Description
The present invention relates to a splicer device, and more particularly to a splicer device having a structure suitable for repeatedly executing operations for joining continuous sheets into a continuous material in a very short time.
In general, a splicer device is a continuous material obtained by repeatedly joining ends of a sheet or roll-shaped resin sheet or paper with an adhesive tape or the like. In addition to a joining unit that repeats the joining operation of sheet-fed sheets, etc., a transport unit that feeds or sends sheet-fed sheets to the vicinity of the joining unit, and a winding unit that winds the joined sheets into a roll. Many of them have units.
By the way, since the splicer device that joins the sheets together repeats the joining operation many times, it is a problem to realize a device that does not cause defects in the joining portion by increasing the speed of the joining operation. It has become. For example, in the splicer device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-194407, even if the leading edge of the rear sheet is sagging, the sagging portion is sandwiched between the laminating table and the movable table and becomes defective. In order to prevent this, a structure is provided in which a lifting member is provided to lift and hold the suspended portion to the tape application height position.
However, in this structure, the tape applicator that stores the reel of adhesive tape is gradually advanced along the boundary between the two sheets, and at the same time, the adhesive tape wound around the reel of the tape applicator is suppressed by a roller in sequence. Since it is fed out, it is difficult to increase the feeding speed of the adhesive tape. That is, if the adhesive tape is to be fed out at a high speed, the roller may slip on the surface of the adhesive tape and the adhesive tape may not be pulled out. Alternatively, the tape may tear irregularly when the adhesive tape is cut. In addition, when the operation of the joining unit is speeded up, the peripheral part must naturally support the speeding up. However, this publication does not disclose a structure corresponding to the speeding up. .
In addition, when sticking adhesive tape on both the upper surface side and the lower surface side of a single sheet, first a web is formed by a splicer device that joins the single sheets, and the roll around which the web is wound is put on another splicer device. It is necessary to set and stick an adhesive tape on the opposite surface with another splicer device. Accordingly, if the adhesive tape is applied to the upper surface side and the lower surface side of the sheet, the throughput is remarkably deteriorated, but the above-mentioned splicer device cannot improve the throughput when it is applied to both surfaces.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a first object of the present invention is to provide a splicer device that can speed up the joining operation in a splicer device that joins the sheets. Furthermore, it is a second object to provide a splicer device that can cope with speeding up of the joining operation when adhesive tape is applied to both the upper surface and the lower surface of a sheet.

