Description

The present invention relates to a deflection regulating structure that suppresses noise caused by a shutter curtain in a strong wind and a deflection regulating member thereof when a shutter that opens and closes in the vertical direction is provided outside a sash screen provided in a window portion. .

When a shutter that opens and closes in the vertical direction is provided outside the window, noise is generated during strong winds. There are three causes for this. One is that the left and right edges of the shutter curtain are received by the guide rail due to the shutter curtain mounting structure, and there is a gap of several millimeters in this portion, and this is a rattling sound here. The second is a sound generated when the shutter curtain is greatly bent by the wind pressure and hits the sash screen door. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-228667 discloses that a cushioning material is provided separately for each of these. The third is noise due to rattling of the connecting portion between the shutter slats constituting the shutter curtain.

However, it is not efficient to provide cushioning materials at two locations as in the above document.
Therefore, the problem to be solved is effectively the sound generated between the shutter curtain and its guide rail, the sound generated between the shutter curtain and the sash screen, and the sound generated at the connecting portion between the slats. It is to suppress.

In the invention according to claim 1, a shutter curtain configured by opening and closing in the vertical direction guided by the guide rail and connecting a plurality of shutter slats in the vertical direction is provided outside the sliding door in the building window, and the shutter A sash screen door is provided between the curtain and the sliding door. in joinery window comprising a mounting portion for detachably attached to the piece body portion is coupled to the unit with said mounting, the whole is formed of a hard synthetic resin material, have a elastic deformable body portion, the deflection regulating member has a height more than half of the length of the sash window screen is attached to the sash window screen, the main body portion of該撓viewed restricting member protrudes toward the shutter curtain from the surface of the sash screen door, the Dedaka dimension is greater than the maximum distance between the sash window screen and the shutter curtain, they become the back surface of the normal shutter curtain with the pressing state by the elastic force, the rattling sound between the shutter curtain and the guide rail, Provided is a shutter curtain deflection control structure in a window fitting, which can suppress both a sound at a connecting portion between shutter slats and an interference sound with a sash screen door due to the deflection of the shutter curtain.

Here, that the main body is elastically deformable means that it can be deformed in the direction between the sash screen door and the shutter curtain, that is, the direction connecting the inside and the outside of the room. The maximum separation between the sash screen and the shutter curtain is the distance when the shutter curtain is received by the guide rail and there is a gap there, so the position of the shutter curtain can fluctuate, but it is the outermost position. It means that.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the main body portion is normally pressed against the back surface of the shutter curtain with the deflection regulating member having the attachment portion and the main body portion being detachably attached to the single body portion of the sash screen door. ing. For this reason, the shutter curtain is pressed outward also in the case of strong wind, and the backlash according to the clearance gap between the guide rails can be suppressed, and the backlash sound can be suppressed. Also, when the shutter curtain tries to bend toward the sash screen door by wind pressure, it is pressed so as to be received by the elastic action of the main body, and the sound generated when it hits the screen door, and the connection part between the slats Sound can be suppressed, and further, the deflection of the shutter curtain can be received in a buffering manner, and the deformation of the shutter curtain due to strong wind can be mitigated. Also, if the shutter curtain bends to the side (outside) away from the sash screen due to negative pressure during strong winds, the main body may be able to follow the elastic curtain and press the shutter curtain. In some cases, the back of the curtain may be separated. In the pressed state, the sound at the connecting portion between the slats can be suppressed. Furthermore, since the main body can be elastically deformed, it can be used even if the distance from the sash screen to the shutter curtain changes depending on the type of window sash, and has versatility. Moreover, as a usage form of this-application deflection | deviation control member, it removes at normal time and it is preferable to mount | wear at the time of a strong wind .

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially omitted cross-sectional view of a cross-section of a building window portion in use of a deflection regulating member 30 according to the present invention as viewed from above. A sliding door 12 such as a glass door is provided on the room side of the window frame sash frame body 10, and a sash screen door 20 is disposed on the outside thereof. Further, a shutter having a shutter curtain 40 that is opened and closed in the vertical direction is provided on the outside thereof. This shutter curtain has a structure in which both left and right edge portions thereof are guided by guide rails 40G integrally formed or attached to the window frame frame body. A gap of several millimeters exists between the guide rail and the shutter curtain. Further, the shutter curtain is configured by connecting a plurality of shutter slats that are elongated in the left-right direction in the up-down direction.

The left and right edges of the sash screen 20 are respectively formed with vertical frame portions 20F1 and 20F2 having, for example, a rectangular cross-sectional shape. Further, on the outside and inside (room side) of the vertical frame portion, respectively. In many cases, a substantially flat outer piece 20HA and an inner piece 20HB extending in the left-right direction are provided to form a piece 20H. Therefore, in the deflection regulating member 30 of the embodiment of FIG. 1 according to the present invention, the attachment portion 30T is formed of a synthetic resin material that is more flexible than the main body portion 30H described below, and this is formed by the outer piece and the inner piece. It pushes into the space between and holds it by the pressing force from the inside to the inner and outer pieces.

