Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is, for example, automotive instrument panels, door trim, relates to a vehicle interior components such as a sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional example will be described. Here, an instrument panel as an interior product for a vehicle is illustrated. In FIG. 7, which is an exploded partial perspective view of the instrument panel, the instrument panel is a leather-wrapped type in which a resin base material 110 is covered with a cover 120 made of genuine leather. In addition, the base material 110 corresponds to an inner member in this specification.
[0003]
The cover 120 has a single stitch as a design. A method for sewing the cover 120 will be described with reference to partial perspective views of FIGS. First, as a first step, as shown in FIG. 8, two upper and lower skin materials 121 and 122 are sewn together by splitting (see seam 123). Next, as a second step, as shown in FIG. 9, the seam allowances 121a and 122a of the both skin materials 121 and 122 are turned back. Next, as a third step, as shown in FIG. 10, the seam allowances 121 a and 122 a are subjected to single stitching on the skin materials 121 and 122 by face-down stitching (see the stitches 124). Note that the down stitching is disclosed in JIS term B9003, No. 336 (2).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the cover 120 of the above-described conventional example, as shown in FIG. 10, the overlap in the single stitch is a total of three sheets, that is, the lower skin material 122 and both seam allowances 121a and 122a. Therefore, when the shape near the seam 123 of the seams 121 and 122 is sunk, the seam line of the seam, that is, the so-called sewing line 125 undulates like a wave, so-called “sag” is likely to occur ( (See FIG. 7).
Further, the cover 120 is attached to the instrument panel base 110 with reference to the sewing line 125 (see FIG. 7). However, as described above, if “sag” occurs in the sewing line 125, the reference for attachment becomes very difficult to understand. Furthermore, it is difficult to properly attach the sewing line 125 while correcting the “sag”.
[0005]
In addition to the conventional example, the following sewing methods 1 to 3 (see the partial perspective views of FIGS. 11 to 13) can be considered, but this is not preferable for the following reason. The sewing method 1 shown in FIG. 11 is a method of performing single stitching by turning the both seam allowances 121a and 122a one side, cutting off a predetermined amount of the seam allowance 122a on the inner side, and sewing the seam allowance 121a on the outer side (JIS terminology). (See B9003, No. 336 (1)). However, since there are a total of three overlaps between the seams 123 and 124, there is a problem similar to that of the conventional example. In addition, in FIG. 11-FIG. 13, the same code | symbol was attached | subjected to the same site | part as the said prior art example.
Further, the sewing method 2 shown in FIG. 12 is a method in which a single stitch is performed by sewing a single skin material 122 independently without sewing the sewing allowances 121a and 122a that have been sewn together. However, since the rigidity of the peripheral portions of both the seams 123 and 124 is insufficient, the “sag” is likely to occur in the sewing line 125, the wrinkles 126 are liable to slip due to the thread tightening of the seam 124, and the There is a problem that the three-dimensional effect of the peripheral part can be lost.
The sewing method 3 shown in FIG. 13, divide both seam allowances 121a sewn by dividing seam, the 122a vertically, a method of applying a double-stitched by the seam allowance 121a, 122a to attach each stitch individually (the JIS terminology (See B9003, No. 338 (1)). However, double stitching has a problem that the design needs are low.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is for a vehicle having a cover that can prevent the occurrence of “sagging” in a sewing line. To provide interior items .
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 that solves the above-mentioned problem is as follows.
The vehicle interior trim having a cover for covering the inner member,
The cover includes two skin materials that can be brought into contact with each other,
The two skin materials are sewn together by splitting, and the stitching allowance of one of the skin materials is reversed, and single stitching is performed by being sewn to the skin material ,
The inner member is formed with a housing recess composed of a shallow groove and a deep groove,
The shallow groove portion accommodates a seam allowance sewn to one skin material of the cover,
The deep groove portion is a vehicle interior trim, wherein a seam allowance which is not sewn in the other skin material in the cover is accommodated in an upright state.
[0008]
According to the vehicle interior product configured in this way, the overlap of the single stitch of the cover is a total of two sheets of one skin material and the seam allowance. Therefore, compared to the cover of the conventional example in which the overlap in the single stitch is 3 sheets in total, the shape near the seam of the stitching of the both skin materials is difficult to be prevented, and the occurrence of “sag” on the sewing line can be prevented. .
[0011]
Further, the inner member is covered with a cover that can prevent the occurrence of “sag” in the sewing line. Therefore, the cover can be easily and properly attached to the inner member based on the sewing line having no “sag”.
[0012]
Moreover, the seam allowance sewn to one skin | leather material in a cover can be accommodated with respect to the shallow groove part of the accommodation recessed part of an inner side member.
[0013]
In addition, by storing the seam allowance of the other skin material of the cover that is not sewn in the upright state in the deep groove portion of the housing recess of the inner member in an upright state , the cover can be easily and appropriately attached to the inner member based on the seam allowance. Can be installed.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
One embodiment of the present invention will be described in order. In the present embodiment, an instrument panel as an interior product for a vehicle is illustrated as in the conventional example. FIG. 1 is a partial perspective view of an instrument panel, and FIG. 2 is a partial perspective view of an exploded instrument panel. In the instrument panel 1 shown in FIG. 1, the surface (including the outer peripheral edge portion on the back side) 10a of a resin base material 10 is covered with a cover 20 made of genuine leather (see FIG. 2). In addition, the base material 10 is corresponded to the inner member as used in this specification.
