Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The invention of Chemicals efficacy and application components, relates boasting to be packaged with such the chemicals by displaying a dosing method, specifically, in the folded state of boasting to be packaged together with the drug It relates to the creation method .
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of writing is a rectangular paper piece having a predetermined width and length displaying necessary items, and the paper piece is folded along the width direction so as to form a strip shape.
The Nohaku folded into a strip shape is further folded into a pine needle shape or the like, or is wrapped in a box or the like in which a medicine is packaged, and then packed in a box or the like.
In order to create the above-mentioned Noh writing, the required items are repeatedly displayed as a unit of a certain length, and a continuous width of a predetermined width of the strip-shaped paper wound up in a roll shape, Each unit is sequentially cut to form a square paper piece, and the paper piece is folded along the width direction to form a strip having a desired width.
[0003]
The size of Noh writing varies depending on the manufacturer (manufacturer of the product to be packaged) and also differs depending on the product. In recent years, the items (contents) to be displayed on Noh writing have increased, and the type size has been increased. In order to meet such demands, it is indispensable to expand the display area of the writing, that is, to expand the paper.
In order to enlarge the paper surface of conventional writing, it is a means to make the length of one piece of writing (the length of a piece of paper before folding) as long as possible, rather than the means of increasing the width of a roll of rolled paper (roll paper). It was by.
The reason is that when the width of the roll paper is increased, the length of the strip is increased when the piece of paper is folded in the width direction and formed into a strip shape. This is because a large number of line packaging facilities that are packed together with products into boxes and bottles need to be remodeled and replaced. Moreover, when the length of the folded strip-shaped active writing increases, the size of a box or the like that wraps the active writing with the product may be forced to change, and in this case, the cost due to the change of the roll paper width further increases.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the length of one unit of paper (paper piece before folding) is longer than a certain length, it will not only be difficult to read, but it will be difficult or impossible to fold it into a strip shape. Increasing the width will eventually become necessary.
[0005]
The present invention is proposed on the basis of such a request, and the object of the present invention is to make a strip with little or no major modification of the packaging equipment or equipment replacement (almost no cost). It is an object of the present invention to provide a writing capable of enlarging the paper surface by increasing the distance (width) between the sides of a pair of writings before being folded into a shape to about twice the current state (conventional).
It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for creating a writing capable of smoothly creating the above-mentioned writing.
Still another object of the present invention is to expand the paper surface without increasing the length of a unit of paper in a unit of active writing more than a certain amount. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly perform folding when folding into a strip shape. It is to provide a creation method.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method for creating a writing according to the present invention is configured as follows.
That is, the method for creating a noh writing according to claim 1 is:
Necessary items are repeatedly displayed with a certain length range as a unit, and while continuously feeding the roll-shaped paper 1a wound in a roll shape, the sheets overlap each other from the leading edge in the feeding direction toward the central direction. Forming the strips 10 and 11 in parallel with each other in a non-overlapping state, thereby forming the strips 1a continuously on the folded strips 1b having an apparent width w1;
A step of sequentially cutting the folded belt-like paper 1b from the front end in the feeding direction for each unit to form a square paper piece 1;
And a step of folding the paper piece 1 along a direction intersecting the folded pieces 10 and 11 substantially at a right angle to obtain a desired width w4.
[0007]
In the method for creating a written writing according to claim 2 , in the method for creating a written writing according to claim 1 , in the step of continuously forming the folded strip 1 b, the folded pieces 10, 11 are folded to one side of the strip 1 a. It is characterized by overlapping.
[0008]
A method for creating a written writing according to claim 3 is the method for producing a written writing according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein in the step of continuously forming the folded strip 1b, the width w2 of one folded piece 10 and the other folded piece are folded. It is characterized in that the width w3 of the piece 11 is formed substantially equal.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
First Embodiment FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a partially developed state of the first embodiment of the first embodiment, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the state of FIG. 1 folded into a strip shape, and FIG. It is a perspective view of the state which covered the bottle.
[0010]
The thin paper piece 1 constituting the written writing has necessary items (not shown) on its upper surface, and this paper piece 1 is a rectangle having a width w≈210 mm and a length L≈254 mm, for example. The strip 1 is formed with strip-like folded pieces 10 and 11 which are parallel to each other so as to be folded by a predetermined amount from the respective sides on both sides in the width w direction, and the folded pieces 10 and 11 do not overlap each other. It is like that.
In this embodiment, the apparent width w1 of the paper piece 1 in a state where the belt-like folded pieces 10 and 11 are formed is approximately 128 mm, and each of the belt-like folded pieces 10 and 11 is folded on the upper surface side of the paper piece 1. Their widths w2 and w3 are substantially equal to w2 and w3≈41 mm, respectively.
[0011]
The paper piece 1 is formed into a strip-like foldable writing having a desired width w4 as shown in FIG. 2 by folding it from the state of FIG. 1 along a direction that intersects each folded piece 10, 11 at a right angle. .
