Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an improvement of a lift bath apparatus in which a person who needs bathing assistance is moved together with a bath chair to a bathtub by a lift and bathed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of a conventional lift bath device is shown in FIG. This is an easy-to-understand rewrite of what is described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-230006. FIG. 3A is a side view when the bathing chair is placed outside the bathtub, and FIG. The top view of a mode that it moves between the outsides of a bathtub, (C) is a side view when raising / lowering a bathing chair from the bathtub top to the bottom of a bathtub. 3, 31 is a bathing chair, 32 is an arm, 33 is an elevating unit, the bathing chair 31 is supported by one end of the arm 32, the other end of the arm 32 is connected to the upper end of the elevating unit 33, and the arm 32 is a connection part with the raising / lowering part 33, and is pivotally supported so that it can rotate to a horizontal direction centering | focusing on the long axis of an raising / lowering part. In FIG. 3, 34 is the bathtub, h is the height of the seating surface of the bathing chair, B is the height from the washing place to the bathtub tub, and D and L are the width and length of the bathtub.
[0003]
The lift bath device is used to bathe a person who can hold a sitting position but cannot take a bath by himself. Since such a person often moves to the bathroom using a wheelchair, the seat height h of the bath chair 31 is a standard wheelchair seat height so that it can be easily transferred between the wheelchair and the bath chair 31. Often to a degree. Usually, when sitting at the bottom of a bathtub, a water depth of about 50 cm is required to fully immerse the shoulder opening. In the stationary type in which the bathtub is placed on the floor, considering the thickness of the bottom of the bathtub, the height B from the floor to the tub of the bathtub is about 60 cm. Further, when a bathing chair as shown in FIG. 3 is used, the water depth must be increased by the length of the leg of the chair, as shown in FIG. The length L and width D of the bathtub are set to be slightly larger than those of ordinary bathtubs used at home.
[0004]
When taking a bath using the bathing apparatus of FIG. 3, first, as shown in FIG. 3 (A), the bathing chair 31 is placed on the floor of the washing place near the bathtub, and the bather is transferred from the wheelchair to the bathing chair 31 and is moved up and down. 33, the bathing chair 31 is lifted to a position higher than the height B of the tub 34, and then the arm 32 is rotated as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3C, the elevating unit 33 is operated to lower the bather to the bottom of the bathtub and take a bath. When taking a bath, reverse this process.
[0005]
Although the bathing apparatus as shown in FIG. 3 can be used to relatively easily take a bath, as described above, the bather must be lifted high from the floor. The danger is high. Furthermore, since the height B of the bathtub tub is considerably higher than usual, a larger amount of hot water is required than a standard bathtub, and the burden is increased economically.
[0006]
As means for solving this problem, a method of digging a bathtub into the floor as shown in FIG. In this way, the height from the washing place to the bathtub tub can be made lower than that of the stationary type in FIG. 3A, so that the fear of bathers can be reduced. However, a separate excavation work is required, and there is a problem that maintenance is difficult. In addition, as long as a bathing chair as shown in FIG. 3 is used, the depth of the bathtub is the same as in FIG.
[0007]
FIG. 4 is an example of another type of lift bath apparatus. This is intended to reduce the fear of the bather by lifting the bather's leg so that the bather does not have to be lifted up and down when the bath tub is exceeded. 4A is a side view when the bathing chair 41 is placed outside the bathtub 44, FIG. 4B is a plan view showing a state in which the arm 42 is rotated, and FIG. 4C is a bathing chair 41 on the bathtub 44. The state which raises / lowers the bathing chair 41 in the state which moved is shown. In the figure, 41 is a bathing chair, 42 is an arm, 43 is an elevating part, 44 is a bathtub, h is the height of the seating surface of the bathing chair, D, L and B are the width, length and height of the tub, respectively. is there.
