この発明はパチンコ機等の弾球遊技機とも呼ばれている遊技機に関する。

従来、例えば、遊技盤の遊技領域に配設された入賞装置において、球(パチンコ球)が流入可能な入賞口を有する入賞室内に特定領域と非特定領域とが設けられた構造のものがある。
この種の入賞装置において、入賞口から流入した球が特定領域に流入すると、遊技者に有利な遊技状態(例えば大当たりの権利が付与される状態)となるように制御されている。また、このような入賞装置は、例えば、第2種、第3種、第4種パチンコ機等に採用されている。
また、入賞口から入賞室内に流入した球が特定領域あるいは非特定領域に流入する過程で、球の流れに変化をもたせ遊技の興趣を高めるために、入賞室の所定位置(例えば、底部)に球を受けて転がす球転動部が設けられ、その球転動部の下流端に特定領域の流入部と、非特定領域の流入部とがそれぞれ配設されたものも知られている。
さらに、球転動部の側縁部にリプレイ通路が設けられ、球転動部の側縁部から外れた球をリプレイ通路の下端部に受け入れ、その球を、発射手段によって再度、球転動部の上流側に戻す(打ち上げる)ように構成にしたパチンコ機も知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

ところで、前記した従来のものにおいては、球転動部の側縁部から外れた球をリプレイ通路の下端部に受け入れ、その球を、発射手段によって再度、球転動部の上流側に戻すことは可能であるが、非特定領域の流入部に流入した球は球転動部上に戻すことができなかった。

この発明の目的は、前記問題点に鑑み、球転動部上を転がる球が非特定領域に流入する過程で、球の流れに変化をもたせ、その球のうち、一部の球を特定領域に流入可能に構成することで、遊技者に対し期待感を与えることができる遊技機を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、主制御装置を備えた遊技盤の遊技領域内に、
遊技球を入賞検出する開閉体作動用入賞器と、
この開閉体作動用入賞器での入賞検出条件に基づいて入賞口を開閉する開閉体が開いたときに該入賞口から入った入賞球を選別して特別遊技成立のための権利発生用の特定球を発生し得る権利発生装置と、
該権利発生装置の入賞口から離れた反対側部位で権利発生状態中に遊技球の入賞検出毎により特別遊技開始条件を発生し得る第3種始動装置と、
この第3種始動装置から離れた下方部位で前記特別遊技開始条件により開成作動されて設定数の遊技球を入賞可能とされた大入賞口装置と、
が配置された遊技機であって、
前記権利発生装置は、
前記遊技盤の遊技領域に装着されて正面左側部位に前記入賞口を配置した本体構成部材と、
該本体構成部材内に区画形成された入賞室の上段左側部に横向き状態で設置されて前記入賞口から入った入賞球を球誘導路で誘導して右端出口から前記入賞室内の上方中央部に向けて通出する誘導体と、
前記本体構成部材の前記入賞室の底部に前下り傾斜状に設置され上面を前記誘導体から落下した入賞球を転動させる球転動部とした棚板と、
該棚板の前記球転動部に配置されて入賞球との当接により転動方向に多様な変化を与えるための複数個の突出部と、
前記棚板の後側上流端の中央部に開口形成された球通過孔に対して上下方向に揺動可能に軸支されて、常には前記転動部とほぼ同一傾斜を呈する下傾閉鎖状態に保持されると共に下方から上方への入賞球の通過を許容し上方から下方への入賞球の通過を阻止する逆止弁状に設定された開閉板と、
前記棚板の前側中央部に配置されて前記球転動部の前側に流下される入賞球を受入れて下方の特定領域に流通し得る第1流入口と、
前記特定領域に設置されて検出した入賞球の特定球検出信号を前記主制御装置に入力する球検出器と、
前記棚板の前側で前記第1流入口の左右両側に配置されて前記球転動部の前側に流下される入賞球を受入れる第2流入口と、
前記左右の第2流入口に入った入賞球を前記棚板の奥裏側に導く連絡通路と、
前記棚板の前記球通過孔の垂下方に位置し、前記連絡通路から流入された入賞球を暫時停留待機する球受部と、
前記本体構成部材の縦央部上方から裏側に設置されて、前記入賞室外の上方中央部に非特定領域流入口を前向きに開口した入賞球排出用の非特定領域と、
前記本体構成部材の奥裏側の縦央部に縦設された磁石付ベルト形式の球搬送機構と、を備えており、
前記球搬送機構では、
前記非特定領域の非特定領域流入口の入口下部に設置されて前記主制御装置により駆動制御されるモータで回転される駆動ローラと、
前記連絡通路の球受部の下方部に設置された従動ローラと、
前記駆動ローラと従動ローラとの間に掛装され、周方向に沿って所定間隔位置に複数の磁力吸着部を配置して前記球受部に位置する入賞球を磁着し、その入賞球を前記非特定領域の非特定領域流入口に上昇移送する無端状の移送ベルトと、を備え、
前記移送ベルトの前側の張り側ベルト部分が、前記球受部から前記球通過孔及び前記誘導体の右端出口そして前記非特定領域の非特定領域流入口の入口下縁まで伸張状態に保持されて入賞球揚送用のベルト移送路が構成されるとともに、
前記球受部に位置する入賞球が、前記移送ベルトの周回転により磁力吸着部で磁着された状態で前記ベルト移送路を上昇して閉鎖状態の前記開閉板を押開いて球通過孔を通過移送されるとともに、移送ベルトの張り側ベルト部分の上端変向位置から前記非特定領域の非特定領域流入口に移送されるように設定され、
前記移送ベルトの張り側ベルト部分のベルト移送路において、前記誘導体の右端出口に臨む位置と前記球通過孔の上方に臨む位置との間に、入賞球が落下し得る可能性のある球落下可能領域が構成され、該球落下可能領域において、前記誘導体から落下される入賞球と、前記移送ベルトに磁着保持されている入賞球とが衝突した場合に、該磁着保持されている入賞球が落下して前記棚板の球転落部上に転落し得るように設定した遊技機を提供する。

