【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、温水洗浄便座による臀部、ビディ等の洗浄、あるいは手の洗浄、または体全体の人体洗浄、その他衣類の洗濯脱水等、各種洗浄や洗濯脱水後の乾燥工程における乾燥を速め、衛生的処理を行う省エネ型乾燥促進方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種の乾燥装置は実開昭62−94170号公報、および特開平6−165739号公報に記載されているようなものが一般的であった。このうち、実開昭62−94170号公報の乾燥装置は図4に示すように構成されている。すなわち図4において、1は洗浄ノズル、2は噴出口、3は便座、4は温風吹き出し口、5は洗浄水および乾燥助成剤を貯溜するタンク、6は便座カバー、Aは臀部、Bは臀部底部、Cは肛門を示し、便座に着座した状態で臀部底部に揮発性を有するもしくは表面張力の小さい乾燥助成剤を洗浄ノズルから噴射させるように構成されている。

そして上記乾燥装置が洗浄水液と乾燥助成剤の混合液を洗浄ノズルから噴射させた後、あるいは洗浄ノズルから洗浄水だけ噴射させて洗浄し、次の段階で乾燥助成剤を同じ洗浄ノズルから噴射させた後、温風吹出口より温風を吹き掛けて乾燥するようになっていた。

また特開平6−165739号公報記載の乾燥装置は、送風手段と、送風された空気を熱する発熱手段と、送風吹き出し口と、差し出した手を検知する検知手段と、前記送風吹き出し口の下方を照射する殺菌灯とを備え、検知手段により送風手段と発熱手段とを動作制御させると共に、送風吹き出し口の後方に設置した殺菌灯を遮蔽する遮蔽体を殺菌灯の前方に出退自在に形成し、検知手段のオフ信号にて遮蔽体で殺菌灯の前方を覆うように構成されている。

そして上記乾燥装置が一旦水で洗った手を差し出して応答する検知手段の出力に応じて送風手段、発熱手段ならびに殺菌灯が作動し、手の乾燥と殺菌作用が行われる構成になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の乾燥装置において、先ず実開昭62−94170号公報の乾燥装置は、洗浄水液と乾燥助成剤の混合液を洗浄ノズルから噴射させた後、あるいは洗浄ノズルから洗浄水だけ噴射させて洗浄し、次の段階で乾燥助成剤を同じ洗浄ノズルから噴射させた後、温風吹出口より温風を吹き掛けて乾燥する方式を取っているため、乾燥助成剤の噴射量が多くなる一方、乾燥助成剤が揮発性の有するものか、あるいは表面張力の小さい液体を使用するため、噴射量が多くなり、その結果、人体に掛かる乾燥助成剤が一定量を超えると、人体表面の脱脂作用が多く働き、逆に肌荒れの原因となる。

また乾燥に要する蒸発潜熱量が多く働くため、肌寒く感じ、特に幼児や老人等でのヒートショックが大きく、不快さが益々増大する。また人体の乾燥に要する乾燥助成剤の噴射領域が噴射手段の機構の性能に負う所が多いため、噴射の広がりが小さくなり、人体に掛
かる広がりを広く取る必要のある所では、乾燥範囲が狭く、この結果乾燥時間が長く掛かる。したがって人体に掛かる広がりを広く取る必要のある所を満すことになれば益々乾燥助成剤は多くなり、この結果乾燥助成剤の無駄が多くなり、省資源省エネならびに肌荒れ防止の視点から問題がある。

また他の従来例である特開平6−165739号公報記載の乾燥装置は、一旦洗った手を差し出して応答する検知手段の出力に応じて送風手段および発熱手段ならびに殺菌灯が作動し手の乾燥と殺菌作用が行われる構成になっているが、手に付着した水に温風を吹き付け蒸発させる乾燥方式のため乾燥時間が長く、かつ殺菌作用も長く掛かるという課題がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するため、乾燥促進剤を圧搾空気で混合手段に圧送し、同時にエアーポンプで混合手段へ送られてきた空気と混合させ、乾燥ノズルを介して乾燥促進剤を微粒化し、これを、水あるいは温水等で洗浄した後の人体(臀部、手あるいは身体全体)や、洗濯と脱水を終えた衣類等の被洗浄乾燥体に間欠的に噴射させ、これと同時にブロアー手段から空気加熱手段を介して低温の温風を間欠的に吹き付ける構成としたものである。

