Description
The present invention relates to cleansing materials for makeup cosmetics and UV-proof cosmetics, and more specifically, safe and non-irritating for the human body, good spreading during use and non-stickiness, excellent cleansing effect, rinsing properties The present invention relates to a cleansing material having a good feeling after washing and excellent storage stability.
Makeup cosmetics and UV-preventive cosmetics have the effect of protecting the skin from external stimuli and making it look more beautiful, and are indispensable in the lives of modern society. However, since these cosmetics contain a large amount of oily components, inorganic pigment components, etc., they prevent skin pores, prevent metabolism, and the cosmetics themselves may be gradually oxidized to be irritating, Prolonged use may cause skin problems. Therefore, it is preferable to remove these cosmetics once a day using a cleansing material.
Cleansing materials usually contain various oil components as a cleaning base, but these oil components are extremely cleansing and safe, but they are not compatible with water and are rinseable. However, the feeling after washing was insufficient. In order to solve such a problem, in many cases, various surfactants are blended together with an oil component. However, when a surfactant is added, although the rinsing property and the feeling of washing are improved, stickiness during use may occur, and irritation to the skin may become a problem.
In order to solve these problems, blending with cleansing materials synergistically increases cleansing effect, enhances rinsability and feel after use, and further suppresses stickiness and skin irritation during use. Development of such a compound has been desired.
So far, cleansing materials containing an ethylene oxide adduct of methyl glucoside have been disclosed as such compounds (see Patent Document 1), but the improvement in use, reduction in stickiness, and improvement in touch after use are disclosed. Has a certain effect, but is insufficient in terms of cleansing power and storage stability. Moreover, although the cleansing material containing the acrylic acid methacrylate alkyl copolymer is disclosed (refer patent document 2), although this compound has a certain amount of effect in mitigating stickiness and improving rinsing properties, cleansing power Was not enough.
The problem of the present invention is that it is safe and non-irritating for the human body, has good spreading during use and is not sticky, has an excellent cleansing effect, has a good feeling of rinsing and washing, and also has good storage stability. It is to provide an excellent cleansing fee.

The cleansing material of the present invention has good spreading during use, is not sticky, has an excellent cleansing effect, has a good rinsing / washing feel, and has low irritation and excellent storage stability. Have
HO−[(EO)m(AO)n]−H (I)
The alkylene oxide derivative represented by the following general formula (I) used in the present invention is a compound obtained by adding propylene oxide (PO) or butylene oxide (BO) to ethylene oxide (EO). M + n is 3 to 40, preferably 5 to 30, and m / n is 1/4 to 4/1, preferably 1/2 to 3/1.
HO-[(EO) m (AO) n ] -H (I)
When m + n is less than 3, irritation may occur, and when it exceeds 40, the spread during use, cleansing force, non-stickiness, feel during use, and rinsing properties are deteriorated. Moreover, when m / n is less than 1/4, the rinsing property and the feeling after use are poor, and when it exceeds 4/1, the cleansing force is insufficient. EO and AO may be added in random or block form, but are preferably added in random form to suppress stickiness and irritation.
Furthermore, the mole fraction (BO / AO) of butylene oxide (BO) in alkylene oxide (AO) is 1/10 to 1/2, more preferably 1/5 to 1/3. If it is less than 1/10, cleansing power and non-stickiness are insufficient, and if it exceeds 1/2, rinsability and feel after use are deteriorated. In addition, as BO, compounds such as 1,2-butylene oxide, 2,3-butylene oxide, isobutylene oxide and the like can be used. From the viewpoint of easy availability and reaction control, preferably 1, 2-butylene oxide.
In addition, when adding these alkylene oxides, an addition reaction is usually performed using a phase transfer catalyst, a Lewis acid catalyst, an alkali catalyst, or the like. In general, it is preferable to use an alkali catalyst such as potassium hydroxide. For example, a glycol compound such as propylene glycol and an alkali catalyst such as potassium hydroxide as a catalyst are charged into an autoclave, the air in the autoclave is replaced with dry nitrogen, and the catalyst is completely dissolved at about 140 ° C. with stirring. Next, a predetermined amount of a mixture of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide is dropped with a dropping device and stirred for about 2 hours. Next, the target compound can be obtained by dropping 1,2-butylene oxide or the like and stirring for 2 hours for aging.

(7) Storage stability The sample was sealed in a transparent glass container and stored at 0 ° C., 25 ° C., and 40 ° C. for 3 months. The appearance was observed and evaluated in the following three stages.
○: Good stability (no change in appearance at any temperature)
Δ: Slightly inferior (viscosity is slightly reduced or slightly separated at any temperature, or slightly colored)
X: Stability failure (Viscosity drop is remarkable at any temperature or separation or coloring is remarkable)
From Examples 1 to 5, the cleansing materials using the components of the present invention all have good spreading during use, are not sticky, have an excellent cleansing effect, have a good rinsing / washing feel, and low It was irritating and excellent in storage stability.
On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1-12, sufficient performance is not obtained. That is, in Comparative Example 1, since the sum “m + n” of the average added mole number of EO: “m” and the average added mole number of AO: “n” in the alkylene oxide derivative is small, the feeling after use is poor, and skin irritation occurs. Strong nature. In Comparative Example 2, since “m + n” in the alkylene oxide derivative is large and “m / n” is also large, there is a feeling of stickiness, the spread during use, the rinsing property, the feeling after use is poor, and the cleansing effect is low. In addition, the storage stability is not sufficient. In Comparative Example 3, since the sum “a + b” of the a component and the b component is small and the ratio “a / b” is large, the spread during use is poor, the cleansing effect is low, and the storage stability is not sufficient. In Comparative Example 4, since “a + b” is large, there is a sticky feeling, and the rinsing property, feel after use, and storage stability are poor. In Comparative Example 5, since the content of the component c is small, the cleansing effect is not sufficient, and the rinsing property, feel after use, and storage stability are poor. In Comparative Example 6, since the content of the component c is large, the stickiness is strong, the touch after use is poor, and the skin irritation is strong. Since Comparative Example 7 does not contain the component a, it has a strong spread, rinsability, feel after use, and stickiness, and a cleansing effect is not sufficient. In Comparative Example 8, polyoxyethylene methyl glucoside (10E.O.) is contained instead of the component a, but the cleansing power is weak and the storage stability is poor. In Comparative Example 9, an alkyl methacrylate methacrylate copolymer is contained instead of the component a, but the cleansing power is weak.
