Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic latch release mechanism of a latch, and more particularly to an automatic latch release mechanism suitable for a push-pull lock.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there is a lock called “electric lock”. Generally, an electric lock generally uses a driving force of a driving source (solenoid) to lock and release a dead bolt (locking piece) for locking. This was done automatically, not for the temporary locking latch. The engagement with the latch is generally released by operating an external operation bar.
[0003]
The reason for this is that only an external manual operation member is sufficient to cancel the locking (stopper) state with respect to the temporary locking latch, and there is no need to implement it, especially with the addition of an electric lock. It can be said that it was because the way of thinking was trend.
For example, a lock equipped with a latch device (latch unit) in a lock box is called a “push-pull lock”, and this push-pull lock has a locking member that always locks a latch for temporary locking. A configuration for automatically canceling the locked state using the driving force of the driving source (solenoid) is not included.
[0004]
Recently, however, barrier-free products have been actively developed, and in the field of locks, the appearance of locks that are convenient for the elderly and children is expected. Especially in push-pull locks, it is necessary to “push and pull” the external operation bar to cancel the engagement between the latch and the locking member. The idea that it is a barrier-free product has started to emerge.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is based on the background of barrier-free era as described above, and a first object is to provide a simple mechanism and rational means for a lock provided with a latch device such as a push-pull lock. The latching member that automatically latches the latch is released (unlocked) by the driving force of the drive source. The second purpose is to smooth the engagement and disengagement relationship between the latch and the engagement member. A third object is to reduce the number of components to be configured as much as possible.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The automatic latch release mechanism of the reverse latch according to the present invention includes the reverse latch 6 always biased in the protruding direction by the spring force of the latch spring 8 provided in the support frame 10 for the reverse latch fixed to the lock box 3. The electric drive source 15 which has a predetermined space behind the inversion latch 6 and is fixed to the lock box in the vertical direction, and the arm-shaped control member 20 connected to the operating rod 17 of the electric drive source 15. And an engagement member 30 controlled by the arm-shaped control member 20 and engaged with and disengaged from the reversing latch, and an insertion drive that enters the predetermined space from the notch of the lock box and operates based on the operation of the push-pull type operation bar. An automatic latch release mechanism for a reversing latch provided with a piece, wherein the arm-shaped control member 20 and the engaging member 30 are arranged horizontally across the reversing latch support frame 10 from the operating rod 17 of the electric drive source. Extending in the direction Portion corresponding to the rear end portion of the engaging member 30 is supported by a horizontal shaft 27, biasing spring in the lateral axis 27 for urging in a direction to engage the engaging member 30 at all times inversion latch 6 39 is wound.
[0007]
Further, the automatic latch release mechanism of the reverse latch of the present invention is such that the reverse latch is always urged in the protruding direction by the spring force of the latch spring 8 provided in the support frame 10 for the reverse latch fixed to the lock box 3. 6, an electric drive source 15 having a predetermined space behind the inversion latch 6 and fixed to the lock box in the vertical direction, and an arm-like control connected to an operating rod 17 of the electric drive source 15. [0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Reference numeral 1 denotes a push-pull electric lock attached to the free end of the door 2. Therefore, the operation member of the present embodiment is a “push-pull type operation bar” as will be described later. Reference numeral 3 denotes a horizontally long lock box having a latch window. The lock box 3 is housed in a lock box cavity formed at the free end of the door 2, for example, and fixed to the back surface of the front plate 4. Are fixed to the door 2 via a back plate 5 to be joined and a fixing tool (not shown). Reference numeral 6 denotes a latch that moves forward and backward with respect to the front plate 4, and the latch 6 engages with a strike 7 on the door frame side as is well known. Here, the latch 6 refers to one that retreats to the inside of the lock box 3 while horizontally rotating to a required angle (referred to as “reversing latch”) . In this specification, “inverted latch” is also referred to as “latch” for convenience. The form of the latch (inverted latch) 6 is not particularly shown, but an example thereof is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-55591.
[0009]
The configuration of the latch 6 will be briefly described. Reference numeral 6 a denotes a vertical stop surface that is in sliding contact with the opening edge of the strike 7. Projections 6b and 6b project from the upper and lower surfaces of the latch 6, respectively. These projections 6b and 6b have a function as a rotation shaft of the latch, a function of engaging with an engaging member described later, and the like. Reference numerals 6c and 6c denote rear end portions of the latch, and rear end portions 6c and 6c are formed with storage portions for the latch springs 8, respectively. In this embodiment, for convenience of explanation, the front side is described as the leading end of the latch and the rear side is defined as the trailing end of the latch with reference to the protrusions 6b and 6b. May be separated from each other, and the rear end of the latch may be a slider member interlocked with the latch.
