Description

【0001】
【0033】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is composed of a single cardboard, and when the packing article is placed on the center of the cardboard packaging box in the state where it is put on the open top surface, the packing material that is depressed due to its weight wraps the packing article However, the present invention relates to a packing material for packing, which is configured to fit inside a packing box while being folded up in the form of a box packing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, when packing electric appliances such as video tape recorders and household facsimiles using a cardboard box, a polystyrene foam packing material has been used together.
However, styrene foam is made from finite and valuable petroleum as a raw material. If it is disposed of by incineration after use, it produces harmful gases and is not suitable for landfill.
[0003]
Therefore, the inventor of the present application has pioneered a method of folding a packing having both a shape and a cushioning performance that can replace the existing foamed polystyrene packing, using only one cardboard as a raw material, and thereafter variously Have made many improvements.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if you try to fold up a packing that has both the required shape and shock-absorbing performance from a single piece of cardboard, the folding structure will become complicated and the folding operation will be cumbersome. was there.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a packing material made of corrugated cardboard, which has a required shape and cushioning performance and can simplify its folding structure and folding operation as much as possible.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the packing material for packing made of corrugated cardboard according to the present invention is made of a single corrugated cardboard, has a size that can hold a packaged article, and has a box shape without a lid that is slightly smaller than the packing box It can be folded up into
The packing material is bent into an inverted trapezoidal or V-shaped bowl shape in cross section to form a pair of inclined bottom surfaces 1a, 1a,

The spacer piece 4 is configured to project outward from the four corners of the packing folded in a box shape in a state of being folded along two oblique folds F extending from each corner of the bottom surface 1.
The packaged article is characterized by being supported between the upper end portions of the pair of inclined bottom surfaces 1a and 1a so as to be buffered.
And the superposition | polymerization piece 5 made to superpose | polymerize on the opposing side 3 and the inclined bottom face 1a continuous with this surface on the upper edge of the opposing side surface 3 is respectively provided through the crease | fold.
Further, it is preferable that the load of the packaged article is received and supported by the support piece 6 formed on the inclined bottom surface 1a so as to be cut and raised.
Furthermore, a strip-like auxiliary spacer piece 8 interposed between the side surface and the side wall of the packaging box may be provided on the upper edge of the opposing side surface 2 through a fold.
The auxiliary spacer piece 8 is provided with a crease for folding it into a trapezoidal shape or any other shape, and is provided with a latching protrusion for fixing the bent shape. A hole may be provided. A polymerization fold M for folding in two is preferably provided.
And it is good to form the buffer protrusion 10 interposed between this side surface and the side wall of a packaging box in the upper edge part of the opposing side surface 3 in the shape of a cut-and-raised shape.
Further, a substantially triangular cutout location a is provided at the upper edge of the opposing side surface 2 and one lid flap of the packaging box is fitted obliquely downward into the cutout location a so as to contact the upper surface of the packaged article. It is advisable to fix this state with the remaining lid flap.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Several embodiments of the present invention will be sequentially described below.
First, the structure of the packing material of 1st Example is demonstrated, referring FIGS. 1-9.
The packing material 101 of this embodiment shown as a plan view in FIG. 1 and as a perspective view in FIG. 2 is composed of a single cardboard having folds (creases) in predetermined directions at predetermined locations. .
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 6, the packing material 101 is formed into a box shape with the top surface opened, and buffer spacer pieces project outward at the four corners. Fold up into the form of packing 201.
Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the packaged article 400 is stored in a cardboard packaging box 300 in a state of being wrapped in the packing 201.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1, the packing material 101 has a central area as the bottom surface 1 of the packing 201.
Two bottom folds A and A are provided in parallel on the bottom surface 1, and in the process of folding the packing 201, the bottom surface 1 has a cross section as shown in FIGS. It is designed to be bent into an inverted trapezoidal bowl. The portion indicated by 1a in the figure is the inverted trapezoidal inclined bottom surface.
[0010]
Then, one opposing side surfaces 2 and 2 of the packing 201 are connected to both ends (left and right ends in FIG. 1) via trapezoidal creases B that expand outward.
The opposing side surface 2 is provided with a fold C extending outward from each end of the two folds A provided on the bottom surface 1 and reaching the upper edge of the opposing side surface 2.