このようにして、球転動部上を転がる球が非特定領域に流入する過程で、球の流れに変化をもたせことができるとともに、その球のうち、一部の球を特定領域に流入可能に構成することができる。言い換えると、本来であれば非特定領域に流入する球を、球落下手段によって、球落下可能領域から球転動部上に落下させて復活させることができる。

また、本発明に係る遊技機は、入賞口に入った球が球誘導路及び球転動部を経て、第2流入口に流入し、その球が球移送経路の球落下可能領域まで移送される時期と、入賞口に後続して流入した球が球誘導路に誘導されて放出される時期とが合致することを条件として、前記先行の球、すなわち、球落下可能領域に移送された球に、後続の球、すなわち、球誘導路から放出される球が衝突する。これによって、後続の球とともに、球落下可能領域に移送された先行する球が球転動部上にそれぞれ落下して転がる。
言い換えると、先行する球が第2流入口から球移送経路に流入した場合、遊技者は、時期(タイミング)を計って入賞口に球(後続の球)を流入させることによって、球移送経路の球落下可能領域に達した球を球転動部上に落下させることができる。このため、遊技者に遊技技量が要求される遊技性を与えることができる。そして、後続の球が球落下可能領域の球に衝突して落下したときには遊技者に対し多大な満足感を与えることが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施の形態を図面にしたがって説明する。
遊技機としての弾球遊技機、例えば、権利ものとも呼ばれている第3種パチンコ機の遊技盤を正面(前面)で表した図1において、遊技盤10の前面の周縁部には、外レール12と内レール13とを備えた案内レール11が装着されている。この案内レール11の内側には、遊技領域15が区画形成されるとともに、外レール12と内レール13との間には、図示しない球発射装置から発射された球(パチンコ球)を遊技領域15の上部に案内する球発射通路14が形成されている。
遊技盤10の遊技領域15には、その略中央部において後に詳述する入賞装置としての権利発生装置31(第3種権利発生装置、センタ役物装置等とも呼ばれることもある。)が装着されている。さらに、遊技盤10の遊技領域15の所定位置には、一般入賞器16や球Bを所定方向に誘導したり、あるいは球Bの流れを変化させる多数の釘や風車器17が適宜に配設され、遊技領域15の最下端には、アウト口19が設けられている。

