Description

【0001】
【0025】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a molded musk and a method for producing the same, and more particularly to a novel molded musk with an enhanced physical strength and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Ayaka has long been widely known as a fragrance ingredient containing ingredient that can be heated to raise its fragrance, and is usually mixed with water with a fragrant wood powder, fragrance, pigment, etc., and in many cases, It is manufactured by extruding this into a linear shape and drying it. It is known that the musk produced in this manner is generally easily deteriorated due to volatilization and / or alteration during storage, and the commercial value is lowered. Molded musk is prone to deformation due to environmental changes during manufacturing, transportation, use, etc., especially deformation due to moisture changes such as humidity, breakage due to pressure changes such as impact, etc. It is also known to have the disadvantage of being insufficient. As an ayaka that solves the above-mentioned problems, the same patent applicant previously described Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-137788. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-48765) In addition, one or more saccharides selected from trehalose, maltitol, and pullulan, or a molded musk in which a cyclic saccharide is blended with one or more saccharides are disclosed. This molded musk eliminates both of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the known musk.
[0003]
However, as the present inventors continued further research, the molded musk disclosed in the above specification certainly eliminates the ease of fragrance degradation, while the conventional musk Considering the distribution form and usage form, it was found that the physical strength is still insufficient and there is room for further improvement.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a molded musk in which further physical strength is achieved while eliminating the ease of fragrance degradation, which was a drawback in conventional musk, and a method for producing the same. There is.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have conducted intensive research on the structure and composition of molded musk, and Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-137788 by the same patent applicant. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-48765) As a result of further diligent study by adding various other ingredients to the molded musk disclosed in Fig. 1, it was found that although physical strength was improved to some extent, the physical strength was still insufficient. did. Therefore, the present inventors changed the viewpoint and coated the molded musk disclosed in the above specification with a film-like material, and examined the suppression of fragrance deterioration and physical strength. Further, it was confirmed that the molded musk can achieve further physical strength while the deterioration of the aroma is sufficiently suppressed. This invention has been completed based on the above findings by the present inventors.
[0006]
That is, in addition to plant-derived substances that can exhibit aroma, the present invention provides one or more carbohydrates selected from trehalose, maltitol, and pullulan, or cyclic sugars together with the one or more carbohydrates. The above-mentioned problem is solved by providing a molded incense part formed of a linear incense part including a quality and a film-like material covering the periphery of the incense part and a method for producing the same. .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the molded musk according to the present invention will be described. The molded musk according to the present invention is not only a plant-derived substance capable of exhibiting aroma, but also one or more saccharides selected from trehalose, maltitol and pullulan, or a cyclic saccharide together with the one or more saccharides The fragrance portion is formed into a linear shape including a quality and a film-like material covering the periphery of the fragrance portion. The plant-derived substance referred to in the present invention means a substance derived from a plant, which is blended in the molded musk of the present invention and exhibits a fragrance when used. A plant-derived substance that exhibits odor, a composition containing a plant-derived substance that does not originally exhibit aroma and a fragrance, or a mixture thereof. Plant-derived substances that exhibit the original aroma that can be used in the present invention are isolated from plants containing mushrooms and seaweed that exhibit a fragrance at room temperature or when heated, or specifically processed products thereof. Originally, it shows a relatively strong aroma, such as mandala, agarwood, sandalwood, cinnamon bark, clove, sweet pine, frankincense, benzoin, arabic incense, chilled incense, and so on Tissue, organs, cuts, crushed materials, crushed materials, broad-leaved trees such as tablina and camphor trees that exhibit a relatively weak fragrance, cedar and pine, florets, herbs, vegetables, mushrooms, Examples include crushed materials such as seaweed, fruits, and seeds, and pulverized materials. The above plant-derived substances that naturally exhibit fragrance can be used in combination of two or more thereof, or in combination with the following fragrances. On the other hand, a plant-derived substance that does not exhibit an original fragrance that can be used in the present invention is an isolated or processed plant component, tissue, or organ that does not exhibit a fragrance substantially even at room temperature or when heated. Examples of such materials include pulp powder, cellulose powder, lignin powder, and starch. Such plant-derived substances that do not originally exhibit aroma can be used in the form of a composition in combination with a fragrance. Examples of the fragrances that can be used in the present invention include natural fragrances such as fragrant wood extract, which is an extract of fragrant wood as described above, and herb extract, eucalyptus extract, rose oil, lavender oil, clove oil, musk, propolis extract, etc. In addition, synthetic fragrances such as menthol, geraniol, vanillin, and blended fragrances obtained by appropriately combining two or more kinds of natural or synthetic fragrances as described above can be used.
