Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional gloves with sleeves, since the ring must be attached or the glove body part and the sleeve part must be formed separately and then sewn together, the manufacturing process becomes complicated and the cost increases. I was sorry.
[0007]
Moreover, when the sleeve part and the glove body part are stitched as in the latter case, the shape of the glove with the sleeve also varies depending on the sutured person, and defective products tend to occur. In addition, when a glove is worn, the stitched portion between the glove body and the sleeve touches the hand, and the wearability is poor.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
(1) Therefore, in the present invention described in claim 1, with the basic thread, the little finger part, the ring finger part, the middle finger part, and the index finger part are knitted in order, and the four torso parts are knitted in succession to these four finger parts, Knitting the thumb part, knitting the five body parts so as to be continuous with the thumb part and the four body parts, and then knitting the sleeve part continuously with the five body parts using a welding thread. A step of attaching a mold corresponding to the sleeve portion to a molding die formed in a predetermined shape, and a heat treatment in a state where the sleeve portion is attached to the molding die in order to form the sleeve portion into a predetermined shape. Then, the welded yarn is welded to the sleeve, and the sleeve is cured and reinforced with the welded yarn, so that the shape of the sleeve is retained to make the sleeve difficult to break, and the heat treatment is molded so that it can be easily attached and detached. And decided to have a process.
(2) In the present invention described in claim 2 , the base yarn is used to knit the fabric of the portion constituting the glove body, and then the weld yarn is added at predetermined intervals while the fabric is knitted with the basic yarn. The fabric of the sleeve portion is knitted continuously with the fabric of the portion constituting the glove body so that the knitted location and the location where the welding yarn is added alternately appear at regular intervals. After slicing for the palm part and the upper part, the knitting process of stitching both parts together, the mold attaching process of attaching the part corresponding to the sleeve part to the molding die formed in a predetermined shape, and the sleeve part to the predetermined part In order to form into a shape, the sleeve is cured and reinforced with the welded yarn by heat-treating the sleeve while it is attached to the mold, and the shape of the sleeve is retained. Heat treatment step to make the sleeve part difficult to break and to make it easy to attach and detach, We decided to have.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The glove with a sleeve according to the present invention is knitted with a basic thread in order of a little finger part, a ring finger part, a middle finger part, and an index finger part, knitting four torso parts continuously to these four finger parts, and then knitting a thumb part. A knitting step of knitting a five barrel part so as to be continuous with the thumb part and the four barrel part, and then knitting a sleeve part continuously to the five trunk part using a welding thread; and the sleeve part A mold mounting step for mounting the portion corresponding to the shape of the molding die formed into a predetermined shape, and in order to mold the sleeve portion into a predetermined shape, heat treatment is performed in a state of being mounted on the molding die, and the welded yarn is sleeved It is manufactured through a heat treatment process that hardens and reinforces the sleeve part with welded yarn by welding to the part, keeps the shape of the sleeve part, making the sleeve part difficult to break, and forming it so that it can be easily attached and detached. ing.
[0010]
In this way, the gloves with sleeves formed using the welded yarn on the sleeve portion in the knitting process are mounted on a mold having a predetermined shape corresponding to the sleeve portion in the mold mounting process, and heat-treated in the heat treatment process. Since the welded yarn is welded to the sleeve portion to manufacture the sleeve-attached glove, the sleeve portion is cured and reinforced by the weld yarn, and the shape of the sleeve portion is formed into a predetermined shape along the mold. In addition, the sleeve can be made difficult to break by maintaining the same shape, and a glove with a sleeve that can be easily attached and detached can be manufactured.
[0011]
Furthermore, since the curing and reinforcing sleeves by welding yarn as described above, can also be prevented or loosening or broken yarn constituting the sleeve portion, it is possible to increase the durability of the armhole glove When a glove with a sleeve is worn, the wrist of the wearer can be protected by the sleeve.
[0012]
Moreover, since the shape of the sleeve portion is retained by hardening and reinforcing the sleeve portion with the welding thread, the shape of the sleeve portion can be retained without forming the sleeve portion with a strong separate member. In the knitting process, the glove body and the sleeve can be continuously knitted. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost by eliminating the trouble of separately manufacturing the glove body and the sleeve and sewing them together.