上記発明によれば被洗浄乾燥体に付着している水分に加えて、これら水分に疎らに浸透した乾燥促進剤あるいは水と乾燥促進剤の混合液等から蒸発させ、合わせて周囲の水分も剥離飛散させる乾燥方式を構成しているため、乾燥の促進作用と肌荒れ防止効果が得られる。また乾燥促進剤による殺菌作用も同時に受けることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の洗浄乾燥装置は、洗浄水を加熱する温水加熱手段と、前記温水加熱手段からの温水を人体または洗濯衣類に噴射する洗浄ノズルとを有する洗浄手段と、
乾燥促進を粒子状に微粒化して人体または洗濯衣類に噴射させる乾燥促進手段と、
人体または洗濯衣類に風を吹き掛けるブロアー手段と、
前記洗浄手段と前記乾燥促進手段と前記ブロアー手段を制御する運転制御装置とを有し、
前記乾燥促進手段は、
乾燥促進剤が貯留された乾燥促進剤貯留タンクと、
前記乾燥促進剤貯留タンク内の乾燥促進剤を押し出し第1混合手段に送る圧搾空気発生装置と、
外部空気を吸い込んで前記第1混合手段に送り込み、前記乾燥促進剤の微粒化を促進するエアーポンプと、
前記乾燥促進手段の前記エアーポンプからの空気を切り替えて前記洗浄手段の洗浄水に混合する第2混合手段と、
前記第1混合手段で微粒化された乾燥促進剤を人体または洗濯衣類に吹き掛ける乾燥ノズルとを備えたものである。

本発明の洗浄乾燥装置においては、圧搾空気発生装置の圧搾空気によって乾燥促進剤貯留タンク内の乾燥促進剤を混合手段に送るとともに、エアーポンプによって外部空気を前記混合手段に送り込み乾燥促進剤が微粒化される。エアーポンプから送られてきた空気と、圧搾空気発生装置の空気圧で乾燥促進剤貯留タンクから送られてきた乾燥促進剤とが混合し、前記第1混合手段で空気と混合して微粒化した乾燥促進剤が、乾燥ノズルに至ってさらに微粒化し、これが、水あるいは温水等で洗浄した後の人体(臀部、手あるいは身体全体)や、洗濯と脱水を終えた衣類に噴射され、これと同時にブロアー手段を介して送風を吹き付け、付着している水分中に、疎らに浸透した乾燥促進剤あるいは水と乾燥促進剤
の混合液から蒸発させ、合わせて周囲の水分も剥離飛散させる乾燥方式が構成されているため、乾燥の促進作用が得られる。また乾燥促進剤の殺菌作用も同時に受けることができる。

また噴射される乾燥促進剤が、圧搾空気発生装置と混合手段とエアーポンプと乾燥ノズルとによって混合手段で微粒化され乾燥ノズルに至ってさらに微粒化されているため噴射量が少なく軽減され、肌荒れが防止される。

また乾燥促進手段のエアーポンプからの空気を切り替えて洗浄手段の洗浄水に混合する第2混合手段を有する構成により、洗浄水に空気混入して洗浄し、かつ乾燥促進する二つの機能を一つのエアーポンプで可能にできる。

また請求項2によれば、ブロアー手段からの風を温風化する空気加熱手段を有しているので、ブロアー手段の空気加熱手段を介して温風を人体または衣類に吹き付け、付着している水分に加えて、さらに水分の中に疎らに浸透した乾燥促進剤あるいは水と乾燥促進剤の混合液から蒸発させ、合わせて周囲の水分も剥離飛散させた乾燥方式が構成されるため、乾燥の促進に対する作用力の増加が得られる。

