Description

【0001】

It is formed wider than the width w2 of the vertically long groove 10b constituting the joint hole 10, and narrower than the width w3 of the horizontally long groove 10a. Further, the thickness d1 of the substantially V-shaped locking portion 17d2 is formed to be thinner than the height h1 of the laterally long groove 10a of the fitting hole 10 drilled in the female plate member 8.
[0017]
The container body 1 and the lid 12 described above are integrally formed of synthetic resin.
[0018]
In order to cover the lid 12 having the above-described configuration on the container body 1, when the lid 12 is rotated after the lid 12 is put on the container body 1, the screw-like recess 16 formed in the lid 12. The screw-like convex part 2 composed of the double ribs 2a, 2b of the container body 1 is fitted, the lid 12 is lowered, and the inner surface of the top part 14a of the substantially inverted U-shaped peripheral edge part 14 of the lid 12 is A lid 12 is covered with the container main body 1 in an airtight state in contact with the upper surface 3 a of the flange 3 of the container main body 1. In a state where the container 12 is covered with the lid 12, it is connected to the lower end of the outer wall 14 b of the peripheral edge 14 of the lid 12 through the female plate member 8 formed on the container body 1 and the thin portion 18. Further, the vertical position of the male member 17 is matched.
[0019]
Next, when the male member 17 of the lid 12 is rotated in the direction of the outer peripheral surface of the container body 1 around the thin portion 18 that functions as a hinge, both end edges of the plate-like portion 17a constituting the male member 17 of the lid 12 A pair of rotation prevention plate portions 17 c formed on 17 b are arranged so as to sandwich the engaging vertical ribs 7 a and 7 b formed on the container body 1. Further, the plate-like portion 17a constituting the male member 17 of the lid 12 is attached to the horizontal portion 17d1 ′ of the support piece 17d1 formed on the plate-like portion 17a in the process of rotating from the substantially horizontal state to the substantially vertical state. The wedge-shaped tip 17d2 ′ of the substantially V-shaped locking portion 17d2 is formed in the vertically long groove 10b of the fitting hole 10 of the female plate member 8 formed in the container body 1, as shown in FIG. After that, the male member 17 is further rotated in the direction of the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 1, whereby the substantially V-shaped locking portion 17 d 2 has both wing portions 17 d 2 as shown in FIG. 9. ”Are pressed into the vertically long grooves 10b of the fitting holes 10 while being elastically deformed in the directions approaching each other. A substantially V-shaped locking portion 17d2 constituting the male member 17 of the lid 12 is In the vertically long groove 10b of the fitting hole 10 formed in the plate-like portion 17a constituting the male member 17 After being input, as shown in FIG. 10, both wings portion 17D2 of the substantially V-shaped engaging portion 17D2 "is, by its elasticity, it returns to its original shape. As described above, the outer width w1 of the wing portions 17d2 ″ of the substantially V-shaped locking portion 17d2 is the width w2 of the longitudinal groove 10b that constitutes the fitting hole 10 of the female plate member 8 formed in the container body 1. Since it is formed more widely, the substantially V-shaped locking portion 17d2 press-fitted into the longitudinally long groove 10b of the fitting hole 10 of the female plate member 8 formed in the container body 1 has one wing portion 17d2 ". However, it does not get caught by the female plate member 8 and come out of the vertically long groove 10 b of the fitting hole 10.
[0020]
When the female plate member 8 formed on the container main body 1 and the male member 17 formed on the lid 12 are in the locked state, the support piece 17d1 of the male member 17 has the second horizontal rib. The male member 17 is inserted into the horizontal long groove 10 c and is configured so that the rotation of the male member 17 in the direction of the outer peripheral surface of the container body 1 is not obstructed by the second horizontal rib 5. Further, since the support piece 17d1 of the male member 17 formed on the lid 12 is inserted into the horizontal long groove 10c formed on the second horizontal rib 5 of the container body 1, the lid 12 can be prevented from rotating. Further, in this state, the plate-like portion 17a of the male member 17 is inserted into the cutout recesses 4b and 5b formed in the first horizontal rib 4 and the second horizontal rib 5, and the male member 17 is The horizontal ribs 4 and the second horizontal ribs 5 are not protruded greatly beyond the horizontal ribs 4 and the second horizontal ribs 5.
