この発明は、パチンコ遊技機の球抜き機構に関し、更に詳しくは、機裏側に貯留した貯留球を、パチンコゲームの入賞成立に対する賞球として球皿側へ払出し得る一方、球抜き操作により戻し球(返し球)として機外へ抜出し得るパチンコ遊技機において、貯留球の不正な球抜きを防止すると共に、部品点数を抑えて製造コストを低廉にするようにしたパチンコ遊技機の球抜き機構に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ遊技機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種の遊技機では、球送り発射装置の遊技操作に基づいて開始される1球毎の球送り発射動作により、球皿から発射位置に送込まれた遊技球を遊技盤内に打出して所要のパチンコゲームを行ない得る。このパチンコ遊技機の裏側には球抜き部が配設され、その内部に、球排出経路に上部で連通すると共に下部で球皿側に連通する払出し路が形成されている。またこの払出し路の途中には開口が開設され、この開口に上部で連通すると共に下部で機外に開放する球抜き路が形成されている。更に開口には、払出し路に位置して該開口を開閉自在に制御する遊技球切換部材が配設されており、該遊技球切換部材が、常には球排出経路に貯留されている貯留球を払出し路に案内するよう開口を閉成した第1位置にある。従ってゲーム中の入賞条件(セーフ球の発生や入球による図柄組合わせの得点成立等)に対しては、機裏側の球排出経路内に貯留された貯留球が、賞球払出装置の払出し作動毎に所定数の賞球として払出されて、所定の払出し路から上球皿および下球皿へ給出される。また遊技機の取扱いにより球排出経路内の相当量の貯留球を抜取る必要がある場合には、遊技球切換部材を第2位置へ到来させることで開口を開放し、前記貯留球を前記払出し路から球抜き路を介して機外へ排出する。この遊技球切換部材の切換えは、一般に前枠の正面側部に形成された操作孔から操作杆を挿入して機裏側の球抜き装置を作動させ、該切換部材を球抜き路と連通する第2位置に保持させることにより、貯留球を球抜き路から機外の裏側へ放出し得るようになっている。なお操作杆は、針金状材に摘み部を付けた程度のものでホール管理者側で管理されるが、入手容易な直線材でも充分代用できる。

このようなパチンコ遊技機にあって、賞球の払出しとは別に、球抜き操作により全ての貯留球を抜出し可能にする形態として、一般に前記賞球払出装置では、入賞条件毎に対する電動具(ソレノイドやモータ)の駆動制御により、球経路に臨む球送り体を回転制御させながら賞球を払出してカウント検出する電動タイプが使用され、また前記球抜き装置では、前述の操作杆で作動されるスイッチの検出入力に基づく電磁ソレノイドの駆動制御により、前記遊技球切換部材を第1位置から第2位置に切換え保持して抜出す電気タイプが使用されている。

なお前記球抜き装置については、操作杆の他に外枠から開放された前枠の裏側において、指先操作によりスイッチを操作検出できるようになっている。また双方の装置では、電子制御装置での球抜き制御処理として、前記スイッチの検出入力を1回だけ有効化し、球抜き作動後には正常な復旧処理として電源再投入または電子制御装置に係るリセット入力操作を行なう。そしてこの処理を行なわない限り、同スイッチの以後の検出入力を無効として球抜き不能に設定されている。このもとで前記電動具(ソレノイドやモータ)および電磁ソレノイドが、球抜き用のスイッチの検出入力に対する電子制御装置でのタイマー設定条件に基づいて、所定時間経過後に自動復帰するよう設定されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記パチンコ遊技機では、機裏側の貯留球を賞球として払出すことの他に、遊技用の貸し球として払出すことが一般的になりつつある。この現状において多くの場合、電動タイプの賞球払出装置が使用され、これに対応して前記球抜き装置が組み込まれている。このような実施形態にあっては、賞球と貸し球との区分払出しが容易になり、また全ての貯留球の抜出しが可能であるとしても、貯留球の不正抜出し獲得を許してしまう大きな問題があった。すなわち現状において球抜き用のスイッチは、前記操作杆以外の針金状材でも簡単に操作検出されてしまい、この検出入力に基づいて双方の装置が球抜き状態と球払出し解放状態とに作動される。このため、遊技機の構成ならびに両装置の形態等を熟知した不正者が、平常の遊技を装う姿勢で線状の不正物を上球皿に連絡する供給口から前記賞球経路内に侵入させて、これを巧みに操りながら上方部に位置する球抜き装置側へ挿入して遊技球切換部材を払出し位置に拘束保持する。この状態で前記スイッチを不正に検出作動させた場合には、全ての貯留球が球払出し解放状態の賞球払出装置から放出された後、遊技球切換部材により払出し路へ放出されて上球皿または下球皿へ給出されてしまう。