また請求項4によれば、乾燥促進を間欠あるいは流量可変に噴射させる運転制御装置を有しているので、ブロアー手段を介して人体や衣類に吹き付ける送風力と並行して、または交互に微粒状の乾燥促進剤を間欠あるいは流量を可変して噴射させ吹き付けることが可能になるため、微粒状の乾燥促進剤を人体または洗濯衣類に付着している水分中に、ほぼ均一に且つ疎ら状に浸透させることができる。この結果、浸透した乾燥促進剤や、あるいは水と乾燥促進剤の混合液状態からの蒸発量や、同時に誘発する水分の剥離飛散量を増大させることができる。

また、請求項5記載によれば、ブロアー手段の風量を間欠または可変制御を行う運転制御装置を有しているので、ブロアー手段を介して人体や衣類に吹き付ける送風力の可変や、送風力の間欠等の運転が可能になるため、同時に作動する微粒状の乾燥促進剤の吹き付けあるいは間欠吹き付けと共に人体あるいは洗濯衣類に付着している乾燥促進剤や、あるいは水との混合液の状態からの蒸発量や、同時に誘発する水分の剥離飛散量を増大させることができる。

み口と、前記噴霧ガスあるいは風の中に含まれる不用物質あるいは水分粒子を捕集し吸着する吸着フィルタと、風を吸い込み、吐き出す排出ファンから構成する排出手段を備えているので、乾燥促進剤あるいは水との混合液状態から蒸発する際、剥離飛散した液体や不用物質(汚た水や塵埃、糸屑等)を捕集あるいはその吸着量を増やすことができるため、清潔な洗浄乾燥ができる。

(実施例1)
図1は本発明の実施例1における洗浄乾燥装置の構成図を示す。

図1において、洗浄乾燥装置は、乾燥促進手段1、ブロアー手段2と、そして排出手段3、運転制御装置4から構成される。前記乾燥促進手段1は、乾燥促進剤が貯溜された乾燥促進剤貯溜タンク5と、前記乾燥促進剤貯溜タンク5内の乾燥促進剤を押し出し第1混合手段6に向かわせるための圧搾空気発生装置7と、外部空気を吸い込んで前記第1混合手段6に送り込み、乾燥促進剤の微粒化を促進するためのエアーポンプ8と、前記第1混合手段6で空気と混合して微粒化された乾燥促進剤を、乾燥ノズル体動手段9を介して人体aに吹き掛ける乾燥ノズル10から構成される。

次に動作,作用について説明する。本説明では病人や身体障害者、介護を要する老人等自力で風呂に入れない人の人体を一旦洗った後、自動乾燥するために利用されるものの場合を例にして説明する。第1混合手段6でエアーポンプ8から送られてきた空気と、圧搾空気発生装置7の空気圧で乾燥促進剤貯溜タンク5から流出されて送られてきた乾燥促進剤とが混合し粒子状になった乾燥促進剤が乾燥ノズル体動手段9から乾燥ノズル10に至ってさらに微粒化し濡れた人体に吹き付けられ、疎らに浸透し水分と溶け込む形となる。一方ブロアー手段2の送風ファン11から送られてきた空気が空気加熱手段12によって加熱され、吹き出し手段13を介して前記人体に吹き掛けられる。この結果人体に付着された乾燥促進剤、あるいは水との混合液部分から蒸発現象が起り、さらに蒸発時に周辺の水分の剥離飛散作用を誘発し、乾燥が促進される。

