Description
更に、本発明では、(3)砲弾型LED群と、フラックス型LED群を保持するランプケースを備える車両用LEDランプを提供する。ランプケースは筒状であり、ランプケースの一端に、前記フラックス型LED群が配置される開口部を形成する。また、ランプケースの側胴部には、上下方向に筋状に延びる凹凸部を周方向に形成し、更に、フラックス型LED群が配置される開口部を、背中合わせになる配置関係で形成する。凹凸部により、ランプケースの放熱性が高くなり、また、ランプケースの強度も向上する。
放熱性を高めるため、ランプケースは熱伝導材料で構成することが望ましい。熱伝導材料は、銅単体、又は銅と他の金属材料とを組み合わせた材料が望ましい。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも次の(1)、(2)、(3)
(1)所定面積のランプ前面位置に複数個配列された砲弾型LED群から構成された第一光源部
(2)ランプ側胴部に背中合わせで一対形成されたフラックス型LED群から構成された第二光源部
(3)前記砲弾型LED群と、前記フラックス型LED群を保持するランプケース、を備える車両用LEDランプであって、
前記ランプケースは筒状であり、
前記ランプケースの一端には、前記フラックス型LED群が配置される開口部が形成され、
前記ランプケースの側胴部には、上下方向に筋状に延びる凹凸部が周方向に形成されると共に、前記フラックス型LED群が配置される開口部が、背中合わせになる配置関係で形成された車両用LEDランプ。 - 前記ランプケースは、銅、又は、銅と銅以外の金属材料とを組み合わせた材料で形成された請求項1記載の車両用LEDランプ。
- 前記第一光源部をテールランプ用光源及びストップランプ用光源として機能させ、前記第二光源部をストップランプ用光源として機能させることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1項記載の車両用LEDランプ。
- 前記第一光源と前記第二光源の両方をストップランプ光源又はテールランプ光源として機能させることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1項記載の車両用LEDランプ。
- 前記第一光源部は、計12個の輝度8300mcd(ミリカンテ゛ラ)以上の5φ砲弾型LEDによって構成され、前記第二光源部は、それぞれ計4個の光束3.5〜6.1lm(ルーメン)のフラックス型LEDから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用LEDランプ。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載された車両用LEDランプと、該LEDランプの前に配置される前面レンズと、該LEDランプの第二光源部から発せられた光を反射させて前記前面レンズへ導くリフレクタと、を少なくとも備える車両用灯具。