従って、前述した電動タイプの賞球払出装置と球抜き装置とを併用状態で装備している多くのパチンコ遊技機にあっては、正常な球抜き操作により全ての貯留球を機外に抜出し得る便利な機能を有する反面、前述したような不正な球抜きによる獲得を許してしまう欠点を内在しており、これを好適に阻止できなかった。この結果、前記スイッチの1回の有効検出作動による不正抜出しだけを許すとしても、現実には数百個もの貯留球が抜出されてしまい、遊技機の台数が多くなれば到底看過できない数量の貯留球となって、ホール側が大きな損害を被ることになる。ちなみに不正球抜きは、隣在の遊技者にも気付かれない程の内に巧みに行なわれてしまい、ホール側ではコンピュータ管理による各台の可動状況をチェックした後に異常を察知しているような現状にある。

更に、前記遊技球切換部材の作動手段として、リニアタイプの電磁ソレノイドやロータリタイプの電磁ソレノイドが実施されていた。しかるにこのリニアタイプのソレノイドでは、ロッドが直線的に往復動する形態であるため、該ロッドの直動変位を遊技球切換部材の回動変位に変換する連繋部材を必要とし、遊技球切換部材の作動系が複雑となって作動不良が発生し易くなると共に、装置全体が大型化する欠点がある。またロータリタイプの電磁ソレノイドでは、ロッドに前記遊技球切換部材を直結し得るので該遊技球切換部材の作動系が簡素となり作動不良等の不具合を防止できる利点はあるが、その反面、円形の外郭体が大型で設置面積を多く要することにより、却って装置全体の小型化を困難にすることとなる。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、簡易な構成で製造コストを低廉にし得ると共に、機裏側の球排出経路に連なる球抜き部の遊技球切換部材を、不正を目論む悪意な人為的操作では球払出し状態に保持できないようにして、機前側からの不正な球抜き行為による貯留球の抜取り獲得を防止し得るようにしたパチンコ遊技機の球抜き機構を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため本発明は、
パチンコ遊技機の裏側に配設される球抜き部の内部に形成され、球排出経路に上部で連通すると共に下部で球払出装置に連通する払出し路と、この払出し路の途中に開設した開口に上部で連通すると共に下部で機外に開放する球抜き路と、前記払出し路に位置して前記開口を開閉自在に制御する遊技球切換部材とから構成したパチンコ遊技機の球抜き機構において、
前記球抜き部の内部には、賞球用の払出し路と貸し球用の払出し路とが並行に形成され、
前記遊技球切換部材は、
前記払出し路の開口に近接して第1位置と第2位置との間を移動可能な規制片と、
前記球排出経路に貯留されている貯留球を1個ずつ通過させ得る寸法で前記規制片に離間して開設され、前記第1位置において前記賞球用の払出し路および貸し球用の払出し路の各開口と夫々部分的にのみ連通して貯留球の通過を阻止すると共に、前記第2位置において対応する各開口と夫々全面的に連通して貯留球の通過を許容する2つの開口部と
前記規制片における移動方向に沿う端縁に沿って形成され、前記通孔に連通するように球抜き部に設けた通孔に摺動自在に挿通される板片と、
前記規制片における移動方向の一方端に該移動方向と交差して設けられ、前記第1位置において球抜き部の外側面に当接するフランジ状部と、
前記フランジ状部における前記板片側の端縁に設けられて球抜き部から離間する外方に向けて延出する第1の操作片と、
前記第1の操作片におけるフランジ状部との接続端部側に設けた該フランジ状部から離間するように延出する連結片に連結されて、該第1の操作片と所定間隔離間して対向する第2の操作片と、
前記第2の操作片における連結片との連結部から規制片の移動方向の他方端側に向けて所定長さで突出し、前記球抜き部に形成した係合部に係脱自在に係合して前記第1位置を確保すると共に、前記第1の操作片に対して第2の操作片を近接する押圧操作により前記連結片を支点として揺動することによって係合部から離脱する係合片と、
前記板片に設けられ、前記規制片を前記第2位置へ到来させた際に前記球抜き部に突設した係止片に係脱自在に係合する切欠部とからなり、
前記遊技球切換部材の規制片は常には前記フランジ状部が球抜き部の外側面に当接すると共に前記係合片が係合部に係合することで前記第1位置に保持されて、その規制片に開設した各開口部と前記賞球用の払出し路および貸し球用の払出し路の各開口とを夫々部分的にのみ連通して両払出し路を流下する貯留球の球抜き路への通過を阻止し、
前記第1の操作片に対して第2の操作片を近接するように押圧操作することで、該第2の操作片に設けられている前記係合片を前記係合部から離脱させたもとで、前記規制片を移動して切欠部が係止片に係合することで位置規制される前記第2位置へ到来させることで、前記各開口部と前記賞球用の払出し路および貸し球用の払出し路の各開口とが夫々全面的に連通して両払出し路を流下する貯留球を前記球抜き路から機外へ排出するよう構成したことを特徴とする。

