【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、調味料や飲料等の飲食品、化粧品や薬品、等のうち液状、顆粒状、或いは粉状を呈したものを内容物として包装してあり、ワンタッチ操作により内容物を抽出できる分配包装体に関する。
詳しくは、ポケット部に収容してある内容物を抽出するに際して、包装体を片手の指で折り曲げ操作することにより、蓋表面に設けてある突起状の吐出手段が内容物の吐出口として無理なく容易に破壊されて開口できる構造とした分配包装体に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、指でつまんで折り曲げ操作することにより、内容物を簡単に抽出できる小型の分配包装体は数多く提案されている。
例えば特開昭63−162460号公報や実公平3−1419号公報等に開示の包装体がそれである。すなわち、これらはいずれも、比較的堅固で平坦なシート状の蓋の裏面に可撓性を有する容器体の周縁部を固着してポケット部を形成し、このポケット部の中に内容物を封入すると共に、蓋の裏面中央を通る軸線を、該蓋を折り曲げ易いようにするために、ミシン目や蓋材の厚さの半分程に切れ目(ハーフカット)等を施した折り曲げ線を設け、さらに内容物の抽出を容易にするために該軸線の中心にはピラミッド状或いは円錐台状等の突起を形成した構造としてある。

使用に際しては、該包装体を指間に挟み、その蓋の上記軸線を中心として該ポケット部の両側を圧するように蓋をV字型に折り曲げし、この蓋の折り曲げ線上に設けた突起の破壊開口部から内容物を抽出するものである。
尚、特開昭63−162460号公報に記載の包装体は、蓋中央の折り曲げ線上の2ヵ所の部分に開口可能な突起部を設けてあり、該折り曲げ線を挟んで4個のポケット部を2個づつ相対向して形成してあるが、相対向するポケット部同士は、折り曲げ線上の上記突起部の下方に設けた「接続壁」(連通部)を介して互いに連通する構造としてあり、その互いのポケット部の形状はほぼ同容積の相似形状としてある。
また、実公平3−1419号公報記載の包装体は、蓋中央の折り曲げ線上に2ヵ所の開口可能な突起部を設けてあり、該折り曲げ線をはさんで2個のポケット部を相対向して形成してあるが、夫々のポケット部は上記2ヵ所の突起部の下方にそれぞれ設けた連通部の異なった方へ連通する構造としてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これ等従来の分配包装体は、蓋の中央部に突起状の吐出手段(以下、たんに「突起」ともいう)を設けたり開口し易くするために内容物が漏れない程度にハーフカットを施してあるものの、突起部を形成するシート材の厚みが全体に均一か突起尖端部へかけて順次薄い肉厚に形成されている。それ故該包装体を指間に挟み、その蓋の前記軸線を中心として該ポケット部の両側を圧するようにV字型に折り曲げしても、突起がうまく破壊されずしばしば内容物吐出用の開口部が完全に形成され難いものが発生するという問題がある。
本発明の目的は、このような問題点を解消し、分配包装体から内容物を抽出するに際して、何時誰が操作しても、突起部が正確にかつ容易に破壊され開口できるようにした分配包装体を提供しようとするものである。
本発明者は、この問題点を解決するために種々の形態の分配包装体を試作し研究した結果、突起が十分に破壊され難い要因のひとつとして、突起の側壁部を形成するシート層の厚さの分布状況の違いに影響されることを発見した。そしてこれをさらに追及した結果、分配包装体を形成するに際して、蓋の突起側壁の上部と下部を形成するシート層の厚みを突起側壁の中央部を形成するシート層の厚みより大なる肉厚として形成すれば、折り曲げによって分配包装体の突起の尖端部が破壊され易く完全に開口されることを確認し本発明を完成するに至った。この理由は定かでないが蓋部の折り曲げ時に発生する作用力は、突起中央部のシート層の厚みを、上下部より薄くしてあることによって突起側壁が弓状にそり返って突起尖端部(開口が開始される位置)へ折り曲げ作用力とともに大きな反撥力が生じ、これが付加されるために突起の尖端部が破壊されやすくなるのであろうと推測される。