[0013]
In addition, by continuously knitting the glove body part and the sleeve part, no stitched part is generated between the glove body part and the sleeve part, so that the thread can be unwound from the stitched part or stitched by the difference of the sutured person. The quality of sleeved gloves does not vary, or when attaching or detaching sleeved gloves, the stitched part touches the hand and the wearing property does not deteriorate. Can be manufactured.
[0014]
In addition, when using the welding yarn in the knitting process, if the welding yarn is used in the sleeve portion , even if it starts using the welding yarn from the sleeve portion, it starts using the welding yarn from the glove body portion and continues to the sleeve portion as it is. You may make it use a welding thread | yarn. Moreover, if the sleeve can be retained in a shape that matches the mold, not only the welded yarn is used for the entire sleeve, but also the welding thread can be used from the middle of the sleeve, or until the middle of the sleeve. A welding thread may be used, or the welding thread may be used only for a part of the sleeve portion.
[0015]
Moreover, when using a welding thread | yarn for a sleeve part, the space | interval which uses a welding thread | yarn can also be selected, for example, using a welding thread | yarn for all the courses of a sleeve part, or every several courses. When the welding yarn is used for the entire course of the sleeve portion as in the former case, the strength of the sleeve portion can be increased by making the welding of the sleeve portion stronger. On the other hand, when the welded yarn is used every few courses as in the latter case, the amount of the welded yarn can be reduced, the cost can be reduced, and the softness of the sleeve portion can be adjusted appropriately. .
[0016]
In addition, not only welded yarn but also elastic yarn such as rubber yarn can be used for the sleeve portion. If the elastic yarn is used in this way, the sleeve portion is thickened by the elastic yarn, and the sleeve portion The strength of can be further improved. In addition, in the mold mounting step, the sleeve portion can be brought into close contact with the molding die by the elasticity of the elastic yarn, so that the sleeve portion can be more reliably held in a shape along the molding die.
[0017]
In addition, the mold is preferably formed so that the opening area of the end of the sleeve portion is larger than the cross-sectional area at the boundary between the glove body portion and the sleeve portion. The sleeve part of the sleeved glove is formed so that the opening area of the end part of the sleeve part is larger than the cross-sectional area at the boundary part between the glove body part and the sleeve part, and the sleeve part opening end is further removed. Gloves with sleeves that are easy to wear can be manufactured.
[0018]
In addition, as the shape in which the opening area of the end portion of the sleeve portion is larger than the cross-sectional area at the boundary portion between the glove body portion and the sleeve portion, for example, a shape that widens toward the sleeve opening end from the boundary portion The shape of the sleeve part is projected in a stepped shape from the boundary part, and the sleeve part is extended in a cylindrical shape to the open end of the sleeve part, or the middle part of the sleeve part is bulged into a substantially lantern shape. The shape etc. which formed and opened the sleeve part opening end side larger than the boundary part side etc. can be considered.
[0019]
In particular, as described first, when the portion corresponding to the sleeve portion of the mold is formed in a divergent shape and the sleeve portion of the sleeved glove is formed in a divergent shape toward the open end of the sleeve portion, An inclined surface without unevenness can be formed from the part to the glove body part, and the hand can be smoothly inserted into the glove body part as it is by sliding the hand along the sleeve part. Therefore, it is possible to further improve the wearability of the sleeve gloves.
[0020]
In addition, as described second, when the sleeve is formed in a cylindrical shape, the sleeve can be placed along the cuff of the wearer's clothing, It can be a glove with a sleeve that can be easily worn.
[0021]
In addition, as described in the third item, when the sleeve is formed in the shape of a lantern, the foreign matter scattered in the air is received by the bulging portion, and the foreign matter enters the glove from the cuff. Can be prevented. For example, during a cleaning operation, foreign matter such as dust can be prevented from entering the inside of the glove.
