【0001】

A seal stamp stored in a conventional seal stamp case was taken out from the case when used and the stamp face was brought into contact with vermilion. Therefore, in the case of frequent use, there is a complaint that it is extremely troublesome because it is necessary to repeat the work every time it is used.
Therefore, in order to eliminate such dissatisfaction, an inconvenient seal holder has been devised in which the stamp is taken out of the case each time the seal is used and the stamp is brought into contact with the vermilion.
(Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2)
These seal holders generally hold the seal in a case so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and a lid that opens and closes by rotating movement is disposed below the retained seal, and the seal surface contacts the lid. It has a structure that holds vermilion.
[0003]
By the way, the lid provided in such a seal holder is structurally limited and needs to be compact, so the amount of ink stored in the vermilion held by the lid is small, and the number of times of stamping is about 500 times. At some point, it was necessary to replenish ink.
However, since vermilion faces the seal face when the lid is closed and faces the case side when the lid is open, there is a problem that it is difficult to replenish ink with vermilion. In addition, it is difficult to determine the proper amount to replenish, and there is a problem that the ink is excessively filled to overflow the ink, and the hands and clothes are stained with the ink.
[0004]
In view of this, there has been proposed one in which a vermilion dish is detachably attached to the inner surface of the lid. (Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4)
The configuration of Patent Document 3 is described in paragraph 0014 of Patent Document 3 as follows.
As shown in FIG. 5, the vermilion dish 16 attached to the inner surface portion of the lid 4 integrally forms an attachment plate portion 18 at a position slightly apart from the side surface via the leg piece portion 17, and the attachment plate portion 18. A locking piece 19 that is bent slightly outward and can be elastically deformed is integrally provided. On the other hand, on the inner surface portion of the lid 4, a fitting portion 20 is provided in which the mounting plate portion 18 of the vermilion dish 16 is detachable. The fitting portion 20 is constituted by a pair of left and right hook-shaped side plates 22 that can be hooked by inserting the protruding edges 21 at both ends of the mounting plate portion 18 inside.
The lid 4 is provided with a locking hole 23 into which the locking piece 19 is fitted and engaged with the inner edge when the mounting plate portion 18 of the vermilion dish 16 is inserted inside the side plate 22. An elastically deformable push button portion 24 that is bent slightly outward and slightly protrudes outside the lid 4 is integrally provided at a position covering the outside of the locking hole 23. As described above, the vermilion dish 16 is fixed by inserting the attachment plate portion 18 into the fitting portion 20 and fitting the locking piece 19 into the locking hole 23 to be engaged. In order to remove the vermilion dish 16 from the lid 4, the push button portion 24 is pushed inward to be brought into contact with the locking piece 19, and the locking piece 19 is further pushed and deformed inward to escape from the locking hole 23. Thus, the attachment plate portion 18 may be extracted from the fitting portion 20, that is, the inner side of the side plate 22. In addition, removal and attachment of the vermilion dish 16 are performed in the state which opened the lid | cover 4 as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.4.
That is, the vermicelli plate 16 has the mounting plate 18 inserted into the fitting portion 20 and is fixed and fixed easily. After the stamping, the lid 4 returns considerably shockingly due to the restoring force of the coil spring 11, and the locking part is deformed by the impact. Since the vermilion dish 16 is locked and fixed in the centrifugal direction with respect to the rotation of the lid 4, there is a problem that the vermilion dish is easily detached due to the impact when the engagement is not sufficient. In particular, problems frequently occur when a large number of documents are continuously stamped. On the other hand, if the locking is too strong, there is a problem that it is difficult to replace the vermilion dish. Even when the vermilion dish is locked and fixed in a direction other than the centrifugal direction with respect to the rotation of the lid, there is a problem that it is disengaged when the locking part is delicate (thin and thin and insufficient in rigidity).
[0005]
The configuration of Patent Document 4 is described in paragraph 0022 of Patent Document 4 as follows.