[0008]
In this bathing apparatus, as shown in FIG. 4A, when the bathing chair 41 is placed outside the bathtub, the height h of the seat is higher than the height B of the bathtub. Moreover, the size of the bathtub to be used is approximately the same as the height B and the width D of the heel, and the length L is long so that the legs can be extended, compared with the bathtub of FIG. When taking a bath using this apparatus, as shown in FIG. 4 (A), the bathing chair 41 is placed outside the bathtub 44, the bather is seated on the bathing chair 41, the assistant lifts the bather's leg, If the arm 42 is rotated as shown in FIG. 4B, the arm 42 can be moved into the bathtub beyond the tub 44. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4C, the elevating unit 43 is operated to lower the bathing chair 41, whereby the bather can be bathed. When bathing, the reverse operation is performed.
[0009]
As described above, when the apparatus shown in FIG. 4 is used, it is not necessary to lift the bather high when the bath tub is exceeded, and it is only necessary to move the bather in the horizontal direction. However, when the bathing chair is set outside the bathtub, the seat height h of the bathing chair 41 must be higher than the height B of the bathtub tub, so it is much higher than the wheelchair seating height. Therefore, it is difficult to transfer, and the labor of both the bather and the caregiver at the time of transfer is great. Moreover, since the bather's foot must be lifted when exceeding the tub of the bathtub, there is a problem that extra labor of the assistant is required.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the type of bathing apparatus of FIG. 3, in order to move the bathing chair 31 over the bathtub tub onto the bathtub, the bather must be lifted to a high position. The risk of falling is stronger. In addition, the amount of hot water consumed is uneconomical. In order to solve this problem of fear, etc., if the digging type is used as shown in FIG. 3 (D), the height B of the bathtub can be lowered, but still needs to be lifted to some extent. The fear of bathers and the risk of falling are inevitable. In addition, since an extra excavation work is required, it is expensive and difficult to maintain, and the problem of consuming a large amount of hot water has not been solved.
[0011]
On the other hand, when the apparatus of FIG. 4 is used, it is not necessary to lift the bather high, so the fear of the bather is reduced and sufficient bathing is possible. However, since the bather's foot must be lifted and exceeded the tub in bathing, the labor of the assistant is increased. The seat h of the bath chair 41 is higher than the height of the bathtub, so it is much higher than the height of a standard wheelchair, making it difficult to transfer the wheel chair and the bath chair 41. Extra effort and caregiver effort are required. With the structure shown in Fig. 4, the seating surface of the bathing chair is set to the height of the seating surface of a standard wheelchair, and the bathtub is dug into the floor, making it easier to transfer to the bathing chair and satisfying enough bathing However, it is necessary to dig deeper separately, which increases costs and makes maintenance difficult.
[0012]
The lift bath apparatus is relatively inexpensive and has a feature that a person who can take a sitting position can easily take a bath. However, there was no one that satisfied all the points that there was no fear, safe, sufficient bathing, less caregiver effort, simple maintenance, and less consumption of hot water.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve these problems, in the invention of claim 1, in the lift bath device,
Bathing chair 1 for bathers,
An arm 2 that supports the bathing chair 1,
A strut arm 2 is connected to an upper end portion erected vertically, it has an elevator mechanism for raising and lowering the arm 2 in the vertical direction, tub bathing chair 1 by the arm 2 is rotated about the standoff outside washing place and tub movable supporting portion 3 between the upper,
Have
The arm 2 and the bath chair 1 are connected by a rotation axis A that can tilt the bath chair 1 of the bath chair 1 backward ,
When the bath chair 1 is at the same seat height as a standard wheelchair seat, the rotary shaft A is located at a position higher than the height of the bathtub tub and the bath chair 1 When the bath is tilted, the tilted bath chair 1 is provided on the back surface of the backrest 5 of the bath chair so that the entire tilted bath chair 1 is higher than the height of the bathtub used.
According to the present invention, when the bath chair 1 is tilted, the entire bath chair 1 can be made higher than the height of the bathtub tub.
For this reason, the bathing chair 1 can be moved onto the bathtub beyond the tub of the bathtub just by tilting the bathing chair 1 and rotating the arm 2 in the horizontal direction.
After the bathing chair 1 is moved onto the bathtub, when the lifting mechanism is operated, the bathing chair 1 can be lowered into hot water and can be bathed.
Bathing can be carried to the washroom by taking the reverse procedure.
Thus, when the lift bath apparatus according to the present invention is used, it is not necessary to lift the bather high, so that the fear of the bather can be reduced.