[0021]
As described above, in the state where the lid 12 is covered with the container body 1, the pair of rotation prevention plate portions 17 c formed on the both end edges 17 b of the plate-like portion 17 a constituting the male member 17 of the lid 12. However, since it arrange | positions so that the engagement vertical rib 7a, 7b formed in the container main body 1 may be inserted | pinched, rotation of the lid | cover 12 is blocked | prevented. Further, when the both wing portions 17d2 ″ of the substantially V-shaped locking portion 17d2 disposed on the lid 12 are inserted into the vertically long groove 10b of the female plate member 8 formed in the container body 1, both wing portions Since the outer width w1 of 17d2 ″ is formed wider than the width w2 of the longitudinal groove 10b, the blades 17d2 ″ are elastically deformed in the approaching direction, and are pressed into the longitudinal groove 10b with the outer width narrowed. Thereafter, the elasticity of both wing portions 17d2 "returns to the outer width w1 wider than the width w2 of the longitudinal groove 10b, so that the male member 17 of the lid 12 is removed from the longitudinal groove 10b of the female plate member 8 formed in the container body 1. The locking portion 17d2 does not come out. Further, when the pail cans are stacked, even if the outer wall 14b constituting the peripheral edge portion 14 of the lower pail can lid 12 bulges outward due to the weight of the upper pail can, The engaging portion 17d2 of the male member 17 of the lid 12 does not come out of the vertically long groove 10b of the formed female plate member 8.
[0022]
When removing the lid 12 from the container main body 1, first, the thin member 18 is cut with an appropriate cutting tool such as a cutter or a scissors so that the male member 17 formed on the lid 12 is replaced with the lid 12. Disconnect from. As described above, the outer width w1 of the upper end of both wing portions 17d2 ″ of the substantially V-shaped locking portion 17d2 is the width of the horizontally long groove 10a that forms the fitting hole 10 of the female plate member 8 formed in the container body 1. Since it is formed narrower than the width w3, the thickness d1 of the locking portion 17d2 is formed thinner than the height h1 of the laterally long groove 10a of the fitting hole 10 formed in the female plate member 8, so that the lid 12 The substantially V-shaped latching portion 17d2 of the male member 17 separated from the male member 17 can be taken out from the laterally long groove 10a that constitutes the fitting hole 10 of the female plate member 8 formed in the container main body 1. Then, after removing the male member 17 separated from the lid 12 from the female plate member 8 of the container body 1, the lid 12 can be removed from the container body 1 by rotating the lid 12 in the loosening direction. In addition, plate shape which constitutes the male member 17 of the lid 12 By forming the window portion 19 in the middle where the thin portion 18 of 17a is located, the portion to be cut of the thin portion 18 can be shortened so that the male member 17 can be easily separated from the lid 12. In addition, by forming such a window portion 19, it is easy to bend the thin portion 18 along the circumferential direction that functions as a hinge.
[0023]
As described above, in order to remove the lid 12 from the container body 1, the thin portion 18 must be cut with an appropriate cutting tool such as a cutter or a scissors. The plate member 8 and the male member 17 of the lid 12 simultaneously function as a sealing mechanism that seals the lid against the container body. Therefore, unlike the conventional pail can, it is not necessary to provide a separate locking mechanism and sealing mechanism, the structure of the pail can is simplified, and the workability of the cover work of the lid 12 on the container body 1 is simplified. Will improve.
[0024]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, convex portions 3 b extending in the radial direction are provided on the upper surface 3 a of the flange 3 of the container body 1 in the circumferential direction at predetermined intervals. is there. Depending on the substance accommodated in the pail can, gas may be generated by a chemical reaction, or gas may be generated by volatilization of the accommodated liquid. In such a case, if the airtight state of the pail can is high, the generated gas causes the body portion of the container body 1 to swell and the horizontal disk portion 13 of the lid 12 to swell upward. In this embodiment, since the convex portion 3 b is formed on the upper surface 3 a of the flange 3, the upper surface 3 a of the flange 3 of the lid body 1 contacts the inner surface of the top portion 14 a of the peripheral portion 14 of the lid 12. However, since the gas vent passage 20 is formed between the top part 14a of the peripheral part 14 of the lid 12 and the upper surface 3a of the flange 3 of the lid body 1, the gas generated in the pail can is The gap formed between the inner wall surface 1a of the main body 1 and the inner peripheral surface 14c 'of the inner wall 14c of the lid 12, the gas vent passage 20 and the outer wall surface 1b of the lid body 1 and the outer wall 14b of the lid 12. Through the gap formed between the inner peripheral surface 14b 'and the outer peripheral surface 14b'. Therefore, gas does not accumulate in the pail can, and deformation of the pail can can be prevented.
[0025]
In the embodiment described above, the fitting hole 10 formed in the female plate member 8 of the container main body 1 is formed by the horizontally long groove portion 10a and the vertically long groove portion 10b, and the male member 17 disposed on the lid 12 is formed. Both wing portions 17d2 ″ of the locking portion 17d2 are press-fitted into the longitudinal groove 10b of the fitting hole 10 while being elastically deformed in the approaching direction, and formed on the female plate member 8 and the lid 12 formed in the container body 1. To lock the male member 17 in the locked state and in the sealed state, and to release the locked state and the sealed state, the thin portion 18 is cut and the male formed on the lid 12 is cut. The member 17 is separated from the lid 12, and the locking portion 17 d 2 of the male member 17 separated from the lid 12 is taken out from the laterally long groove 10 a constituting the fitting hole 10 of the female plate member 8 formed in the container body 1. It is structured like that, but If the thin portion 18 connecting the lid 12 and the male member 17 is cut, the locked state and the sealed state of the container body 1 and the lid 12 are released, and the lid 12 can be rotated to open the pail can. Therefore, when it is not necessary to remove the locking portion 17d2 of the male member 17 separated from the lid 12 from the container body 1, the wing portions 17d2 of the locking portion 17d2 of the male member 17 are provided in the fitting hole 10. It is only necessary to form the vertically long groove portion 10b into which "" is press-fitted, and it is not necessary to form the horizontally long groove 10a in the female plate member 8 of the container body 1.
