Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floc sheet subjected to a flameproof treatment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A flock-treated fabric (hereinafter referred to as a flock sheet) is a sieve having a (+) electrode above the adhesive coating layer while running a base fabric having an acrylic adhesive applied to the surface of the base fabric. Is disposed, the (−) electrode is disposed on the back side of the opposing base fabric, fibers finely cut from the sieve (hereinafter referred to as “pile”) are sieved, and the pile is cast onto the adhesive layer.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the flock sheet obtained as described above, nearly 300,000 piles are planted per 25.4 mm 2 (in 2 ) through an adhesive on the surface of the base fabric, and as it can be seen from its structure, it comes into contact with air. The area is extremely large, and when it comes close to the flame, it spreads in a blink of an eye.
[0004]
However, when a commercially available flock sheet was examined, there was no flame-proof treatment, and no flock sheet with a flame-proof measure was found as a result of prior art investigations.
[0005]
In view of the above situation, an object of the present invention is to provide a floc sheet subjected to a flameproofing treatment.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a flock sheet in which an adhesive layer is formed on the surface of a base fabric, and a pile is planted on the adhesive layer. An adhesive layer is formed with a foam composition containing flameproofing, and piles are planted into the foamed adhesive layer to form a flock, and the flockey is subjected to a flameproof treatment again.
[0007]
With the configuration as described above, it is possible to provide a floc sheet having a flameproof function, and the application is extended to a use range of the flock sheet having good sound absorption characteristics, such as a curtain and a sound absorbing curtain.
[0008]
As the flameproofing agent, a nitrogen-containing organic phosphorus compound containing 83% phosphorus is suitable, and the flameproofing treatment is performed by dipping in a 24-30% aqueous solution. When the above range is not reached, the flameproof effect cannot be obtained, and when the above range is exceeded, not only the flameproof effect is saturated, but also the fixing of the foamed adhesive layer to the base fabric becomes insufficient, and the base fabric There is a risk of lowering the strength.
[0009]
The composition of the flameproofing composition constituting the foamed adhesive layer is 30 to 50 parts by weight of a halogen-containing polyvalent metal oxide, 2 to 3 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent and 4 to 4 parts of a foaming inhibitor with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic copolymer. It consists of 5 parts by weight and is mechanically foamed to 150-300%.
[0010]
When the halogen-containing polyvalent metal oxide is less than the above range in the composition for forming an adhesive layer in the above composition, the flameproof effect is not obtained. The flocking is incomplete.
[0011]
Here, foaming of the adhesive layer is not only economical, but also the amount of heat generated during combustion can be controlled by foaming, and the flameproofing effect of the nitrogen-containing organophosphorus compound and the halogen-containing polyvalent metal oxide can be reduced. In order to obtain an enhancing effect, when the foaming degree is not reached, the flameproofing effect cannot be expected, and when the foaming degree is exceeded, pile flocking is incomplete.
[0012]
The cross-linking agent maintains the foamed adhesive layer to an appropriate hardness to ensure raising, and when it is less than the above range, it is insufficient to ensure raising, and when it exceeds the above range, flexibility is lacking.
[0013]
Further, a light shielding agent or a light storage fluorescent pigment can be added to the above-mentioned foamed adhesive layer containing the flameproofing composition so that light shielding or fluorescent light emission can be achieved. The amount of the light-shielding agent and the light storage fluorescent pigment added is determined experimentally. If the amount is too large, the adhesion to the base fabric and the flocking property of the pile will be impaired. Can not.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The flameproof flock sheet 4 is made of a known material such as cotton, wool, polyester, etc., and the base fabric is drawn out at a speed of 10 m / min, dipped and dried in an aqueous solution of a water-soluble flameproofing agent, A foam composition (200% foam) having a flameproofing composition shown in Table 1 is applied to the surface of the base fabric to form a foamed adhesive layer 2, and then a pile is planted on the foamed adhesive layer 2 by a known means. Subsequently, it is obtained by dipping in an aqueous solution of a water-soluble flameproofing agent and drying. In addition, the said process is processed continuously by a series of apparatuses.
[0015]
The water-soluble flame retardant used here is a nitrogen-containing organic phosphorus compound, and Daiwa Kagaku's furan TWLF-70 (83% phosphoric acid, 70% or more active ingredient) is used. be able to.

Here, in the evaluation column in the table, “◯” indicates “good”, “×” indicates failure, “★” indicates “heavy”, and “□” indicates hard.
Resin (1) is a reactive acrylic copolymer.
The flameproofing agent (2) is a halogen polyvalent metal oxide, and Yodosol AC-65W manufactured by Nippon NSC Co., Ltd. has an active ingredient of 70% or more. However, the following products can be employed.
Shirohiro Chemical Co., Ltd. Pyromaster 83 (Decabro, Sb 2 O 3 )
Bromon Chem Far East Co., Ltd. Antimonium Bromide Marunishi Yuka Kogyo Co., Ltd. Nonen KT-6 (halogen polyvalent metal oxide)
Nonen KB-10 (halogen polyvalent metal oxide)
The light-shielding agent (3) is titanium oxide, and EP-677 manufactured by Dainichi Seika Kogyo is used, but other equivalent products can be used.
The cross-linking agent (4) is an ethyleneimine derivative, and Fixer C manufactured by PC Kasamatsu Co. is used, but other equivalent products can be used.
The foaming inhibitor (5) is ammonium stearate, and YC-81 manufactured by Nippon NSC Co., Ltd. was used, but other equivalent products can be used.
SrAl 2 O 4 (strontium aluminate) (6) is manufactured by Nemoto Special Chemical Co., Ltd. (trade name: N Nightlight).
[0018]
As can be seen from Table 1, all evaluations of Examples 1 to 4 are good. In Comparative Example 1, since the flameproofing agent and the crosslinking agent are insufficient, the flameproofing effect and the raising of the brushing are poor, and sag is observed.
[0019]
In Comparative Example 2, there are too many flameproofing agents, the adhesive performance is lowered, the raising of brushing is insufficient, and the phenomenon that the adhesive layer spills from the base fabric is observed.
[0020]
In Comparative Example 3, since the amount of the crosslinking agent is too large, the foamed adhesive layer becomes hard and the amount of the foaming inhibitor is small.
[0021]
In addition, since the adhesion degree of the foaming adhesive layer with respect to a base fabric will reduce when the addition amount of a titanium oxide is increased, the addition amount should be determined experimentally.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the heat generation amount at the time of combustion is greatly controlled by foaming the flameproof adhesive layer for planting the pile, and further, the flockey has a flameproof function. Due to the synergistic effect of, a remarkable flameproofing effect appeared, and it became possible to expand the application range of Flocky. In addition, the effects of light shielding and fluorescence emission can be obtained by adding a light shielding agent and a light storage fluorescent pigment.