[0010]
Next, reference numeral 10 denotes a latch support frame having a U-shaped cross section fixedly disposed at the front end of the lock box 3. A notch 11 is formed on the lower wall 10 a of the support frame in the forward / backward direction of the latch. Is formed. A small case 12 is provided in the latch support frame 10 and accommodates the other end side of the latch spring 8. Next, reference numeral 15 denotes a solenoid as an electric drive source fixedly disposed at the rear end of the lock box 3. In the present embodiment, the solenoid 15 is fixed in the vertical direction to a mounting plate 16 having a vertical cross section, and the tip of the operating rod 17 is directed downward. A spring 18 is wound around the operating rod 17 and constantly biases the operating rod 17 in the extending direction. Therefore, the operating rod 17 contracts against the spring force of the spring 18.
[0011]
Next, 20 and 30 are engaged with the latch 6 by the driving force of the driving source 15 and the arm-like control member constituting the latch release mechanism X together with the driving source 15 and the control member. It is a plate-shaped engagement member to be removed. Therefore, the configuration of these members (the control member 20 and the engaging member 30) will be described with reference to FIGS.
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, in the present invention, the reversing latch 6 is always urged in the protruding direction by the spring force of the latch spring 8 provided in the reversing latch support frame 10 fixed to the lock box 3. An electric drive source 15 having a predetermined space behind the inversion latch 6 and fixed to the lock box in the vertical direction, and an arm-shaped control member connected to an operating rod 17 of the electric drive source 15 20 and an engagement member 30 controlled by the arm-like control member 20 and engaged with and disengaged from the reversing latch, and enters the predetermined space from the notch of the lock box 3 and operates based on the operation of the push-pull type operation bar. An automatic latch release mechanism for a reversing latch provided with an insertion drive piece (precondition), wherein the arm-shaped control member 20 and the engaging member 30 support the reversing latch from the operating rod 17 of the electric drive source. Water over frame 10 A total of two actuating members extending in the direction or the arm-shaped control member 20A and the engaging member 30 are one extending in the horizontal direction from the actuating rod 17 of the electric drive source to the support frame 10 for the inversion latch. The point (actual embodiment of FIG. 8) which is an operating member is a characteristic matter.
[0012]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the arm-shaped control member 20. Referring to FIG. 3, reference numeral 21 denotes a rear end portion, and 22 denotes a pivot portion extending vertically from the rear end portion and having a shaft hole. On the other hand, 23 is a fingertip-shaped tip portion, 24 is a shaft hole formed in a wide portion near the tip portion, and 25 is a downward U-shaped intermediate portion connected to the fingertip-shaped tip portion 23 and the rear end portion 21 respectively. is there.
[0013]
The intermediate portion 25 is formed in a downward U shape in consideration of the position of an insertion drive piece (not shown) that enters from a notch formed in the lock box 3 and is not shown. Further, the connecting portion between the rear end portion 21 and the intermediate portion 25 is arbitrarily bent. Thus, the rear end portion 21 of the arm-shaped control member 20 is connected to the operating rod 17 via the pivot shaft 26 on the drive source side. The distal end portion 23 is pivotally supported by a horizontal shaft 27 that is horizontally mounted on the lock box 3. Therefore, when the arm-shaped control member 20 is pulled by the operating rod 17, it rotates around the horizontal shaft 27, so that the control member 20 exhibits a control function or a release function in relation to a separate engagement member 30. To do.
[0014]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the engaging member 30. When this 4 as a reference, in the angled vertical walls 31 and 31 facing to the right and left, in the central portion of the vertical walls 31 and 31, that are formed a shaft hole 32 of horizontal axis 27 described above to penetrate . The members related to these vertical walls 31, 31 will be described. The present invention is used as a latch unit of a push-pull electric lock . When the electric lock is a push-pull type, a vertical operation bar (not shown), a pair of upper and lower connection arms connected to the vertical operation bar, a drive arm attached to the connection arm via a connection shaft, etc. are directly attached to the lock box 3. Or indirectly attached.