[0008]
In addition to the plant-derived substance that can exhibit aroma, the musk part in the molded musk according to the present invention is one or more selected from trehalose, maltitol, and pullulan, or one or more of these It is formed into a linear shape containing a saccharide and a cyclic saccharide (hereinafter, trehalose, maltitol, pullulan, and cyclic saccharide are collectively referred to simply as “saccharide used in the present invention”). Specific examples of the linear shape that is the shape of the incense portion include a prismatic shape, a columnar shape, a pyramid shape, a conical shape, a spiral shape, a coil shape, and a horseshoe shape.
[0009]
Trehalose as used in the present invention means a non-reducing disaccharide obtained by α-α-bonding two molecules of glucose between reducing groups. The term maltitol as used in the present invention means a reduced form of maltose, which is a disaccharide formed by binding α-1,4 glucose. The pullulan as used in the present invention means a polysaccharide in which maltotriose, which is a trisaccharide having glucose α-1,4 bonded, is polymerized by α-1,6 bonding to each other.
[0010]
The cyclic carbohydrate as used in the present invention means a cyclic oligosaccharide such as a cyclic dextrin or cyclic dextran and a derivative thereof, in which a plurality of glucose residues are covalently bonded to each other. Cyclic dextrins are known in which 6, 7 or 8 glucose residues are α-1,4 linked to each other, which are also known as α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin and Also called γ-cyclodextrin. The derivative here means, for example, one having a branched structure in which one or two or more glucose or maltooligosaccharide is bonded to the glucose residue constituting the cyclic carbohydrate as described above.
[0011]
In the present invention, trehalose, maltitol, pullulan, and cyclic saccharide are saccharides as defined above, respectively, and when combined with other components in the molded incense according to the present invention described in detail below. As long as the effect of solving the problems of the invention is exhibited, the properties, purity, existence form, and preparation method are not limited to specific ones. Any product can be advantageously used in the present invention.
[0012]
Examples of commercially available trehalose that can be used in the present invention include hydrated crystal trehalose (Hayashibara Shoji Co., Ltd., registered trademark “Treha”) and trehalose-containing syrup (Hayashibara Shoji Co., Ltd., registered trademark “Treha Star”). . Commercial products of maltitol that can be used in the present invention include anhydrous crystalline maltitol (trade name “powder mabit”, anhydrous maltitol content per solid content weight of 93.5% or more, sold by Hayashibara Corporation), maltitol Contained syrup (trade name “Mabit”, solid content 74% by weight or more, maltitol content 75% or more by weight of solid content). Further, for example, syrup-like maltitol obtained by the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-13699 and anhydrous crystalline maltitol obtained by the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 63-2439 are also appropriately used in the present invention. Available. Furthermore, in the present invention, when trehalose and maltitol are used in combination, a mixture of trehalose and maltitol obtained by hydrogenating a mixture of trehalose and maltose described in JP-A-8-73482 is used. Use is optional. Examples of commercially available pullulan products that can be used in the present invention include pullulan powder (trade name “Pullan PF-20”, trade name “Pullan PF-10”, sold by Hayashibara Corporation). Commercially available cyclic carbohydrates that can be used in the present invention include α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, γ-cyclodextrin (sold by Hayashibara Biochemical Laboratories Co., Ltd.), branched β-cyclodextrin (Maruha Corporation). Sales, product name "Iso Elite P").
