本発明は、道路の排水溝や集水枡等の水を流す凹所の蓋として使用されるグレーチングの取付装置に関する。

しかるに、このようなグレーチングを単に受け枠上に載置しただけでは、その上を車や人が通った時にがたついて騒音を発生するという問題があり、特に道路の横断溝のように車が頻繁に通過する部位に使用されるグレーチングの場合、重量負荷による変形を生じ易く、この変形によってがたつきが大きくなり、騒音が増大するばかりか、車の通過の際にグレーチングが跳ね上がって凹所から外れる危険性がある。

このため、従来より一部において、凹所の受け枠底面側にアンカーボルトを植設し、このアンカーボルトにナットを介してグレーチングをねじ止め固定する手段が採用されている。ところが、このようなアンカーボルトにて固定する方法では、清掃等においてグレーチングの取外しと再設置に非常に手間がかかる上、アンカーボルトのねじ部に砂等の噛み込みによる損傷や錆びつきを生じ、脱着困難になることが多々あった。

一方、上記のアンカーボルトを用いないグレーチングの固定手段として、グレーチングのエンドプレートの内側から螺入させた固定用ボルトの先端を受け枠の側面に押接させる方式(実開昭55−118088号公報、同57−85085号公報)、グレーチングにコイルスプリングにて突出方向に付勢されたピンを設け、このピンの先端に固着した滑り止め部材を凹所のコンクリート側面に押接させる方式(実開昭61−180279号公報)、受け枠に上縁から延出した断面逆L字形の折曲部を設け、グレーチングのエンドプレートに内側から貫通させたピンの先端側を該折曲部の下に入り込ませる方式(実開昭60−14183号公報)等が提案されている。

しかしながら、固定用ボルトの先端を受け枠の側面に押接させたり、ピン先端の滑り止め部材をコンクリート側面に押接させる方式では、摩擦力による固定であるため、車の通過による衝撃等の大きな力が加わった際、押接部のずれによってグレーチングが外れてしまう懸念がある。また、受け枠の折曲部の下にピンを入り込ませる方式では、グレーチングが外れることはないが、がたつきを抑えられない上、受け枠は折曲部を形成するために材料コスト及び製作コストが高くつくという難点がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明に係るグレーチングの取付装置は、図面の参照符号を付して示せば、グレーチング1A,1Bの両側部に、側方外部へ出退移動自在な係止部材2と、この係止部材2を移動不能に固定するロック手段3A,3Bとが設けられると共に、該グレーチング1A,1Bを嵌め込む凹所4の開口縁に固定された受け枠5に、前記係止部材2の嵌入部6を有し、前記凹所4に嵌め込んだグレーチング1A,1Bの係止部材2を受け枠5の嵌入部6に挿嵌させ、この係止部材2を前記ロック手段3A,3Bにて固定するように構成され、また前記ロック手段が、枢着部31を中心に回動して、係止部材2の周面にばね力によって弾接するロック位置と、該周面に弾接しない非ロック位置とに変位可能な回動片3Bよりなる構成としている。
