Description

The present invention includes a saucer that covers a lid of a metal container in a distribution process and that can be heated by the microwave by placing the metal container when the metal container is heated by the microwave. The present invention relates to a metal container with a saucer for heating a microwave oven.

When heating a metal container in a microwave oven, if the metal container is placed in a microwave oven as it is and irradiated with microwaves, sparks are generated at the contact surface between the microwave oven and the metal container, and the metal container is damaged. As a result, the life of a magnetron that generates holes or generates microwaves is shortened or broken. Therefore, in order to heat the metal container with a microwave oven, the metal container is covered with a synthetic resin or paper box, and the metal container is suspended by the box, thereby bringing the box and the microwave oven into contact with each other, Patent Document 1 discloses a microwave oven container in which a gap is provided between a box and a metal container.

Conventionally, a metal container is housed in a synthetic resin outer container with a lid, and a distance of 0.9 mm or more is provided between the microwave oven and a microwave oven for food packaging metal containers. Patent Document 2 discloses an exterior container that prevents the occurrence of sparks. Furthermore, Patent Document 3 includes a convex portion that engages with the outer periphery of the lower end of the side wall of the metal container and holds the metal container, and a leg portion that makes the distance between the metal container and the microwave oven 3 mm or more. A container support is disclosed.
Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 7-84226 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-1088 Utility model registration No. 3086451 gazette

When a metal container placed on a container support base as described in Patent Document 3 is heated in a microwave oven, if the spillage occurs during heating, the microwave oven may be soiled. Moreover, when taking out the metal container which became hot by heating from the inside of a microwave oven, it is difficult to take out so that it may not touch a metal container, and the handling after a heating has a difficulty.

On the other hand, since the box and the synthetic resin outer container disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 have a lid, they can prevent spillage during heating in the microwave oven, and stain the microwave oven. There is no, and it is possible to carry a warm metal container together with a box or a synthetic resin outer container to the table with bare hands. However, the lid may get in the way when eating the food content from the metal container. In order to avoid this, if a hot metal container is taken out from a box or a synthetic resin outer container, an auxiliary tool such as a glove is required, and there is a difficulty in handling after heating. In addition, if dirt adheres to the lid of the metal container during the distribution process, the dirt may enter the metal container when heated with a microwave oven, and this must be prevented.

The present invention, when the metal container is warmed in a microwave oven, there is no risk of dirt entering the metal container, and even if the contents spill over, it can prevent the microwave oven from being soiled, Has a challenge to obtain a metal container with a microwave heating saucer that can be taken out of the microwave oven with bare hands and can eat the contents of the food as it is on the table .

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, in a microwave oven for heating pan with metal container comprising a metal container filled with the contents thereof a synthetic resin saucer, metal container Comprises a bottom wall, a side wall rising upward from the bottom wall, and a lid that is attached to the open end of the side wall and closes the open end, wherein the saucer has a central end wall and the end wall A rising portion located inside the region defined by the contour of the bottom wall on the inner surface side, a flat portion extending to the outer peripheral side of the end wall, and the contour of the lid from the outer end portion of the flat portion An outer wall extending so as to form a cylindrical shape having a larger opening shape, and a convex wall portion extending outward at an end portion of the outer wall, wherein the rising portion is inside the end wall of the tray, Projected inward and without projecting from the flat part A convex wall of the saucer so as to come into contact with the outer peripheral edge of the lid of the metal container when the bottom wall of the metal container is placed on the rising part of the saucer and heated by a microwave oven. further comprising a protruding piece provided on the inside parts protrude inwardly, to the inside of the outer wall of the pan, and said end wall of said open end of the lid is attached before Symbol metal container fitted A usage pattern that covers the outside of the lid with a flat portion, and a bottom wall of the metal container is placed on the rising portion of the saucer, and a spark is generated between the bottom wall and the end wall when heated in a microwave oven. It is a container that can be used when heated in a microwave oven, in which the metal container is accommodated inside the saucer with an interval that is not allowed.