また、遊技盤10の遊技領域15の所定位置、例えば、図1に向かって権利発生装置31の斜め左下部と略直下部の2箇所には、権利発生装置31の開閉体35を作動するための開閉体作動用入賞器18が配設されている。開閉体作動用入賞器18には球検出器(図示しない)が設けられている。
また、遊技盤10の遊技領域15には、その権利発生装置31の片側(図1に向かって右側)に位置して第3種始動装置23と、開閉扉21によって大入賞口22が開閉可能に構成された大入賞口装置20とが上下に所定間隔を保ってそれぞれ装着されている。
なお、第3種始動装置23には、外周に凹状の球受け部25を有する球受回転体24を備え、大当たりの権利発生後、球受回転体24の球受け部25に球Bを受けてその球Bを所定位置まで移送して放出することによって大当たり遊技を始動し、開閉扉21を開放動作させるようになっている。

さて、図2〜図4に示すように、入賞装置としての権利発生装置31は、単数又は複数の本体構成部材32を主体として構成されている。そして、本体構成部材32には、その上部の左右両側部のうち、少なくとも片側(図2に向かって左側)に、球Bが流入可能な入賞口34を有する入賞室33が形成されている。
本体構成部材32の入賞口34近傍には、その入賞口34を開閉可能な開閉体35が設けられている。この開閉体35は、ソレノイド、モータ等の電動アクチュエータ(図示しない)を駆動源としかつ軸36を中心として開閉動作されるようになっている。そして、この実施の形態においては、開閉体作動用入賞器18に球Bが流入しかつその球Bが球検出器(図示しない)によって検出されたことを条件して電動アクチュエータ(図示しない)が作動し、これによって、開閉体35が所定時間(例えば、0.5秒前後)だけ入賞口34を開放した後、元の状態に閉じるようになっている。

本体構成部材32には、その入賞室33の上部において、入賞口34から流入した球Bを入賞室33の上部中央部まで誘導して放出するための緩やかに傾斜した球誘導路40を上面に有する誘導体41が固定状態で配設されている。
また、本体構成部材32には、その入賞室33の底部をなしかつ入賞室33の左右の両側壁45の間に位置して、奥側が高く前側が低い傾斜面をなす棚板50が固定状態で設けられており、その棚板50の上面を球転動部51としている。
また、球転動部51上には、球Bの転がり方向を変える複数のピン状の突出部52が上下並びに左右方向に適宜の間隔を隔てて突設されている。そして、球誘導路40先端の放出部から放出された球Bは、球転動部51上に落下して受けられた後、前側に向けて転がるようになっている。
また、棚板50の奥側の左右方向略中央部には、球Bが通過可能な球通過孔56が切り欠き状に形成され、その球通過孔56には、開閉板53がピン54を支点として開閉可能に配設されている。この開閉板53は、下方から上方への球Bの通過は許容し、上方から下方への球Bの通過は阻止するためのものであり、常には自重によってストッパ手段に当接する閉じ位置に配置され、後述する移送ベルト76の磁力吸着部77に吸着された球Bによって開かれるようになっている。

本体構成部材32には、棚板50の前縁においてその棚板50の球転動部51上を転がる球Bが流入可能な第1流入口60と第2流入口62とがそれぞれ設けられている。
この実施の形態において、棚板50の前縁の左右方向略中央部に位置して第1流入口60が形成され、その第1流入口60の左右両側に隣接して第2流入口62が形成されている。そして、第1流入口60は、遊技者に有利な遊技状態となる特定領域65に連通されている。この特定領域65には球Bの通過を検出する球検出器66が配設されている(図5参照)。
また、左右の両第2流入口62は、球移送経路70を介して非特定領域81に連通される。

図4と図5に示すように、球移送経路70は、連絡通路71と移送ベルト76によって構成されるベルト移送路72とを主体として構成されている。
連絡通路71は、左右の両第2流入口62にそれぞれ連通された分岐通路部が、本体構成部材32の下部の左右両側部に沿って奥側まで延出され、その奥側において中央部に向けて屈曲されてそれぞれ合流するようにして形成されている。そして、合流部には球受部71aが凹設されている。
ベルト移送路72を構成する移送ベルト76は、連絡通路71の球受部71aよりも低い位置に回転可能に配設された従動ローラ75と、球誘導路40の高さよりも所定高さだけ高い位置に配設されかつモータ95を駆動源として回転駆動される駆動ローラ74との間に張設されている。

