線材を矯正装置を通して屈曲機に導入し屈曲加工し、切断するものは既に知られている(例えば、特公昭63−16214号公報)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この従来装置では、屈曲加工を終えて切断するとき、線材は一旦後退されるが、このとき、後退する線材が矯正ローラー群等の矯正手段で不用意に曲げられたり(腰曲がり現象)、不必要に再矯正されてしまう恐れがあった。
本発明は上記課題を解決し、長尺材の加工において、長尺材の後退時に矯正手段の影響を受けないようにした長尺材加工機における長尺材矯正装置を提供することを目的とする。

上記課題を解決するため、本発明の構成は次のとおりとする。即ち、第1構成は、長尺材送り部と、長尺材矯正部とを含み、前記長尺材矯正部は、前記長尺材送り部に対し直接または間接的に固定されたサドルと、該サドルに設けられたガイドレールと、該ガイドレールに摺動自在に装架された摺動台と、該摺動台に設置された矯正手段とを含み、前記サドルと前記摺動台との間には、反長尺材送り方向に常に付勢する後退手段が設けられたことである。

以下に本発明の実施態様を図面に示す一実施例にもとづき説明する。図1の全体正面図において、線材コイル・スタンドV1にコイル状に溜められた線材(フープ材)Wが、繰り出しガイドV2を介して、本発明装置に係る矯正装置Aに通され、送り量検出ローラーB,線材送りローラーCを経て、線材屈曲装置Dへ送り込まれる。

図2〜4において、前記線材矯正部Aは、前記線材送り部Cに対し送り量検出ローラーBを介して間接的に固定されたサドル2と、該サドル2に設けられたガイドレール3と、該ガイドレール3に摺動自在に装架された摺動台4と、該摺動台4に設置された矯正ローラー群6とを含む。そして、前記サドル2と前記摺動台4との間には、反線材送り方向に常に付勢する後退手段たる引っ張りバネ11が設けられている。

前記サドル2は直方体状の枠体からなり、広い前面が鉛直面内にある。この前面に水平方向に長いガイドレール3が取り付けられる。ガイドレール3を抱持したシュー4b(直線運動軸受け)が摺動台本体4aの背面に取り付けられる。摺動台の前面には、鉛直面内に展延する直方体状の第1取付台枠5aが固定され、これの前面に縦矯正ローラー群6aが取り付けられる。第1取付台枠5aから線材送り方向に線材ガイド12が張り出す。また、前記第1取付台枠5aの側面には、水平面内に展延する直方体状の第2取付台枠5bが固定され、その上面に横矯正ローラー群6bが取り付けられる。