遊技球切換部材の規制片を第1位置に移動した際には、該規制片に設けた開口部が払出し路の開口を閉成することで、該払出し路を通過する貯留球が戻し路への通過を阻止されて払出し路から球皿に案内給送される。また遊技球切換部材の規制片を第1位置から第2位置に移動させた際には、前記開口部が払出し路の開口を開放することにより、該開口を介して貯留球が戻し路に案内給送される。
また球抜き部の内部に、賞球用の払出し路と貸し球用の払出し路とが並行に形成される構成では、両払出し路の各開口に対応する開口部が開設されている規制片を、第1位置と第2位置との間を移動することで、両払出し路内の貯留球の球抜きを同時に行なうことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の球抜き機構について、好適な実施例を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお本実施例では、遊技球を1個ずつ遊技盤内に打出して遊技球の入賞ゲーム(アウト球とセーフ球との区分)を展開するタイプにあって、機裏側の貯留球を、入賞成立(セーフ球の発生)に対する賞球と、球貸しシステムを利用した遊技用の貸し球とに区分排出して球皿側へ供給し得るパチンコ遊技機の場合を主に例示する。

先ず、図1に略示するパチンコ遊技機および図2に略示する球処理部について要約説明すると、外枠Aに組付けられた前枠Bの裏側に、夫々の球処理部を有する機構セット盤Cが着脱可能にセットされている。この機構セット盤Cでは、遊技盤点検用の窓口11の周囲において、アウト球用の排出路とセーフ球用の処理路(何れも図示せず)が区画形成される一方、賞球用の球排出経路(賞球貯留排出部)10として、最上端の球タンク12と整列用の整流樋14および減圧用の送出樋16が順に連接されて、相当数のパチンコ球を貯留して送出し得るようになっている。また送出樋16の下流端に、払出し路38を内部に形成した本実施例の球抜き機構20(後述)が着脱可能にセットされると共に、該球抜き機構20の出口下方に球払出装置22が配設されている。なお球払出装置22については、球排出経路10からのパチンコ球を1個ずつ通入出検出するもので、その内部には、図10に示す如く、球送りに供される回転スプロケット状の球送り体23と、該球送り体23の回転・停止を制御する係止片25および該係止片25の切換え作動源としての電磁ソレノイド(図示せず)等が配設されている。そして該電磁ソレノイドの通電時に発生された励磁力により係止片25を所定方向に移動させることで、球送り体23を回転あるいは停止するよう構成されている。

このような本実施例のパチンコ遊技機は、遊技ホール内での設置枠台(通称「島」)の各区画枠内に前記球貸しシステムと共に設置されて縦向きで遊技に供される。この状態において、図示しないが、各列毎の設置枠台の補給設備における配給ユニットから必要時に供給される相当量のパチンコ球を、前記球排出経路10の球タンク12内に受入れて前記整流樋14および送出樋16に収容しており、パチンコゲーム中に発生したセーフ球に対して所定数の賞球を払出すよう構成されている。一方球貸しシステムでは、前記整流樋14の下流側に配設した貯留球検出用のスイッチ(図示せず)の球有り検出条件において、使用するカードの有効金額内における一定額単位に対して設定数の貸出し制御をなすもので、カードリーダ24およびカード挿入口等を有するカードユニット26が前記外枠Aの外側に装備されて、前枠Bの裏側下部に設置された中継制御部(インターフェースボード)27にカードリーダ24と上球皿側の球貸し操作部等が夫々接続されている。そしてカードリーダ24の球貸し判読制御処理条件に応答して前記球払出装置22が作動されることにより、払出しされた貸し球が上球皿へ供給されるようになっている。

