Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cloth made of the pile knitted fabric.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Needless to say, towels and handkerchiefs are used to wipe the human body. Of these, towels are generally used in pile knitted fabrics, and the touch is required as a particularly important function.
[0003]
On the other hand, liquid crystal displays (liquid crystal panels) are often used as display devices in electronic devices and electrical appliances with display devices such as personal computers, televisions, and digital cameras, but the display surfaces of liquid crystal displays are made of a thin resin film. Therefore, unlike a cathode ray tube, it may be damaged if wiped with a general towel or mop.
[0004]
For this reason, liquid crystal displays have been wiped with a mop or a soft paper such as tissue paper. In addition, there are storage medium discs such as CDs and MDs as articles for which scratches are strictly prohibited, and it has been necessary to carefully clean the discs with dust.
[0005]
Furthermore, there are optical devices such as cameras and lenses for spectacles that require careful wiping off dust and dirt. For removing dust from these lenses, wipes with pile layers or raised layers formed on both the front and back sides of the ground structure In addition, a wiping cloth plain-woven with multifilaments made of a bundle of yarns having a fineness of about 0.01 denier has been used.
[0006]
And when a pile layer is formed on both front and back surfaces of a towel or a lens wiping cloth, conventionally, a knitted fabric with the same height of the front and back pile layers is used. .
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the liquid crystal display is not composed of only the display surface, but includes a frame made of synthetic resin. Further, electronic devices such as personal computers are provided with other devices such as a main body and a keyboard in addition to the display, and it is necessary to wipe off dusts other than the display surface.
[0008]
In addition, in optical devices and glasses, it is necessary to wipe off dirt on non-lens parts such as bodies and frames. Furthermore, for example, when wiping the body of a person at a beauty salon or esthetic salon, for example, when wiping the face and wiping the arms and legs, the wiping part, purpose, use, etc. Depending on the difference, you may want to change the functions such as softness and touch.
[0009]
The desire to make the skin feel different depending on the site and purpose of wiping the human body can be considered for towels used for patients in hospitals and nursing towels. Of course, there are a case where a touch function is preferentially obtained and a case where a dirt scrubbing function is preferentially obtained for a wipe used by a person to wipe the body.
[0010]
As described above, the wiping cloth used for the article and the wiping cloth used for the human body are often required to have a difference in functions such as softness, touch or water absorption.
[0011]
However, the conventional pile knitted fabric made of wiping cloth for the front and back both sides had been in the same state, in answer to the user's requests, will be must be kept to prepare a plurality of types, with this order handling is troublesome There was a problem of poor usability.
[0012]
The present invention aims to improve such a current situation.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the invention of
[0014]
In
[0015]
Further, the difference in height between the front and back pile layers is preferably at least 1.5 times or more (more preferably 2 times or more). When the height is different to this extent, the user can be surely recognized the difference in volume between the front and back pile layers, and the use (use location) of the front and back can be distinguished.
[0016]
A second aspect of the present invention, which was devised as suitable wiping cloth used to clean the equipment with LCD display, given the configuration of
[0017]
In the present invention, the fineness of the pile yarn is more preferably about 0.02 denier.
[0018]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
According to the present invention, by changing the height of the pile layer between the front surface and the back surface, it is possible to differentiate the functions such as softness and feel between the front surface and the back surface.
[0019]
For this reason, for example, a pile layer with a high height is used for a portion that needs to be wiped with a soft touch, and a pile layer with a low height is used for a portion that can be wiped with a certain amount of force. You can do two roles. For this reason, the usability of the wiping cloth can be significantly improved.
[0020]
By the way, there are wiping cloths such as velor fabrics that are made non-looped by cutting the tip of the pile, and those that raise the surface of the ground tissue. Since the tip is often a sharp edge, wiping a soft object may damage the other party, and may be inferior to the touch when used on a person.
[0021]
On the other hand, if each unit pile is left in a loop shape as in the present invention, it will not be damaged by wiping a soft object, and it is excellent in softness when used for humans. Further, since the pile layers on the front and back sides are knitted in advance to have different heights, there is no need for a process such as raising or cutting, which is excellent in terms of cost.
[0022]
Since the display surface of the liquid crystal display is easily scratched as described above, it is necessary to handle it softly even when wiping dust. The inventor of the present application repeated experiments on this point. When a high-pile pile layer is knitted to about 4 mm by using a synthetic fiber having a fineness of 0.05 denier or less as a raw yarn, it is excellent in softness and dust wiping property. It was suitable.
[0023]
Further, for example, for wiping hard made of a material portion such as a computer and keyboard, but it should be prioritized rub Installing function dirt than softness and, 2 mm height of lower height pile layer When the height was about high, it was suitable because it had an appropriate volume and was excellent in the function of removing dirt and dust.
[0024]
Also, if the height of the pile layer is too high, the pile will fall asleep due to use or the pile will fall asleep after washing, and the softness will be impaired, but the original yarn is about 0.05 denier or less in case of using the extra fine chemical fiber, when the high pile layer height set to about 4mm height of about (about 3.5~4.5Mm), the held state of projecting from the foundation structure lose softness and It was suitable.
[0025]
By the way, if the ratio of the height of the pile layers on the front and back sides is small, it is difficult for humans to visually recognize the difference in the height of the pile layers. For example, when using a wiping cloth for a personal computer, the liquid crystal display surface is displayed with a low pile layer. There is a risk that the liquid crystal screen may be damaged due to the dust adhering to the low pile layer because the main body is wiped.
[0026]
On the other hand, if the height of the pile layer on the front and back is set to about twice as high as in claim 2, the user can visually recognize the difference in the height of the pile layer on the front and back. Therefore, the user can use the pile layer on the front and back sides to use the high-pile pile layer exclusively for removing dust from the LCD screen and the low-pile pile layer to other parts. The use can be clearly distinguished, which is preferable.
[0027]
In addition, it cannot be overemphasized that the wipe of Claim 2 can be used not only for apparatus with a liquid crystal display but for other uses, such as being used for a human body.
[0028]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In the present embodiment, the wiping cloth is manufactured by cutting a large area of the original fabric in order to suppress the manufacturing cost. In order to prevent the peripheral edge from being unraveled, the peripheral edge portion of the wiping cloth is welded with a seal bar and overlock stitching is performed. The four peripheral portions of the wiping cloth are formed by integrally pressing the ground structure and the front and back pile layers. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the four peripheral portions are indicated as the

On the other hand, since the back pile layer 3 is low in height and excellent in shape retention, a certain amount of force is applied as in the case of removing dust or dirt on the frame of a liquid crystal display, the body of a personal computer, or a CD case. Suitable for scraping off dirt and the like.
[0042]
By the way, even if the pile is knitted to a high height, if it falls down easily and falls asleep due to use or washing, the soft feeling is significantly attenuated. On the other hand, if a raw yarn having a large fineness is used, even if the shape of the pile can be maintained, the soft feeling is inferior, and the original softness cannot be exhibited.

It is also possible to display the application location by appropriate means such as textile printing or printing.
[0048]
(3). Others The present invention can be embodied in various ways other than the above embodiment. For example, the material of the ground texture, the fineness, the cross-sectional shape of the yarn, the knitting structure (weave structure), the pile material, the fineness, the cross-sectional shape of the yarn, the pile height, the density of the pile, etc. The type, the number of gauges, etc. can be embodied in various ways depending on the application.
[0049]
For example, it is also possible such constitute a table behind the pile layer in the raw yarns of different fineness.

Needless to say, the size and shape of the wiping cloth can be freely set as required. Further, the Wipe cloth is a concept including those with other functions such as heating as towel.