[0015]
Therefore, in FIG. 1, some members of the latch device including the driven engagement piece 33 that operates based on the operation of the vertical push-pull type operation bar are indicated by phantom lines. One of the reference numerals 33 is a driven engagement piece pivotally supported above the vertical walls 31, 31. A thumb-like engagement part of the vertical walls 31, 31 is provided at the lower end of the driven engagement piece 33. A pressing wall 33a that engages with 31a and 31a is formed. Therefore, when the driven engagement piece 33 rotates clockwise based on the operation force of the vertical operation bar, the engagement member 30 rotates counterclockwise around the horizontal shaft 27 as a fulcrum. Returning the description of the members to the specific requirements of the present invention.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, one of the angled vertical walls 31, 31 protrudes from the upper side and enters from the notch 11 of the latch support frame 10 and engages with the protrusion 6 b of the latch 6. A mating locking portion 34 is provided. In addition, a horizontal plate-like engaged portion 35 that receives the downward small protrusion 23 a of the distal end portion 23 of the arm-like control member 20 is provided on the lower side portion on the distal end side of the angle-shaped vertical walls 31, 31. Further, in the present embodiment, one of the angled vertical walls 31 and 31 is provided with a lock for the purpose of smoothly engaging / disengaging (unlocking) the latch 6 and the engagement member 30. At least one roller 36 that slides on the inner wall 3a of the box 3 is provided. With reference to FIG. 4, the roller 36 is provided at the tip of the left angle-shaped vertical wall 31 via an orthogonal support plate 37 and a support shaft 38 (see FIG. 7). Reference numeral 39 denotes a biasing spring that is wound around the horizontal shaft 27 and biases the engaging member 30 in a direction that always engages the latch 6.
[0017]
In the above configuration, FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram of a locked state in which the engaging member 30 locks the latch 6. In this case, since the operating rod 17 extends downward as indicated by an arrow, the rear end portion 21 and the front end portion 23 of the arm-like control member 20 extending like a snake in appearance are substantially balanced and maintained. It is in a horizontal state. At this time, the locking portion 34 of the engaging member 30 protrudes from the inner wall surface of the lower wall 10 a of the support frame 10 and exhibits a stopper function for the latch 6. Therefore, the latch 6 cannot be retracted.
[0018]
On the other hand, FIG. 6 is an explanatory view of an unlocked state in which the engaging member 30 is detached (unlocked) from the latch 6. In this case, since the operating rod 17 contracts upward as indicated by an arrow, the arm-shaped control member 20 rotates counterclockwise around the horizontal shaft 27 as a fulcrum. At this time, the roller 36 of the engaging member 30 slides on the inner wall 3 a of the lock box 3.
As a result, the control member 20 is tilted, and the locking portion 34 of the engaging member 30 is retracted into the cutout portion 11 of the support frame 10. Therefore, the latch 6 can be retracted against the spring force of the latch spring 8.
[0019]
【Example】
In this column, a modification of the main part will be described. FIG. 8 shows a modification in which the arm-shaped control member 20 and the engaging member 30 which are two articles are integrally formed to form one article. The object of the present invention is to reduce the number of parts as much as possible, and to control the member that automatically locks the latch by the driving force of the electric lock by a simple mechanism and rational means, that is, the backward movement of the latch. Since the control member 20A is disengaged (unlocked), the main member constituting the unlocking mechanism may have a simple configuration.
[0020]
Thus, the arm-like control member 20A does not have the tip 23 of the arm-like control member 20, as is apparent from a comparison of the form with the arm-like control member 20 of FIG. However, it is continuously connected to one (right side) of the angle-shaped vertical walls 31, 31 of the engaging member 30. In other words, a portion corresponding to the rear end portion of the engaging member 30 integrally connected to the intermediate portion 25A of the arm-shaped control member 20A is supported by the horizontal shaft 27, and the horizontal shaft 27 includes the A biasing spring 39 that biases the arm-shaped control member 20A in a direction that always engages the latch 6 is wound.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
(1) for a lock of a with a latch device as a push-pull lock, with a simple mechanism and reasonable means, also is engaged automatically latched by the driving force of the electric drive source locking member Can be released (unlocked).
(2) Since the engagement member is provided with a roller that slides on the inner wall of the lock box, the engagement and disengagement relationship between the latch and the engagement member can be smoothly performed. In this case, for example, when the latch is directly pressed against the opening edge of the strike, even if some force is indirectly applied to the arm-shaped control member (for example, side pressure in a direction crossing the latching surface of the latch), the control member It can be moved smoothly in the direction of release (unlocking).
(3) The number of constituent parts is small. Therefore, it is easy to combine and can be manufactured at a low cost.
