Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a curing bag for storing wallpaper on which an adhesive has been applied until sticking to a wall surface and preventing drying of the adhesive.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Currently, it is common for wall interior materials to be applied to interior walls in interior construction of a building while continuously applying an adhesive to the back surface of a sheet-like wall covering using a wallpaper gluing machine. ing. In such a continuous gluing operation, a required number of glued wallpaper having a length corresponding to the affixed wall surface can be obtained together. Therefore, it is necessary to store and cure the glued wallpaper in a bag so that the adhesive does not dry for several tens of minutes or several hours until all the pasting is completed.
[0003]
Various types of curing bags can be used. However, if a commercial product is used, it may not be suitable for the size of the wallpaper to be cured. Since it is difficult to obtain a satisfactory curing effect due to uniform drying of the adhesive, it is desirable to use a curing bag dedicated to glued wallpaper.
[0004]
In such a curing bag, it is necessary to easily store and take out the glued wallpaper coated with the adhesive into the bag and to prevent the adhesive from being dried well during the storage. Accordingly, a curing bag for glued wallpaper made of a non-moisture permeable material has been developed, as shown in the plan views (a) and (a) of FIG. This is a rectangular flat bag having an opening 44 on one side. One of the short sides of the rectangular material is bent at a parallel position at a distance from the other end, and the portion that becomes a ring by bending is overlapped at the bottom. A bag structure is formed by closing the peripheral areas on both sides (band-shaped fixing portion 45) where the lower surface portion 41 and the upper surface portion 42 are in contact with each other by a fixing method such as welding, bonding or sewing.
[0005]
In this curing bag, the lower surface portion 41 is longer than the upper surface portion 42, and the opening 44 is formed by the upper end side of the upper surface portion 42. In this wide opening 44, along the upper surface of the upper lower surface portion 41. The glued wallpaper can be easily accommodated in the bag while being slid, and can be easily taken out. When storing the wallpaper, the upper surface portion 42 and the lower surface portion 41 are overlapped and folded at a parallel position in the bottom direction of the bag from the upper surface edge of the opening 44, and the folded lower surface portion and upper surface portion are superimposed on the remaining upper surface portion 42. By doing so, the inside of the bag is sealed, and it is possible to prevent the wallpaper adhesive contained in the bag from drying.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, while the glued wallpaper is being stored inside the curing bag, the adhesive is frequently transferred and adhered from the edge of the wallpaper to the inner surface of the bag. However, since the curing bag is used repeatedly, In order to prevent the adhesive adhering to the bag from adhering to the surface of the wallpaper to be stored next and fouling, it is necessary to wipe and clean the inner surface of the bag before use. However, putting the hand in the bag and wiping and cleaning the entire inner surface is time consuming and difficult, and since the wiping state is difficult to understand, the cleaning may be insufficient and the adhesive may remain.
[0007]
In view of the above-described problems, the present invention provides a curing bag for preventing the drying of glued wallpaper that can easily perform a sufficient wiping operation on the inner surface of the bag and that can satisfactorily prevent drying of the adhesive of the glued wallpaper to be accommodated. The purpose is to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the curing bag for anti-drying of glued wallpaper according to the invention of claim 1 is a rectangular flat bag made of a non-moisture permeable material and having an opening on one side. The lower surface portion is longer than the upper surface portion forming the portion, and the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion are overlapped and folded at the parallel position in the bottom direction of the bag from the upper surface edge of the opening, and the lower surface portion and the folded upper surface portion are the remaining upper surface portions. In the curing bag for preventing drying of glued wallpaper that can be superimposed on the part, a member that can freely attach and detach the lower surface part and the upper surface part on both sides of the both sides facing each other and facing each other. The flat bag can be deployed by detaching the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion around the two sides.
[0009]
Further, the curing bag for preventing the drying of glued wallpaper according to the invention described in claim 2 is the curing bag for preventing drying of the glued wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion are attached and detached. A member that can be freely separated is provided in a lower side region from the folding position around the two sides.
[0010]
Further, the curing bag for preventing drying of glued wallpaper according to the invention described in claim 3 is the curing bag for preventing drying of glued wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein the other one of the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion is used. Each of the strip members is integrally attached on one side in the longitudinal direction across the upper and lower regions on both sides orthogonal to the opening of the opposing inner surface, and the other sides of the strip members are opposed to each other. It is folded inward by contact with the other surface portion to partially form a double structure on both sides of the flat bag.