[0014]
[Action]
In the apparatus according to the first aspect of the present invention, the entire bathing chair 1 can be made higher than the height of the bathtub tub by simply tilting the bathing chair 1. For this reason, just by tilting the bathing chair 1, rotating the arm 2 , and moving the bathing chair 1 almost horizontally, bathing between the washing area outside the bathtub and the upper part of the bathtub beyond the bath tub. The chair 1 can be moved.
When the seat height of the bath chair 1 is set to the seat height of a standard wheelchair, it can be easily transferred between the bath chair 1 and the wheelchair.
Since it is not necessary to lift the bather high, the fear of the bather can be reduced, and the risk of falling is also reduced. Furthermore, since the bathing chair moved onto the bathtub can be lowered to the bottom of the bathtub in a tilted position (half-sitting position), the bathing chair can be relaxed and sufficiently immersed in hot water in the half-sitting position.
[0015]
When the bath chair 1 is tilted about the rotation axis (A), as shown in FIG. 1 (E), the bather raises his / her upper body a little and raises his knee. This posture is called a semi-sitting posture, and it is said that the body pressure is widely dispersed and is stable because the body does not shift in the front-rear direction, so that the person who sits down can relax well. When the bathing apparatus of the present invention is used, the bather can take a bath in a semi-sitting position by sufficiently bathing in hot water, so that the bather can relax and have a satisfactory bath. On the other hand, since the bather has almost reached the bottom of the bathtub and tilted, the water depth can be standard or less, so the amount of hot water consumed can be reduced. In addition, since a stationary bathtub can be used, construction costs such as excavation are unnecessary, and maintenance is easy.
[0016]
【Example】
The invention according to claim 1
Bathing chair 1 for bathers,
An arm 2 that supports the bathing chair 1,
A strut arm 2 is connected to an upper end portion erected vertically, it has an elevator mechanism for raising and lowering the arm 2 in the vertical direction, tub bathing chair 1 by the arm 2 is rotated about the standoff outside washing place and tub movable supporting portion 3 between the upper,
Have
The arm 2 and the bath chair 1 are connected by a rotation axis A that can tilt the bath chair 1 of the bath chair 1 backward ,
When the bath chair 1 is at the same seat height as a standard wheelchair seat, the rotary shaft A is located at a position higher than the height of the bathtub tub and the bath chair 1 The present invention relates to a lift bath apparatus characterized in that the tilted bath chair 1 is provided on the back surface of the bath chair 1 so that the entire tilted bath chair 1 becomes higher than the height of the tub of the bathtub to be used.
That is, the bather is moved from the washing place onto the bathtub simply by tilting the bathing chair backward and moving it horizontally.
Since the bather is not lifted high, fear can be eliminated.
[0017]
An embodiment of the lift bath apparatus of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1A is a front view, FIG. 1B is a plan view, and FIG. 1C is a side view. Bathing chair 1 for placing a bather in Figure 1, arm 2 which supports the bath chair 1, 3 lifting unit for supporting the arm 2, 4 bath, 5 back bathing chair (1) also other, A Is the axis of rotation for tilting the bathing chair provided on the back of the backrest 5 of the bathing chair 1, B is the height of the tub, L and D are the length of the bath and the length of the bath, and X is the bather is there.
In the invention described in this claim, when the bath chair is tilted rearward about the rotation axis A, the tilted bath chair 1 is held at a position higher than the height of the tub of the bathtub to be used.
The elevating unit 3 includes a support column and an elevating mechanism unit. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the lifting / lowering unit 3 is composed of a support column and a lifting / lowering mechanism unit. The arm 2 is connected to the tip of the support column so that the arm 2 can be rotated about the long axis of the support column. The bathing chair 1 can be rotated from the washing area near the bathtub to the top of the bathtub.
Also, when the elevating mechanism is operated at the upper part of the bathtub, the column expands and contracts in the vertical direction, and the bath chair is lowered from the top of the bathtub to the bottom of the bathtub along with the arm connected to the upper end of the column. Can bathe the bather.
If the opposite operation is performed, bathing can be performed.
Les 5 were also supports the back of a bather, the headrest 6 supports the bather's head. Headrest 6 on the upper end portion of the Le 5 were also provided a rotational axis in the horizontal direction, and rotatably connected around a rotation shaft.
