本発明は、調味料や飲料等の飲食品、化粧品或いは薬品等の液状、ペースト状、粉状、顆粒状、或いは粒状の内容物の小型包装体の構造に関する。更に詳しくは、内容物として粒径の大なるものであって包装体に形成された吐出部からの吐出が難しい固形物を収容してあっても、片手の指でつまんで操作することにより、吐出口につまることなく容易に抽出乃至吐出することができる構造の包装体に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、包装体の蓋表面に突起状の吐出手段を形成し、指でつまんでワンタッチ折り曲げ操作することにより、突起部を拡開して内容物を簡単に抽出できる小型の包装体は種々提案されている。
例えば、特開昭59−103866号公報や特開昭61−104973号公報に記載の包装体とか、本出願人が先に考案した実願昭61−156750(実開昭63−64665号公報)の包装体等がこれに該当する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、かかる従来の包装体は、内容物が主に液状、ペースト状、粉状、顆粒状のように吐出口が狭い容器でも吐出口に詰まり難い大きさ(粒径が2mm程度)までのものであれば問題は生じないが、内容物に例えば粒胡椒のような粒状の食品あるいは野菜の切断片等の粒径が2mm以上の大きな固形物が内容液中等に混在するものにあっては、これが吐出口にひっかかり、スムーズな内容物の抽出ができないという問題があった。
本発明は、このような問題点を解決した包装体の構造を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は、この問題点を解決するために、包装体の吐出口となる従来の略ピラミッド状の突起の形状をそのまま相似形状に拡大した突起を有する包装体を種々試作して包装体の折り曲げの容易性と内容物の抽出状態を観察した。
その結果、判明したことは前記突起の尖端の高さを大きくすると、理論的には吐出口は拡げることはできるが、折り曲げ応力が突起尖端に伝わり難くなり、突起の破断が不完全なものとなる。また蓋折り曲げ線上の突起の幅を大きくすると、蓋が折り曲げ難くなるばかりであって、時たまうまく突起の尖端部が破断しても期待する程スムーズに吐出口を拡開形成できる包装体を得ることはできなかった。
いずれにしても、従来のピラミッド形状の突起の高さや幅をたんに大きくするだけでは、蓋の折り曲げが容易でかつ固形物を含む内容物をスムーズに抽出できる吐出口を形成する包装体を得ることには無理があることを認識した。
そこで、次に本発明者は、蓋折り曲げ時に破断の発端となるピラミッド状突起の上半の尖端部を従来の破断し易い形状のまま残して、突起下半部の形状を変えた包装体を作成し、上記と同様にその作用効果を確認したところ、蓋の折り曲げも容易で期待する大きな吐出口をスムーズに形成できる包装体を得ることを発見し本発明を完成するに至った。

即ち、本発明の包装体は、表面の中央部に破断域として突起状の吐出手段を有する折曲線に添って折り曲げ可能な硬質材の蓋と、その蓋の裏面に周縁部を固着した可撓性部材からなる容器体とをもって、蓋の破断域に通ずる2個以上のポケット部を形成した包装体に於て、前記吐出手段の尖端部を四方に稜線を有する略ピラミッド形状とするとともに前記折曲線と同一線上の稜線の下半部を略直方体形状の突起の一側端部と直交施装した形状としてあり、前記折曲線と同一線上にある前記略直方体形状の突起の平面および垂直面に前記折曲線が形成してあることを特徴とするものであり、またその他の構成としては、表面の中央部に破断域として突起状の吐出手段を有する折曲線に添って折り曲げ可能な硬質材の蓋と、その蓋の裏面に周縁部を固着した可撓性部材からなる容器体とをもって、蓋の破断域に通ずる2個以上のポケット部を形成した包装体に於て、前記吐出手段の尖端部を四方に稜線を有する略ピラミッド形状とするとともに前記折曲線と同一線上の稜線の下半部を一段と緩斜な稜線として前記折曲線が形成してあることを特徴とするものである。この際折曲線上の突起の幅は折曲線の長さの1/5乃至1/4の長さとしておくと、折曲時に突起の破断に伴う吐出口を適度に幅広くできるとともに折り曲げ力も少なくてすむので好ましい。また、ピラミッド形状の吐出手段(突起)の折曲線と直交する方の稜線はその中腹から緩斜な裾長の稜線として蓋の一端方向へ延設しておくと蓋の強度が高まるとともに折り曲げ力が有効に突起の尖端に伝わって吐出口の形成を容易にできるのでよい。また、通常突起の尖端の内角は小さい程破断開口が容易となるが反面吐出口が狭くなってしまうものであることは経験則上も明らかなことである。それ故に、開口面積の大なる吐出口を得るために尖端の内角を大きくするとピラミッド状突起の裾野は拡がり、吐出口も広くなるが、一方で突起の尖端が破断し難くなる傾向が生ずるので、その尖端角は60度以下に形成しておくのがよい。

本発明の包装体は、蓋表面の突起状の吐出手段を四方に稜線を有する略ピラミッド形状とするとともに少なくとも折曲線と重なる側の稜線をその中腹から下方へ一段と緩斜な稜線として形成してあったり、或いは前記折曲線と同一線上(重なる側)の稜線を途中で中断し、その中断部から下半部を略直方体形状の突起の一側端部を該稜線と直交施装した形状としてあるので、この包装体を指でつまんでワンタッチ折り曲げ操作をした時に、拡開される突起状の吐出手段の拡開面積は、従来のピラミッド形状の突起の吐出口の面積より数段広くなる。
また、吐出手段の形状として突起の上半部は破断容易な従来形状に順じた尖端角を60度以下のものとして残されており、即ちその尖端部の形状は従来のものと変わらないので、破断開始に要する折り曲げ力は従来と殆ど同程度の力を付与すればよく、突起部はスムーズに拡開され吐出口を形成できる。
尚、吐出口を拡げるために従来のピラミッド形状の突起の高さや幅の長さのみを大きくすると突起尖端の角度が大きくなって破断開始の容易さが失われるので避ける方がよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図面に示す実施の形態を参照して説明する。