[0011]
Moreover, the curing bag for preventing drying of glued wallpaper according to the invention of claim 4 is the curing bag for preventing drying of glued wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein one of the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion is the The lateral width in the direction along the opening is longer than the lateral width of the other portion, and both end portions of one portion projecting from both end sides of the other portion in a state where both portions overlap are sandwiched between the other portions along both end sides of the other portion. The member has a rectangular shape that can be folded in such a manner, and is provided with a member that can freely attach and detach the two peripheral portions of the folded side end portions and the surface region of the other portion in contact with the two peripheral portions.
[0012]
In the present invention, a member capable of freely attaching and detaching the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion is provided on both sides of the opposite sides of the flat bag constituted by the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion and facing each other. The bag can be developed by removing the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion around the two sides on both sides. Therefore, if the adhesion by the member is released and the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion are in the expanded state, the inner surface of the bag can be completely exposed, and the wiping operation can be easily performed.
[0013]
Examples of the member for detachably attaching the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion in the present invention include various fasteners such as Velcro fasteners, slide fasteners, rails (strips) fasteners, hooks, buttons, snap fasteners, and the like. Alternatively, various members including existing ones such as an adhesive tape can be adopted. However, what is used in the present invention is desired to be able to better seal between the upper and lower surface portions, to be inexpensive and easy to mount, and to withstand repeated use.
[0014]
In addition, in the members as described above, there are some which are relatively thick depending on what is used. In this case, the thickness of the member may cause a slight gap in the bent portion, and it may be difficult to maintain the sealing property as the accommodation time elapses. Therefore, in order to prevent the thickness of the member to be used from being affected by the bent portion, as described in claim 2, if the region where the member is provided is a lower side region than the folding position around the two sides, the thickness of the member at the folding position. It is possible to avoid a reduction in the sealing property due to the minute, and the adhesive drying preventing effect can be maintained well.
[0015]
Further, as described in claim 3, the strip members are respectively disposed on one side in the longitudinal direction across the upper and lower regions on both sides perpendicular to the opening of the inner surface facing the other surface portion of the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion. If these strip members are folded inward by abutting against the opposing other surface portion on the other side, and a double structure is formed partially on both sides in the bag, The sealing property between the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion in the can be improved, and the drying prevention effect of the adhesive of the glued wallpaper can be enhanced.
[0016]
In the present invention, the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion are detachably attached around the two sides on both sides in contact with the opening. However, the upper and lower surface portions need to be detachably attached to the bottom portion facing the opening. There is no.
[0017]
Even if the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion are integrally communicated with each other at the bottom portion, the flat bag can be developed into a single sheet around the bottom portion as long as both portions can be separated around the two sides. This is because the front surfaces of the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion constituting the surface of each other can be exposed. In this case, the present curing bag is manufactured by folding a substantially rectangular sheet-like member at a parallel position where one of the short sides is spaced from the other end, and bending to form a ring, with the bottom as the bottom, and the bottom surface A bag structure can be formed by a simple process of attaching the attachment member and detachably closing the peripheral regions on both sides where the portion and the upper surface portion contact each other.
[0018]
As the configuration in which the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion communicate with each other at the bottom portion, a structure in which the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion are formed in advance as an integrally molded product may be used. Those separately formed may be fixed to each other at the bottom by welding or adhesion. Of course, a configuration in which the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion are detachably attached to the bottom portion by the attaching member is also possible, but in that case, the number of necessary members and the number of manufacturing processes increase, and the cost increases accordingly. For this reason, it is desirable that the bottom surface portion and the upper surface portion are integrally molded or fixed so as not to be detached and communicated with each other without providing an attachment member at the bottom portion.
[0019]
Further, as a specific method of attaching the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion around the two sides, the adhering members are arranged between the upper and lower surface portions that are opposed to each other on the two sides. It is the simplest configuration to intervene, but is not limited to this configuration.
[0020]
For example, as described in claim 4, the lateral width in the direction along one opening of the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion is made longer than the lateral width of the other portion, and the one protruding from both sides of the other portion in a state where both portions overlap. Each side end of the part has a rectangular shape that is folded so as to sandwich the other part along both sides of the other part, and the two sides of the folded side end and the other part in contact with the two sides A flat bag that can be deployed can also be configured by providing the adhesion member between the surface region and the surface region. In this case, the overlap of the folded portion of the longer surface portion improves the sealing property between the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion on the two sides, and better prevents the glued wallpaper to be dried from being stored. .