Next, a vermilion holder 35 that holds vermilion 36 is attached to the intermediate case 12. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the vermillion holder 35 employed in the seal case 10 of FIG. Referring to the figure, this vermilion holder 35 is a separate type having a vermilion plate 37 for holding vermilion 36 and a main body holding portion 38 for detachably holding the vermilion plate 37, thereby holding the vermilion plate 37. The maintenance of the vermilion 36 is made easy. In the figure, 39 is a locking projection provided at the upper end of the cylindrical portion of the vermilion dish 37, and 40 is a locking hole for detachably locking the locking projection 39.
That is, similarly to the case of Patent Document 3, there is a problem that the vermilion dish is easily detached by impact when the locking is not sufficient, and the surroundings are soiled.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides a seal holder in which a vermilion plate is detachably attached to a lid that opens and closes by rotation. In addition, it is an object to prevent a problem that the vermilion dish is inadvertently detached from the lid even if the lid is shockedly returned, and to prevent the ink, the hand, the writing, the clothes, and the like from getting dirty.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has the following configuration in order to achieve the above-described problems.

Further, as described above, when the cover 3 is pivotally supported by inserting a pin into a hole communicating with the shaft support portion 3b and the bearing portion, the cover 3 serves as a cover for preventing the pin from coming off, and assemblability can be facilitated.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 13, the vermilion dish 6 is provided with a storage portion 6 e, and holds a vermilion pad 7 filled with ink. The vermilion dish 6 is attached substantially vertically to the inner surface of the lid 3, and when the lid 3 is immersed in the window hole 2 a of the middle cylinder 2, the stamp face 10 a of the seal 10 is shielded and the vermilion pad 7 is placed on the stamp face 10 a. It is almost in contact.
In the seal holder of the embodiment, when the outer cylinder 1 is pushed down to lower the inner cylinder 4 as described above, the teeth 3a of the inner cylinder 4 hits against the teeth 3a of the lid 3 and pushes the lid 3 so that the window of the middle cylinder The seal 10 is rotated in the state in which the lid 3 is not rotated by appropriately providing a slight gap until the tooth 4a of the inner cylinder 4 hits the tooth 3a of the lid 3 while rotating to the outside of the hole 2a. The marking surface 10a is lowered and bites into the vermilion pad 7, and the ink is properly transferred to the marking surface 10a. The lid 3 rotates to the outside of the window hole 2a of the middle cylinder, and the vermilion dish 6 comes out of the window hole 2a to the outside of the middle cylinder 2, and the end 3c at the rear end of the lid 3 shown in FIG. Abutting against the flat portion behind the teeth 4a, the vermilion dish 6 is in a substantially parallel posture with respect to the side surface of the outer cylinder 1, and the marking surface 10a is opened.
Further, when the outer cylinder 1 is further pushed down, the marking surface 10a protrudes from the lower end opening of the middle cylinder 2 to enable the marking.

Further, an upper plate portion 3d that can be inserted into the window hole of the middle cylinder is formed in front of the shaft support portion, and a side plate portion 3e that is provided in the lower portion of the upper plate portion 3d with a fitting recess 3f and that protrudes in a substantially L shape. A convex locking portion 3g is provided on the rear end surface of the side plate portion 3e. Further, a stepped portion 3k is provided at the front end of the fitting recess 3f at a substantially central position in the perpendicular direction.
A convex wall portion 3i is formed below the rear portion of the upper plate portion 3e, and a concave fitting portion surrounded by the inside of the fitting concave portion 3f and the wall portion 3i is formed.
Further, a locking portion 3 h for fixing the cover 5 is formed at the front end of the lid 3.
[0017]
10 to 13 show an embodiment of the vermilion dish 6.
The vermilion plate 6 holds an upper plate portion 6a that is a convex fitting portion that is fitted upward to the fitting portion of the lid 3, and a vermilion pad 7 that is below the upper plate portion 6a via a connecting portion 6d. And a storage portion 6e for performing the above operation.
