Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a screen panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a screen panel used as a room partition or the like, for example, a screen panel P as shown in FIG. 3, as shown in FIG. 4, the peripheral frame 1 is made of laminated plywood, particle board, MDF, metal pipe, etc. A cloth in which a core material 2 such as a paper honeycomb is disposed between the peripheral frames 1, a face material 3 is bonded to the front and back surfaces, and a surface material 4 made of cloth is attached to the surface of the face material 3. Paste screen panels are known. As the material for the face material 3, woody materials such as plywood, particle board, and MDF are frequently used because they can be pin-up and are lightweight, and these are hygroscopic.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of using a hygroscopic material as the face material 3 such as the cloth-attached screen panel of the conventional structure, the entire warp or face material depends on the usage environment (mainly changes in humidity such as high temperature and high humidity and dryness). Of the three waves, peeling of the peripheral frame 1 or the core material 2 and the face material 3 may occur.
[0004]
This is because the surface covering material 4 made of the cloth has moisture permeability, so that the surface material 3 absorbs moisture of the outside air from the surface of the screen panel through the surface covering material 4, or the water in the surface material 3 becomes the surface covering material. This is because the moisture absorption of the face material is changed by diffusing to the outside through 4, and the dimensional change occurs in the face material.
[0005]
In particular, the state in which the face material 3 is covered with the cover material 4 made of cloth as described above has a higher moisture permeability than the state in which the face material 3 is exposed to the outside as it is. Experimental results have shown that radiation is large.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention provides a screen panel that prevents warping, wave of face material, peeling between core material and face material, and the like when a material having moisture permeability is used as a cover material. It is the purpose.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a first invention according to claim 1 is a screen panel in which a face material having a hygroscopic property is attached to a core material and a surface material having moisture permeability is arranged on the surface side of the face material. In the above, a moisture-proof layer made of a resin film is provided between the face material and the facing material.
[0009]
The second invention of claim 2, wherein, in the first aspect of the present invention is obtained by using polypropylene (OPP) as the resin film.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the examples shown in FIGS.
[0011]
Reference numeral 1 denotes a peripheral frame, which is formed of a laminated plywood, a particle board, an MDF, a metal pipe, or the like, and the separated members shown in FIG.
[0012]
A core material 2 is disposed between the assembled peripheral frames 1 and is formed of a lightweight material such as a paper honeycomb.
[0013]
Reference numeral 3 denotes a face material, which is made of a wood-based material such as plywood, particle board, MDF, or the like, and is attached to both sides of the peripheral frame 1 and the core material 2 with an adhesive or the like because of the demand for pinup and light weight. It is attached.
[0014]
A moisture-proof layer 5 is provided on the surface of each face material 3. As the moisture-proof layer 5, a film having a low moisture permeability is used. For example, a resin film having a low moisture permeability is used. The moisture permeability (water vapor barrier property) required for this film varies depending on the type of the face material 3 used, but in the case of a thin particle board, the moisture permeability is preferably around 5 g / m 2 × 24 h. Therefore, it is preferable to use polypropylene (OPP) that has a moisture permeability as small as 3 to 5 g / m 2 × 24 h and is environmentally friendly. The film is attached to the surface of the face material 3 with an adhesive or the like.
[0015]
Then, a surface panel 4 such as cloth (cloth) or paper is attached to the surface of the moisture-proof layer 5 with an adhesive or the like to form a screen panel.
[0016]
As described above, by providing the moisture-proof layer 5 between the face material 3 and the surface material 4, when a cloth or paper having moisture permeability is used as the surface material 4, the outside air outside the screen panel is exposed. Even if the contained moisture permeates the cover material 4, the moisture is blocked from permeating the face material 3 by the moisture-proof layer 5, and the face material 3 does not absorb moisture. On the contrary, the moisture absorbed by the face material 3 is not diffused to the outside by the moisture-proof layer 5. For this reason, warpage caused by the moisture absorption or diffusion of the surface material 3 as in the prior art, a wave of the surface material, peeling of the surface material and the core material, and the like are prevented.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the moisture-proof layer is provided between the face material and the surface material, the moisture absorbed by the surface material is absorbed by the moisture-absorbing surface material by the moisture-proof layer. It is possible to prevent the moisture absorbed in the water from being released to the outside. Therefore, the face material absorbs moisture as in the prior art, and moisture in the face material is prevented from diffusing to change the moisture absorption of the face material. And peeling off of the face materials.
[0018]
Moreover, when a resin film is used as a moisture-proof material, the above-described effects can be exhibited at a low cost.
[0019]
Furthermore, when polypropylene (OPP) is used as the resin film, the moisture-proof effect is high and the effect can be further enhanced.