[0018]
Before use, the bathing chair 1 is shaped like a chair and placed on the floor of the washroom near the bathtub, and the bather X is brought in a wheelchair and transferred to the bathing chair 1. If the height of the seat surface of the bath chair 1 is set to the same level as the seat height of a standard wheelchair, it can be easily transferred from the wheel chair to the bath chair.
FIG. 1 (D) shows the situation when the bather sits on the bathing chair 1 at the washing place.
In this state, since the lower limb support part of the bathing chair 1 is located at a position lower than the tub of the bathtub, even if the bathing chair 1 is rotated in the horizontal direction by rotating the arm 2, it cannot be bathed as it is. .
[0019]
When the bathing chair 1 placed in the shape of a chair in the washing place near the bathtub as shown in FIG. 1 (D) is tilted backward about the rotation axis A according to the invention of claim 1, FIG. 1 (E) As shown, the whole bathing chair 1 can be made higher than the bathtub tub.
If the arm 2 is rotated in this state, the bathing chair 1 can be moved to the upper part of the bathtub as shown in FIG.
That is, since the bather is not lifted or lowered in the vertical direction while being transported from the washing place to the top of the bathtub, the bather does not feel a fear.
After the bathing chair 1 is transported to the upper part of the bathtub, when the lifting mechanism is operated, the bathing chair 1 can be lowered to the bottom of the bathtub to bathe the bather.
The opposite operation may be performed when taking a bath.
[0020]
The embodiment of FIG. 1A is an example in which a lift and a bathtub 4 are integrated. The elevator 3 is housed in the bathtub 4, the arm 2 is connected to the upper end of the elevator 3, and the arm 2 is substantially horizontal. And is moved up and down in the vertical direction.
The rotation range of the arm 2 may be a range from the top of the bathtub to the washing area next to the bathtub. However, in some cases, it may be rotated within a wider range.
The raising / lowering range of the raising / lowering part 3 should just be raised / lowered from the position when the bathing chair 1 is moved on the bathtub to the bottom of the bathtub 4, as shown in FIG.1 (C). However, since some people cannot circulate deeply into hot water because they have a circulatory system disease, etc., it may be possible to stop even halfway.
Any power, such as electric power, water pressure, or manual operation, may be used for raising and lowering and turning.
[0021]
As described above, the embodiment of FIG. 1 has been described. In short, the present invention can tilt the bath chair, and when tilted, the bath chair is at a position higher than the height of the bathtub tub and remains in the horizontal direction. It only has to be able to move over and over the bathtub. For this reason, the structure of the bath chair 1 is not a problem, and it is not necessary to integrally form the seat, the backrest, and the footrest as shown in FIG . Lifts also not limited to the configuration of FIG. 1, it is possible to move the bath chair in the horizontal direction and, as long as it can lift vertically.
Further, the lift and the bathtub do not need to be integrated, and may be separated as shown in FIG.
[0022]
Another embodiment of the invention described in claim 1 is shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, 21 is a bathing chair, 22 is a lift base, 23 is a support, 24 is an arm, 25 is an elevating part, and 26 is a bathtub. The bathing chair 21 is connected to the arm 22 and, like the embodiment of FIG. 1, a rotation axis A is provided and can be tilted around A. When tilted, all parts of the bathing chair 21 are in the bathtub. It is designed to be higher than 26 kites. Moreover, the support | pillar 23 is a connection part with the base 22, and is made to rotate to the direction of S of the figure centering on the axis | shaft s of a length direction.
The elevating mechanism unit is configured such that the arm 24 is rotatable in the direction of R in the figure around the axis r provided at the connection part with the support column 23, and the arm 22 is moved by the elevating unit 25 inserted between the support column 23 and the arm 24. The bath chair 21 is moved up and down by swinging in the R direction.
On the other hand, in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the lifting part includes a supporting column that supports the arm and a lifting mechanism part that lifts and lowers the supporting column. The attached arm was raised and lowered.
The embodiment of FIG. 1 and the embodiment of FIG. 2 differ only in the lifting mechanism.
There is no limitation on the means for moving up and down.