Accordingly, when the paper piece 1 is unfolded only in the length direction as shown in FIG. 1 from the state of FIG. 2, the number of folds 12 (solid line) and the number of folds that are substantially parallel according to the number and form of the folds A fold line 13 (dotted line) appears.
[0012]
Whether the written description of this embodiment is packaged in a packaging box or the like in the state of FIG. 2 together with commodities such as medicines that are divided and packaged according to the size of the packaging box (not shown) by a packaging facility (not shown) in the packaging process. Or, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Alternatively, the writings of FIG. 2 are sequentially supplied in a vertical state so as to correspond to the openings to the parts to which the opened packaging boxes are sequentially supplied, and the writings are packaged together with the bottles from the cap side of the bottle in which the product is packaged. It is packed at the same time by pushing it into the box. When the noh writing is pushed into the packaging box together with the bottle, the noh writing begins to bend in a pine needle shape and finally is covered with the bottle 2 as shown in FIG.
[0013]
According to the Noh writing of the first embodiment, first, the length (corresponding to the apparent width w of the paper piece 1 in FIG. 1) immediately before packaging folded in a strip shape as shown in FIG. By setting it to be almost the same as the conventional one, there is little need for major remodeling or replacement of the packaging equipment, and the distance between the sides of the writings before they are folded into strips (width w in Fig. 1) Can be increased to enlarge the paper surface.
Second, in the state of being folded into a strip shape as shown in FIG. 2, the number of overlapping sheets at both ends in the length direction is double the number of overlapping sheets at the center or near the center. Since the waist is strong and the waist at the center or near the center is weak, it can be folded in a pine needle shape and wrapped in a box or the like as described above, or it can be wrapped in the bottle 2 as shown in FIG. The handling when doing so becomes very smooth.

Second Embodiment FIG. 4 is a partially developed perspective view showing a second embodiment of the writing according to the present invention.
In the writing of the second embodiment, parallel strip-like folded pieces 10 and 11 are formed so as to be folded by a predetermined amount on the upper surface from both sides in the width direction of the paper piece 1 toward the central direction, and the folded pieces 10 and 11 are formed. Are not overlapped with each other, but the widths w2 and w3 of the belt-like folded pieces 10 and 11 are different.
The other structure of the writing of this embodiment is substantially the same as the writing of the first embodiment.
In the writing of this embodiment, the widths w2 and w3 of the belt-like folded sides 10 and 11 are different, but the effects are almost the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0015]
Third Embodiment FIG. 5 is a partially developed perspective view showing a third embodiment of the writing according to the present invention.
In the writing of the third embodiment, parallel strip-shaped folded pieces 10 and 11 are formed so as to be folded by a predetermined amount from both sides in the width direction of the paper piece 1 toward the central direction, and the folded pieces 10 and 11 are mutually connected. Although it does not overlap, the folding direction of one folded piece 10 and the other folded piece 11 is reversed.
The other structure of the writing of this embodiment is substantially the same as the writing of the first embodiment.
In the writing of this embodiment, the folding directions of the belt-like folding sides 10 and 11 are reversed, but the function and effect are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0016]
Other Embodiments In the writing according to the present invention, the folded pieces 10 and 11 from each piece of the pair of paper pieces are not overlapped, and the sides on the free end side of the folded pieces 10 and 11 are in contact or close to each other. There is no problem. Even in such a state, in the finished state, the contact portion or the proximity portion of the folded pieces 10 and 11 becomes weaker than the other portions, and the handling in the packaging process becomes smooth.
Form of folding when the paper piece 1 is folded along the direction intersecting the folded pieces 10 and 11 after a predetermined amount is folded from both sides of the pair toward the central direction to form the folded pieces 10 and 11 in parallel. It is not limited to those of the embodiment, that Ki de be practiced, for example, a zigzag folded configuration and other forms.
[0017]
In the active writing according to the present invention, it is important that the folded pieces 10 and 11 from each piece of the pair of paper pieces 1 do not overlap each other. If both folded pieces 10 and 11 are overlapped, the number of overlapping papers at the overlapping portion increases, and there is a possibility that the folding operation may not be smooth when folded into a strip shape by the folding machine. Further, in the finished state, the waist of the overlapping portion (center or near-center position) of the folded pieces 10 and 11 becomes stronger than other portions, and there is a possibility that the handling in the subsequent packaging process may not be smooth.
[0018]
Embodiment of Creation Method An embodiment of a creation method of active writing according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
An embodiment of the method described below is a method for creating a writing of the first embodiment.
1a is a belt-like paper on which required items are repeatedly printed with a certain length range as a unit, and this belt-like paper 1a is wound around a reel 3 in a roll shape.
The belt-like paper 1a is continuously drawn out from the reel 3 toward the folding device 4 through the tension roller 30 and the guide rollers 31 to 33 by being pulled from the rear line.
[0019]
The folding device 4 includes a tension guide plate 40 for applying a weak tension in a predetermined width range on both sides (both ears) of the belt 1a, and both sides of the belt 1a gradually. Folding guide plates 41 and 42 for guiding in the folding direction, a press roll 43 and a press receiving base 44 are provided.
