Claims (6)
- 空気中の水分を透過する中空糸状水分透過膜を集束した中空糸束と、該中空糸束を覆う少なくとも2つの開口部(10a,10b)を備えた筐体部分(10)を備えた加湿装置において、該中空糸状水分透過膜の中空部に被加湿ガスを通過させる被加湿ガス導出入口(4a,4b)を備えると共に、該筐体部分の開口部の一方(10a)に送風手段、他方に排気口(10b)を備え、中空糸状水分透過膜と筐体との間隙(8)に大気圧湿潤空気が送風可能な湿潤空気流路(8)を備え、且つ該中空糸状水分透過膜の断面(7)の合算と該湿潤空気流路の断面(8)との断面積比が0.2:1〜0.6:1であり、大気圧湿潤空気を用いて加湿することを特徴とする加湿装置。
- 該中空糸状水分透過膜が、ポリイミド又はポリエーテルイミドで成膜された中空糸膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加湿装置。
- 該加湿装置の下流側に前記被加湿ガスの湿度を測定する湿度測定手段を備え、該湿度測定手段の検知結果に基づいて、該空気送風手段の電圧又は電流を制御する制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2の何れかに記載の加湿装置。
- 該被加湿ガスが、呼吸用気体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の加湿装置。
- 酸素よりも窒素を選択的に吸着する吸着床、該吸着床に原料空気を供給する空気供給手段を備え、酸素濃縮空気を分離供給する酸素濃縮装置において、該酸素濃縮空気を加湿する請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の加湿装置を備えることを特徴とする酸素濃縮装置。
- 空気中の水分を透過する中空糸状水分透過膜を集束した中空糸束と、該中空糸束を覆う少なくとも2つの開口部(10a,10b)を備えた筐体部分(10)を備え、該中空糸状水分透過膜の中空部に被加湿ガスを通過させる被加湿ガス導出入口(4a,4b)を備えると共に、該筐体部分の開口部の一方(10a)に送風手段、他方に排気口(10b)を備え、中空糸状水分透過膜と筐体との間隙(8)に大気圧湿潤空気が送風可能な湿潤空気流路(8)を備え、且つ該中空糸状水分透過膜の断面(7)の合算と該湿潤空気流路の断面(8)との断面積比が0.2:1〜0.6:1である加湿装置を用い、被加湿ガスを大気圧湿潤空気によって加湿することを特徴とする加湿方法。