ここでこの実施例では上記乾燥ノズル10を、乾燥ノズル体動手段9を介して移動もしくは回動させて微粒化された乾燥促進剤を人体の適切な部分に、かつ広く吹き掛けることができる。また吹き出し偏向手段13と運転制御装置4を動作させ、温風の吹き出し方向を可変し、あるいは、送風ファン11を制御して送風量を可変または間欠運転することにより人体からの乾燥促進剤の蒸発や剥離飛散を促進させる作用が得られる。また乾燥促進剤を利用しているため低温の温風でも乾燥促進が得られるため、空気加熱手段の熱エネルギーは少なくて済み、省エネ効果が期待できる。また人体から飛散された水分、乾燥促進剤、汚れ物質、毛等は第1吸い込み口14を介して吸着フィルター15で一旦捕集吸着し、残りガス体は外気へ排出される。

なお本実施例の洗浄乾燥装置は、対象を人体の体全体の乾燥だけでなく、人体の一部である用便後の臀部洗浄後の乾燥やあるいは洗濯脱水された衣類の乾燥等に利用することができ、同様の作用と効果が得られる。
(実施例2)
図2は本発明の実施例2における洗浄乾燥装置の構成図を示し、用便後の臀部の洗浄と乾燥促進、脱臭機能を配設した温水洗浄弁座の基本構成からなり、乾燥促進手段1、ブロアー手段2、排出手段3ならびに洗浄手段20、脱臭手段21から構成される。

すなわち、実施例1と異なる点は、洗浄手段20と、脱臭手段21が新たに加わった構成とした点にある。うち、洗浄手段20は、洗浄水を、電磁開閉弁22を介して第2混合手段23に導く水ポンプ24と、乾燥促進手段1のエアーポンプ8からの空気を切り替えて第2混合手段23に導く3方路弁25と、前記第2混合手段23で混合された気泡水を温水にするための温水加熱手段26と、前記温水加熱手段26からの温水を、洗浄ノズル体動手段27を介して臀部bへ噴射させるための洗浄ノズル28から構成される。洗浄ノズル体動手段27は、洗浄ノズル28を前後移動ならびに回動自在に動かし、臀部の適切な位置に噴射させるために配置されている。

次に動作,作用を説明すると、先ず洗浄手段20については、大あるいは小の用便後、水ポンプ24によって電磁開閉弁22を経由させて導いた洗浄水と、乾燥促進手段1のエアーポンプ8を流用して3方路弁25を経由させて導いた空気とを第2混合手段23で混合させ、ここで生成された気泡水を、一旦温水加熱手段26で温め、洗浄ノズル体動手段27を介して洗浄ノズル10から噴射させて臀部dを洗浄する作用が得られる。また同時に脱臭手段21は、第2排出ファンを利用して臭気ガスを第2吸い込み手段29から脱臭手段30へ導き脱臭を計った後外気へ排出される。

また臀部洗浄後、乾燥促進手段1、ブロアー手段2、排出手段3を作動させて、実施例1で説明した場合と同様の動作により、臀部の乾燥促進作用と、殺菌作用が得られる。また乾燥促進剤を微粒化して利用することにより低温の温風でも乾燥促進が得られるため、空気加熱手段の熱エネルギーは少なくて済み、省エネ効果が期待される。
(実施例3)
図3は本発明の実施例3における洗浄乾燥装置の構成図を示し、大あるいは小の用便後の臀部洗浄と乾燥促進、脱臭等各機能を有する洗浄乾燥装置を配設した温水洗浄弁座の基本構成からなり、乾燥促進手段と洗浄手段を一体に、共有させた洗浄乾燥手段35と、ブロアー手段2、排出手段3ならびに、脱臭手段21から構成される。

先ず、洗浄機構の構成は、洗浄乾燥手段35において、洗浄水を、電磁開閉弁22を介して混合手段36に導く水ポンプ24と、エアーポンプ8からの空気を導く混合手段36と、前記混合手段36で混合された気泡水を温水にするための温水加熱手段26と、前記温水加熱手段26からの温水を、ノズル体動手段37を介して臀部bへ噴射させるための噴霧ノズル38から構成される。ノズル体動手段37は、噴霧ノズル38を前後移動ならびに回動自在に動かし、臀部の適切な位置に噴射させるために配置されている。続いて乾燥促進機構の構成は、乾燥促進剤が貯溜された乾燥促進剤貯溜タンク5と、前記乾燥促進剤貯溜タンク5内の乾燥促進剤を押し出し混合手段36に向かわせるための圧搾空気発生装置7と、外部空気を吸い込んで前記混合手段36に送り込み、乾燥促進剤の微粒化を促進するためのエアーポンプ8と、前記混合手段36で空気と混合して微粒化された乾燥促進剤を、OFF状態の温水加熱手段26を経由してノズル体動手段37を介して臀部bに吹き掛ける噴霧ノズル38から構成される。