【課題を解決するための手段】
即ち、本発明は上記目的を達成するために、表面の中央部にハーフカット部を設けた折り曲げ線と尖端突起状の吐出手段とを有する硬質材の蓋と、その蓋の裏面に周縁部を固着され折り曲げ線の両側にポケット部を形成する可撓性部材の容器体とからなり、それぞれのポケット部は蓋の折り曲げ線の下方に位置する連通部と連通してある分配包装体において、前記吐出手段の突起の側壁上部と下部を形成するシート材の厚みを少なくとも突起側壁の中央部を形成するシート材の厚みより大なる肉厚に形成してあることを特徴とする。
また、この際突起をピラミッド形状又は円錐形状としてあると、蓋の折り曲げによって突起尖端部の破壊がいっそう確実にすすみ容易に開口されるのでよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図面に基づき実施例をもって説明する。
図1は、本発明に係わる分配包装体の一実施例の外観形状を示す斜視図であり、図2は、図1のX−X線断面による突起部5の要部拡大図である。また、図3は従来の分配包装体の突起部5の一例を示す要部拡大図であり、図4は従来の分配包装体の突起5の他の例を示す要部拡大図である。
図1において、1は本発明に係る分配包装体であり、2は合成樹脂(例えばポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、或いはポリスチレン共重合体)等の折り曲げることができる程度の硬質からなる厚さ約240μmのシート材で形成した蓋である。この蓋2の表面中央の折曲線(軸線ともいう)上にハーフカット4が施され蓋2の折り曲げ時にハーフカット4が破断しピラミッド形状の突起5底辺:4mm、高さ:3mm)の尖端部4′が開口する構造とされている。本発明実施例における突起5は図2の要部拡大図に示すように、その側壁上部6のシート材の厚さを170〜180μm、側壁下部7のシート材の厚さを170〜180μm、側壁中央部8のシート材の厚さを140〜160μmとして形成され、すなわち上下部6,7のシート層の厚さを中央部8のシート材の厚さより肉厚に形成されている。

突起5を形成するに際しては、通常過熱した突起付の型板をシート材の片面(裏面)に押圧し表面を凸状に膨らませて形成することが多い。従って、蓋2のシート材の材質及び型板の加熱温度の高低の調節具合によって、突起5の側壁の上、中、下部6,8,7を形成するシート材の厚さは異なった値を示す。例えば加熱温度が高いと上部6が下部7より薄くなったり、または突起5の上中下6,8,7部のシート材の厚さがほぼ均一になって形成される。本願はこのような分配包装体1の突起5を形成することを避け、突起5の中央部8をその上、下部6,7より薄くなるように形成したものである。尚、図3及び図4は、突起5の側壁を形成するシート材の上中下6,8,7の厚さが均一であるもの、及び突起5の上部6に近い程シート材が薄くなっているそれぞれ従来の分配包装体1の突起5の形成状態の例をそれぞれ示したものである。

ちなみに、本願発明の実施例(図2)と、従来の分配包装体の例図3及び図4に基づいて、それぞれ各1,000個宛分配包装体1を作成し、蓋2をポケット部3,3同士を衝接させるように折り曲げ、突起5を開口させる比較テストを実施したところ本願発明実施例(図2)に基づく突起5は全てその尖端部4′から完全に開口したが、図3に基づくものは開口不完全品6個(0.6%)、図4に基づくものは開口不完全品13個(1.3%)であった。その原因は定かでないが、突起5の側壁中央部8をその上下部6,7よりも薄くしたことで、蓋2の折り曲げ時に突起5の中央部8が弓なりにそり返り、その反動力が突起5の尖端部4′に加わり開口し易くなったのではないかと推測される。
これらの比較テストにより、本願発明に基づく図2の実施例品はその使用時における不良品の生じることのない商品として安心して市場に供給できることを確認した。
また、重複説明を避けるため詳細な説明を省略するが、本発明は突起5の形状は以上のようにピラミッド形状に限らず、これ以外にも尖端部4′を有する円錐形状としてもよく、同様の作用効果を奏するものであることはいうまでもない。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、本発明に係わる分配包装体は、蓋上に形成された突起の側壁上下部を形成するシート材の厚さを突起側壁の中央部を形成するシート材の厚さよりも肉厚に形成してあるので、蓋折り曲げ時に側壁中央部が弓なりにそり返り、その反発力が突起の先端部に伝わりより大なる破壊力が加わって完全に開口できるものである。
従って、使用に際して、内容物の吐出不良のない分配包装体の商品として市場に供することができる。

As a result of the trial manufacture and research of distribution packages of various forms in order to solve this problem, the present inventor has found that the thickness of the sheet layer forming the side wall portion of the protrusion is one of the factors that makes it difficult to sufficiently destroy the protrusion.