[0013]
Among the saccharides used in the present invention as described above, when an appropriate saccharide selected from trehalose, maltitol and pullulan is contained in musk, it effectively suppresses the deterioration of the fragrance of the musk. Demonstrate the effect of solving the problem. Although the effect of suppressing aroma deterioration is sufficiently exhibited even when only one kind selected from these saccharides is used, the use of two or more saccharides selected as appropriate synergistically enhances the inhibitory effect. More advantageous. Moreover, the inhibitory effect can be further enhanced by using a cyclic carbohydrate in addition to the above carbohydrates. The preferred range of the total amount of sugar used in the present invention in the molded musk according to the present invention depends on the shape and material of the film-like material, but in terms of anhydride relative to the musk weight of the product, 0.5 w / w% or more and less than 50 w / w% (hereinafter, unless otherwise specified, w / w% is simply abbreviated as% throughout this specification), preferably about 0.7% to about 40% More desirably, it is about 1% to about 30%. When the content of the saccharide is high, deterioration due to volatile aeration and / or alteration is well suppressed, but it is not preferable because the rise of the fragrance due to heating becomes worse or the burning of musk is worse. Moreover, if it is less than 0.5%, it is inadequate for suppression of fragrance deterioration.
[0014]
The saccharides used in the present invention as described above are also involved in the solution of another problem of the present invention that enhances the physical strength of molded musk. All of these saccharides are effective in suppressing deformation and breakage of molded musk, but when compared to their effects, pullulan is superior, and the appropriate amount depends on the shape and material of the film. The amount is usually about 0.5% or more, preferably about 1% to about 10% in terms of anhydride with respect to the weight of the musk.
[0015]
In addition to the components as described above, the musk portion of the molded musk according to the present invention is generally used in ordinary molded musk, for example, excipients such as inorganic salts, other stabilizers, solvents, bonds Agents, fragrances, colorants, antibacterial agents, preservatives, emulsifiers and the like can be appropriately contained as necessary. Specific examples of the colorant that can be used in the present invention include red food red No. 2, food red No. 102, food red No. 106, and blue food blue No. 1, such as rhodamine, methyl violet, methylene blue, and malachite. Examples include green.
[0016]
The molded incense according to the present invention is characterized in that the periphery of the incense part configured as described above is covered with a film-like material. As the film-like material that can be used in the present invention, when the molded musk is used, i.e., when it is ignited or heated without being ignited, it is desirable to prevent the rise of the fragrance, for example, a combustible material Film, sheet, paper, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, and the like. A more desirable example of the film-like material used for the molded incense used by igniting is paper such as Japanese paper. In addition, in the molded incense that is heated and used without being ignited, in addition to being flammable, it is desirable that the film-like material has good thermal conductivity and air permeability, for example, by a flammable material. A mesh-like sheet is a suitable example. As an example of the molded incense using such a film-like material, for example, a columnar incense part such as a normal incense stick is desirable, preferably through an adhesive combustible material such as a water-soluble polysaccharide. The thing wound up in the shape of a paste by this film-like thing is mentioned. In addition, for example, a plurality of the incense parts, which are prepared in advance with such a film-like material and may have a bottom at one end, may be enclosed with a plurality of different aromas as necessary. This is another example. For example, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a musk portion, and reference numeral 2 indicates a membrane (the same applies to FIGS. 2 and 3), but as shown in FIG. If the end of the film-like object 2 is folded so as to have a concave structure inside after encapsulating the incense part 1, the incense part 1 does not protrude from the film-like object 2, and the molded incense is, for example, It is possible to use it upright on a needle like a candlestick. As another example of the film-like material that can be used in the present invention, there may be mentioned a molded product containing a plant-derived substance exhibiting an original aroma and a plant-derived substance not exhibiting an original aroma that can be used in the present invention. For example, an example is one in which the musk part is rolled up with a paste-like flat plate containing either or both of such plant-derived substances and water and dried. As another example of the film-like material used in the present invention, for example, a film of a viscous substance such as a water-soluble polysaccharide can be mentioned. For example, an example is a product obtained by subjecting the musk portion to an appropriate solution of the viscous substance, such as spraying, coating, or impregnation, followed by drying. Examples of the water-soluble polysaccharide used here include pullulan, gum arabic, pectin, agarose, carrageenan, mannan, inulin, alginic acid, and hyaluronic acid. It should be noted that the film-like material used in the present invention as described above may contain the sugar / fragrance used in the present invention as appropriate, and further, a coloring agent, etc., as appropriate. In order to utilize this fragrance, it is desirable that the film-like material is odorless or slightly fragrant, or exhibits the same fragrance as the perfumed portion.
