Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a multilayer label, and more particularly to a multilayer label comprising an intermediate paper temporarily attached to a release paper via an adhesive layer and an upper paper pseudo-bonded to the intermediate paper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When performing a time sale in which the price of a product is reduced and sold for a certain period of time, it is necessary to display the price reduction value on the product for a certain period of time and to return to the original price after the time sale ends. At this time, it is troublesome to replace the label on which the price is displayed. Therefore, the inventor of the present application tried to use a multilayer label 1 as shown in FIG. This multi-layer label 1 is not re-adhered once it has been peeled off from the separator 2 peeled on the surface, the transparent intermediate paper 3 temporarily attached to the separator 2 via an adhesive layer, and the intermediate paper 3. In this way, the upper paper 4 that is pseudo-bonded is overlapped, and the price reduction value at the time sale is displayed on the surface of the upper paper 4.
[0003]
In order to use the multilayer label 1, the separator 2 is peeled off at the start of the time sale, and the intermediate paper 3 and the upper paper 4 are laminated and pasted on the price portion of the product. Thereby, the price before the time sale is hidden, and the price reduction value at the time sale is displayed. At the end of the time sale, the price reduction value is removed by peeling the upper paper 4 from the intermediate paper 3, and the price before the time sale is displayed via the transparent intermediate paper 3. The upper paper 4 is pasted on the intermediate paper 3 using a technique called pseudo-adhesion, and the upper paper once peeled off from the intermediate paper is not sticky and is discarded.
[0004]
When the price is further changed after returning to the original price, the price is printed on another tack label, and this tack label is attached to the surface of the transparent intermediate paper 4 with strong adhesion. Thereby, the original price of the product is hidden, and the price printed on the tack label is newly displayed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the above-mentioned multilayer label is formed of a film in which the intermediate paper is not easily broken, there is a problem that the newly attached tack label can be peeled off cleanly. In other words, it was possible to peel off the tack label and return it to the price reduction value, or it was possible to apply the cleanly peeled label to another product as it was.
[0006]
This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, and it aims at providing the multilayer label which can prevent that the label piled up and stuck on the intermediate paper which remained in the goods is abused.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The multilayer label of the present invention has a release paper whose surface is treated with a release agent, an intermediate paper temporarily attached to the release paper via an adhesive layer, and a pseudo-paper so that it does not reattach to the intermediate paper after being peeled. In the multilayer label composed of the bonded upper paper, the intermediate paper is made of a transparent film, and the intermediate paper is formed with a notch for breaking from the side edge portion of the intermediate paper toward the central portion, When the intermediate paper is once pasted and then peeled off, the intermediate paper is peeled off in a broken shape.
[0008]
According to the present invention, since the cut for breaking is formed on the intermediate paper, when the label attached to the intermediate paper remaining on the product is further peeled off, the intermediate paper is broken by the cut for breaking. The label is peeled off in shape, and the label cannot be removed cleanly. As a result, it is possible to prevent abuse of the label attached to the intermediate paper in a simple and low cost manner.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a multilayer label according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a multilayer label 10 according to the present embodiment.
[0011]
As shown in the figure, the multilayer label 10 is mainly composed of a separator (release paper) 12, an intermediate paper 14, and an upper paper 16. The surface of the separator 12 is peeled, and the intermediate paper 14 is temporarily attached to the surface of the separator 12 via an adhesive layer (not shown). The intermediate paper 14 is made of a transparent film.
[0012]
On the other hand, the upper paper 16 is pseudo-adhered to the surface of the intermediate paper 14, and is configured so as not to be attached again after being peeled from the intermediate paper 14. On the surface of the upper paper 14, as shown in FIG. 2, a price (hereinafter referred to as a price reduction value) 22 at the time sale is printed. The upper paper 16 is printed by, for example, providing a thermal layer on the surface of the upper paper 16 and printing on the thermal layer with a thermal printer.
[0013]
In the upper paper 16 and the intermediate paper 14, a plurality of breaking cuts (tamper cuts) 18, 18... Are formed at substantially equal intervals from the side edge portion toward the central portion. As a result, when the intermediate paper 14 once pasted is forcibly peeled off, the intermediate paper 14 is torn from the breaking notch 18 and peeled into a broken shape.
[0014]
Next, the usage method of the multilayer label 10 comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated.