[0021]
Although the bag structure that can be unfolded in either case of the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion can be obtained longer than the other, if the attachment member used is relatively thick and is inside the folding portion, the inside of the bag is sealed. If there is a possibility of reducing the performance, the width of the upper surface part should be longer than the lower surface part, and both side parts protruding from the lower surface part width should be folded to the back side along both sides of the lower surface part. Is desirable. In this case, since the thickness of the adhesion member between the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion appears on the back side of the lower surface portion, there is no influence of the member thickness at the folding position, so during the wallpaper accommodation period folded in the bag state Hermeticity is maintained high.
[0022]
The main material of the curing bag for preventing wallpaper drying according to the present invention is a non-moisture permeable film, sheet or fabric, and a material having appropriate flexibility is selected. These may be a single layer or a composite material in which a plurality of materials are stacked. Further, if necessary, a transparent material or a material in which metal foils are stacked may be used. Examples of these materials are polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylidene chloride, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyacrylic ester or nylon sheets having a thickness of 10 to 600 μm, or coloring or filling of these materials. Examples include a sheet formed by adding a material, and a composite sheet formed by stacking these sheets.
[0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As a first embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a paste-like wallpaper which is formed into a rectangular flat bag shape by folding a non-moisture permeable sheet-like member and overlapping a lower surface portion 1 and a shorter upper surface portion 2. The drying prevention curing bag is shown in FIG. Fig.1 (a) is a schematic plan view of the curing bag by this embodiment, (b) is an AA cross-sectional arrow view of (a).
[0024]
In the curing bag according to the present embodiment, a bottom portion is formed at a portion that forms a ring by folding the one sheet-like member, and an upper surface portion 2 and a lower surface portion 1 are detachable around both sides orthogonal to the bottom side. The bag structure is formed with the upper end side of the upper surface portion 2 on one side facing the bottom side being the opening 4 that is closed. In the present embodiment, a case is shown in which a slide fastener 5 is used as a member that can freely attach and detach the upper surface member 2 and the lower surface member 1 integrally around the two sides.
[0025]
In this curing bag, the upper surface portion 2 and the lower surface portion 1 above the bag are overlapped at the parallel position (folding position) 3 in the bottom direction of the bag from the upper end side of the upper surface portion 2 that is the opening 4, and the lower surface portion is folded. And the inside of a bag is sealed by superimposing the upper surface part on the remaining upper surface part.
[0026]
When curing the glued wallpaper with the curing bag of this embodiment, first, the upper surface portion 2 is folded with respect to the lower surface portion 1, the two portions are aligned around the two sides, and the slide fastener 5 is closed. A bag structure. In this curing bag, along with the lower surface portion 1 longer than the upper surface portion 2, the wallpaper with glue can be easily introduced into the bag from the opening 4 and accommodated.
[0027]
After storing the glued wallpaper inside the bag, if the upper portion of the lower surface portion 1 and the upper surface portion 2 is folded at the folding position 3, the inside of the bag is shut off from the outside over the entire width direction of the opening 4, and the inside of the bag is sealed, The internal glued wallpaper is well maintained while preventing the glue from drying. The glued wallpaper inside the bag can be easily taken out from the opening 4 by releasing the folded state above the bag.
[0028]
As described above, while the glued wallpaper is held inside the bag, the glue may be transferred and adhered to the bag inner surface from the edge of the wallpaper. If the slide fastener 5 is opened, the curing bag can be developed into a sheet, so that the opposing surface areas of the upper surface portion 2 and the lower surface portion 1 constituting the bag inner surface are all exposed, and the adhesive paste can be easily wiped off. Can be washed. Therefore, in the next use, no glue is brought in from the previously accommodated wallpaper, and the surface of the newly-accommodated wallpaper is not soiled.
[0029]
Next, as a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 shows a curing bag for preventing drying of a glued wallpaper in which the sealing property of the curing bag shown in the first embodiment is further improved. Here, the same components as those in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0030]
In this embodiment, a slight gap is formed on both sides of the folding position 3 during folding due to the thickness of the slide fastener 5 used as a member that can freely attach and detach the lower surface portion 1 and the upper surface portion 2. When there is a possibility that the sealing performance in the bag is reduced, the slide fasteners 5 around the two sides are provided only in the lower side area from the folding position 3.
[0031]
Thus, when the upper part of the bag is folded, the thickness of the fastener member is not affected at the folding position 3, and the upper part of the bag is folded without a gap. Even if the wallpaper storage period in the bag is prolonged, a good curing effect can be maintained without lowering the sealing performance over the period.
