Description
The present invention relates to a building board formed by forming a printed pattern in which ink is printed on a design surface of a building board formed with a plurality of convex blocks, and a printing method therefor.
For building boards that are mass-produced for construction as the outer wall of the building, in order to avoid a monotonous finish, the shape of the uneven pattern formed on the design surface of the building board, the printing performed on the design surface of the building board, Ingenuity has been made. And among various building boards, as a building board which has a design surface formed in particular by a plurality of convex blocks defined by vertical joint grooves and horizontal joint grooves, there is one shown in
However, in the above-mentioned
And in
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a building board capable of exhibiting a complicated design appearance in which a plurality of printed patterns formed by printing ink are different from each other, and a printing method therefor. Is.
1st invention is in the printing method of the building board formed by forming a printing pattern with a printing roll on the design surface of the building board which forms multiple convex blocks divided by the vertical joint groove and the horizontal joint groove,
The plurality of convex blocks are formed in a state where a plurality of smooth surface blocks having a substantially smooth surface and a plurality of rough surface blocks having a rough surface with fine irregularities are mixed,
By repeatedly rotating and contacting the roll surface of the printing roll with respect to the total length of the building board, a printed pattern is repeatedly formed by printing the ink retained on the roll surface on a plurality of convex blocks on the design surface of the building board. In doing
On the substantially smooth surface of the smooth surface block, almost all of the ink held on the portion of the roll surface facing the substantially smooth surface is printed, while on the rough surface of the rough surface block, The printing method for building boards is characterized in that the printed patterns different from each other are repeatedly formed by printing a part of the ink held on the portion of the roll surface facing the rough surface (Claim 1). .
Also in the printing method of the building board of the present invention, as in the past, the roll surface of the printing roll is repeatedly rotated and brought into contact with the entire length of the building board, and the ink retained on the roll surface is used as the design surface of the building board. Print on multiple convex blocks. In this way, two or more printed patterns of the ink are repeatedly formed side by side in the direction of feeding the building board to the printing roll.
Here, the printing method of the present invention is greatly different from the conventional printing method in that the plurality of convex blocks on the design surface of the building board are formed in a state where the smooth surface block and the rough surface block are mixed. In the point. That is, the substantially smooth surface of the smooth surface block is easy to contact the roll surface of the printing roll because the surface is substantially smooth, whereas the rough surface of the rough surface block is rough because the surface is rough. It is difficult to contact the roll surface of the printing roll. As a result, ink can be easily printed on the substantially smooth surface of the smooth surface block, while it is difficult to print ink on the rough surface of the rough surface block.
Then, on the roll surface of the printing roll, almost all of the ink held in the portion facing the substantially smooth surface is printed in contact with the substantially smooth surface, while facing the rough surface. A part of the ink held in the portion is printed while being in contact with the rough surface.
Therefore, even if the ink is held on the roll surface of the printing roll in almost the same state for each printing, the ink includes a portion printed when printing on the building board and a portion not printed. Occurs.
Therefore, according to the printing method of the present invention, printing can be easily performed by a printing roll that holds ink in substantially the same state each time, and a plurality of printed patterns formed by printing ink are different from each other. It is possible to manufacture a building board that exhibits a beautiful design appearance.
2nd invention is the building board which forms a printing pattern with a printing roll on the design surface of the building board which forms a plurality of convex blocks defined by the vertical joint groove and the horizontal joint groove,
The plurality of convex blocks are formed in a state where a plurality of smooth surface blocks having a substantially smooth surface and a plurality of rough surface blocks having a rough surface with fine irregularities are mixed,
On the design surface of the building board, a printing pattern formed by printing the ink held on the roll surface of the printing roll is repeatedly formed, and the substantially smooth surface of the smooth surface block includes the substantially smooth surface. On the other hand, almost all of the ink held on the portion of the roll surface facing the surface is printed, while the ink held on the portion of the roll surface facing the rough surface is printed on the rough surface of the rough surface block. In the building board, the printed patterns formed repeatedly are different from each other by being partially printed (claim 7).
The building board of the present invention is similar to the above-mentioned invention in that the printed surface is different from each other by the printing roll that holds the ink in the same state for each printing on the design surface in which the smooth surface block and the rough surface block are mixed. Formed.
Therefore, the building board of the present invention can be printed easily, and can exhibit a complicated design appearance in which a plurality of printed patterns formed by printing inks are different from each other.
A preferred embodiment of the above-described building board and printing method of the present invention will be described.
In the first and second inventions, the building board includes, for example, an inorganic building board for mass production. Moreover, as an inorganic building board, there exists a ceramics type building board, for example.
Further, it is preferable that at least one of the plurality of smooth surface blocks is formed in a state in which a rough surface portion on which fine irregularities are formed is partially mixed (
In this case, even with the smooth surface block alone, ink is easily printed on the substantially smooth surface of the smooth surface block, while the ink is not easily printed on the rough surface of the rough surface block. Can do. Therefore, the building board which exhibits the more complicated design external appearance from which the said some printed pattern mutually differs can be manufactured.
In addition to the smooth surface block and the rough surface block, the plurality of convex blocks are preferably formed in a state where a print missing block having a print missing surface that does not contact the roll surface is mixed. 9).
In this case, the formation of the printing omission block can make the plurality of printed patterns much different, and a building board that can exhibit a more complicated design appearance can be manufactured.
In addition, at least one of the plurality of smooth surface blocks is preferably formed in a state in which a part of the print missing surface that does not contact the roll surface is partially mixed (
In this case, a building board capable of exhibiting a more complicated design appearance can be manufactured by the smooth surface block in which the surface portions where printing is missing are mixed.
In addition, at least one of the plurality of rough surface blocks is preferably formed in a state in which the rough surface and a print missing surface portion that does not contact the roll surface are partially mixed. (
In this case, a building board capable of exhibiting a more complicated design appearance can be manufactured by the rough surface block in which the print missing surface portions are mixed.
Moreover, in the said 1st invention, it is preferable to make the said
In these cases, the circumference of the printing roll relative to the total length of the building board can be reduced to 1/3 or less, and printing can be performed on a building board having a long total length without increasing the diameter of the printing roll too much. it can.
In addition, the upper limit of the contact frequency of the printing roll with respect to the full length of the said building board can be 5 rotations or less, and the formation location of the said printing pattern can be 5 locations or less.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the plurality of

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, when the roll outer

As shown in FIG. 10, when the roll outer

Next, an undercoat layer 31 made of an undercoat such as a sealer paint is formed on the entire design surface of the
In this way, the
Next, gravure offset printing is performed on the surface of the
As shown in FIG. 6, in this gravure offset printing, the
And as shown in FIG. 1, a part of the
Moreover, after forming the printed
In the case of the gravure offset printing, the original position P1 (see FIG. 3) which is a position arbitrarily selected on the roll outer
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, the
Thereby, a part of the
Therefore, according to the printing method of this example, it is possible to easily print the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, the some
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, some of the