[0015]
The cover 20 is given a single stitch as a design. A method of sewing the cover 20 will be described with reference to partial perspective views of FIGS. First, as a first step, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper and lower skin materials 21, 22 are sewn together by splitting. In addition, the code | symbol and 23 were attached | subjected to the stitching seam.
[0016]
Next, as a second step, as shown in FIG. 4, the seam allowance 22a of the skin material 22 on one of the skin materials 21 and 22, that is, the single stitch setting side (the lower side in FIG. 4) is turned back. Is done.
[0017]
Next, as a third step, as shown in FIG. 5, the stitch margin 22 a that has been turned over is sewn to the lower skin material 22, thereby performing a single stitch. In addition, the code | symbol and 24 were attached | subjected to the stitch of single stitch.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, a housing recess 11 extending in the longitudinal direction of the base material 10 is formed on the surface 10 a of the base material 10. The housing recess 11 is composed of a deep groove portion 11a that forms substantially the upper half portion in FIG. 2 and a shallow groove portion 11b that also forms substantially the lower half portion. As shown in FIG. 1, a seam allowance 22 a to which the lower skin material 22 of the cover 20 is sewn is accommodated in the shallow groove portion 11 b in the accommodation recess 11. Further, in the deep groove portion 11a in the housing recess 11, a seam allowance 21a in which the upper skin material 21 of the cover 20 is not sewn is accommodated in a substantially upright state. The seam allowance 21a of the upper skin material 21 is in surface contact with the groove wall surface on the outer side (upper side in FIG. 2) of the deep groove portion 11a.
[0019]
According to the cover 20 of the above-described instrument panel 1 (see FIG. 1), the overlap in the single stitch becomes a total of two sheets of the lower skin material 22 and the seam allowance (see FIG. 5). Therefore, compared with the cover 120 (see FIG. 10) of the conventional example in which the overlap in a single stitch is a total of three, the shape near the seam 23 of the seams 21 and 22 is difficult to slip, and the sewing line (symbol, 25)) can be prevented.
[0020]
Further, according to the sewing method (see FIGS. 3 to 5) of the cover 20 of the instrument panel 1 (see FIG. 1), the overlap in the single stitch is reduced to two in total, the lower skin material 22 and the sewing allowance 22a. The cover 20 can be sewn. Therefore, compared to the conventional sewing method (see FIGS. 8 to 10) in which the overlap in a single stitch is a total of three, the shape near the seam 23 of the seams 21 and 22 is less likely to slip, and the cover 20 The occurrence of “sag” in the sewing line 25 can be prevented.
[0021]
Moreover, according to the above-mentioned instrument panel 1 (refer FIG. 1), the base material 10 is coat | covered with the cover 20 which can prevent generation | occurrence | production of the "sag" of the sewing line 25. FIG. Therefore, the cover 20 can be easily and properly attached to the base material 10 based on the sewing line 25 having no “sag”.
Furthermore, the seam allowance 22a to which the lower skin material 22 of the cover 20 is sewn can be accommodated in the shallow groove 11b in the accommodating recess 11 of the base material 10. At the same time, the seam allowance 21a in which the upper skin material 21 of the cover 20 is not sewn can be accommodated in the deep groove portion 11a of the housing recess 11 of the base material 10 in a substantially upright state.
Furthermore, the cover 20 can be easily attached to the base material 10 on the basis of the seam allowance 21a by accommodating the seam allowance 21a in which the upper skin material 21 is not sewn in the deep groove portion 11a of the housing recess 11 of the base material 10. And it can be installed properly.
[0022]
Moreover, the overlap in the single stitch of the cover 20 becomes a total of two sheets of the lower skin material 22 and the sewing allowance 22a. Therefore, for example, as shown in a perspective view in FIG. 6, the radius of curvature of the cover 20 at the corner portion 1a of the instrument panel 1 is smaller than that in the conventional example (see FIG. 7). For this reason, the corner part 1a of the instrument panel 1 can be formed sharply.
[0023]
The present invention is not limited to one embodiment, and can be modified without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the present invention can be applied not only to the instrument panel 1 but also to vehicle interior parts such as door trims and seats. Accordingly, the materials of the base material (inner member) 10 and the skin materials 21 and 22 are not limited to those in the embodiment. For example, the base material 10 may be replaced with a pad material, a foam material, or the like.
One or both of the skin materials 21 and 22 may be replaced with, for example, synthetic leather, a vinyl chloride sheet, a fabric, a nonwoven fabric, a carpet, or the like .
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention , an interior product for a vehicle provided with a cover that can prevent the occurrence of “sagging” in a sewing line, because the overlap in a single stitch is a total of two skin materials and a seam allowance. Can be provided .