According to the onset bright, there is no possibility that dirt adheres to the lid during distribution, also the center of the end wall of the pan is in contact with the bottom of the microwave oven, outward provided on ends of the outer wall of the pan The widening convex wall is in contact with the wall of the microwave oven, and the gap between the microwave oven and the metal container is maintained at a distance that does not generate sparks. Even if the convex wall portion spreads outward, the spilled food is not guided to the inside of the outer wall between the metal container and the microwave oven is not soiled. Further, the outer wall or convex wall portion of the saucer Therefore, a heated metal container can be taken out from the microwave oven without using auxiliary tools.

The above-mentioned interval at which no spark is generated refers to an interval determined by a test according to the specifications of the metal container because the interval at which the spark is generated varies depending on the shape of the metal container.

Further, according to this onset bright, securely in projections and the flat part of the pan of the end walls can be placed a metal container in a horizontal state into the pan, provided inside of the convex wall portion of the pan inward Since the projecting piece that protrudes into contact with the lid of the metal container, the metal container can be positioned in the center of the receiving pan, and when the contents are blown out when heated in a microwave oven, The metal container is not installed eccentrically wherever it is spilled, so that the spilled food is surely guided to the inside of the outer wall between the metal container and the microwave oven is contaminated. Can be prevented.

After all, the metal container with a saucer for heating the microwave oven of the present invention can be heated in the microwave oven as it is in a clean state. It can be taken out of the microwave without using auxiliary tools such as gloves, and can be taken directly to the table to eat the contents.

The microwave oven heating pan-coated metal container made conductive to assume or object in the onset light will be described in accordance with FIGS. A metal container 1 for heating a microwave oven according to the present invention includes a circular and flat bottom wall 10 having a predetermined diameter (for example, about 10 cm), and a side wall 11 rising upward from the bottom wall 10 by a predetermined dimension (for example, about 3 cm), The side wall 11 is provided with an outer curled portion 12 at the opening end thereof, and the opening end has a shape that is not angular in order to prevent the occurrence of sparks in the microwave oven. Further, after the contents are filled in the metal container 1, a heat seal lid 13 made of aluminum foil or synthetic resin is bonded to the curled portion 12. The heat seal lid 13 is provided with a tab 14 for hooking a finger with a part of the outer edge protruding outward in order to make it easy to peel off from the curled portion 12. Therefore, the heat seal lid 13 corresponds to the lid of the present invention.

The metal container 1 for heating the microwave oven preferably has a flat shape so that the contents can be easily received by microwaves of the microwave oven. The metal container 1 is manufactured by drawing or squeezing and drawing a thin metal plate or a material obtained by laminating a synthetic resin film on a thin metal plate.

On the other hand, the tray 2 is made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin such as polypropylene and is manufactured by an injection molding method or a pressure molding method, and has a horizontal end wall 20 having a smaller diameter than the bottom wall 10 at the center. Following the inclined wall 21 extending obliquely outward from the outer edge, a flat portion 22 continues to the outer edge of the inclined wall 21 in parallel with the end wall 20. The portion connecting the inclined wall 21 to the flat portion 22 or the boundary portion between the inclined wall 21 and the flat portion 22 is smaller than the diameter of the bottom wall 10, in other words, inside the region defined by the contour of the bottom wall 10. There is . Furthermore, the outer edge of the flat portion 22 is provided with an outer wall 23 that rises in a cylindrical shape at a substantially right angle to the flat portion 22, and the outer wall 23 has a convex wall portion 24 that extends outward. The convex wall portion 24 is desirably a horizontal distance outward, and in the case of the present embodiment, it is desirable that the convex wall portion 24 extends by 3.0 mm or more.

