上記のような目的を達成するために、本発明の構築方法は、海底に敷設する敷設物と、敷設物を海底で支持する支持体の間隙に固結材を注入して支持基礎を構築する方法において、敷設物と支持体の間に袋体を配置するとともに、該袋体の全面を被覆材で覆って、その外周縁部を支持体に接着し、この被覆材の内部の空気を吸引して被覆材の内部を負圧状態とし被覆材で被覆した前記袋体を支持体に密着させた後、前記袋体内に固結材を注入して膨脹させることを特徴とする敷設物用基礎の構築方法、あるいは、海底に敷設する敷設物と、敷設物を海底で支持する支持体の間隙に固結材を注入して支持基礎を構築する方法において、敷設物と支持体の間に袋体を配置し、接着剤などで袋体を支持体に固定した後、この袋体の内部の空気を吸引して袋体の内部を負圧状態とし、前記袋体を支持体に密着させた後、前記袋体内に固結材を注入して膨脹させることを特徴とする敷設物用基礎の構築方法である。

以下図面を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態について説明する。

本発明の対象となる敷設物は、例えば海洋構造物やパイプなど海底に敷設する物体である。

袋体4は、その内部にモルタル等の固結材を注入できる伸縮性を有する袋状のものである。また袋体4は、通気性のある材料やゴム、ビニ−ル等の不透水膜で形成するが、被覆材3で覆わない場合は、通気性の材料は使用せず不透水膜だけを用いる。

袋体を被覆材で覆うことなく施工する場合もある。この場合は気密性及び伸縮性を有するゴム、ビニ−ル製等の不透水膜で袋体を構成する。袋体を支持体に接着剤やボルト等により支持体に固定した後、上記と同様の方法で袋体内部の空気を吸引して支持体に密着させた後、固結材を袋体内に注入して袋体が敷設物に接触するまで膨脹させれば、敷設物と支持体と一体となり支持基礎を形成することができる。
