Description

The present invention relates to a pachinko machine having a function of stopping a symbol being displayed on a screen by holding a hand over a non-contact sensor disposed on the front surface of a game board.

Conventionally, a pachinko machine has a configuration in which a player operates a switch in order to change the game. For example, there are a contact type touch sensor disposed at a position where a player can easily operate on a game board, and a non-contact type sensor using a photoelectric element. These sensors are generally provided for the purpose of stopping a symbol being displayed on the game board screen.
The touch sensor detects that the player has directly touched the sensor with his / her hand, and an active symbol is stopped by this detection.

The non-contact type sensor is for stopping a symbol in operation in the same manner as described above when a player holds his hand in front of the sensor, and is attached as shown in FIG. 4, for example. That is, a base 13 for mounting a non-contact type sensor is disposed in the area of the front left corner of the game board 11 of the pachinko machine, and the non-contact type sensor 15 is fixed to the base 13.
As shown in FIG. 5, the base 13 has a mountain hat shape, and a substantially rectangular cut-out portion for exposing the light emitting / receiving surface of the non-contact sensor 15 to the player side on the upper surface of the convex portion 13a. 13b is formed. Two cylindrical sensor mounting members 13c having screw holes are fixed to both sides of the cutout portion 13b in the convex portion 13a, and the non-contact sensor 15 is screwed to the sensor mounting member 13c. It is fixed by.

Further, the non-contact type sensor 15 emits light from the light emitting element 15a and emits it to the outside as shown by a broken line arrow in the cross-sectional view of the non-contact type sensor 15 portion of the game board 11 shown in FIG. When the radiated light is reflected by the hand 19, the reflected light is received by the light receiving element 15b to perform a switching operation (switch-on). The symbol operation is stopped by this switching operation.
An example of this type of conventional pachinko machine is disclosed in Patent Document 1.

By the way, in the conventional pachinko machine, when the game board 11 is installed in the pachinko parlor, as shown in FIG. 7, the board surface 11a of the game board 11 is set as a reference with respect to the vertical line 21 perpendicular to the horizontal floor surface. The installation angle θ is inclined so as to intersect at about 1 degree, and the installation is performed so that the sphere flows down on the board surface 11a by inclining obliquely upward.
However, when the panel surface 11a is installed so as to be obliquely upward in this way, the light emitting / receiving surface 15d of the non-contact sensor 15 fixed to the panel surface 11a is also obliquely upward, so that it is fixed to the ceiling 22 ( Alternatively, light indicated by broken-line arrows from the fluorescent lamp 23 arranged on the ceiling 22 side is incident on the light emitting / receiving surface 15d at an angle at which it is likely to be in a light receiving state. For this reason, there is a problem that the non-contact type sensor 15 easily receives light from the fluorescent lamp 23 and malfunctions.

In addition, when the symbol is in operation, if the non-contact type sensor 15 malfunctions as described above even though the player is not holding his / her hand, the symbol in operation is stopped against the player's intention. There is a problem that a malfunction of a predetermined pachinko game occurs.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and prevents a non-contact type sensor using a photoelectric element from malfunctioning due to light from an external light source such as a fluorescent lamp disposed on the ceiling side. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a pachinko machine that can prevent a malfunction of a predetermined pachinko game unintended by the player.

In order to achieve the above object, in the pachinko machine according to claim 1 of the present invention, the light emitted from the photoelectric element for emitting and receiving light is reflected by the light reflecting means held in the radiation direction of the light. A pachinko machine having a non-contact type sensor that performs a switching operation by receiving the reflected light with a photoelectric element through a light receiving surface and controlling a predetermined operation of the pachinko game by the switching operation. in the as the light receiving surface of the non-contact sensor is horizontally oriented perpendicular to the constantly gravitational direction, supporting means for supporting the hanging down state of the contactless sensor the gravity direction due to its own weight, said support means is supported by the non-contact type sensor in the horizontal direction had directed to the light receiving surface is perpendicular to the direction of gravity, and adjusting means for fixing in this state, as comprising the That.

According to this configuration, since the non-contact sensor is always suspended in the direction of gravity, the light receiving surface is always directed in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the direction of gravity, so that the fluorescent light that is fixed to the ceiling (or arranged on the ceiling side). The radiation direction of light from an external light source such as a lamp is an angle at which it is difficult for the light receiving surface to receive light. This makes it difficult for the non-contact type sensor to receive light from the external light source, thereby preventing a malfunction caused by light from the external light source as in the prior art. In addition, this makes it possible to prevent malfunctions of a predetermined pachinko game, such as the stop of a symbol operation contrary to the player's intention due to a malfunction of a non-contact sensor as in the prior art.