[0017]
The molded musk of the present invention configured as described above is not limited in the production method and the content of individual components as long as the individual components are contained in a state of exhibiting the intended function as described above. That is, in the molded musk according to the present invention, the aromatic component only needs to be contained so that when the molded musk is used, it is ignited or when it is heated without being ignited. The quality may be contained so as to suppress the deterioration of the fragrance of the molded musk or to enhance the physical strength as the molded musk, and the film-like product further enhances the physical strength as the molded musk. As long as the surroundings are covered. Therefore, as long as the above requirements are satisfied, the composition of the component differs from part to part even if the incense part and the film-like product in the molded incense of the present invention are mixed in a uniform state as a whole. It may be in the form.
[0018]
The molded incense of this invention which has the above characteristics can also be implemented as multiple incense molded incense. As used herein, the term “multi-scented musk” means that one molded musk includes a plurality of substances with different aromas as plant-derived substances that can exhibit aroma, and the plurality of substances are substantially simultaneously. It means what is contained in each different part of the incense part that does not raise the aroma, and its shape is not particularly limited as long as it is linear. Specifically, as an example of a cylindrical multiple incense molded incense, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the joint part of the incense part 1a and 1b containing each substance having different aroma has a Z-shaped structure. And those having an I-shaped structure as shown in FIG. The Z-shaped structure here is not limited to the one in which the oblique portion connecting the upper side and the lower side of the “Z-shape” is a planar shape as shown in FIG. It means all those in which the joint is not perpendicular to the direction, and includes, for example, those whose oblique portions are curved. Since the molded incense according to the present invention is formed in a linear shape, the incense as a plural incense molded incense is characterized in that each aroma can be enjoyed with the passage of time from the start of raising the aroma. is there. There is no restriction | limiting in particular in the number of the fragrance | flavor per said multi-scent molded incense, According to a utilization object etc., it selects suitably. Normally, it is desirable to select the time until the olfaction is paralyzed due to the same fragrance and becomes difficult to detect. For example, when the usage time of one multi-scented musk is 0.5 to 3 hours The preferred number of fragrances is usually about 2 to 10, preferably about 2 to 6. Other types of fragrances are known, such as those that refresh the mood, those that give an elegant and satisfying feeling, those that calm the mood, and things that elevate the mood, such as possible uses It is appropriately selected according to.
[0019]
In the case of multiple incense molded incense, each part containing substances with different fragrances and, if necessary, by changing the color tone of the colorant added to the film covering the part, it can be used in the desired order. It becomes easy to raise the aroma. In addition, as the film-like material in the molded incense, for example, it is possible to obtain an incense that appeals visually by using a design in which a wood grain or the like is applied or a desired character is written. In addition, for example, in the case of musk that raises aroma by heating without igniting it, it is possible to obtain a musk that enjoys sight as well as smell by using a pigment that changes color by heating.