[0015]
When performing a time sale, first, the separator 12 of the multilayer label 10 is peeled off, and the multilayer label 10 is affixed to the product by the adhesive layer on the back surface of the intermediate paper 14. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the multilayer label 10 is overlaid and pasted on the regular price 24 displayed on the product so that the regular price 24 cannot be seen. As a result, the price reduction value 22 printed on the surface of the upper paper 16 is displayed instead of the regular price 24.
[0016]
When the time sale is over and the price is returned to the original price 24, as shown by an arrow 30 in FIG. 3, the upper paper 16 is peeled off from the intermediate paper 14 by holding the end of the upper paper 16, and the upper paper 16 is discarded. At this time, since the upper paper 16 is pseudo-bonded to the intermediate paper 14, even if the upper paper 16 is peeled off, the intermediate paper 14 is not broken. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 4, the regular price 24 is displayed through the transparent intermediate paper 14. Note that the upper paper 16 once peeled off from the intermediate paper 14 cannot be affixed again, so that it is not abused.
[0017]
When the price is further changed from this state, another tack label 26 is attached to the surface of the transparent intermediate paper 14 as shown in FIG. Since another price 28 is printed on the tack label 26, the price 28 is displayed instead of the regular price 24.
[0018]
By the way, the newly attached tack label 26 is attached to the intermediate paper 14 with strong adhesion. However, since the intermediate paper 14 is made of a film, the multilayer label 1 shown in FIG. 10 is used. When trying the above, the tack label 26 could be removed cleanly. That is, since the intermediate paper 14 made of film is difficult to tear, the tack label 26 can be easily and cleanly peeled off. On the other hand, in the multilayer label 10 of the present embodiment, since the plurality of breaking cuts 18, 18,... Are formed in the intermediate paper 14, the intermediate paper 14 is easily torn and the tack label 26 is to be forcibly removed. Then, a shearing stress is generated at the position of the breaking notch 18 and the intermediate paper 14 is torn. For this reason, the tack label 26 cannot be removed cleanly, and even if the tack label 26 is newly affixed to another product, a sense of incongruity remains, so that fraud can be prevented.
[0019]
As described above, in the multilayer label 10 of the present embodiment, the notch 18 for breakage is formed in the intermediate paper 14, so that the tack label 26 newly attached to the intermediate paper 14 cannot be removed cleanly. Unauthorized use of the label 26 can also be prevented.
[0020]
Further, since the multilayer label 10 is provided with the cuts 18 for breaking on the intermediate paper 14, the multilayer label 10 itself cannot be peeled off together with the intermediate paper 14, and unauthorized use of the multilayer label 10 can be prevented. .
[0021]
In the above-described embodiment, the breaking notch 18 is formed in the upper paper 16 and the intermediate paper 14 on the assumption that the cutting is performed from the surface side of the multilayer label 10, but the present invention is not limited to this. It is sufficient that the cut 14 for breaking is formed in the paper 14. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the breaking cut 18 may be formed in the intermediate paper 14 and the separator 12 by cutting from the back side of the multilayer label 10.
[0022]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the breaking notch 18 may be formed only in the intermediate paper 14 by peeling the upper paper 16 and the intermediate paper 14 of FIG. 6 from the separator 12 and temporarily attaching them to another separator 13. Good.
[0023]
Also, as shown in FIG. 8, if the intermediate paper 14 is formed larger than the upper paper 16, it can be easily cut into only the intermediate paper 14, and the upper paper 16 can be easily peeled off from the intermediate paper 14. Can do.
[0024]
In the above-described embodiment, the multilayer label 10 composed of the intermediate paper 14 and the upper paper 16 has been described. However, even if the multilayer label 10 is composed of more layers, the label can be abused by forming the breaking notch 18. Can be prevented.
[0025]
Further, in the present embodiment, the intermediate paper 14 is described as being transparent for use in a time sale. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the price or the like may be printed on the surface of the intermediate paper 14.
[0026]
Further, the shape of the breaking notch 18 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the intermediate paper 14 is broken when the intermediate paper 14 or the tack label 26 attached on the intermediate paper 14 is forcibly removed. What is necessary is just to peel in the shape made. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, V-shaped breaking notches 32 and 32 may be formed.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the multilayer label of the present invention, since the cut is made in the intermediate paper, the label can be easily removed even if another label is attached to the intermediate paper remaining in the product. The label can be prevented from being abused.