The metal container 1 and the tray 2 in the present embodiment are shown in FIG. 1 in order to protect the heat seal lid 13 of the metal container 1 and prevent the adhesion of dirt as a use form at the time of distribution. As described above, the tray 2 can be used as an overcap for the metal container 1. In other words, the flat portion 22 and the outer wall 23 have a dimensional relationship that can be locked to the outer edge of the curled portion 12 of the metal container 1 and the heat seal lid 13.

Furthermore, as a usage pattern when the metal container 1 is heated in a microwave oven, the tray 2 is removed from the metal container 1 and inserted into the tray 2 as shown in FIG. the outer edge of the bottom wall 10 of the container 1 is placed on the inner peripheral side parts of the flat portion 22 of the pan 2, the bottom wall 10 of the metal container 1, if the aspect of the present embodiment, 3 from microwave ovens. It has a dimensional relationship that is more than 0mm away.

Since the metal container 1 with the microwave heating tray 2 has the above-described configuration, the tray 2 is removed from the metal container 1 and the heat seal lid 13 is made of synthetic resin. As shown, the tab portion 14 of the heat seal lid 13 is picked and partially opened, and when the heat seal lid 13 is made of aluminum foil, the heat seal lid 13 is removed and the metal container 1 is received by the saucer 2. Install inside and heat into microwave oven.

At this time, only the end wall 20 and the convex wall portion 24 of the tray 2 are in contact with the microwave oven, and the bottom wall 10 and the curled portion 12 of the metal container 1 are spaced from the microwave oven by 3.0 mm or more. Will open, preventing the occurrence of sparks. Further, even if spillage occurs during heating, the convex wall portion 24 spreads outward, so that the spilled food can be guided to the inside of the outer wall 23 between the metal container 1 and the microwave oven can be soiled. No. Furthermore, when heating is completed, the outer wall 23 or the convex wall portion 24 of the tray 2 can be held and taken out from the microwave oven, and handling after heating becomes easy.

He showed The pan 2 'in the metal container 1 according to the present invention in FIG. The tray 2 ′ is provided with a projection 25 projecting inwardly on the inner side of the end wall 20 of the tray 2, and the height of the top surface of the projection 25 is the same as the height of the inner surface of the flat portion 22. Consistent height. The protrusion 25 corresponds to the rising portion of the present invention.

Further, when the bottom wall 10 of the metal container 1 is placed on the flat portion 22 of the receiving tray 2 ′ and heated by the microwave oven, the projecting piece 26 that protrudes inwardly into the convex wall portion 24 of the receiving tray 2 ′. However, at least three locations are provided so as to contact the curled portion 12 of the metal container 1.

The receiving tray 2 'is formed with multi-point support by the projection 25 and the flat portion 22 of the end wall 20, and the metal container 1 can be securely installed in the receiving tray 2' in a horizontal state. Since the projecting piece 26 projecting inward provided on the inner side of the convex wall portion 24 contacts the curled portion 12 of the metal container 1, the metal container 1 can be positioned at the center of the receiving tray 2 ′. . Therefore, when the contents are spilled when heated in a microwave oven, no matter where the metal container 1 is spilled, the metal container 1 is not eccentrically installed, The spilled food is reliably guided to the inside of the outer wall 23 between the metal container 1 and the microwave oven is not soiled.

In addition, the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the metal container suitable for the implementation of the present invention may be a circle, an ellipse, or a rectangle. Further, the curled portion of the metal container may be changed to a flange extending radially outward, and the lid attached to the curled portion or the flange is not limited to the heat seal lid, but an adhesive. It may be an adhesive lid. Further, a metal full-surface opening lid may be attached to the opening end of the metal container by a conventional double winding method.

In addition, since a metal container having a metal full-surface opening lid attached by the double winding method is easily sparked when heated in a microwave oven, the distance from the microwave oven needs to be 14.0 mm or more. In some cases, the distance between the microwave oven and the microwave is different depending on the shape of the metal container, and therefore, the safe distance is determined by the test according to the specifications of the metal container.
