Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to, for example, a band material bonding apparatus and a band material removing apparatus for bonding a band material that binds a predetermined number of stacked sheets.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The adhesive device for the band material is a water paste or heat sealant applied to the band material by pressing the heating block against the overlapping part of the band material wound around the laminated paper sheets and overlapping the both ends, and heating it. Etc. are melted and bonded.
[0003]
By the way, at the time of bonding of the band material, a part of water glue or heat sealant applied to the band material wraps around between the laminated paper sheet and the band material to bond the laminated paper sheet and the band material. It may adhere. In such a state, if the strip material is forcibly removed from the laminated paper sheet sent to the next process, the strip material may not be removed or the laminated paper sheet itself may be soiled. .
[0004]
Therefore, in order to prevent this, after inserting a peeling spatula material (insertion piece) between the both-end adhesive part of the strip and the medium, after peeling the both-end adhesive part of the strip from the laminated paper sheets, The strip is removed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, conventionally, in the band bonding apparatus, since the heating block for heating the band material is exposed to the outside, there is a risk that the operator may accidentally touch the heating block and get burned. It was.
Further, when there is not sufficient flatness at the overlapping portions at both ends of the strip, poor adhesion may occur.
[0006]
On the other hand, in the strip material removing device, the spatula material is simply formed in a flat plate shape. For example, when the strip material is wound with one end portion sandwiched between laminated paper sheets, When the spatula material was inserted, the spatula material could collide with the belt material and damage the paper sheets.
[0007]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above circumstances, and can bond a band material without bringing an operator into contact with the heating unit, and also makes an insertion piece for peeling collide between the band material and the medium. An object of the present invention is to provide a band material bonding apparatus and a band material removing apparatus that can be inserted without any problem.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is a removing means for removing from the medium a band member wound around a medium and overlapped at both ends and bonded to each other by an adhesive. Prior to the removal of the strip by the removing means, there is provided a stripping means for inserting a comb-like insertion piece between the strip and the medium to peel the both-end adhesive portions of the strip from the medium. The insertion piece has a plurality of thin pieces arranged to face each other at a predetermined interval, and a blade portion is formed at an end of the thin piece on the insertion side .