Further, since the light-receiving surface of the non-contact type sensor can be fixed in a state that had toward the horizontal direction, it can be fixed in a stable state so as not to blur the light receiving surface vibration or the like. As a result, malfunction due to light from the external light source can be further prevented.

Further, if the light receiving surface is adjusted and fixed so as to face the floor, light from above does not enter, so that malfunction due to light from an external light source can be completely prevented .

As described above, according to the present invention, a non-contact type sensor using a photoelectric element can be prevented from malfunctioning due to light from an external light source such as a fluorescent lamp arranged on the ceiling side. There is an effect that it is possible to prevent malfunction of a predetermined pachinko game unintended by the player.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, parts corresponding to each other in all the drawings in this specification are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description of the overlapping parts will be omitted as appropriate.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows an attachment structure of a non-contact type sensor attached to the pachinko machine according to the first embodiment of the present invention, (a) is a front view of a state where the non-contact type sensor is attached to the base, (b) ) Is an exploded perspective view of the attachment structure of the non-contact type sensor, and (c) is a cross-sectional view showing a state of the attachment part to the base of the non-contact type sensor.

As shown in FIG. 1, the feature of the first embodiment is that a horizontal shaft 15c is fixed in the vicinity of the upper ends of both side surfaces of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped non-contact sensor 15 so as to protrude from both sides, and these horizontal shafts 15c Is attached to a horizontal shaft mounting member 13d disposed in the convex portion 13a of the base 13 so that the non-contact type sensor 15 is always suspended by its own weight in the direction of gravity, and the light emitting / receiving surface 15d is moved to gravity. It was made to face the horizontal direction orthogonal to the direction. The fixed position of the horizontal shaft 15c may be higher than the center of gravity of the non-contact sensor 15.

More specifically, each horizontal shaft 15c is rotatably mounted with a screw 27 so as not to be removed via the stopper member 25 after being inserted into the concave portion of the horizontal shaft mounting member 13d.
By attaching the non-contact type sensor 15 in this way, as shown in FIG. 2, when installing the game board 11 in the pachinko parlor, the board surface 11a is set to the reference installation angle θ = about 1 degree with respect to the vertical line 21. Even when installed so as to cross each other, the non-contact sensor 15 is suspended in the gravity direction G1 by its own weight, so that the light emitting / receiving surface 15d faces in the horizontal direction.

According to the first embodiment as described above, since the light emitting / receiving surface 15d always faces the horizontal direction, light is emitted from the fluorescent lamp 23 fixed to the ceiling 22 (or arranged on the ceiling 22 side). Since the light emission direction indicated by the broken line arrow is an angle at which light is not easily received with respect to the light emitting / receiving surface 15d, the non-contact type sensor 15 is difficult to receive the light from the fluorescent lamp 23 and malfunctions as in the past. Can be prevented. Furthermore, this makes it possible to prevent malfunctions in pachinko games, such as the stop of symbol movements contrary to the player's intention due to malfunctions of the non-contact sensor 15 as in the prior art.

In addition, when the top surface of the non-contact type sensor 15 is suspended, the non-contact type sensor 15 is always suspended by its own weight in the gravity direction G1 so that the light emitting / receiving surface 15d faces the horizontal direction. The effect of can be obtained.
That is, if the non-contact type sensor 15 is attached to the game board 11 so that the non-contact type sensor 15 is always suspended by its own weight in the gravity direction G1 and the light emitting / receiving surface 15d faces in the horizontal direction, Any structure is acceptable. For example, as the support means, a configuration in which the upper surface of the non-contact sensor 15 is suspended at one or a plurality of points with a tough thread or the like is also conceivable.
In the present embodiment, the horizontal shaft 15c, the base 13, the horizontal shaft mounting member 13d, the stop member 25, and the screw 27 constitute a support means.