前記パチンコ遊技機の裏側に配設された前記機構セット盤Cにおける球払出装置22の上流側には、図3〜図5に示すような球抜き機構20が配設される。この球抜き機構20は、矩形箱状にユニット化された合成樹脂製の球抜き部28を基体とし、その内部に前後2列の前記払出し路38が形成されるものであって、図に示す如く、前記機構セット盤Cに配設した状態において、その表面側に位置する外側ケース体30と該セット盤Cの取付け側に位置する内側ケース体32の2部材で構成されている。なおこの球抜き機構20では、賞球用と貸し球用の払出し路38が2列で並行に形成された例を挙げて説明する。

各ケース体30,32が相互に対向する内側には、前記払出し路38を形成するレール体が一体成型されている。このうち外側ケース体30に形成された第1レール34は、図に示すように、貯留球の通過を許容する幅を保持して形成された一対の案内部位で構成されたものであって、前記送出樋16と連通する上側から延在する部分が水平方向に略U字状を呈するよう湾曲した後、該送出樋16と連通する上流側の払出し路38と上下方向で略整列する位置で下方に向かって湾曲するよう形成されている。また内側ケース体32に形成された第2レール36は、第1レール34を形成する外側の案内部と内側の案内部との略中間位置に、所定間隔離間して臨み得る形状に形成された案内部で構成されている。そして、両ケース体30,32を相互に係合させることにより、第1レール34と第2レール36とによって2列で蛇行する払出し路38が、球抜き部28の内側に前後の関係で画成されるようになっている。

この払出し路38を形成する第1レール34の途次には、図4に示すように、略U字状の下側湾曲部に位置する部分に、該払出し路38の一部を切欠く状態で貯留球の通過を許容する大きさの開口34aが開設されている。そして、この開口34aから下流側に位置する払出し路38を通過した貯留球が、更にその下流側直下に配設された球払出装置22に供給されると共に、払出し路38に対して該開口34aから分岐した部分が、アウト球用の排出路および処理路に連通する球抜き路40となっている。なお、開口34aを略U字状の下側湾曲部に形成することにより、該開口34aを開放した状態では、その上流側から流下してU字状の上側湾曲部を通過した貯留球が、その落下する際の慣性力により該開口34aを介してそのまま速やかに球抜き路40に案内されるようになっている。また開口34aが形成される部分の外側ケース体30には、後述する遊技球切換部材42が挿入される通孔30aが形成されると共に、内側ケース体32には、該通孔30aとの対向面に同一形状の別の通孔32aが形成されている。この各通孔30a,32aは、開口34aに沿って円弧状を呈するよう形成されており、遊技球切換部材42が摺動自在に挿通されるようになっている。なお実施例では、賞球用の払出し路38と貸し球用の払出し路38とを形成する第1レール34に、両払出し路38,38に亘る1つの開口34aを形成しているが、該レール34の各払出し路38,38に対応する部分に夫々独立した開口34aを形成してもよい。

前記遊技球切換部材42には、図4および図6に示すように、前記通孔30a,32aに摺動自在に挿通されて前記払出し路38の開口34aに近接して臨み、第1位置Xと第2位置Yとの間を移動する規制片44が形成されている。この規制片44は、開口34aを閉成し得る寸法の長方形状体を前記払出し路38のU字状経路部に沿うよう短手方向に湾曲成形されたものであって、賞球用の払出し路38および貸し球用の払出し路38に対応して、フランジ状部46(後述)に近接する側と該フランジ状部46から離間する側に近接した側に、貯留球を1個ずつ通過させる寸法に設定した開口部44aが湾曲面に沿って夫々縦長に開設されると共に、その上端部から水平方向に延在する水平片52が一体的に形成されている。また規制片44には、前記球抜き部28に形成した係合部30bに係脱自在に係合して第1位置Xを確保する係合片50が押圧変形自在に設けられると共に、規制片44を球抜き部28に挿通した際に該球抜き部28の外側に位置し、押圧操作により該係合片50を弾性変形させて係合部30bから離脱させる操作片48が上下一対で設けられている。なお係合片50は、該操作片48,48と共に規制片44の長手方向一端部側に設けたフランジ状部46において、上側の操作片48から該規制片44の延在方向に沿って所定長さで突出するよう成形されている。

