Description

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、耐火庫・金庫等に於ける扉部の取っ手及びその作動機構等の破損防止に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より使用されている両開き扉タイプの耐火庫・金庫等に於いて、片側の扉の取っ手を扉の表面側に露出させない構造を採用しているものがある。上記構造のものにあっては、両開きタイプの扉であっても、取っ手が左右の扉に各々形成されること無く、片開き扉同様1個の取っ手のみが扉表面側に露出することに成るので、取っ手が邪魔にならず、また見た目もシンプルであった。
上記構造の両開き扉は、片方の隠蔽されている側の取っ手が扉の側縁部に形成されているので、一方の扉を開放することにより、露出する上記扉の側縁部に形成されている取っ手を扉の表側へ引き起こしてその扉を開けるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような取っ手を有する扉(以下便宜上、左扉という)にあっては、左扉を開放した状態で、左扉の取っ手を扉の側縁部より扉の表側へ一度引き起こすと、その引き起こしによりロック機構が作動し、当該取っ手は突出したままの状態で維持されることになる。
左扉を閉鎖する時に、該左扉が完全に閉め切れていない状態(取っ手が突出している状態)で右扉を閉めると、該右扉と左扉の側縁部より突出している取っ手が衝突することに成る。また、右扉の衝突に限らず、左扉が開放している状態で左扉の取っ手に何等かの負荷が作用することもある。
上記のように、取っ手装置、施錠装置、作動装置等がロックされている状態で、該取っ手に衝突や何等かの負荷が作用することに成ると、当該取っ手及び上記各装置の作動機構等にその衝撃が直接伝わることに成り、それらの変形や破損を生じる原因と成っていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