The other opposing side surfaces 3 and 3 are connected to both side edges (upper and lower ends in FIG. 1) of the bottom surface 1 via a crease D.
[0011]
Further, between each side edge of each pair of adjacent side surfaces 2 and 3 adjacent to each other, a substantially L-shaped spacer piece 4 is laid across an outward fold E.
Each spacer piece 4 is provided with an inward oblique fold F extending from each corner of the bottom surface 1 and reaching the outer edge thereof.
This oblique fold F is for folding the spacer piece 4 in two in a stacked manner as shown in FIG.
[0012]
Further, as shown by imaginary lines in FIG. 1, an upper edge portion of one opposing side surface 2 is provided with a substantially right triangle notch portion a on one side portion in the width direction.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, the notch a is for fitting one lid flap 31 of the packaging box 300 obliquely downward.
Near the tip of the lid flap 31, there is provided a fold G for forming a laterally bent piece 31a corresponding to the depth of the notch a.
[0014]
Next, how to use the packing material 101 will be described.
The packing material 101 may be folded into the box-shaped packing 201 shown in FIG. 6 and then stored in the packing box 300 as shown in FIGS.
[0015]
However, it can be used more easily as described below.
That is, first, the packing material 101 that has been spread flat before the start of folding is placed on the open upper surface of the packaging box 300 with the lid open.
[0016]
Thereafter, when the packing article 400 is placed on the bottom surface 1 of the packing material 101, as shown in FIG. 3, due to the weight, the packing material 101 is gradually packed in accordance with the creases previously provided in the folds. It sinks into the shape of 201 while being folded up from itself.
Finally, as shown in FIG. 4, the packed article 400 is housed in the packing box 300 in a state of being wrapped in the folded packing 201.
In addition, in order to forcibly dent the packing material 101 as needed, an appropriate pressing force may be exerted on the packing article 400.
[0017]
Thus, a series of three work steps of folding the packing material 101 into the form of the packing 201, storing the packing 201 in the packing box 300, and storing the packing article 400 in the folded packing 201 are performed simultaneously. It can be completed almost at once.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 9, the folded box-shaped packing 201 has a bottom surface 1 bent into a bowl shape having a pair of inclined bottom surfaces 1 a, 1 a and having a cross-section of an inverted trapezoid.
Since the packaged article 400 is placed between the upper ends of the pair of inclined bottom surfaces 1a and 1a in a straddled state, it can receive a very good buffer support effect.
[0019]
In addition, on the outer periphery of the box-shaped packing 201 that is folded to a size slightly smaller than the packing box 300, two folded spacer pieces 4 are formed in a rib shape as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, it protrudes and is in a state of being interposed between one opposing side wall 32 of the packaging box 300.
Therefore, the packaged article 400 is effectively protected against an impact force exerted from the direction of the side wall 32.
[0020]
And since one opposing side surface 2 continues to the both ends of the bottom face 1 via the trapezoidal crease B, the opposing side surface 2 rising along the trapezoidal crease B has a packing 201 as shown in FIG. It is in a state of projecting in a trapezoidal plan view toward the inside.
Therefore, the packaged article 400 is effectively protected against an impact force exerted from the direction of the other opposing side wall 33 of the packaging box 300.
[0021]
Further, when closing the lid flap 31 of the packaging box 300, as shown in FIG. 7, first, one of the lid flaps 31 is folded upward with the bent piece 31a at the tip thereof being turned upward. It is made to fit in the notch location a and a provided in the upper edge part of the opposing side surfaces 2 and 2. FIG.
[0022]
Then, the leading end portion of the bent piece 31 is in a state of being just abutted against the upper surface of the packaged article 400 in a buffered manner.
Subsequently, if the remaining three lid flaps 31 are closed, as shown in FIG. 9, the above contact state is fixed, and the packaged article 400 is protected against an impact force from above.
Thus, the operation of packing the packed article 400 in a state in which the packing article 400 is securely buffered and held using the packing box 300 and the packing material 101 can be completed extremely efficiently.
[0023]
Next, FIGS. 10-13 has shown the packing material of 2nd Example.
The packing material 102 of this embodiment is composed of a single cardboard shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, and is folded into the form of the packing 202 shown in FIGS.
[0024]
The difference from the packing material 102 of the first embodiment is the bent shape of the bottom surface 1.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the bottom surface 1 is provided with only one fold A in the middle.
