A plurality of holes, that is, for example, a first hole 31, a second hole 32, a third hole 33, and a fourth hole 34 are formed in the mounted plate portion 23 of the airframe 3, A plurality of holes, that is, for example, a first hole 41, a second hole 42, and a third hole 43 are formed in the one rigid plate 26, and these holes 31, 32, 33, 34, 41, 42, Fixtures 24 and 24 are inserted into desired holes selected from 43.

In the state shown in FIG. 3, the fixture 24 is inserted into the first hole portion 31 of the mounted plate portion 23 and the first hole portion 41 of the first rigid plate portion 26 facing each other, and is opposed to each other. A fixture 24 is inserted into the fourth hole portion 34 of the attached plate portion 23 and the second hole portion 42 of the first rigid plate portion 26.

In the state shown in FIG. 3, the rear end portion in the advancing direction of the vertical rigid second rigid plate portion 27 of the soil guide body 21, that is, the protruding front end portion of the second rigid plate portion 27 is the outer peripheral edge of the side surface forming body 19. The soil guide body 21 is disposed in a position close to the outer surface at a position on the outer surface side of the portion, and is disposed so as to substantially straddle the attached plate portion 23 and the outer peripheral edge portion of the side surface forming body 19. Further, in the state shown in FIG. 3, the lower end portion of the first rigid plate portion 26 of the soil guide body 21 is located at substantially the same height as the lower end portion of the mounted plate portion 23.

In the state shown in FIG. 4, the fixture 24 is inserted into the second hole portion 32 of the attached plate portion 23 and the first hole portion 41 of the first rigid plate portion 26 that face each other, and face each other. A fixture 24 is inserted into the third hole 33 of the attached plate portion 23 and the second hole 42 of the first rigid plate portion 26.

In the state shown in FIG. 4, the rear end portion in the traveling direction of the inclined second rigid plate portion 27 of the soil guide body 21 is located at the inner surface side position of the outer peripheral edge portion of the side surface forming body 19, and the soil guide A substantially triangular gap 45 is formed between the second rigid plate portion 27 of the body 21 and the inner surface of the outer peripheral edge of the side surface forming body 19 when viewed from the front.

In the state shown in FIG. 5, the fixture 24 is inserted into the second hole 32 of the mounted plate portion 23 and the first hole 41 of the first rigid plate portion 26 that face each other and face each other. A fixture 24 is inserted into the third hole 33 of the attached plate portion 23 and the third hole 43 of the first rigid plate portion 26.

In the state shown in FIG. 5, the rear end portion in the traveling direction of the inclined second rigid plate portion 27 of the soil guide body 21 is located at the inner surface side position of the outer peripheral edge portion of the side surface forming body 19, and the soil guide A substantially triangular gap 46 (which is larger than the gap 45 in the state shown in FIG. 4) 46 is formed between the second rigid plate portion 27 of the body 21 and the inner surface of the outer peripheral edge of the side surface forming body 19. ing.

Next, the operation and the like of the above-described glazing machine 1 are described.

When the hammer coater 1 moves on the field in the traveling direction along the basket by the traveling of the tractor, the tiller 13 of the embankment means 7 plows the old basket and the soil on the surface of the field and builds up the old basket.

Then, the soil raised by the tilling claws 13 of the embankment means 7 is compacted by the top surface forming body 18 and the side surface forming body 19 to form the top surface and the side surface, thereby repairing the old paddle. A new cocoon is formed.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the soil guide 21 is placed in a state where the rear end portion in the traveling direction of the soil guide 21 is located at the outer surface side position of the outer peripheral edge of the side surface forming body 19 of the ridge forming means 8. When the fixed plate portion 23 is fixed, the soil cultivated by the tilling claws 13 of the embankment means 7 is guided by the soil guide body 21 toward the side surface forming body 19 of the ridge forming means 8; There is no escape from between the soil guide 21 and the side surface forming body 19 of the ridge forming means 8. As a result, the remaining soil of the culling work does not remain on the tillage trace (concave tillage groove formed on the field surface portion), and the tillage trace can be used as a drainage groove. In addition, it has the effect of speeding around the water before scraping.

In addition, depending on the soil quality of the field (for example, in the case of sandy material), when the state shown in FIG. 3 in which there is no gap between the second rigid plate portion 27 and the side surface forming body 19, the upper surface of the ridge may not be tightly tightened. In this case, the state of the soil guide 21 is switched to the state shown in FIG. 4 or the state shown in FIG.

Then, according to the above-described crease coating machine 1, the end of the soil guide body 21 on the side of the heel forming means 8 side is the side surface forming body 19 of the heel forming means 8 by changing the soil guide body 21 to the mounted plate portion 23 of the body 3. By switching to the outer surface side position of the substantially circular annular outer peripheral edge portion, it is possible to prevent the soil from escaping between the soil guide body 21 and the side surface forming body 19 of the heel forming means 8, and thus The remaining soil of the painting work can be prevented from remaining on the tilling trace on the surface of the field, the tilling work after the filling work can be used as a drainage ditch, and the surroundings of the water before scraping can be quickly removed.

For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the first hole 31 and the second hole 32 may be connected to form one long hole 30 so that the state of the soil guide 21 can be easily switched. .

Further, the padding machine 1 may be capable of return work for performing the padding work based on the backward travel of the tractor so that the padding work can be performed at the end of the field, or may not be able to perform the return work.
