Description
The present invention relates to a storage box capable of confirming the state of contents without opening.
In order to solve such a problem, it has been proposed to provide a viewing window in a part of the storage box (see Patent Document 1).
However, since this conventional technique merely attaches a transparent film to the viewing window, there is a problem that the inside of the box is always visible from the outside and the appearance is impaired. In particular, many products, such as those for home use or business use, have an integrated and harmonious design that is printed throughout the box, so if there is a viewing window different from such a box design, the design If the sense of unity and harmony are impaired, the appearance may be further deteriorated and the product value may be reduced.
Therefore, a main problem of the present invention is to provide a storage box having a good appearance while allowing the inside of the box to be confirmed by a viewing window.
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of
The basis weight is formed by cardboard is 300~450g / m 2, a visible light transmittance of Ri 0-5% der, and an upper surface, a lower surface, the front, rear, and rectangular or cubic shape having left and right sides The sanitary thin paper is stored in a state of being stacked from the lower surface toward the upper surface, and the uppermost sanitary thin paper is sequentially taken out from the take-out port. A sanitary thin paper storage box,
The side surface includes an upper flap and a lower flap extending from an adjacent edge on the upper surface and an adjacent edge on the lower surface, and a front flap and a rear flap extending from an adjacent edge on the front surface and an adjacent edge on the rear surface, respectively. And the upper flap and the lower flap are overlapped on the outside of the rear flap, and the lower flap is sealed on the lower end of the upper flap on the outer side of the upper end of the lower flap,
A portion of the lower flap that does not overlap with the upper flap, the front flap, and the rear flap is formed with a viewing window extending upward from the lower end of the side surface,
The film is attached to the inner surface of the main body portion of the lower flap so that the film covers the entire viewing window,
In the main body portion, a perforation is formed in a portion that does not overlap the upper flap, the front flap, and the rear flap so as to surround the portion where the film is attached,
If at least one surface of the film is printed with a temperature-sensitive ink, and the visible light transmittance of the printed portion is lower than 30 ° C., it becomes 0 to 5%, and if the temperature is 30 ° C. or higher, 20 to 100 A storage box characterized by being configured to be%.
(Function and effect)
If the film to be attached to the viewing window is printed with such temperature-sensitive ink, the transparency of the film is low at room temperature, and the inside of the box cannot be seen from the outside, and the appearance is not impaired. And when temperature becomes 30 degreeC or more, transparency will become high and it will become possible to see the inside of a box from the outside. Therefore, for example, if necessary, the transparency of the film can be increased by bringing the fingertip into contact with the film to raise the temperature of the film, and the inside of the box can be visually recognized through the film.
Note that the visible light transmittance of the printed portion is measured according to JIS S3107. If the printed portion is too small to measure only the printed portion, the printed portion is printed on the same film substrate as the printed portion. It is measured using a sample that has been subjected to solid printing with the same ink and the same printing conditions (ink deposition amount, etc.) .
Further, the invention described in this section relates to application to the remaining amount confirmation in a storage box storing sanitary thin paper such as tissue paper, kitchen paper, and towel paper. For example, in a typical box tissue, the tissue paper is stored in a stacked state from the lower surface to the upper surface, and the uppermost tissue paper is sequentially taken out from the take-out port. In other sanitary thin paper products such as kitchen paper and towel paper, there are some which adopt the same structure. In a normal usage pattern, the lower surface is placed on the installation surface. Therefore, it is preferable that the observation window extends upward from the lower end of the peripheral surface as described in this section because it is easy to check the remaining amount of tissue paper stored inside.
The term “up / down / front / back / left / right”, which indicates the direction, does not limit the direction in use (the same applies hereinafter).
Storage boxes for sanitary thin paper such as tissue paper, kitchen paper, towel paper, etc. are generally rectangular parallelepiped or cubic as described in this section. In such a storage box, a side structure composed of upper and lower flaps and front and rear flaps as described in this section is widely adopted. In such a structure, it is difficult to manufacture the observation window extending over the upper and lower flaps, and when the observation window extending over the entire upper and lower direction of the lower flap is provided, there is a problem that the upper end portion of the observation window is hidden by the upper flap. Further, in any case, there is a possibility that a gap communicating between the inside and outside of the box is generated between the lower flap and the upper flap due to a step between the film and the surrounding portion. Therefore, it is preferable to adopt a structure as described in this section.
In a paper storage box attached with a film, it is necessary to separate a paper portion which is combustible waste and a film portion which is non-burnable waste at the time of disposal. At this time, it is preferable that perforations are provided as described in this section because the film-attached portion can be easily cut and separated.
<Invention of
A design composed of at least one of a pattern and characters is printed on the main body, and a continuous design that forms a part of the design is attached to the film following the design of the main body by printing with the temperature-sensitive ink. The storage box according to
(Function and effect)
As described above, in many products for home use or business use, an integrated and harmonious design is applied to the entire box by printing. As described in this section, even if the discomfort due to the presence of the viewing window remains, because the film is printed with temperature-sensitive ink, and the film is given a continuation design that forms part of the design after the main body design, The sense of unity and harmony of the design as a whole is not impaired. Therefore, it becomes more excellent in appearance and the commercial value is improved.