前記水平片52には、図6に示すように、矩形状の切欠52aが形成されており、第2位置Yにおいて、前記内側ケース体32に突設成形した係止片54に係止されるようになっている。そして、前記外側ケース体30および内側ケース体32の各通孔30a,32aを介して球抜き部28の内部に規制片44を挿通配置した遊技球切換部材42では、通常位置である第1位置Xにおいて、前記上側の操作片48に設けた係合片50が、図5に示す如く、該通孔30aの僅か上方に開設した前記係合部30bに係合すると共に、当該水平片52の切欠部52aは前記係止片54に対する非係合状態にある(図7参照)。また後述する所定の動作を経て、遊技球切換部材42を開口34aに沿って移動させることにより、前記水平片52に設けた切欠部52aが係止片54に係止するよう構成されている(図9参照)。

【実施例の作用】
前述のように構成された本実施例のパチンコ遊技機は、遊技ホール内の設置枠台にカードユニット26と共に設置されて遊技に供し得る。そしてカードユニット26に対するカードの挿入ならびに機前側での球貸し操作により、前記球排出経路10を構成する球タンク12、整流樋14および送出樋16を介して貸し球が上球皿に給出される。このもとで遊技操作(打球発射操作)を行なうことにより、機内の発射装置に1球ずつ送込まれた遊技球を遊技盤に打出して所要のゲームを展開させる。

この場合、前記球抜き機構20に配設した遊技球切換部材42は、図7(a)に示すように、常には前記フランジ状部46が外側ケース体30の外側面に当接した状態で該ケース体30内への移動が規制されると共に、前述した如く、前記操作片48に設けられた係合片50が、外側ケース体30に開設した係合部30bと係合することで、該ケース体30外への移動が規制された第1位置Xに保持されている。このように遊技球切換部材42が第1位置Xに位置する状態では、規制片44の各開口部44aが対応する払出し路38の開口34aから変位することにより、図7(b)に示す如く、該払出し路38の開口34aと開口部44aとが部分的にのみ連通して、貯留球の前記球抜き路40への通過を阻止する。従って、ゲーム開始の貸し球用の払出し路38およびセーフ球に対する賞球用の払出し路38を流下する全ての貯留球は、図10(a)に示すように、全て球払出装置22に案内供給される。

一方貯留球の球抜きをする際には、前記前枠Bを回動して機構セット盤Cを開放させ、パチンコ機の裏側を露出させた状態で遊技球切換部材42を前記開口34aに沿って手前側に引出すようにする。この際には、図8(a)に示すように、上側の操作片48を下側の操作片48に対して手指等で挟持して近接させることにより、前記係合片50を係合部30bから離脱させる。この状態では、図8(b)に示す如く、各払出し路38の開口34aと規制片44の対応する開口部44aとが部分的に連通して貯留球の前記球抜き路40への通過が未だ阻止された状態にある。そしてこの状態から、前述したように、遊技球切換部材42を開口34aに沿って移動して第2位置Yに到来させる。これにより遊技球切換部材42は、図9(a)に示す如く、切欠部52aが内側ケース体32の前記係止片54に係止されることで、それ以後の移動が規制されることになる。また遊技球切換部材42を前記開口34aに沿って該第2位置Yに移動させることで、前記規制片44の各開口部44aが対応する払出し路38の開口34aと全面的に連通し、図9(b)に示すように、該開口34aからの遊技球の通過を許容する状態となる。従って、球抜き時において両払出し路38,38を流下する全ての貯留球は、図10(b)に示す如く、球抜き路40に案内供給される。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した如く、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の球抜き機構では、電磁ソレノイドや複数の部材からなる遊技球切換手段等を使用しないため、部品点数を減少させ得ると共に設置スペースを少なくすることができる。また部品点数の減少に伴って製造時の工程数も減少できることで、製造コストの低廉に寄与し得る。しかもこの球抜き機構は、遊技機の正面側からの操作ができないため、針金状材等を使用した不正な球抜きによる賞球の獲得を完全に防止することができる、等の利点がある。