[0022]
In addition, the sleeve gloves can be coated with a weldable rubber material or synthetic resin material. In that case, the rubber material or synthetic material described above is used between the mold mounting process and the heat treatment process. A coating process for attaching a coating material such as a resin material is provided.
[0023]
For example, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, or chloroprene rubber can be used as the rubber material, and for example, vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, or urethane resin can be used as the synthetic resin material. Moreover, as a coating method for attaching the coating material to the sleeve gloves, a dipping method, a shower method, a spray method, a curtain flow method, a coating method, a pasting method, or the like can be appropriately employed.
[0024]
Thus, by providing a coating process, a sleeve glove can be reinforced with a coating material and durability of a sleeve glove can be improved. In addition, if the sleeve part is coated, the sleeve part can be double reinforced with the welded yarn and the coating material, so that the shape of the sleeve part can be more reliably maintained.
[0025]
In addition, since the coating process is provided between the mold mounting process and the heat treatment process, the welding yarn can be welded to the sleeve portion and the coating material can be welded simultaneously by a single heat treatment. Manufacturing costs can be reduced by eliminating the need for separate heat treatments for yarn welding and coating material welding.
[0026]
In the knitting step, the following two methods are conceivable as methods for continuously knitting the glove body and the sleeve and using the welded yarn for the sleeve.
[0027]
The first method is a method in which a knitted bag is continuously knitted from a glove body part to a sleeve part connected to the glove body part, and a welding yarn is added when knitting the sleeve part. Alternatively, the knitting yarn can be changed to a welding yarn when the sleeve is knitted while continuously knitting in a bag shape from the glove body to the sleeve connected to the glove body.
[0028]
Thus, if the glove body and the sleeve are continuously knitted into a bag shape, a glove with a sleeve having no stitched portion can be manufactured as a whole, and the wearability of the glove with a sleeve can be further improved.
[0029]
In addition, as described above, since there is no stitched portion, when the coating material is attached to the surface of the sleeve glove, the coating material can be uniformly applied over the entire sleeve glove without any unevenness, and the whole is uniformly protected by the coating material. In addition, the coating can be made smooth and beautiful in appearance, and the quality of sleeve gloves can be improved.
[0030]
Moreover, since the entire glove with a sleeve is continuously knitted, there is no need to join the members formed separately, and the manufacturing cost can be further reduced.
[0031]
In the second method, the glove body part and the sleeve part are continuously knitted, and a knitted fabric is first produced by adding a welding thread when knitting the sleeve part, This is a method in which a fabric formed by continuously knitting a portion forming the glove body and a portion forming a sleeve is cut into a palm portion and an upper portion, and then both are stitched together. The fabric may be manufactured by continuously knitting the glove body portion and the sleeve portion while changing the knitting yarn into a welded yarn when knitting the sleeve portion. It is.
[0032]
In this way, if a glove with a sleeve is manufactured from a fabric in which the glove body portion and the sleeve portion are continuously knitted, the fabric is cut and sewn into a shape along the molding die, and is preliminarily along the molding die. The heat treatment can be performed after forming the sleeved gloves in a different shape. Therefore, regardless of the shape of the mold, the gloves with sleeves can be attached to the mold without difficulty, and the shape of the sleeve portion can be maintained in a shape along the mold. Therefore, the shape of the sleeve can be freely changed by changing the shape of the mold.
[0033]
In addition, since the type of fabric can be changed for the palm and upper, the functionality of sleeve gloves can be enhanced by using the palm fabric and the upper fabric properly according to the purpose of use. Can be made. For example, prepare a fabric knitted with hard knitting yarn such as Kevlar (registered trademark) and a fabric knitted with soft knitting yarn such as nylon, and use both fabric for palm and upper If used properly, the protective property can be enhanced on the side using the former fabric, while the flexibility can be enhanced on the side using the latter fabric.
[0034]
In addition, when sewing the fabric cut for the palm and the fabric cut for the upper part, it does not completely sew both together, leaving a part that is not stitched on the sleeve side, One or two slits can be easily provided on the sleeve side of the glove.