次に動作,作用を説明すると、洗浄動作は、洗浄乾燥手段35において、大あるいは小の用便後、運転制御装置32を作動させ、水ポンプ24によって電磁開閉弁22を経由させて導いた洗浄水と、エアーポンプ8から導いた空気とを混合手段36で混合させ、ここで生成された気泡水を、一旦温水加熱手段26で温め、ノズル体動手段37を介して噴霧ノズル38から噴射させ臀部dに当てて洗浄する。また同時に脱臭手段21は、第2排出ファン31を利用して臭気ガスを第2吸い込み手段29から脱臭手段30へ導き脱臭を計った後外気へ排出される。

また臀部洗浄後、乾燥動作にはいると、洗浄乾燥手段35における乾燥促進機構の構成は、混合手段36でエアーポンプ8から送られてきた空気と、圧搾空気発生装置7の空気圧で乾燥促進剤貯溜タンク5から流出されて送られてきた乾燥促進剤とが混合し粒子状に微粒化され、この微粒化された乾燥促進剤がノズル体動手段37から噴霧ノズル38に至ってさらに微粒化され濡れた臀部bに吹き付けられる。この段階で微粒化された乾燥促進剤が疎らに浸透し水分と溶け込む形となる。一方ブロアー手段2の送風ファン11から送られてきた空気が空気加熱手段12によって加熱され、吹き出し偏向手段13を介して前記臀部bに吹き掛けられる。この結果臀部bに付着された乾燥促進剤、あるいは水との混合液部分から蒸発現象が起り、さらに蒸発時に周辺の水分の剥離飛散作用を誘発し、乾燥が促進される。

ここでこの実施例では、上記噴霧ノズル38を、ノズル体動手段37を介して移動もしくは回動させて微粒化された乾燥促進剤を臀部bの適切な部分に、かつ広く吹き掛けることができる。また吹き出し偏向手段13と運転制御装置32を動作させ、温風の吹き出し方向を可変し、あるいは、送風ファン11を制御して送風量を可変または間欠運転することにより人体からの乾燥促進剤の蒸発や剥離飛散を促進させることができる。またブロアー手段2、排出手段3を作動させて、実施例2で説明した場合と同様の動作により、臀部の乾燥促進作用と、殺菌作用が得られる。また乾燥促進剤を微粒化して利用することにより低温の温風でも乾燥促進が得られるため、空気加熱手段の熱エネルギーは少なくて済み、省エネ効果がある。また人体から飛散された水分、乾燥促進剤、汚れ物質、毛等は第1吸い込み口14を介して吸着フィルター15で一旦捕集吸着し、残りガス体は外気へ排出される。

前記洗浄手段と前記乾燥促進手段と前記ブロアー手段を制御する運転制御装置とを有し、
前記乾燥促進手段は、
乾燥促進剤が貯留された乾燥促進剤貯留タンクと、
前記乾燥促進剤貯留タンク内の乾燥促進剤を押し出し第1混合手段に送る圧搾空気発生装置と、
外部空気を吸い込んで前記第1混合手段に送り込み、前記乾燥促進剤の微粒化を促進するエアーポンプと、
前記乾燥促進手段の前記エアーポンプからの空気を切り替えて前記洗浄手段の洗浄水に混合する第2混合手段と、
前記第1混合手段で微粒化された乾燥促進剤を人体または洗濯衣類に吹き掛ける乾燥ノズルとを備えた洗浄乾燥装置。
