Description

Claims (9)
- ガスタービンの燃焼器ライナ(24)と接合部材(20)とを接続するためのコネクタセグメント(22)であって、当該コネクタセグメント(22)が、内壁(32)及び外壁(34)と、前記内壁と外壁との間で前記セグメントに沿って軸方向に延出する複数の冷却流路(36)とを含む円筒形の二重壁構成であり、前記冷却流路(36)が一部で半径方向内側面(40)と外側面(38)により規定され、前記半径方向内側面(40)と外側面(38)の双方に凹部(42)の配列が形成されており、前記凹部(42)の各々が直径Dを有していて、隣接する凹部の中心間距離は1.1D〜2Dに等しく、かつ流路高さと凹部直径Dとの比が0.25〜5の範囲内にある、コネクタセグメント。
- さらに、前記冷却流路(36)の少なくとも一部と連通した複数の穴(46)が前記外壁(38)に軸方向に離間して配置されている、請求項1記載のコネクタセグメント。
- 各流路に複数の衝突穴(46)が軸方向に離間して配置されている、請求項1記載のコネクタセグメント。
- 前記冷却流路(36)が0.2〜1の縦横比を有する、請求項1記載のコネクタセグメント。
- ガスタービンの燃焼器ライナ(24)と接合部材(20)とを接続するためのコネクタセグメント(22)であって、当該コネクタセグメント(22)が、内壁(32)及び外壁(34)と、前記内壁と外壁との間で前記セグメントに沿って軸方向に延出する複数の冷却流路(36)とを含む円筒形の二重壁構成であり、前記冷却流路(36)が一部で半径方向内側面(40)と外側面(38)により規定され、前記半径方向内側面(40)と外側面(38)の双方に凹部(42)の配列が形成されており、前記複数の冷却流路(36)と連通する複数の穴(46)が前記外壁(34)に軸方向に離間して配置されており、前記冷却流路(36)が0.2〜1の縦横比を有しており、前記凹部(42)の各々が直径Dを有していて、隣接する凹部の中心間距離は1.1D〜2Dに等しく、かつ流路高さと凹部直径Dとの比が0.25〜5の範囲内にある、コネクタセグメント。
- 前記凹部(42)が半球形である、請求項1又は請求項5記載のコネクタセグメント。
- 前記凹部(42)が千鳥状に配列されている、請求項6記載のコネクタセグメント。
- 前記凹部(42)が円形であって直径Dを有し、前記凹部の深さが0.10D〜0.50Dに等しい、請求項1又は請求項5記載のコネクタセグメント。
- 前記流路高さと凹部直径Dとの比が0.5〜1の範囲内にある、請求項1又は請求項5記載のコネクタセグメント。