When detecting a portion, the length of the second sheet is calculated based on the detection result, and after cutting the adhesive tape with the cutter, the conveying means is connected to the first sheet and the sheet. The second sheet is fed by the length of the second sheet calculated toward the front end of the first sheet, and a third sheet is fed to the rear end of the second sheet. characterized by operating the front end portion of the single sheet so as to abut or approach A splicer device to.
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the sixth aspect of the present invention, the another adhesive tape wound around another reel, the another reel being rotatably supported, and the another adhesive The front end portion of the tape and the vicinity thereof are separated from the second surface rear end portion of the first sheet and the second surface front end portion of the second sheet, and these end portions Another tape supply means for holding the tape so as to straddle, and another chuck for sandwiching the tip of the other adhesive tape held by the another tape supply means or the vicinity thereof, and the other tape supply means The separate adhesive tape is pulled away along the rear end portion of the first sheet and the front end portion of the second sheet by being relatively separated from the other chuck, and , The second surface rear end of the first sheet and the front Separately sticking the another adhesive tape pulled out to the first sheet and the second sheet by rolling along the second surface front end of the second sheet. A splicer device comprising a roller and a cutter for cutting the separate adhesive tape at a portion not attached to the first sheet and the second sheet .
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the adhesive tape is first pulled out in a state of being separated from the rear end portion of the first sheet and the front end portion of the second sheet, and the front end side of the adhesive tape is chucked. Then, the tape holding means presses the adhesive tape against the first sheet and the second sheet, and then the roller moves the adhesive tape to the first sheet and the second sheet. Since it rolls while being pressed against the sheet and then rolls with a cutter, the holding step supporting the reel has a rear end portion of the first sheet and a front end portion of the second sheet. The sticking operation of the adhesive tape becomes faster than the conventional apparatus that moves the boundary and feeds the adhesive tape while adjusting the moving speed. Further, when the chuck is opened, the tape supply means and the chuck are separated at a high speed, and the rapid contraction of the adhesive tape due to the expansion of the adhesive tape can be prevented. As a result, the sticking failure of the adhesive tape due to rapid shrinkage can be prevented. In addition, it is easy to adjust the range (length) to which the tape is applied.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the holding projection is provided so that the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape adheres after the adhesive tape is cut, the leading end of the adhesive tape hangs down after the adhesive tape is cut and the holding fails. Can be prevented.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible to prevent a trouble that occurs due to the holding protrusion being pinched when the chuck pinches the front end portion of the adhesive tape or the vicinity thereof.
According to invention of Claim 4, when a cutting blade is applied to an adhesive tape, since tearing spreads and is cut | disconnected from the center of an adhesive tape, it cuts from the edge part of either right or left. Can also cut the adhesive tape at high speed. Moreover, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of defects that are likely to occur when cutting starts from the end of the adhesive tape, such as when the tearing runs obliquely.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the control means controls the adhesive tape to be cut after a predetermined time has passed since the rolling of the roller, the adhesive tape temporarily stretched by the rolling of the roller is the original. It can be cut after returning to the length, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a defect due to the insufficient length of the attached tape.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to successively connect the sheet sheets by bringing the leading end portion of the next sheet into contact with the rear end of the sheet. Further, the length of the second sheet is calculated based on the detection result of the detection means, and the first sheet and the second sheet are sent out by the calculated length. It can be sent out accurately without being affected by variations in length.
According to invention of Claim 7, when sticking an adhesive tape on the lower surface side of a 1st sheet material sheet and a 2nd sheet material sheet, a 2nd sheet material sheet and a 3rd sheet material sheet Since the adhesive tape can be applied to the upper surface, the joining operation can be speeded up when the adhesive tape is applied to the upper surface side and the lower surface side of the sheet.
A splicer device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 6 is a front view showing the overall configuration of the splicer device according to the embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 6, 10 is a splicer device, 11 is a housing, 12 storage space, 13 is a touch panel, 14, 15 and 16 are single sheets, 20 is an elevator, 21 and 22 are magazine bases, and 30 is a sheet supply / transfer unit. , 31a and 31b are transfer arms, 32a and 32b are suction pads, 33 is a sheet thickness sensor, 34 is an elevating air cylinder, 35 is an electric cylinder, 36 is a sheet out sensor, 37 is a sheet supply / transfer unit, and 40 is A slide table, 60 is an upper tape attaching unit, 83 is a sheet presser, 86 is a lower tape attaching unit, and 90 is a sheet feeder.
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
The sheet supply /

Next, the slide table 40 will be described. 7A and 7B are explanatory diagrams of the slide table, in which FIG. 7A is a plan (top) view of the slide table, and FIG. 7B is a front view of the slide table. In FIG. 7, 41 is a top plate, 42 is a suction panel, 43 is a suction hole, 44 is a sheet stopper, 45a, 45b, 45c and 45d are pin slits, 46a, 46b, 46c and 46d are guide pins, 47a, 47b, 47c and 47d are pin slits, 48a, 48b, 48c and 48d are guide pins, 49 is a seat stopper air cylinder, 50 is a fixed frame, 51 is a movable frame, 52 is a movable beam, 53 is a slide table air cylinder, 54 Is a front end face, 55 is a length determining handle, 56 is a handle stopper, 57 is a width determining handle, 58 is a handle stopper, and other reference numerals are the same as those in FIG.
The slide table 40 is provided in the subsequent stage of the sheet supply /
Further, a
The
Further, the

Next, the upper
The upper
In addition, a
The
The
As will be described later, the
The affixing
The
The
The
Further, a
The
The sticking
Further, the
The
The lower

As shown in FIG. 12, the

Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (g), the
Here, the
As described above, in the