A body portion 30H made of one kind of hard synthetic resin material such as PVC (vinyl chloride resin) is integrated with one side of the mounting portion 30T in the left-right direction (the side far from the vertical frame portion 20F1 when attached to the screen door). It is connected to. 1, the main body portion extends in the direction of the outer piece (the shutter curtain side) in the cross-sectional shape of FIG. 1, and is folded in a direction parallel to the screen door surface at a position away from the outer surface of the outer piece 20HA. The separation portion 30R is bent to form a contact portion 30S that is bent again in the surface direction of the vertical frame portion and contacts the outer surface of the vertical frame portion. It extends in the direction of the shutter curtain 40 from the contact portion, and has a size and shape that can press the back of the shutter curtain. That is, the form shown by the two-dot chain line is the state of the main body 30H in a state where no force is received, that is, in a natural state. The height h1 of the main body portion measured from the surface portion of the sash screen that the contact portion 30S contacts (here, the outer surface of the vertical frame portion 20F1) is the same surface portion, and the shutter curtain is located on the outermost side. It is larger than the separation distance h2. Therefore, the shutter curtain is pressed outward, and the left and right edge portions are pressed against the outer portion of the guide rail 40G, so that a rattling sound can be suppressed.

In the above embodiment, the separation portion 30R is configured in parallel with the outer piece 20HA. However, in the present application, the separation portion 30R is not limited to this, and may be inclined or curved. In one aspect of the present invention, the main point is to be separated from the outer piece. As described above, when the separation portion 30R is separated from the outer piece 20HA, when the shutter curtain 40 is pushed by the wind pressure, the deflection regulating member 30 receives the deformation and the like and receives the force for pushing the sash screen door. . However, this force is received by the strongest vertical frame portion of the sash screen, and is not received by the overhanging outer piece.

Further, depending on the type of sash screen, the outer piece 20HA may protrude somewhat outward, that is, toward the shutter curtain 40. Even in such a case, the deflection regulating member 30 can be attached. And versatility increases. In addition, for the convenience of removal, the main body portion is provided with the knob portion 30A. However, in the case of the present embodiment, even if this is not provided, the boundary between the separation portion 30R and the contact portion 30S is not provided. It can be easily removed by placing your finger on the step and pulling it toward you.

Therefore, if the deflection control member 30 of the present application is attached to one of the left and right edge portions of the sash screen door 20 (the one located at the center of the width in the left-right direction of the window) during strong winds, the shutter curtain left and right edge portions and the guide rail 40G It is possible to suppress the sound caused by rattling, the sound generated by hitting the sash screen 20 when the shutter curtain is bent, and the sound at the connecting portion of the slats. Moreover, since the main-body part of the bending | flexion control member 30 can be elastically deformed, it can apply also to the window part sash in which the space | interval of the sash screen 20 and the shutter curtain 40 is somewhat different, and versatility increases. Further, the sash screen door may be moved to the center portion in the window width direction instead of the normal use position, and the present bending restriction member may be mounted between the inner and outer pieces on both the left and right edges. In this case, for example, even if the shape of the right and left edge portions of the sash screen is somewhat different, one type of bending restricting member should be attached to each other by the action of the mounting portion 30T that elastically deforms and the separation portion 30R of the main body portion. Can do.

The length of the deflection regulating member 30 in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of the figure is at least half the height of the sash screen door .

In addition, FIG. 2 shows the 2nd form example as a modification of the said 1st form example of the bending control member 30 which concerns on this invention. The difference from the first embodiment is that there is no handle and the shape of the contact portion with the shutter curtain 40 is different. In this case, the pressing force to the shutter curtain is more than that of the first embodiment. Is large and convenient.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3, a third embodiment that is significantly different from the first and second embodiments will be described. The differences are mainly explained. The first difference is that any one of the sash screen doors 20H is sandwiched and held. Here, the deflection regulating member 30 is entirely formed of the above-described PVC (vinyl chloride resin) which is a hard synthetic resin material. In the middle of the base portion 30M, which is located on the side of the single body portion and is oriented substantially perpendicularly to the spreading surface of the sash screen door, is inserted into the back surface side of the outer single piece, constitutes a part of the mounting portion, An elastic piece 30T ′ that is elastically deformable like a spring is formed. On the other hand, an extending portion 30T ″ that extends along the outer surface of the outer piece and constitutes the other portion of the attachment portion is formed. The main body portion 30H is integrally formed continuously at the tip of the extending portion. ing.

The flexure regulating member can be stably held with respect to the sash screen door by the elastic piece portion and the extending portion sandwiching the outer piece 20HA. Further, a knob portion 30A is provided at one end of the base portion 30M, and the attachment and holding of the bending regulating member can be easily removed by pulling with a finger on the knob portion 30A.

The main body 30H is formed with an abutting portion 30S that abuts against the outer surface of the vertical frame portion 20F1 of the sash screen door, and extends in a curved shape from the front portion toward the shutter curtain 40, and again somewhat toward the sash screen door side. The shape is back. In a state where the shutter curtain is not interfered, that is, in a natural state where no force is received, the height dimension from the sash screen, more precisely, the height dimension h1 from the outer surface of the vertical frame portion of the sash screen is: The shutter curtain 40 is larger than the separation distance h2 between the back surface of the shutter curtain and the sash screen door when the shutter curtain 40 is located on the side farthest from the sash screen door in the gap of the guide rail 40G shown in FIG. Therefore, when the deflection regulating member 30 is attached to the sash screen door, the main body portion always presses the shutter curtain except when a large negative pressure is exerted so that the shutter curtain is greatly deflected in the outward direction by the strong wind. The operation and effect are the same as those of the above-described embodiments. The notch 30K at the corner of the main body is for facilitating elastic deformation of the main body. Depending on the material of the main body and the thickness design, this notch is not necessary.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used as a bending restricting structure for a window fitting having a sash screen door and a shutter curtain.
