Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a projector that is used as illumination in, for example, a construction site, a competition ground, a campsite, and various event venues, and more particularly, to an improvement in a balloon-type illumination device provided in the projector.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1, a spot-type illumination device that irradiates light from a lamp (bulb) toward the front by a reflector on an upper end of a telescopic support column installed on a carriage on which a generator is mounted. Floodlights equipped with the required number are known.
In this type of projector, it goes without saying that the light (projection) emitted from the lighting device is brighter and easier to perform construction work. There is a risk that the driver of the vehicle will be too dazzled, and it may be difficult to drive especially at construction sites such as highways. In addition, the light emitted from the illuminating device is limited by the reflector so that the light projecting direction is limited to the front. There was a problem that it was necessary.
[0003]
In order to solve such problems, the applicant of the present application, as disclosed in Patent Document 2, is a balloon-type illumination device that can irradiate light over a wide range without feeling dazzling. First provided a new floodlight equipped with.
[0004]
In addition, as described in Patent Document 3, the applicant of the present application is a self-supporting device in which the balloon-type illumination device, a generator for supplying power to the balloon-type illumination device, and the balloon-type illumination device are provided at the upper end. We first proposed a simple floodlight that can be assembled and disassembled, which consists of a telescopic support column.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described previously proposed balloon-type illumination device includes a light bulb, a holding frame for holding the light bulb, and a balloon inflating means for inflating the balloon (for example, a blower such as a fan). In some cases, the balloon inflating means is actuated to turn on the light bulb while the balloon is inflated, and the irradiation light is passed through the balloon to reduce glare and to irradiate light over a wide range.
In addition, after use, the light bulb is turned off and the operation of the balloon inflating means is stopped, and the deflated balloon is tied with a special string, and the balloon is compactly folded and transported and stored. Yes.
[0007]
However, tying a deflated balloon with a string is not only cumbersome because it is a work while holding the balloon, but if you tie it tightly, there is a risk that the balloon will be damaged and a hole will be formed. Since it is prepared separately, it may be lost at the work site.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional circumstances, and an object of the present invention is a novel device that can easily store a deflated balloon and has balloon storage means that can be lost. An object of the present invention is to provide a simple balloon-type illumination device and a projector equipped with the illumination device.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a balloon-type illumination device according to the present invention includes a light bulb, a holding frame for holding the light bulb, and a balloon inflating means for inflating the balloon in the balloon. A foldable storage bag for storing the balloon, and an openable / closable storage body for storing the storage bag are attached to appropriate locations on the outer periphery of the balloon .
[0010]
According to such a configuration, the deflated state of the balloon can be maintained by a simple operation of simply placing the storage bag on the deflated balloon. In this case, if a plurality of types of the above-described various shapes are prepared as the body portion 10b of the balloon 10, an arbitrary body portion can be selected by operating the fastener-type connecting means 14 with respect to the upper surface portion 10a and the lower surface portion 10b. Can be easily replaced.
Moreover, if the balloon 10 is opened by the operation of the fastener type connecting means 14, the replacement of the light bulb 11 and the height adjustment operation (of the light bulb 11) of the holding frame 12 and the light bulb holding plate 25 can be easily performed.
[0032]
Further, in place of the above-described fastener-type connecting means 14 and fastener-type engaging means 16c, various engaging means such as hooks, hooks, buttons, etc., which are detachably engaged with the male side member and the female side member are provided. Can be used.
[0033]
In the floodlight A shown in FIG. 1 configured as described above, when the balloon 10 is inflated by the operation of the air suction device 13 and the light bulb 11 is turned on, the light changes into soft light through the balloon 10. Since light can be projected in the outer peripheral direction, light can be emitted over a wide range without feeling dazzling.
When changing the lighting location at a construction site or the like, the generator 1, the telescopic support column 2, and the balloon-type lighting device 1 can be moved together by the carriage 1, so that it can be easily handled and installed at an arbitrary location. .
Further, by mounting the holding frame 12 so as to surround the mounting frame 30 including the color filter 35 of any color, it is possible to irradiate light of any color.
In addition, by attaching an attachment frame including a shielding filter to an arbitrary portion of the holding frame 12, the light projection range with respect to the outer circumferential direction of the balloon 10 can be arbitrarily set.
In this light-projected state, the storage bag 15 is folded and stored in the storage body 16, and the storage body 16 is in a state where the lid portion 16b is closed (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
[0034]
After the light projecting operation is finished, the light bulb 11 is turned off, the air suction device 13 is stopped and the balloon 10 is contracted, then the lid 16b is opened, the storage bag 15 is taken out (see FIG. 5), and contracted. Covering the storage bag 15 from above the balloon 10 (see FIG. 6), with its opening 15b lowered to the level of the lower surface portion 10c of the balloon 10 (a state in which the deflated balloon 10 is stored in the storage bag 15), The string 15c is fastened and the opening 15b is tied to maintain the stored state of the balloon 10, and the projector A can be transported and stored in this manner.

[0036]
The telescopic column 2 'in this example is capable of sliding up and down sequentially at least one middle tube column whose inner diameter is successively reduced relative to the base tube column 2a', in the illustrated example, two middle tube columns 2b 'and 2c'. It is formed so that the height of the balloon-type lighting device 1 can be set appropriately by adjusting the length of each middle tube column by manually sliding up and down sequentially.
[0037]
The telescopic column 2 'has a closed position where a plurality of (at least three) grounding plates 2e are provided at regular intervals along the grounding column 2a' and a grounding surface along the grounding surface. It is attached so as to be freely rotatable between the lying open positions, and is self-supporting with each grounding plate 2e open, while each grounding plate 2e is closed and each middle tube column 2b ', 2c' is a base tube column. In a folded state (contracted state) that fits in 2a ′, it is housed in a dedicated case (not shown) together with the balloon illumination device 1 and the small generator 3 ′ housed in the storage bag 15.
[0038]
The above-described balloon illumination device 1 is detachably mounted on the upper end of the uppermost middle tube column 2c ′ of the telescopic column 2 ′.
Electric power is supplied to the light bulb 11 and the air suction device 13 in the balloon-type lighting device 1 from the small generator 3 ′ via the energizing cable 6.
[0039]
The projector A ′ of FIG. 8 having such a configuration is similar to the projector A described above, and the light of the light bulb 11 changes to soft light through the balloon 10 with the balloon 10 inflated. Since light can be projected in the circumferential direction, light can be emitted over a wide range without feeling dazzling.
Further, by mounting the holding frame 12 so as to surround the mounting frame 30 including the color filter 35 of any color, it is possible to irradiate light of any color. By attaching an attachment frame provided with a shielding filter to any position of the holding frame 12, the light projection range with respect to the entire outer circumferential direction of the balloon 10 can be arbitrarily set.
In the light projection state, the storage bag 15 is folded and stored in the storage body 16, and the storage body 16 is in a state where the lid portion 16b is closed (see FIG. 8).
[0040]
After the light projecting operation, like the above-described projector A, the deflated balloon 10 can be covered with the storage bag 15, the string 15c can be tightened, the opening 15b can be tied, and the stored state of the balloon 10 can be maintained ( FIG. 5 to FIG. 7).
Then, the balloon-type lighting device 1 in this state can be removed from the telescopic column 2 ′, and the telescopic column 2 ′ can be folded and housed in a special case (not shown) together with the small generator 3 ′, and transported and stored. it can.
[0041]
Incidentally, the projector A shown in FIG. 1 is mainly used in the field where a relatively high output light is required such as night construction on a main road or a highway, and the projector A ′ shown in FIG. Mainly used in the field where low light output is required.
