該ベース基板の立壁に後向き状態で上下方向の傾動可能に連結支持されて常には前記外枠の前記係留片に係合する向きに付勢保持された回動フック状の鍵片と、
前記ベース基板の立壁に沿った上下方向に摺動可能に支持されて常には下向きに付勢されるとともに、前記鍵片の一端部に前記付勢に抗する上昇移動により該鍵片が前記係留片から外れる向きに回動するようピン連接され、さらに上端に突き上げ片を形成した縦杆状の昇降板と、
前記ベース基板の上部に前向き水平突出状態で固着されて専用キーの差込み部を下パネルの前面に臨ませるとともに、前側から専用キーで回動し得る回転軸を挿通支持した錠本体と、
前記回転軸の後端に連結されて前記昇降板と係合連繋状態に保持され、該回転軸と一体の往復回動により前記昇降板を昇降変位操作し得るカム板と、
前記上パネルの電気部品に接続されるとともに前記ジョイントベースの前記立壁に形成したホルダーに取着されているコネクタと、を備えており、