[0035]
【Example】
Hereinafter, one example of a glove with a sleeve concerning the present invention is described based on a drawing.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 1, a sleeve-equipped glove A in this embodiment includes a glove body part 4 composed of a finger part 1, a palm part 2, and an upper part 3, and a sleeve part knitted continuously to the glove body part 4. It consists of five.
[0037]
The finger part 1 includes a little finger part 1a, a ring finger part 1b, a middle finger part 1c, an index finger part 1d, and a thumb part 1e. The palm part 2 and the back part 3 are respectively a little finger of the finger part 1. Four torso parts 6 connected to the part 1a, ring finger part 1b, middle finger part 1c and index finger part 1d, and four torso parts 7 connected to the four torso parts 6 and the thumb part 1e of the finger part 1 (See FIG. 2).
[0038]
Next, the manufacturing method of the glove A with a sleeve will be described along the steps (i) to (iv).
[0039]
(i) Knitting process As shown in FIG. 2, first, the glove body 4 and the sleeve 5 are continuously knitted by an automatic knitting machine.
[0040]
That is, the little finger part 1a, the ring finger part 1b, the middle finger part 1c, and the index finger part 1d are knitted in order with the basic thread of the glove A with sleeves (FIGS. 2 (a) to (d)). The four barrels 6 are knitted (FIG. 2 (e)). Next, the thumb portion 1e is knitted (FIG. 2 (f)), and the five barrel portions 7 are knitted so as to be continuous with the thumb portion 1e and the four barrel portions 6 (FIG. 2 (g)). When the five barrels 7 have been knitted, the basic yarn that has been knitted so far is switched to, for example, a welded yarn using the conversion function of the knitting machine, and the sleeve 5 is knitted continuously to the five barrels 7 (see FIG. 2 (h)), the knitting process is completed. Further, the cuffs are bent with overlock yarn to form the cuff overhanging portion 8 (FIG. 2 (i)).
[0041]
In addition, in the process of knitting the sleeve portion 5 in FIG. 2 (h), a weld yarn and a rubber yarn are added to the basic yarn that has been knitted so far after the five barrel portions 7 have been knitted. The sleeve portion 5 can be knitted continuously with the five barrel portions 7 with rubber thread. Alternatively, a part of the sleeve part 5 can be knitted by switching to a welding thread.
[0042]
The glove A with a sleeve knitted as described above is continuously knitted in a bag shape from the glove body part 4 to the sleeve part 5 connected to the glove body part 4, and the sleeve part 5 includes The welded yarn is knitted.
[0043]
In FIG. 3, as another embodiment of the knitting process, a fabric 9 knitted continuously with a portion forming a glove body 4 and a portion forming a sleeve 5 is cut into a palm portion 2 and an upper portion 3. Thereafter, a method of forming the sleeve-attached gloves A by stitching the two together is shown.
[0044]
In the other embodiment described above, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), first, the fabric 9 for forming the glove A with sleeves is knitted with the basic yarn and the welding yarn. That is, while the fabric 9 is knitted with the basic yarn, the knitting yarn is switched to the welding yarn at predetermined intervals, and the fabric knitted with the basic yarn and the location knitted with the welding yarn appear alternately at regular intervals. Make 9.
[0045]
Alternatively, while the fabric 9 is knitted with the basic yarn, the welding yarn is added at every predetermined interval, and the fabric 9 in which the locations knitted with the basic yarn and the locations where the welding yarn is added appears alternately at regular intervals. You can make it.
[0046]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the fabric 9 is cut into the shape of a sleeve-glove A. That is, in the fabric 9, the fabric 9 is formed so that the portion knitted with the basic yarn becomes the glove body portion 4 and the portion knitted with the weld yarn (or the location where the weld yarn is added) becomes the sleeve portion 5. Cut for palm and upper. Then, the cut fabric 9 for the palm portion 2 and the upper portion 3 is stitched together, and the knitting process is completed.
[0047]
Thus, the glove A with a sleeve can also be manufactured from the fabric 9 in which the glove body 4 and the sleeve 5 are continuously knitted.
