Description

The present invention relates to a connecting structure of a vertical beam and a horizontal beam applied to a lattice door, a partition lattice door, a fence, a surface lattice, a gate, and the like.

Conventionally, in lattice doors, partition lattice doors, fences, surface lattices, gates, etc., various structures have been proposed in which a vertical beam serving as a vertical member and a horizontal beam serving as a horizontal member are connected in a cross shape. .

For example, in Patent Document 1 below, a notch recess that matches the cross-sectional shape of the horizontal beam is formed in the horizontal beam connecting portion of the vertical beam, and the longitudinal beam is used as the notch recess of the vertical beam. A connection structure of a vertical beam and a horizontal beam that are fitted in an intersecting manner is disclosed.

In Patent Document 2 below, engagement holes are provided in the side wall portion of the vertical beam at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction, and an engagement member that can be inserted into the engagement hole is predetermined in the side wall portion of the contact surface of the horizontal beam. There is disclosed a lattice panel in which a vertical beam and a horizontal beam are connected by providing an engagement member of the horizontal beam at an interval and engaging an engagement hole of the vertical beam.

Furthermore, when connecting the vertical beam to the front and back surfaces of the horizontal beam, a joint member is installed on each of the front and back surfaces of the horizontal beam, and a structure for connecting the vertical beam to the joint member is provided to the market. (Hereinafter referred to as Conventional Example 1).
JP-A 61-233163 JP 2001-115598 A

However, in the case of Patent Document 1, the vertical beam and the horizontal beam can be connected by a non-screw. However, in order to make the vertical beam and the horizontal beam almost flush with each other, a large notch recess is formed in the vertical beam. There is a problem that the connection strength cannot be increased because of the large cross section of the vertical beam.

Further, in the case of the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, the horizontal beam can be connected simply by being hooked on the vertical beam, and the assembling efficiency is excellent, but the vertical beam and the horizontal beam are almost flush with each other. There is a problem that you can't.

On the other hand, in the case of the conventional example 1, in order to attach the joint member to the horizontal beam, it is necessary to form a lip-shaped groove in the horizontal beam in advance, or to screw the joint member with screws, which complicates the structure. In addition, there are problems such as complicated installation work. In addition, there are problems such as requiring many joint members because the joint members are required on the front and back surfaces of the horizontal rail.

Accordingly, a main object of the present invention is to provide a connection structure that can easily connect a vertical beam and a horizontal beam substantially flush with each other by a non-screw.

Are arranged, and horizontal bars 5, 5... Are arranged between the vertical bars 4, 4,. Glass G, G... Is fitted into each lattice frame via Grechan.

The vertical beam 4 and the horizontal beam 5 have a structure in which a pair of vertical beams 4 and 4 are connected to each of the front and back surfaces of one horizontal beam 5 in an intersecting manner. The present invention is applied to the connection between the rail and the horizontal rail 5.

[Cross-sectional shape of vertical beam 4 and horizontal beam 5, 5]
The horizontal bar 5 is a hollow cross-sectional shape member manufactured by extrusion molding, and has a cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. On the other hand, the vertical beam 4 is a hollow cross-sectional shape member manufactured by extrusion molding and has a cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. Specifically, the engagement pieces 4a and 4b projecting inward are formed on the opposing left and right inner wall surfaces, respectively, while having a rectangular cross-sectional shape.

[Connecting structure of vertical beam 4 and horizontal beam 5]
Hereinafter, the connection structure between the vertical bars 4 and 4 and the horizontal bars 5 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

In order to connect the vertical beam 4 and the horizontal beam 5 in an intersecting manner, as shown in FIG. 4, on the side of the horizontal beam 5, the vertical beam is respectively connected to the front and back surfaces of the portion where the vertical beam 4 is joined. Recessed notches 5d and 5d having a width of 4 are formed. The notches 5d and 5d of the horizontal rail 5 extend up to the proximal end portions of the extending pieces 5a and 5b, and expose the slit grooves S formed therein.

