Claims (10)
- a)シャフトを回転可能に支持するための転り軸受を受けかつ支持する環状の内側ハブ(14)と、
b)内側ハブ(14)を囲みかつ該内側ハブから半径方向外方に間隔を置いて配置されて該内側ハブとの間に環状の流路(20)を画成する円錐形をした環状の外側ケーシング(16)と、
c)内側ハブ(14)と外側ケーシング(16)との間に配置されかつ該内側ハブと外側ケーシングとを相互結合して実質的に剛性のあるターボ機械フレームを形成する複数のほぼ半径方向に延びかつ円周方向に間隔を置いて配置されたストラット(38)と、
を含み、
前記ストラット(38)が傾斜した半径方向外端面を有し、前記外側ケーシング(16)を貫通しかつ前記ストラット(38)に形成されたボルト受け開口部(48)内に内向きに延びる複数の継手ボルト(52)と前記それぞれの継手ボルト(52)と互いに係合するように前記ストラット(38)内部に支持されたバレルナット(54)とによって前記外側ケーシング(16)に結合されて、前記ストラット(38)の半径方向外端部と前記外側ケーシング(16)の内面との間に緊密相互結合が確立されることを可能にする、

- 内側ハブボルト(36)が開きボルトである、請求項3記載のターボ機械フレーム部材(10)。
- 前記ストラット(38)が、前記ハブと一体形になった継手部材(34)によって前記内側ハブ(14)に結合されている、請求項1記載のターボ機械フレーム部材(10)。
- 前記継手ボルト(52)が、前記外側ケーシング(16)の外面に対してほぼ垂直に延びている、請求項1記載のターボ機械フレーム部材(10)。
- 前記ストラット(38)を囲みかつ密閉する空気力学的外部形状のフェアリング(64)を含む、請求項1記載のターボ機械フレーム部材(10)。
- 前記バレルナット(54)がほぼ半円形断面を有する、請求項1記載のターボ機械フレーム部材(10)。
- 前記バレルナット(54)が、前記ボルト受け開口部(48)に接触する湾曲表面を有する、請求項1記載のターボ機械フレーム部材(10)。
- 前記ボルト受け開口部(48)が、前記バレルナット(54)の湾曲表面に一致する湾曲を有する、請求項9記載のターボ機械フレーム部材(10)。