[0048]
(ii) Mold mounting step Next, the sleeve-equipped gloves A formed in the knitting step are mounted on the molding die 10 provided for heat treatment. The mold 10 determines the shape of the sleeve-attached gloves A after heat treatment. As shown in FIG. 4, the mold 10 has a mold body 11 formed in the shape of a hand and a divergent shape continuous to the mold body 11. And a formed mold body 12. When the glove A with a sleeve manufactured in the knitting process is attached to the forming die 10, the glove body 4 is attached to the die body 11 and the sleeve 5 is attached to the die body 12.
[0049]
As described above, in this embodiment, the shape of the mold body 12 of the mold 10 that corresponds to the sleeve 5 of the sleeve-glove A is formed in a divergent shape, and the sleeve-glove A is attached to the mold 10. In this case, the sleeve portion 5 is spread along the mold 10 in a divergent shape. Moreover, the sleeve-attached gloves A thus attached to the mold 10 have a larger opening area at the end 5a of the sleeve 5 than the cross-sectional area at the boundary b between the glove body 4 and the sleeve 5. Become.
[0050]
As shown in FIG. 4, the shape of the mold body portion 12 of the mold 10 may be widened while the mold body portion 11 and the mold body portion 12 are integrally formed. As shown in the figure, by attaching a skirt body 13 formed in a divergent shape to a mold 10 ′ in which a die body 12 conventionally used for coating is formed in a cylindrical shape, a divergent shape is obtained. It may be made to become.
[0051]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), a tip convex portion 14 that protrudes outward from the peripheral surface of the mold barrel 12 is formed on the tip edge of the mold barrel 12, or in FIG. 6 (b). As shown, a tip recess 15 that is recessed inward from the peripheral surface of the mold body 12 can be formed.
[0052]
When the tip convex portion 14 is provided as in the former, the sleeve opening end 5b of the sleeve-attached glove A attached to the mold 10 warps outward along the tip convex portion 14, and heat treatment described later is performed. After the heat treatment in the process, the shape of the sleeve opening end 5b is retained while being warped outward. Accordingly, the cuffs of the sleeve-attached gloves A can be shaped so that a hand can be more easily inserted.
[0053]
On the other hand, when the tip recess 15 is provided as in the latter case, the sleeve opening end 5b of the sleeve-attached glove A attached to the mold 10 is indented along the tip recess 15 and will be described later. After the heat treatment in the heat treatment step, the shape of the sleeve opening end 5b is maintained in a state of entering the inside.
[0054]
Therefore, as in the present embodiment, when the cuff overhanging portion 8 is formed at the cuff opening end 5b and the cuff opening end 5b is swollen, the swollen cuff 8 is absorbed by the tip recess 15. And the whole outer surface of the sleeve part 5 can be made into a flat state, and the external appearance of the glove A with a sleeve can be made favorable.
[0055]
(iii) Coating process Next, the welding coating material 16 is adhered to the sleeve-attached gloves A mounted on the mold 10 in the mold mounting process.
[0056]
That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the glove A with sleeves is tilted together with the mold 10 and the palm 2 side of the glove body 4 is dipped in the dipping tank 17 containing the welding coating material 16. The coating material 16 is adhered to the surface of the palm part 2 side of 4.
[0057]
Thus, by inserting the coating process between the mold mounting process and the heat treatment process, the welding yarn of the sleeve 5 and the coating material 16 are welded at a time in the heat treatment process described later. Can do.
[0058]
As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the coating is applied only to the palm 2 side of the glove body 4 in order to improve the air permeability. However, the present invention is not limited to this and is shown in FIG. 8 (a). As shown in FIG. 8 (b), the entire glove body 4 is immersed in the coating material 16 of the dipping tank 17, and the entire glove A with sleeves is dipped as shown in FIG. The entire sleeve gloves G may be coated by being immersed in the coating material 16 of the tank 17.
[0059]
(iv) Heat treatment step Next, the sleeve-glove A to which the coating material 16 is adhered in the coating step is heat-treated. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, the sleeve-attached gloves A to which the coating material 16 is attached are inserted into the heating furnace 18 together with the forming die 10, and the welded yarn of the sleeve portion 5 and the coating material 16 of the glove body portion 4 are attached to the sleeve. Weld on gloves A.
