remaining trunk cutting device 24 is attached to the front of the machine body of the mobile agricultural machine 17 by adjusting the inclination by an actuator 79, and the rotary tiller is attached to the rear part of the machine through a three-point link device so as to be movable up and down. Therefore, the height of the remaining trunk cutting device 24 is adjusted by rotating the operation handle of the remaining trunk cutting device 24 at the front of the aircraft to the position where the grounding plate 75 substantially contacts the upper surface of the aircraft while straddling the rod M. The cutting length of the upright remaining trunk T can be adjusted to be short and long, and the cutting process is performed first from the upper end side and dropped into the trough, and the dropped cutting trunk is simultaneously plowed by the subsequent rotary tilling device 23. it can. In other words, when using the field as a paddy field, plowing is performed by spreading water. In this case, if the remaining trunk is lengthened, the remaining trunk is held in the soil and rarely floats near the water surface, and the cut surface is removed. Since it is cut in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axial direction of the remaining trunk and the cut surface is not sharp and sharp, it is safe for the operator to walk in the field as a post-work. When a farm is used as a field, the remaining trunk is cut short, and the number of cut surfaces into which microorganisms invade is increased even in soil with low moisture to facilitate corrosion. Thus, the tilling work can be performed by making it easy to change the cutting length of the upright remaining trunk T to the optimum state in accordance with the work of the next process.
