【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記しごき筒部材には、塗布棒に付着した過剰の液体を取除くための絞り筒が付設してあるから、そのしごき筒部材を確実に容器体口頸部内へ装着させておかないと、塗布部材抜出しの際に、しごき筒部材が塗布棒と共に抜け出すことがある。

このような欠点除去のためにしごき筒部材上端に付設した外向きフランジを口頸部上端面へ係合させ、かつしごき筒部材の下部に口頸部内径よりも大径の大外径部を設けて該大外径部上面を口頸部下端が形成する下向き段部へ係合させることが行われているが、このようにすると、しごき筒部はゴム状の弾性材で形成しているから、次第にその大外径部の強度が低下し、そのため上記と同様に塗布部材抜出しの際に塗布棒と共に抜出すことがある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図1と図2とが示す第1実施形態について説明すると、1は胴部上端から上下二段に設けた肩部2, 2を介して口頸部3を起立する容器体である。

該絞り筒25は、図2が示すように、キャップ周壁を口頸部外面へ螺合させて締付けしたとき、その絞り筒25の上面へ既述テーパ状突部16外面が水密に圧接するよう設けており、又その絞り筒の下端内径は、塗布棒14外径とほぼ等しく、塗布部15外径よりも小径としている。

【発明の効果】
本発明は既述構成とするものであり、請求項1記載のようにすることで、ゴム等の弾性材で形成するしごき筒部材21の強度が弱まって、口頸部下端内面へ係合等する大外径部24が変形し易くなっても、その大外径部には別に設けた弾性リング29を装着させているから、該弾性リングが大外径部24を補強し、よって塗布棒14引抜き時にしごき筒部材21がその塗布棒と共に抜け出ることを防止することが出来る。