Since the tension guide plate 40 is inclined downward toward the both sides so as to hold down both sides of the belt 1a, the tension guide plate 40 is temporarily in the folding direction on both sides of the continuously fed belt 1a. Tension is applied so that an appropriate amount can be bent in the reverse direction (downward).
[0020]
Next, both sides of the belt 1a are formed on the outer surfaces of the folding guide plates 41 and 41 that are inclined upwardly from both sides toward the center of the belt 1a, and similarly on both downstream sides thereof. The folding guide plates 42 and 42 are gradually folded toward the upper surface side by the inner side surfaces of the folding guide plates 42 and 42, which are inclined upward toward the center and gradually inclined in the folding direction.
As described above, the belt-like paper 1a guided in a state where both side portions are folded by a predetermined amount from the side edge toward the upper surface in the central direction has the press roll 43 and the press cradle 44 that rotate along the feeding direction of the belt-like paper 1a. The belt-like folded pieces 10 and 11 are sequentially formed on both sides of the belt-like paper 1a so as to be folded by a predetermined amount toward the center and not to overlap each other. In this way, the strip 1a is continuously formed on the folded strip 1b whose apparent width w1 is smaller than the width w by an amount corresponding to the widths w2 and w3 of the folded pieces 10 and 11.
[0021]
In this embodiment, when the folded strip 1b is continuously formed, the folded strips 10 and 11 are both folded on the upper surface side of the strip 1a, and one folded strip 10 and the other folded side 11 are folded. Are formed such that their widths w2, w3 are substantially equal.
[0022]
The folded strip 1b formed as described above is sequentially cut for each unit on which the predetermined items are printed from the leading end in the feeding direction by a cutter (not shown) installed on the downstream side of the press roll 43. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, a square paper piece 1 is formed in which both side portions are folded almost uniformly.
[0023]
The paper piece 1 obtained by cutting the folded belt-like paper 1b for each unit is folded along a direction substantially perpendicular to the folded pieces 10 and 11 by a folding machine (not shown), and has a desired width as shown in FIG. W4 strip-shaped writings are created sequentially.
[0024]
In this embodiment, the width w of the belt-like paper 1a is 210 mm, the folded piece 10, 11 width w2 = w3≈41 mm, and the apparent width w1 of the folded belt-like paper 1b is designed to be 128 mm.
[0025]
According to the production method of this embodiment, first, the folded pieces 10 and 11 are formed on both sides of the strip 1a before cutting the strip 1a into one unit, so that the feeding portion of the strip 1a and the cutter By installing a simple folding device 4 in between, it is possible to create a written statement according to the present invention smoothly and inexpensively without requiring modification of the packaging equipment.
Secondly, since the folded strip 1b having a small apparent width w1 is formed by using the wide strip 1a, it is possible to enlarge the paper surface without increasing the length of the paper piece of one unit of active writing more than a certain amount. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly perform folding when it is folded into a strip shape.
[0026]
Other Embodiments of Creation Method When the folded strips 10 and 11 are continuously formed on both sides of the strip 1a to produce the folded strip 1b having a small apparent width w1, each folded strip 10 is produced. , 11 may have different widths w2 and w3 as shown in FIG. 4, or the folded pieces 10 and 11 may be located on opposite surfaces.
Further, the folded pieces 10 and 11 on both sides may be close to or in contact with each other as long as their free ends (tip portions) do not overlap each other.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
According to boasting according to the invention of claims 1 to 3, to form a folded piece 10, 11 of the band-shaped state, each from each side of the pair of the paper strip 1 toward the center direction do not overlap each other folds predetermined amount Since the folded pieces 10 and 11 are folded in a direction substantially perpendicular to the folded pieces 10 and 11, the length in the state immediately before packaging folded in a strip shape (corresponding to the apparent width w1 of the paper piece 1 in FIG. 1) is obtained. By setting almost the same as the conventional one, it is possible to increase the width of the unfolded piece of paper by increasing the width of the unfolded piece of paper without requiring much modification or replacement of the packaging equipment.
Also, in the folded state in a strip shape, the number of overlapping sheets at both ends in the length direction is double the number of overlapping sheets at the center or near the center, and the waist at both ends is strong. Since the waist of the central portion becomes weak, handling in the subsequent packaging process becomes very smooth.
[0028]
According to the method for creating a written writing according to the first to third aspects of the present invention, the folded pieces 10 and 11 are formed on both sides of the band-like paper 1a before cutting the band-like paper 1a for each unit. By simply installing a simple folding device 4 between the cutter and the cutter, it is possible to create a written statement according to the present invention smoothly and inexpensively without requiring modification of the packaging equipment.
Further, since the folded strip 1b having a small apparent width w1 is formed using the wide strip 1a, the paper surface can be enlarged without increasing the length of the paper piece of one unit of active writing more than a certain value. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly perform folding when it is folded into a strip shape.