Accordingly, one opposing side surface 2, 2 is connected to the bottom surface 1 via a V-shaped fold line H instead of the trapezoidal fold line B.
[0025]
When the packing 202 is folded up from the packing material 102 in the same manner as in the first embodiment, the bottom surface 1 is bent into a V-shaped bowl shape in which a pair of inclined bottom surfaces 1a and 1a are connected.
The packaged article 400 is placed in a straddled state between the upper ends of the pair of inclined bottom surfaces 1a and 1a.
FIG. 13 shows a state where the packing 202 is housed in the packaging box 300.
[0026]
Next, FIGS. 14-17 has shown the packing material of 3rd Example.
The packing material 103 of this embodiment is composed of a single cardboard shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, and is folded into the form of the packing 203 shown in FIG.
[0027]
The first difference between the packing material 103 of this embodiment and the packing material 101 of the first embodiment is that the upper surface of the other opposing side surface 3 has the opposing side surface 3 and the inclined bottom surface 1a connected to this surface. The polymer pieces 5 to be polymerized respectively are connected through the crease I to reinforce the inclined bottom surface 1a and the like.
[0028]
The second difference is that the U-shaped cut 7 is formed on the inclined bottom surface 1a so as to contact the fold D so that the support piece 6 that receives and supports the load of the packing article 400 in a buffered manner is formed. There is.
[0029]
The third difference is that a strip-like auxiliary spacer piece 8 interposed between the side surface and the side wall of the packaging box 300 is connected to the upper edge of one opposing side surface 2 via a crease J. By the way.
As shown in FIG. 17, the auxiliary spacer piece 8 is provided with a plurality of creases K for bending into a substantially trapezoidal shape. In addition, it is not restricted to a trapezoid.
Thereby, the impact force exerted on the opposing side surface 2 can be effectively dispersed.
[0030]
Furthermore, the auxiliary spacer piece 8 is provided with two hooking protrusions 8a for fixing the bent shape.
In addition, the auxiliary spacer piece 8 is provided with a fold line M for superposition for reinforcing it by folding it in the width direction.
On the other hand, the opposing side surface 2 is provided with a latching hole 9 into which each latching protrusion 8a is inserted.
[0031]
The fourth difference is that the buffer protrusion 10 for interposing between the side surface and the side wall of the packaging box 300 at the upper edge of the opposite side surface 3 and serving as a buffer rib is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 17, a cut-and-cut line 11 for forming a cut-and-cut shape is provided.
The superposed piece 5 is provided with escape holes 12 for avoiding the protrusions of the packed article 400.
[0032]
16 and 17 show a state in the middle of folding the packing 203 and a folded state.
When the packing material 103 is started to be folded from the state where it is placed on the open top surface of the packaging box 300 as described above, both the overlapping pieces 5 and 5 are previously folded along the fold line I to the opposite side surface 3 side. It is good to put it in a stacked state.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the packing material made of corrugated cardboard according to the present invention has excellent practical effects as listed below.
(A) The three series of work steps of folding the packing from the packing material, placing the packing in the packing box, and wrapping the packing article with the packing can be completed almost simultaneously at the same time.
(B) Therefore, even a beginner can remarkably increase the efficiency of packing work.
(C) The packaged article is extremely effectively buffered and supported between a pair of inclined bottom surfaces that are bent into an inverted trapezoidal shape or a V-shaped bowl shape.
(D) Since the spacer piece protruding on the outer peripheral surface of the packing folded in a box shape is interposed between the wall surface of the packing box, the impact is also reliably attenuated from the side.
(E) The inclined bottom and side surfaces of the packing can be reinforced with the polymerized pieces.
(F) The packing article can be better buffered and supported by the support piece provided in an upright shape on the inclined bottom surface.
(G) The impact can be reliably absorbed from the side also by the auxiliary spacer piece that is interposed between the opposite side surface and the side wall of the packaging box and bent into an arbitrary shape.
(H) The shock can be satisfactorily absorbed from the side even if the buffer protrusion provided in a cut-and-raised shape on the upper edge of the opposite side surface is interposed between the side wall of the packaging box.
(I) If one lid flap of the packing box is fitted into an oblique cutout provided on the upper edge of the opposite side surface, the packaged article is protected against impact from above.
(J) The packing material can be stored and transported in a non-bulky state developed on a single cardboard.
