本発明はウイングルーフに於けるウイング開閉駆動用シリンダのシリンダ取付ピンの構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
雨露による損傷を防止する必要がある貨物の運搬用に、いわゆるウイング車両(図4)が利用されている。この種の車両は、荷台床面の上方に、車体の長手方向中心線に対して実質的に平行に、通常センタービームと呼ばれる四角形断面の中空梁部材を架設し、その梁部材の両側面に車幅方向の断面が断面L字状をなす一対のウイングをヒンジによって上下動可能に枢着し、油圧アクチュエータによって、ウイングを上下に枢動させ、荷台上の貨物室を開閉するように構成されている。
そして上記センタービームは、通常荷台の前後端に設けた門構の中央に、その両端を固着して車体長手方向に差し渡されている。

従来このようなウイング車両において、ウイング昇降用の油圧シリンダ23の取付けは、図2及び図3に示すごとく、ルーフレール24の庫内側に設けたシリンダトップブラケット25にシリンダ23の先端金具26のピン穴と同心軸の穴27を明け、シリンダ先端金具26側のピンとトップブラケット25側の穴27と芯合せしたのち、ルーフレール24の穴28からシリンダピン29を差し込み、ピン29の両端にCリングをつけ固定する構造であった。これであると穴27,28等の芯が少しでもずれると、ピン29,30(図3)が非常に入れにくくなり、作業が極めて困難となり、それにより作業時間も余計にかかっていた。なお、図2で24aはウイングルーフのサイドポストで、ルーフレール24と略直交している。31はルーフレールブラケット、32はシリンダトップブラケットスペーサである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
シリンダピンの取付作業を容易化し、作業性を向上させると共に、それによる作業時間の短縮を図ることのできる構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前部又は後部の門構に取付けた油圧シリンダ23の先端金具26に挿入したシリンダピン37と、ルーフレール34内に平行に固着され、シリンダピン37の両端を支持するU字溝36を備えた一対のシリンダトップブラケット35と、前記シリンダピン37をシリンダトップブラケット35のU字溝36内に入れたのち、U字溝36に対するシリンダピン37の回転を阻止した回り止め状態で下側からシリンダピン37を押えるボトムプレート38と、該ボトムプレート38をシリンダトップブラケット35に対し固着するボルト39より構成した。そして、シリンダピン37に半月状切欠部37aを設け、該半月状切欠部37aをボトムプレート38に対向させて回り止め構造とした。また、シリンダピン37の嵌まるU字溝36をボトムプレート38側に設けた。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1にもとづいて説明する。34はルーフレールで、油圧シリンダ23の先端金具26はこのルーフレール34内に以下の構造でピン結合される。まず、一対のシリンダトップブラケット35はそれぞれ平鋼製で、中央部にU字溝36が設けられている。なおこのU字溝36はピン37の回り止めとしてピンの両端部25mm程度を深さ4mm程度でピン軸と平行に削って半月状切欠部37aを形成している。

以上の構成であるから、シリンダピン37はその半月状切欠部37aがボトムプレート38と接しているので回転止めされ、一対のシリンダトップブラケット35に対しシリンダ先端金具26を回動自在に固定することができる。

従って油圧シリンダ23が伸びると先端金具26、シリンダピン37を介し、ルーフレール34を押し上げ、ウイングルーフを開けることができ、逆に油圧シリンダ23を縮めると、ウイングルーフは閉じる。
なお以上の構成で、ボトムプレート38側にU字形溝を設けたものでもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上のごとく、油圧シリンダの先端金具26にシリンダピン37を取付けたのち、ウイングレール側に固着したシリンダトップブラケット35に設けたU字溝36にシリンダピン37の両端部を入れ、庫内側からボトムプレート38を当てがい、4本のボルト39をねじ込めば完了である。このようにシリンダピンをブラケット側の穴あるいは油圧シリンダの先端金具の穴に芯合せする作業を必要としないので、従来の取付作業に比し、取付が極めて容易に行えるようになった。従って作業能率も一段と向上し、作業の安全性の面からも好ましい構成となった。