The perforations extend along both sides in the circumferential direction of the viewing window and extend from the lower edge of the lower flap to a vertical position between the upper edge of the viewing window and the upper edge of the lower flap; An upper part extending from one side to the other of the two side parts passing between the upper edge of the viewing window and the upper edge of the lower flap, and one side to the other of the two side parts passing over the lower edge of the lower flap The storage box of
(Function and effect)
By providing perforations as described in this section, the cut-out range can be minimized. Further, the cut by the perforation is likely to fail (breaks independently of the perforation) at the cut start position and the end position. However, when a perforation is provided as described in this section, the last part of the perforation is cut on the lower edge of the lower flap , that is, the bottom by cutting off the part surrounded by the perforation from the upper side to the lower side. Since it is located at the folding angle between the flap and the lower surface, the separation force is concentrated on the perforation, and it is difficult to cause a failure such as tearing regardless of the perforation. On the other hand, when the portion surrounded by the perforation is cut from the lower side to the upper side, the cutting can be easily started by placing the fingertip on the lower edge of the lower flap .

The perforation includes both side portions extending from the lower surface to the upper side of the upper edge of the sighting window along both sides in the circumferential direction of the sighting window, and one side of the both side portions passing through the upper side of the sighting window. it is made of an upper portion extending a lower portion extending from one to the other as the two side portions spaced apart position from the lower edge of the lower flap in the lower surface to claim 1 or claim The storage box according to 2 .
(Function and effect)
When the perforation is formed as described in this section, after pressing the fingertip into the part surrounded by the perforation on the lower surface and cutting the lower end of the perforation, the part surrounded by the perforation in the lower flap The portion surrounded by the perforation in the lower flap can be cut out in order from the lower side to the upper side by being hooked on and pulled out to the outside of the box. Therefore, the cutting work becomes very easy, and even if the cutting work is performed to some extent, it is difficult to fail.

(Function and effect)
As the temperature-sensitive ink of the present invention, those described in this section are particularly suitable.
As described above, according to the present invention, there is an advantage that the inside of the box can be confirmed by the viewing window, and the storage box has a good appearance.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a box tissue employing a
As can be seen from the developed state of FIG. 2, the
The left and right side surfaces 4 and 5 extend from an adjacent edge of the
A cutout such as a perforation is formed in advance on the
A
As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of tissue papers 8 are stored in a stacked state inside the
Characteristically, a
Such a
The temperature-sensitive ink is not particularly limited as long as printing corresponding to the above temperature and visible light transmittance is possible, and for example, a thermochromic material whose color changes reversibly can be used. Examples of the thermochromic material that reversibly changes color include those made of metal complex salts in the inorganic system and those made of condensed aromatic ring-substituted ethylene derivatives or cholesteric liquid crystals in the organic system.
In particular, an organic thermochromic material including an electron-donating color-forming organic compound (role that determines color), an electron-accepting compound (role that determines concentration), and a polar organic compound (role that determines color change temperature) Is preferably used. In this thermochromic material, an electron-donating color-forming organic compound and an electron-accepting compound are in a polar organic compound atmosphere, and electrons are transferred according to the thermal equilibrium of the atmosphere, thereby taking a dye structure. It becomes colored or becomes leuco body structure and becomes colorless. In addition, the thermochromic material can change the color change temperature by changing the type of the polar organic compound, and can change the hue by changing the type of the electron donating color-forming organic compound. .
Examples of such a thermochromic material include Metamocolor (registered trademark). Such a thermochromic material can be applied to a film as it is, but can also be applied after being held in a matrix of a polymer material or microencapsulated.
Printing with temperature-sensitive ink can be performed without any gap over the entire surface of the
The
As the shape of the
Further, the
Furthermore, although the

On the other hand, it is preferable that the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the