Further, on the side of the vertical beam 4, a concave notch portion 4 c having a width of the horizontal beam 5 is formed at a portion where the horizontal beam 5 is joined and on the opposite surface side of the horizontal beam 5. The notch 4c of the vertical beam 4 extends to the front of the engagement pieces 4a and 4b, and exposes the engagement pieces 4a and 4b formed inside.

On the other hand, a plate-like joint member 6 is used to connect the vertical beam 4 and the horizontal beam 5. As shown in detail in FIG. 5, the plate-like joint member 6 includes locking pieces 6 a and 6 b that can be engaged with the engaging pieces 4 a and 4 b on both sides of the front end side, and both sides on the rear end side. It is a plate-like member provided with locking pieces 6c, 6d that can be engaged with the engaging pieces 4a, 4b. Each of the locking pieces 6a to 6d has a letter-shaped locking claw at the tip, and is formed by forming concave notches 6e to 6h in adjacent portions so as to exhibit a certain degree of elastic deformation. It is formed like a beam. The plate-like joint member 6 has a plate thickness substantially the same as the gap width of the slit groove S formed in the horizontal rail 5 and can be inserted into the slit groove S.

When the plate-like joint member 6 is inserted into the slit groove S from the notch 5 d of the horizontal beam 5, the vertical beam 4 and the horizontal beam 5 are connected to the front side and the back side of the horizontal beam 5. The vertical bars 4 and 4 are inserted while fitting the notch portions into each other, and as shown in FIG. 2, the engagement pieces 4a and 4b formed on the vertical bars 4 are respectively connected to the plate-like joint members 6. The locking pieces 6a and 6b (6c and 6d) are locked. The engaging pieces 4a and 4b and the engaging pieces 6a and 6b (6c and 6d) of the plate-like joint member 6 are locked by pushing the vertical rail 4 so that the engaging pieces 6a to 6d are elastic. As a result, the engaging pieces 4a and 4b get over the pawls at the distal end of the engaging pieces while elastically deforming the pawls, and are automatically engaged.

In the connected state of the vertical beam 4 and the horizontal beam 5, as shown in FIG. 3, the notches of the vertical beam 4 and the horizontal beam 5 are fitted to each other so that they are almost flush with each other. Further, a gap (glass fitting groove) is formed between the vertical rails 4 and 4, and the side edges of the glasses G, G... Are supported.

[Connection structure between the vertical beam 4 and the upper and lower rods 3A, 3B]
Next, a connection structure between the vertical beam 4 and the upper and lower rods 3A and 3B will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

For connecting the vertical beam 4 and the upper and lower rods 3A and 3B, a vertical beam connecting member 7 shown in FIG. 11 is used. The vertical beam connecting member 7 includes a base plate 7A, an insert portion 7B to the vertical beam mouth provided in an upright state on the upper surface side of the base plate 7A, and a hanging state on the lower surface side of the base plate 7A. It is a member which has the provided convex part 7C to the upper and lower flanges 3A and 3B.

The insert portion 7B has a substantially horizontal H shape in plan view, and crushing protrusions 7d and 7d are formed on both outer surfaces of the standing ribs 7a and 7b so as not to be loose when inserted into the vertical beam 4. Has been. Further, the insertion convex portion 7C is formed so as to be slightly biased to one side in accordance with the insertion holes 3a formed in the upper and lower flanges 3A, 3B.

As shown in FIG. 9, the vertical beam 4 is connected by forming rectangular insertion holes 3 a and 3 a in the vertical beam connecting portions of the upper and lower rods 3 </ b> A and 3 </ b> B. If the portion 7C is installed in a state where it is inserted into the insertion hole 3a, the insert portion 7B is inserted into the end of the vertical rail 4. FIG. 10 is a side view showing a connection state of the vertical rails 4, and the end surfaces of the vertical rails 4 are connected so as to contact the upper surface edge of the base plate 7 </ b> A of the vertical beam connecting member 7.

[Connection structure between the horizontal beam 5 and the left and right vertical beams 2A, 2B]
A screw pocket 5c is formed at a substantially central portion of the horizontal rail 5 by cutting out the opposing wall surfaces in an arc shape in the middle portion of the slit groove S. The inserted screw is screwed into the screw pocket 5c so that the two are connected.

[Other examples]
