この発明は、ティースコアとヨークコアとからなる2分割コアに巻線ボビンを被嵌して結線する回転電機に関し、特に巻線ボビンの構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
上記した2分割コアを有する回転電機には、ティースコアのティース部に、巻線が施された巻線ボビンが被嵌され、前記巻線は前記ティースコアの一端に配置されたプリント板に結線されるとともに、前記ティースコアは前記巻線ボビンと一体に中空のヨークコアに嵌入されるものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような回転電機において、従来は次のような問題があった。
(1) ティースコアの一端に配置されたプリント板とこれに巻線が結線される巻線ボビンとの間には、巻線の接続端末を収容する適宜の隙間が必要であるが、プリント板と巻線ボビンとの間の距離が不安定であるため、一定の隙間を確保することが困難である。
(2) ティースコアのティース部に被嵌した巻線ボビンの嵌合が緩みやすく、結線の際に巻線ボビンが位置ずれしたり脱落したりして作業がやりにくい。
(3) 巻線ボビンを被嵌したティースコアをヨークコアに嵌入する際、ティースコアのティース部の表面が巻線ボビンに邪魔されてよく見えず、ヨークコアとの芯合わせがやりにくい。
そこで、この発明の課題は、これらの問題に対応し、モータコアの組立作業を容易にすることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、この発明は、ティースコアのティース部と嵌合する巻線ボビンの中空穴の壁面に、前記ティース部との間で押し潰されて前記巻線ボビンを前記ティース部に密嵌させる断面三角形状の突部を、内径側から外径側に向かって高さが高くなるように一体形成するものとする(請求項1)。

更に、この発明は、巻線ボビンのヨークコアに嵌入される側の端部の外周面を一部削除し、この巻線ボビンの外周面削除部分でティースコアのティース部を前記巻線ボビンから露出させるものとする(請求項2)。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図1〜図5に基づいて、永久磁石モータにおけるこの発明の実施の形態を説明する。ここで、図1は巻線ボビンの斜視図、図2はティースコアとそのティース部に被嵌される巻線ボビンの斜視図、図3は巻線ボビンが嵌入され、巻線がプリント板に結線されたティースコアの斜視図、図4はヨークコアとこれに嵌入されるティースコアの斜視図、図5は巻線ボビンの縦断面図である。図1に示すように、絶縁物からなる巻線ボビン1は中空方形の巻胴1aの前後につば1b及び1cを有し、図2の上端部が段差により肉厚に形成された外周側のつば1cには肉厚部と一体にプリント板位置決め用の突起1dが一体形成されている。また、つば1cは肉厚端部を除いて外周面が後述するティースコアと等径の円弧面になっているが、突起1dの反対側の端部において、外周面の一部1eの肉が削除されて平坦に形成されている。

図2において、巻線ボビン1には巻胴1aに巻線2が施され、この巻線ボビン1は矢印に沿ってティースコア3のティース部3aに被嵌される。巻線ボビン1が被嵌された状態で、その外周面とティース部3aの外周面とは同一面となる。ここで、ティースコア3のティース部3aと嵌合する巻線ボビン1の中空穴の壁面には、図1及び図5に示すように、上部1箇所、左右各2箇所に断面三角の筋状の突部1fが巻線ボビン1の被嵌方向に沿い、つば1b側から1c側に向って高さが高くなるように一体形成されている。そこで、ティース部3aに巻線ボビン1を嵌入すると、突部1fがティース部3aとの間で押し潰され、巻線ボビン1はティース部3aに密嵌して固定保持される。

次いで、図3に示すように、ティースコア3の一端に配置されたプリント板4に巻線2(図2)が結線される。結線作業はプリント板4を巻線ボビン1から浮かせた状態で巻線端末をプリント板4にはんだ付けし、プリント板4を所定位置にセットすることにより行うが、その際、図示の通り、プリント板4を巻線ボビン1の突起1dの先端に当接させて位置決めする。これにより、巻線ボビン1とプリント板4との間に一定の隙間が形成され、この隙間に折り畳まれた巻線端末が適正に収容される。

結線の終了した図3の状態のティースコア3は、次いで図4の矢印方向に沿って、中空のヨークコア5に嵌入される。ヨークコア5の中空部内径はティースコア3の外径にきわめて近く、隙間は僅少に設定されている。従って、ティースコア3の嵌入に当たっては、その嵌入側(図4の下側)の先端をヨークコア5に正確に芯合わせする必要がある。そこで、図示の場合、巻線ボビン1の嵌入側端部の外周面の一部1eの肉が平坦に削除され、この部分からティース部3aが露出するようにされている。これにより、上から覗いた場合にティースコア3の先端がよく見えるので、上記芯合わせが容易に行える。また、巻線ボビン1はティースコア3と突部1fを介して密嵌し、抜け出すことがないのでヨークコア5への嵌入作業もやりやすい。

【発明の効果】
以上の通り、この発明によれば、ティースコアに被嵌した巻線ボビンの緩みによる位置ずれや脱落がないため、その後の結線作業やヨークコアへの嵌入作業が容易でとなり、また巻線ボビンとプリント板との隙間が一定に保持されるので巻線端末の収容が安定し、更にティースコアの先端が巻線ボビンから露出してよく見えるので、ヨークコアへの嵌入作業が容易になるなど、作業性と品質の向上が図れる。

(3) When the teascore with the winding bobbin fitted is inserted into the yoke core, the surface of the teeth portion of the teascore is obstructed by the winding bobbin and cannot be seen well, and it is difficult to align the core with the yoke core.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to cope with these problems and facilitate the assembly work of the motor core.