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 3 shows a non-contact sensor mounting structure that is mounted on a pachinko machine according to a second embodiment of the present invention, in which (a) is a front view thereof, and (b) is A1-A2 shown in (a). Sectional drawing, (c) is an enlarged view in a broken line frame shown in (b).
The second embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is different from the first embodiment in that a sensor surface adjustment unit (adjustment means) 31 is further provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the non-contact sensor 15 having the horizontal shaft 15c. The sensor surface adjustment unit 31 can arbitrarily adjust the direction in which the light emitting / receiving surface 15d faces.
The upper and lower sensor surface adjustment portions 31 are attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the non-contact sensor 15, and as shown in FIG. A nut 31c is movably inserted into the cavity of the hole 31a, and an adjustment screw 31e is screwed into the nut 31c via a screw retaining ring 31d.

A base through hole 13e for inserting the adjusting screw 31e is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the cutout portion 13b in the base 13. An adjustment screw 31e is inserted into these base through holes 13e and screwed into the nut 31c via a screw retaining ring 31d.
When the non-contact type sensor 15 having such a sensor surface adjustment unit 31 is attached to the base 13, the non-contact type sensor 15 is placed in the convex portion 13a of the base 13 with the adjustment screw 31e removed from the nut 31c. . Next, with the light emitting / receiving surface 15d aligned with the cutout portion 13b, the adjustment screw 31e is inserted into the base through hole 13e and screwed into the nut 31c via the screw retaining ring 31d. At this time, the adjusting screw 31e is loosely screwed so that the non-contact sensor 15 is suspended in the gravity direction by its own weight only by supporting the horizontal shaft 15c.

Next, as described above with reference to FIG. 2, when the game board 11 is installed in the pachinko parlor, the board surface 11a is inclined so that it intersects the vertical line 21 at a reference installation angle θ = about 1 degree. Install. At this time, the non-contact type sensor 15 is suspended in the gravity direction G1 by its own weight, so that the light emitting / receiving surface 15d faces in the horizontal direction.
If the non-contact type sensor 15 is fixed by closing the adjustment screw 31e in this state, the light emitting / receiving surface 15d is fixed in a state where it faces the horizontal direction.

According to the second embodiment, it is possible to fix the non-contact type sensor 15 by closing the adjusting screw 31e in a state where the light emitting / receiving surface 15d of the non-contact type sensor 15 faces in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the light emitting / receiving surface 15d can be fixed in a stable state so as not to be shaken by vibration or the like. As a result, malfunction due to light emitted from the fluorescent lamp 23 can be further prevented.

Further, when the non-contact sensor 15 includes the sensor surface adjustment unit 31, the horizontal axis 15c may not be provided. Even in this configuration, the non-contact sensor 15 can be fixed by the adjustment screw 31e in a state where the light emitting / receiving surface 15d faces the horizontal direction.
Further, if the light emitting / receiving surface 15d is adjusted and fixed so as to face slightly in the floor direction by the sensor surface adjusting unit 31, light from above is not incident on the sensor surface adjusting unit 31, so that malfunction due to light emitted from the fluorescent lamp 23 is prevented. It can be completely prevented. That is, it is possible to completely prevent a pachinko game from malfunctioning, such as stoppage of a symbol operation against the player's intention due to malfunction of the non-contact sensor 15.
Moreover, since adjustment with the adjusting screw 31e can be performed from the front of the pachinko machine, it can be easily adjusted.

The attachment structure of the non-contact type sensor attached to the pachinko machine which concerns on the 1st Embodiment of this invention is shown, (a) is a front view of the state which attached the non-contact type sensor to the base, (b) is non-contact The exploded perspective view of the attachment structure of a type | mold sensor, (c) is sectional drawing which shows the state of the attachment part to the base of a non-contact type | mold sensor. It is a side view which shows the direction where the light emission / light-receiving surface of a non-contact-type sensor faces when the pachinko machine shown in FIG. 1 is installed. The attachment structure of the non-contact type sensor attached to the pachinko machine which concerns on the 2nd Embodiment of this invention is shown, (a) is the front view, (b) is A1-A2 sectional drawing shown to (a), ( c) is an enlarged view in a broken-line frame shown in (b). It is a front view which shows the attachment position of the non-contact-type sensor in the game board of a pachinko machine. It is a disassembled perspective view of the attachment structure of the non-contact-type sensor with respect to the conventional base. It is sectional drawing of the non-contact-type sensor part in the conventional game board. It is a side view which shows the direction which the light emission / light-receiving surface of a non-contact-type sensor faces when a conventional pachinko machine is installed.