Note that the front end portion of the upper plate portion 6a protrudes to become a fitting convex portion 6b, which becomes a portion that fits into the fitting concave portion 3f of the lid 3, and the rear end portion 6f of the upper plate portion 6a is a wall portion of the lid 3. It becomes a part which contacts 3i's front surface. Further, a step portion 6c is provided on the front surface of the fitting convex portion 6b as shown in FIG. A concave locking portion 6g is provided on the front surface of the connecting portion 6d.
[0018]
The lid 3 of the embodiment described above is formed with a concave fitting portion, and the vermilion dish 6 is formed with a convex fitting portion that fits into the fitting portion of the lid 3. It is also possible to form a concave fitting portion and form a concave fitting portion on the vermilion dish 6.
[0019]

[0020]
[Action]
In the above-mentioned prior art, the lid is fixed so that the vermilion dish can be easily attached to and detached from the lid, but after the stamping, the lid returns shockingly due to the restoring force of the coil spring. The problem of unlocking in response to this is shown.
In addition, since the conventional vermilion dish is locked and fixed in the centrifugal direction with respect to the rotation of the lid, there is a problem that the vermilion dish is likely to come off due to the impact when the locking is not sufficient, and the surroundings are soiled. Is stated. When the vermilion dish is locked and fixed in the centrifugal direction with respect to the rotation of the lid, the vermilion dish is locked in a state that can normally be replaced unless the rigidity of the lid and vermilion dish attachment is not very high. In some cases, it was confirmed that there was a possibility of detachment.
[0021]
The attachment and detachment of the vermilion dish 6 with respect to the lid 3 is performed in a state where the lid 3 protrudes outside the window hole 2a of the middle cylinder 2 as shown in FIG.
As described above, the convex fitting portion of the vermilion dish 6 is inserted into the concave fitting portion provided in the lid 3 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the rotation direction from the right direction, and the vermilion dish 6 is attached to the lid 3. Then, the vermilion plate 6 is pushed out in the right-angle direction and detached. In this case, even if the locking state between them is quite loose, the vermilion dish does not shift in the centrifugal direction by the rotation of the lid 3. In addition, even when the attachment portion is deformed by the impact when the lid 3 is closed, the vermilion plate 6 is in the state of being accommodated inside the middle cylinder 2, so that the vermilion plate 6 is displaced in the direction to be removed. Is also held by the inner wall of the middle cylinder 2, and the problem of disengagement does not occur.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, a lock device 11 is provided on the side surface of the outer cylinder 1. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the lid 3 can be locked in the opened state by lowering the outer cylinder 1 to open the lid 3 and operating the lock device 11.
If the vermilion dish is attached and detached in this state, the operation becomes easier.
Since the lock device is not the gist of the present invention, detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0023]
In addition, since the vermilion plate 6 can be detached from the lid 3 and separated as described above, it becomes easier to replenish ink to the vermilion pad 7 of the vermilion plate 6. It is difficult to understand the appropriate amount of ink to be replenished, and there is a concern that hands and clothes may become dirty due to overfilling and overflowing ink. To prevent this, it is desirable to make the vermilion dish 6 into a cassette. That is, if the vermilion plate 6 is made into a cassette and the vermilion pad 7 is filled with a predetermined amount of ink in advance, it is only necessary to replace the vermilion plate 6, so that there is no concern that the hands and clothes will become dirty.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
The structure and operation of the seal holder of the present invention are as described above. In a seal holder provided with a vermilion plate detachably attached to a lid that opens and closes by rotation, the vermilion plate is easily removed from the lid. This makes it easy to refill the ink on the vermilion held on the cover, and even if the lid returns shockingly, the problem that the vermilion plate will accidentally come off from the lid is resolved, and the ink scatters and stains hands, writings, clothes, etc. Can be prevented.