When bathing with this lift, the bath chair 21 is placed near the bathtub 26 to seat the bather, the bath chair 21 is tilted, and the bath chair 21 is pushed toward the bathtub 26. The arm 24 rotates around the center in the S direction in the figure to move the bather onto the bathtub. Subsequently, when the elevating unit 25 is operated, the arm 24 rotates in the R direction in the figure, and the bather can be put in hot water. The opposite process may be performed when taking a bath.
[0023]
Les 5 were also bathing chair 1 provided with a rotational axis in the horizontal direction and rotatably connected headless bets 6 mainly the rotational axis, the lower arm 4 of the headless preparative 6 link rod 7 bonded together to constitute a link mechanism, headless preparative 6 be a bathing chair 1 is tilted is so as to substantially maintain the original angle. In other words, when the whole bathing chair 1 is tilted, the whole body of the bather is tilted backward to be in a semi-sitting position, but the headrest plate is not tilted so much because the tilt of the headrest plate does not change so much. When tilting from the sitting position to the half-sitting position, some people may have a fear, but this fear can be prevented by using this link mechanism. In addition, when this link mechanism is used, since the inclination in the direction of the head is limited, the length L of the bathtub can be reduced, and as a result, the amount of hot water to be used can be reduced. Further, in this embodiment, an air cylinder 8 is attached between the frame 7 provided on the upper part of the bathing chair 1 and the arm 2 to assist the force when the bathing chair 1 is tilted. This is to reduce the labor of the assistant when tilting the bath chair 1. 9 is an armrest which a bather has.
[0024]
The bathing procedure using the bathing apparatus according to the present invention will be described below.
First, as shown in FIG. 1D, the entrance chair 1 is installed in the shape of a chair on the floor of the washing place near the bathtub, and the bather X is seated on the bath chair 1. Since the seat height h of the bath chair 1 is the same as the seat height of a standard wheelchair, transfer is easy.
Next, according to the invention of claim 1, when the bath chair 1 is tilted, the bather X can be in a semi-sitting position as shown in FIG. At this time, all the parts of the bath chair 1 are positioned higher than the bathtub 4 .
While is tilted the incoming bath chair 1, rotates the arm 2, as in FIG. 1 (C), beyond the stiles of tub 4 can be moved on the tub. The movement during this time is only horizontal movement. Then, when the raising / lowering part 3 is operated, it can be lowered to the bottom of the bathtub 4 as shown in FIG. In the bathtub, the bather X can sit in a semi-sitting position, fully bathed in hot water, and enjoy a satisfactory bathing. When taking a bath, the opposite process may be performed.
Since the bather can be moved from the half-sitting position to the sitting position while being moved over the bathtub, the raising and lowering can be stopped at an appropriate position, so half-body bathing and lower-limb bathing are also possible.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the bather can be moved to the upper part of the bathtub without moving the bathing chair up and down by simply tilting the bathing chair 1 and moving it horizontally. For this reason, since a bather is not raised / lowered to a high position, the fear of a bather becomes very little and the danger at the time of fall also becomes low.
Furthermore, the bathing chair moved over the bathtub can be lowered to the bottom of the bathtub in the same posture, so the bather can sit in a semi-sitting position and bathe deeply in hot water, so the posture is stable and relaxed And you can have a satisfying bath.
The seating height h of the bathing chair 1 can be set to the height of a standard wheelchair seat, so it can be easily transferred between the bathing chair 1 and the wheelchair, and both bathers and assistants can transfer Can reduce the labor involved .
[0026]
The water depth of the bathtub may be shallower than that of the conventional product as shown in FIG. 3, and the length L of the bathtub can be made shorter than that of the conventional diagram (4), so that the consumption of hot water can be reduced. Can be economical. Moreover, since the bathtub itself can be designed more compactly, a cheaper bathtub than the conventional bathtub can be realized. In addition, since a stationary bathtub can be used, construction costs such as excavation are unnecessary, maintenance is easy, and overall running costs can be reduced. Of course, it can be made into a digging bathtub. Furthermore, if an independent lift in which the bathtub and the lift are separated is used, the existing bathtub can be used as it is, so that the capital investment is small.