この実施の形態において、図2と図3に示すように、入賞室33の奥側壁46の左右方向略中央部には、棚板50の奥側端から所定高さにわたって開口窓47が形成されている。そして、移送ベルト76の前側ベルト部の略上半部は、開口窓47において露出され、遊技者が視認可能となっている。
また、この実施の形態において、移送ベルト76の長手方向には、球B(例えば1つの球Bのみ)を磁力によって吸着する複数の磁力吸着部77が所定間隔を保って配設されている。すなわち、移送ベルト76の長手方向には複数の磁力吸着部77を構成する磁石が点在されている。
また、この実施の形態において、球誘導路40先端の放出部から放出される球Bの放出軌跡(落下軌跡)の範囲において、移送ベルト76の前側上部を球落下可能領域79としている(図3参照)。
そして、球落下可能領域79まで移送された球Bを球転動部51(棚板50)上に落下させる球落下手段が球誘導路40によって構成されている。
また、入賞室33の奥側壁46には開口窓47の上部に隣接して非特定領域用流入口81aが形成されている。この非特定領域用流入口81aは非特定領域81に連通している。

また、図2に示すように、本体構成部材32の上部には、液晶表示器や7セグメント表示器等よりなる図柄表示装置90が設置されている。
この図柄表示装置90の前側には、特定領域65に設けられた球検出器66よって球Bを検出したことを条件として抽選図柄を変動表示する表示部91が遊技者に対し視認可能に設けられている。すなわち、特定領域65に設けられた球検出器66よって球Bを検出すると、その信号が主制御装置(主制御基板)100に伝達され、これに対応して主制御装置100から出力される信号に基づく抽選図柄が表示部91に変動表示されるようになっている。

この実施の形態に係る遊技機としてのパチンコ機は上述したように構成される。したがって、遊技の際、図示しない球発射装置から球発射通路14に発射された球B(パチンコ球)は、遊技領域15の上部に打ち出され、多数の釘や風車器17等に当たって遊技領域15の下部に向けて流れる。
遊技領域15に打ち出された球Bのうち、一部の球Bは一般入賞器16、開閉体作動用入賞器18等の入賞口に流入する。また、これら入賞口に流入しなかった球Bは遊技領域15の下部のアウト口19に流入し、機外に排出される。

開閉体作動用入賞器18の入賞口に球Bが流入すると、その球Bが球検出器(図示しない)によって検出される。すると、球検出器の検出信号が主制御装置100に伝達される。これに基づいて主制御装置100から出力される信号によって権利発生装置31の開閉体35の電動アクチュエータ(図示しない)が作動される。これによって、開閉体35が所定時間(例えば、0.5秒前後)開放された後、元の状態に閉じられる。
図2に示すように、開閉体35の開放時において、球Bが権利発生装置31の入賞口34から入賞室33に流入すると、その球Bは、まず、入賞室33上部の球誘導路40に沿って流れ、同球誘導路40先端の放出部から放出される。
球誘導路40先端の放出部から放出された球Bは、棚板50の球転動部51上に受けられて、同球転動部51上を転がる。そして、球転動部51上の球Bは、突出部52に当たり、転動方向を変えながら転がって第1流入口60あるいは第2流入口62に流入する。

球転動部51上の球Bが第1流入口60に流入すると、その球Bは特定領域65に流れ球検出器66によって検出される。すると、図柄表示装置90の表示部91の抽選図柄が変動し、設定時間後停止する。そして、表示部91には主制御装置100から伝達される信号に基づく抽選図柄が表示される。表示部91に表示された抽選図柄が「大当たり図柄」、例えば「7・7」となって停止した場合、大当たりの権利が発生する。

