本発明は、単相3線式電路の中性線欠相を検出して主回路を遮断する欠相保護機能付き回路遮断器に関し、特に電磁波による誤動作を防止するための構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、図6に示すように欠相保護機能付き回路遮断器41は、単相3線式電路の中性線Nと電圧線L1,L2との間の電圧を欠相検出回路42により検出し、中性線Nに欠相検出用リード線43を介して接続された欠相検出ライン44と電圧線L1,L2に接続された電源ライン45に整流ダイオード46を介して接続されたグランドライン47との電位差である検出電圧が予め設定したスレッショルド電圧に達した場合に欠相検出回路42からの出力により引き外し装置48を駆動し、開閉接点49を開放して主回路を遮断している。欠相保護機能付き回路遮断器41は、中性線Nに接続された欠相検出用リード線43がアンテナとなって電磁波を受信しやすく、電磁波を受信すると欠相検出用リード線43から欠相検出ライン44に電磁波が重畳し、検出電圧が高くなって誤動作するという問題がある。そこで欠相検出ライン44に抵抗器50とコンデンサ51とから成る複数のフィルタ52を設け、欠相検出ライン44に重畳する電磁波のピークカットを行って誤動作を防止していた。また、欠相保護機能付き回路遮断器41に配線されている中性線Nや電圧線L1,L2も電磁波を受信するアンテナとなるが、電圧線L1,L2から電源ライン45を介してグランドライン47に重畳する電磁波については何も対策されていなかった。

上記従来の欠相保護機能付き回路遮断器に設けられた抵抗器50とコンデンサ51から成るフィルタ52では、電磁波の周波数帯や電界強度によって誤動作を完全に防止することができなかった。また、グランドライン47に重畳する電磁波の対策がされていないので誤動作しやすいという問題があった。

上記従来の欠相保護機能付き回路遮断器の問題点に鑑み、本発明の目的は、低コストで電磁波による誤動作を防止することができる欠相保護機能付き回路遮断器を提供するもので、その構造は、単相3線式電路の中性線と電圧線との間の電圧を欠相検出回路により検出し、検出電圧が予め設定したスレッショルド電圧に達した場合に欠相検出回路からの出力により引き外し装置を駆動し、主回路を遮断する欠相保護機能付き回路遮断器において、主回路から欠相検出回路に接続されたラインに電磁波受信アンテナを設け、電磁波受信アンテナにより受信した電磁波と中性線に接続された欠相検出用リード線に重畳した電磁波とを結合し、電磁波を減衰させることである。
