マンホール蓋1の操作工具孔2を上面側から覆うカバー板3の下面側にストッパー板4を枢軸5によって回動可能に支持し、カバー板3を貫通した螺子孔6に駆動ボルト7をねじ合わせ、駆動ボルト7の先端部8をストッパー板4の基端側部分9に突き当て、駆動ボルト7の螺子孔6へのねじ込み量を増減させてストッパー板4を操作工具孔2内で回動させ、ストッパー板4の先端側部分10をマンホール蓋1側の受止め部11に係脱させることによって、カバー板3をマンホール蓋1に着脱可能に締付け固定するようにしたマンホール蓋の操作工具孔用カバー装置。   A stopper plate 4 is rotatably supported by a pivot 5 on the lower surface side of a cover plate 3 that covers the operation tool hole 2 of the manhole cover 1 from the upper surface side, and a drive bolt 7 is screwed into a screw hole 6 that penetrates the cover plate 3.