[0032]
Next, as a third embodiment of the present invention, prevention of drying of a glued wallpaper provided with means for further improving the sealing performance around the two sides on the basis of the curing bag shown in the first embodiment. The curing bag for use is shown in FIG. Fig.3 (a) is a schematic plan view of the curing bag by this embodiment, (b) is a BB cross-sectional arrow view of (a).
[0033]
The curing bag according to the present embodiment has the same basic configuration as the curing bag shown in FIG. That is, a sheet-like member is folded and the lower surface portion 11 and the shorter upper surface portion 12 are overlapped to form a bottom portion at a portion that becomes a ring, and the upper surface portion 12 and the lower surface portion 11 are formed around two sides perpendicular to the bottom side. Is detachably closed by the slide fastener 15, and a bag structure is obtained in which the upper end side of the upper surface portion 12 on one side facing the bottom side is the opening 14.
[0034]
Also in this curing bag, the upper surface portion 12 and the lower surface portion 11 above the bag are overlapped and folded at the parallel position (folding position) 13 in the bottom direction of the bag from the upper end side of the upper surface portion 12 that is the opening 14, and the lower surface is folded. By overlapping the portion and the upper surface portion on the remaining upper surface portion, the inside of the bag is sealed.
[0035]
In the present embodiment, the strip member 16 is further integrally attached to the inner surface of the upper surface portion 12 facing the lower surface portion 11 across the upper and lower regions perpendicular to the opening 14 on one side in the longitudinal direction. It was. Each of the strip members 14 is folded inward by contact with the lower surface portion 11 on the other side, and partially forms a double structure on both sides in the bag.
[0036]
Therefore, in the curing bag according to the present embodiment, the sealing between the lower surface portion 11 and the upper surface portion 12 closed by the slide fastener 15 around the two sides is further improved, and the glued wallpaper stored inside the bag. The effect of preventing the drying of glue can be enhanced. In the present embodiment, the strip member 16 is attached to the upper surface portion 12 side, and the strip member 16 is bent by contacting the lower surface portion 11, but conversely, the strip member 16 is attached to the lower surface portion 11 side. A configuration may be adopted, and the strip members 16 may be attached to different sides around the two sides.
[0037]
Next, as a fourth embodiment of the present invention, a case in which attachment members for the lower surface portion and the upper surface portion on both sides in the direction orthogonal to the opening portion and the bottom portion of the bag are provided on the back side of the lower surface portion. As shown in FIG. Fig.4 (a) is a schematic plan view of the curing bag by this embodiment, (b) is CC sectional view taken on the line of (a). In the present embodiment, a case where a Velcro fastener is used as the attachment member will be described.
[0038]
The curing bag according to the present embodiment is formed into a rectangular flat bag shape by folding a non-moisture permeable sheet-like member and overlapping the lower surface portion 21 and the upper surface portion 22 shorter than this, and folds into a ring. A bottom portion is formed by the portion, and the upper surface portion 22 and the lower surface portion 21 are detachably closed by two Velcro fasteners 25 on both sides orthogonal to the bottom side, and the upper end of the upper surface portion 22 on one side facing the bottom side. A bag structure having sides 24 as openings is obtained.
[0039]
However, the upper surface portion 22 has a lateral width longer than the lateral width of the lower surface portion 21, and the both side portions 22 x that are superimposed on the lower surface portion 21 and protrude from both ends of the lower surface portion 21 are back along the both ends of the lower surface portion 21. It shall be folded back to the side. The periphery of both sides of the folded portion 22x on both sides and the back surface area of the lower surface portion 21 in contact with the periphery of the both sides are detachably attached by a Velcro fastener 25 and closed in a bag shape.
[0040]
Therefore, in the curing bag according to the present embodiment, the thickness of the adhesion member between the lower surface portion 21 and the upper surface portion 22 appears on the back side of the lower surface portion 21, and the adhesion member, in this case, Velcro fastener 25 at the folding position 23. Since the effect of the thickness of the bag does not occur, the hermeticity when the upper part of the bag is folded is high. Further, by folding back the back surface side along both sides of the lower surface portion 22 of the both-side folded portion 22x of the upper surface portion 21, the sealing between the lower surface portion 21 and the upper surface portion 22 around the two sides is improved and stored. The adhesive drying of the glued wallpaper is better prevented.
[0041]
Moreover, after use, if the adhesion between the lower surface portion 21 and the upper surface portion 22 by the Velcro fastener 25 is released, the bag can be unfolded to expose the region that was the inner surface of the bag, and can be easily wiped and washed.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the curing bag of the present invention, it is possible to easily store and take out the glued wallpaper and to easily wipe the inner surface of the bag. There is an effect that drying can be well prevented.