[0020]
The molded musk according to the present invention can be easily obtained by the method for producing molded musk according to the present invention including the step of covering the musk portion described above with a film-like material. As long as the musk part used by the said manufacturing method is a thing linearly shape | molded including the component shown above, the order which mixes each component, its method, and the method for shaping | molding are not ask | required. For example, (1) a plant-derived substance capable of exhibiting a fragrance and a saccharide used in the present invention, and a paste that contains other components such as a coloring agent used as necessary together with a suitable amount of water in a predetermined formulation in advance Then, the mixture is molded into a desired linear shape according to a conventional method, and if necessary, the musk portion can be obtained. Also, for example, (2) a paste-like mixture containing a plant-derived substance originally exhibiting an aroma and an appropriate amount of water is prepared, and then the mixture is formed into a desired linear shape according to a conventional method. The musk part can also be obtained by subjecting it to a molded product by subjecting it to a drying treatment as required, and further incorporating the carbohydrate used in the present invention into the molded product. In order to incorporate the saccharide into the molded product obtained here, the saccharide is sprayed, applied, impregnated, etc. on the molded product, for example, in the form of a solution, or an adhesive substance in a solid form such as a powder. For example, it may be attached by using. Furthermore, for example, (3) a paste-like mixture containing a plant-derived substance that does not originally exhibit aroma, a saccharide used in the present invention, and an appropriate amount of water in a predetermined composition is applied in accordance with the above (2). The incense part can be obtained by forming a molded product and further adding a fragrance to the molded product. In order to incorporate a fragrance into the molded product obtained here, the fragrance is sprayed, applied, impregnated, etc. on the molded product, for example, in the form of a solution, or adhered using a sticky substance in a solid form such as a powder. You can do it.
[0021]
In the case of the purpose of producing a multi-scented incense, in the case of the method of (1) above, for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-137788 by the same patent applicant describes a mixture of different aromas. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-48765) In the case of the method (2), for example, it may be integrated by a method of coating molded products having different fragrances with a film-like material described later. Furthermore, in the case of the method (3) described above, for example, plant-derived substances having different fragrances may be contained so that desired portions of the molded article not showing fragrances have different fragrances.
[0022]
If the molded product thus obtained is coated with a film-like product, the molded incense of this invention can be obtained. The method of coating with a film-like material is appropriately selected depending on the type of film-like material used. When the film is a film, sheet, net, paper, woven fabric, or non-woven fabric, for example, the film is fixed to the molded product with an adhesive material, or the film is coated, or What is necessary is just to enclose the said molded object in the cylindrical object thru | or the bottomed cylindrical object shape | molded with the film-like thing. When the film-like material contains a plant-derived substance showing an original aroma used in the present invention or a plant-derived substance not showing an original aroma, the above-mentioned molding is usually performed with a flat paste in which the substance and an appropriate amount of water are mixed. Just roll up or wrap things. When a water-soluble polysaccharide film is used as the film-like material, the water-soluble polysaccharide solution having an appropriate concentration may be sprayed, applied, impregnated, or the like. And if the molded object coat | covered as needed is dried, the shaping | molding incense of this invention will be obtained.
[0023]
In order to taste the flavor of the molded musk of the present invention as described above, it is only necessary to heat and raise the flavor, and in general, heat by igniting or heating without igniting, For example, the musk may be heated with an electric heater to 50 ° C. or higher, and preferably about 100 to 300 ° C. to raise the flavor and taste. When tasting the scent of multiple incense molded incense, for example, by igniting one end of the scent and changing the heated part over time, the scent of different incense can be tasted. It is also optional to taste a change in different aromas by, for example, moving the heated portion every arbitrary time without causing ignition, in close contact with an electric heater having a plurality of opposed heated portions.
[0024]
As described above, the fragrance of the present invention suppresses the deterioration of the fragrance by the above configuration, and can be stored for a long time. Moreover, in addition to being able to suppress the deterioration of the fragrance, the multiple incense molded incense according to the present invention can change the flavor of the different fragrances contained in each incense material from the beginning to the end of heating. It is a durable and high-quality molded musk that can be enjoyed and used for aromatherapy, is stable against environmental changes, and has excellent physical strength.
