前記回転刃体の取付けの際には、前記挿入軸部を前記被挿入孔部内に挿入するとともに前記双方の係合部同士を互いに係合させた後、前記回転刃体用カバー体の当接部を前記回転刃体に当接させ、
前記回転刃体の取外しの際には、前記回転刃体用カバー体の当接部を前記回転刃体から離した後、前記挿入軸部を前記被挿入孔部内から抜き出すとともに前記双方の係合部同士の係合を解除する