[0026]
15 and 16 are different from the above-described embodiment of the fitting hole 10 formed in the female plate member 8 of the container body 1 and the locking portion 17d2 formed in the male member 17 of the lid 12. Examples are shown.
[0027]
In this embodiment, a short shaft 17e is suspended from the lower surface of the central portion in the vicinity of the tip of the plate-like portion 17a of the male member 17 formed on the lid 12, and an inverted hook-like locking is provided at the tip of the short shaft 17e. A portion 17f is formed, and the short male shaft 17e and the inverted hook-shaped locking portion 17f constitute the locking male portion 17d of the above-described embodiment. On the other hand, the female plate member 8 of the container body 1 has a circular shape smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the inverted hook-shaped locking portion 17f instead of the fitting hole 10 composed of the above-described horizontally long groove portion 10a and the vertically long groove portion 10b. A hook-shaped fitting hole 10 is formed which includes a hole 10d and a circular hole 10e larger than the maximum outer diameter of the inverted hook-shaped locking part 17f through which the inverted hook-shaped locking part 17f can be inserted. Then, as described above, the male member 17 of the lid 12 is rotated in the direction of the outer peripheral surface of the container body 1 around the thin-walled portion 18 that functions as a hinge. The inverted hook-shaped locking portion 17 f is press-fitted into the small circular hole 10 d of the hook-shaped fitting holes 10 formed in the female plate member 8 of the container body 1 while being elastically deformed. After the inverted hook-shaped locking portion 17f is press-fitted into the small circular hole 10d of the fitting hole 10, the inverted hook-shaped locking portion 17f returns to its original shape due to its elasticity, and the female The plate member 8 is locked. Further, in order to release the locked state and the sealed state, as described above, the thin portion 18 is cut to separate the male member 17 formed on the lid 12 from the lid 12 and from the lid 12. An upside down hook-shaped locking portion 17 f of the separated male member 17 is taken out from a large circular hole 10 e of the hook-shaped fitting holes 10 formed in the female plate member 8 of the container body 1. Also in this embodiment, as described above, when it is not necessary to remove the locking portion 17f of the male member 17 separated from the lid 12 from the container body 1, the male member 17 is provided in the fitting hole 10. Only the small circular hole 10d into which the inverted hook-shaped locking part 17f is press-fitted is formed, and it is not necessary to form the large circular hole 10e in the female plate member 8 of the container body 1. In this embodiment, since the support piece 17d1 is not formed on the male member 17 formed on the lid 12 as in the above-described embodiment, it is formed on the second horizontal rib 5 of the container body 1. The horizontal long groove 10c can be omitted.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the following effects can be achieved.
[0029]
The female plate member formed on the container body is formed with a fitting hole, the male member formed on the lid is formed with a locking male part, and the locking male part is press-fitted into the fitting hole, thereby Since the part is locked to the female plate member, there is no need to provide a separate locking mechanism and sealing mechanism as in the conventional pail can, and thus the structure of the pail can is simplified, The workability of the lid covering work on the container body is improved. In addition, when the pail cans are stacked, even if the peripheral edge of the lid of the lower pail can bulge outward due to the weight of the upper pail can, the female plate member formed on the container body is fitted. The locking male part of the male member of the lid does not come out from the hole.
[0030]
To remove the lid from the container body, the thin part must be cut, so the female plate member of the container body and the male member of the lid that function as a locking mechanism seal the lid against the container body at the same time. In addition to functioning as a sealing mechanism, the male member from the lid can be easily separated because the cut portion is a thin portion.
[0031]
Since the male member is provided with a pair of rotation prevention plate portions that sandwich the engaging vertical rib formed on the container body, the rotation of the lid is reliably prevented, and therefore, by the excessive rotation of the lid, It is possible to prevent the locked state between the female plate member of the container body and the male member of the lid from being released.
[0032]
Since the fitting hole formed in the female plate member is constituted by the groove portion into which the locking male portion is press-fitted and the groove portion through which the locking male portion can pass, the male member separated from the lid is used as the female plate of the container body. It can be easily removed from the member.
[0033]
Since the long groove into which the support piece of the male member formed on the lid can be inserted is formed in the horizontal rib of the container body, the rotation of the lid can be surely prevented.
[0034]
Protrusions extending in the radial direction are projected on the upper surface of the flange of the container body at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction, preventing gas from accumulating in the pail can and preventing deformation of the pail can can do.