そして、球受部71aの球Bは、移送ベルト76の磁力吸着部77によって吸着された状態で非特定領域用流入口81aに向けて持ち上げられながら移送される。そして、移送ベルト76の磁力吸着部77によって吸着されてた球Bは、開閉板53の下面に当接して同開閉板53をその自重に抗して開放しながら通過する。その後、移送ベルト76の磁力吸着部77によって吸着された球Bは、球落下可能領域79を通して非特定領域用流入口81aに放出されて非特定領域81に流れる。

また、図3に示すように、入賞口34に先行して流入した球B(先行球B1)が球誘導路40及び球転動部51を経て、第2流入口62に流入し、その先行球B1が球移送経路70の球落下可能領域79まで移送される時期と、入賞口34に後続して流入した球B(後続球B2)が球誘導路40に誘導されて放出される時期とが合致すると、球落下可能領域79に移送された先行球B1に、球誘導路40先端から放出される後続球B2が衝突する。これによって、後続球B2とともに、球落下可能領域79に移送された先行球B1が球転動部51上にそれぞれ落下して転がる。この結果、第2流入口62に一旦流入し球Bが第1流入口60に流入して特定領域65に流れる可能性が復活する。
言い換えると、先行球B1が第2流入口62から球移送経路70に流入した場合、遊技者は、時期(タイミング)を計って入賞口34に後続球B2を流入させることによって、球移送経路70の球落下可能領域79に達した先行球B1を球転動部51上に落下させることができる。このため、遊技者に遊技技量が要求される遊技性を与えることができる。そして、後続球B2が球落下可能領域79の先行球B1に衝突して、その先行球B1を落下させときには遊技者に対し多大な満足感を与えることが可能となる。

また、この実施の形態において、移送ベルト76の長手方向には、球Bを磁力によって吸着する複数の磁力吸着部77が所定間隔を保って配設されている。
したがって、球移送経路70に流入した球Bを移送ベルト76の磁力吸着部77によって吸着した状態で所望とする高さ位置まで確実に移送することができる。特に、球Bを、低い位置、すなわち連絡通路71の球受部71aからから、高い位置、すなわち非特定領域用流入口81aまで持ち上げながら確実に移送することができる。

また、入賞口34に先行して流入した先行球B1が球誘導路40及び球転動部51を経て、第2流入口62に流入し、その先行球B1が球移送経路70の球落下可能領域79まで移送される時期と、入賞口34に後続して流入した後続球B2が球誘導路40に誘導されて放出される時期とが合致し易くするために、移送ベルト76の磁力吸着部77に吸着された先行球B1が球落下可能領域79に達したとき、あるいはその直前に達したときに、所定時間だけ移送ベルト76の移送速度を遅くしたり、あるいは停止するように設定することも可能である。このように設定することにより、先行球B1の復活の確率を調整することができる。このため、特に確率変動の遊技状態(例えば、大当たりとなる確率が高い遊技状態)等において、前記したように、移送ベルト76の移送速度を遅くしたり、あるいは停止するように設定することが好ましい。
移送ベルト76の速度変更や駆動停止の設定は、例えば、図4に示すように、開閉板53に対し、その開放動作を検出する検出器110を配設し、その検出器110の検出信号を主制御装置100に伝達し、これに基づいて主制御装置100から出力される信号によってモータ95を作動制御するよって容易にかつ正確に設定することができる。
また、先行球B1が検出器110によって検出されたことを条件として所定時間(例えば、数秒程度の短時間)だけ入賞口34を開放するように設定することも可能である。この場合、遊技者は入賞口34の開放タイミングを見計らって球を流入させなければならず、遊技技量が要求されるため、より一層遊技性を高めることができる。

なお、この発明は前記実施の形態に限定するものではない。
例えば、前記実施の形態においては、入賞装置としての権利発生装置31を備えた第3種パチンコ機である場合を例示したが、入賞装置を備えて第2種パチンコ機や第4種パチンコ機に採用することも可能である。
また、前記実施の形態においては、移送ベルト76上に球Bを保持して移送するために磁力吸着部77を設けたが、磁力吸着部77に換え、移送ベルト76上に球Bを受けて保持する保持部を形成してもよい。また、球移送経路70に移送ベルト76以外の移送機構を配設して球Bを移送することも可能である。