[0060]
As described above, the heat treatment is performed in a state of being attached to the mold 10, so that the shape of the sleeve portion 5 expands toward the sleeve opening end 5 b along the shape of the mold body portion 12 of the mold 10. The shape of the glove body 4 is held in the shape of a three-dimensional hand along the shape of the tip of the mold 10.
[0061]
As described above, the sleeve-attached gloves A manufactured according to the steps (i) to (iv) are hardened and reinforced, and the shape of the sleeve-shaped glove A is expanded toward the sleeve opening end 5b. Therefore, it is easy to attach and detach, and can be used favorably in a cleaning operation for frequently attaching and detaching gloves. Moreover, since the entire sleeve portion 5 is cured and reinforced, the wrist portion of the wearer can be protected by the sleeve portion 5. Furthermore, since the glove body 4 and the sleeve 5 are continuously knitted, the wearability is also good.
[0062]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is carried out in the form as described above. In the present invention according to claim 1 , the little finger part, the ring finger part, the middle finger part, and the index finger part are knitted in order with the basic thread, and the four finger parts are continuously connected. Knitting the four barrels, then knitting the thumb, knitting the five barrels so that the thumb and the four barrels are continuous, and then using the welding thread In order to form the sleeve portion into a predetermined shape, a knitting step of knitting the sleeve portion continuously to the portion, a mold attachment step of attaching the portion corresponding to the sleeve portion to a molding die formed in a predetermined shape, By heat-treating the welded yarn to the sleeve part while being attached to the mold, the sleeve part is cured and reinforced with the welded yarn, the shape of the sleeve part is maintained and the sleeve part is not easily broken. In addition, a heat treatment step for forming so as to be easily attached and detached . This makes it possible to harden and reinforce at least the sleeve part with the welded yarn, and to form the sleeve part into a predetermined shape along the mold, and to keep the same shape and make the sleeve part difficult to break. It is possible to manufacture gloves with sleeves that can be easily attached and detached. Moreover, since the glove body and sleeve are knitted continuously, the gloves with sleeves can save the labor of sewing the glove body and sleeve separately, and reduce manufacturing costs. Can do. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the base portion of the glove body is knitted with the basic yarn, then the base yarn is knitted with the weld yarn added at predetermined intervals while the base yarn is knitted. The fabric of the sleeve portion is knitted continuously with the fabric of the portion constituting the glove body so that the portion where the welded yarn is added and the portion where the welded yarn is added alternately appear, and then the fabric is held in advance. A knitting process of stitching both parts after being cut into a part and an upper part, a mold attaching process of attaching to a molding die in which a portion corresponding to the sleeve part is formed in a predetermined shape, and the sleeve part in a predetermined shape In order to form the sleeve, the heat treatment is carried out in a state where it is mounted on the mold, and the welded yarn is welded to the sleeve portion, so that the sleeve portion is cured and reinforced with the welded yarn, and the shape of the sleeve portion is retained. A heat treatment step that makes the sleeve part difficult to break and is shaped so that it is easy to attach and detach, A. That is, first, in the “fabric” state, the little finger part, ring finger part, middle finger part, index finger part, four torso part, thumb part, and five torso part of the glove body part are knitted, and then the sleeve part When weaving as a fabric, welding yarn is added to the basic yarn at regular intervals so that the basic yarn and welding yarn appear alternately at regular intervals, and at least the sleeve is cured and reinforced with the welding yarn, and the sleeve Can be formed into a predetermined shape along the mold, and the sleeve can be made difficult to break by maintaining the same shape, and a glove with a sleeve that can be easily attached and detached can be manufactured. Moreover, since the glove body and sleeve are knitted continuously, the gloves with sleeves can be manufactured separately, and the labor of sewing the glove body and sleeve separately can be saved. Can be reduced. In addition, since there is no stitching portion between the glove body and the sleeve portion in this way, when the gloves with sleeves are attached or detached, the stitching portion does not touch the hand and the wearability is not lowered. Good sleeved gloves can be manufactured.
