Description

The present invention relates to a lamp-integrated lighting device having a lamp such as a discharge lamp and a lighting circuit for lighting the lamp.

Conventionally, as this type of lamp-integrated lighting device, for example, a bulb-type fluorescent lamp having a base that can be attached to a socket of a general lighting bulb such as an incandescent bulb is known.
JP, 2003-109402, A As shown in the above-mentioned patent documents 1, this bulb-type fluorescent lamp is constituted by a base 9, a lighting circuit 7, and a fluorescent lamp 2, and a circuit board 13 on which components of the lighting circuit 7 are mounted. Is attached to a holder 3 provided in the cover 4, and a fluorescent lamp 2 is attached to the holder 3.

Further, one end of the cover 4 is attached to the base 9, and the other end of the cover 4 is attached with a globe 6 covering the fluorescent lamp 2.

Among the plurality of components mounted on the circuit board 13, the electrolytic capacitor 14, which is a relatively large component, is attached to one side of the holder 3 so as to be located inside the base 9, and the other side of the holder 3 Is equipped with a fluorescent lamp 2.

The conventional bulb-type fluorescent lamp configured as described above requires the cover 4 for supporting the circuit board, and the cover 4 is a light source for enhancing the commercial value so that internal components and the like cannot be seen from the outside. It is composed of a heat-resistant synthetic resin that does not pass through.

For this reason, some of the circuit components can be stored in the base as described above, but many of the components are difficult to be stored in the base because of the large size and the large number of components.

For this reason, the size of the cover that accommodates multiple parts increases, and the overall size of the bulb-type fluorescent lamp increases. Therefore, further downsizing to approximate the silhouette of a general incandescent bulb, and the light distribution of a general incandescent bulb It is a hindrance factor to approximate the distribution.
JP, 2003-151306, A Furthermore, although there is what is shown in the above-mentioned patent documents 2 as conventional technology, this content is for lighting a light emitting diode and substrate 10 which arranged a light emitting diode which is a light emitting part. The circuit board is mounted with two boards 20 mounted thereon.

Of the two substrates, the substrate 20 is incorporated under the bulb base, and the substrate 10 is built up on the mouth opening side. The purpose is to make it easier to manufacture.

According to this configuration, since the circuit components are housed in the base, it is possible to improve the problem that hinders downsizing. However, the two substrates are simply inserted and stored in the base for the light bulb. As a result, there is no support structure for fixing the two substrates in the base, and the two substrates may not be fixed to the base, which may cause rattling, resulting in a problem that causes failure.

Furthermore, since the light emitting diode as the light emitting portion is arranged in one direction in the base, the directivity is narrow, and the light from the light emitting diode is irradiated in one direction. However, the light distribution may be non-uniform. Further, when a light emitting diode having a relatively wide directivity is used, a part of the light is blocked by a metal base, and there is a problem that it is difficult to effectively use the light of the light emitting portion.

An object of the present invention is to provide a lamp-integrated lighting device that can further reduce the size and can be made closer to the silhouette of a general incandescent bulb.

The invention of the lamp-integrated lighting device according to claim 1 includes: a light emitting means; a circuit component for controlling lighting of the light emitting means; a circuit board on which the circuit component is mounted; and a substantially cylindrical internal space having an opening at one end. A circuit component is housed inside, a circuit board is attached to the opening side, and a base electrically connected to the light emitting means; a light emitting means is supported on one end side, and the other end side is covered with a base; And a support member disposed outside the opening and in proximity to the circuit board .

The “light emitting means” of the present invention is preferably a discharge lamp such as a fluorescent lamp, a light emitting diode or the like, but means a light emitting means having a lighting control device for lighting or controlling light emission. It is also possible to use an incandescent light bulb that is turned on by controlling the emission color or the like and further by automatically controlling the blinking.

“Base that is electrically connected to the light emitting means” means that the light emitting means and the base are electrically connected via a circuit constituting the lighting control device, and the base is a conductive metal material. This means an E-type base or the like that is connected and fixed to a socket wired and connected to a commercial power supply by means such as screwing.

“Circuit components that control lighting of the light emitting means” may be electronic components such as electrolytic capacitors, current transformers, film capacitors, resistors, transistors, and SCRs that constitute the lighting circuit of the discharge lamp. Electronic components including the above-mentioned components constituting a control circuit for switching colors and the like, and further a control circuit for automatic blinking, etc., may be used, and these electronic components are small ones using chip type components. Although it is preferable, it is not particularly limited to this.

“Circuit board on which circuit components are mounted” is composed of a printed circuit board, and the shape thereof is preferably a disk shape, but a half-moon shape, a hexagon, It may be a polygonal shape such as an octagonal shape, and is not limited to a specific shape as long as it has a size that can be accommodated in the base.

The circuit components may be mounted in a concentrated manner on one side of the circuit board, a small component may be mounted on one side, and a relatively large component may be mounted on the other side. Mount some of the small chip parts on one side and other small parts and large parts on the other side as long as it does not interfere with the overall size of the device, especially the height. Place the large components in the center of the board and arrange them in the order of medium-sized parts and small-sized parts in the order of the outer edge of the board so that the mounted and mounted parts can be smoothly stored in the base. In this case, it is preferably arranged and mounted in a chevron shape with the center at the top of the substrate, but is not particularly limited thereto.

Storing a circuit component in a substantially cylindrical internal space having an opening at one end and attaching the circuit board to the opening ” means that the circuit substrate is stored in the internal space of the base. This means that it is attached to the opening side of the base, but it is not necessary that all the circuit components are housed in the base, as described above, some of the small chip parts are on one side, and other small parts When a large part is mounted on the other side and is arranged and supported in a chevron shape as a whole, the chevron shaped part is stored in the base, and the small chip part on one side is located outside the base. In other words, the size of the entire device of the present invention, in particular, it is sufficient that at least the parts that hinder the downsizing of the device are stored in the base. Parts that do not interfere with the operation are stored in the base. Also be, also may not be stored, it can be appropriately selected on the circuit design.

The "mounting the circuit board to the cap opening side", the circuit board is preferably the Ru attached to the opening edge of the mouthpiece opening, even in a state containing the opening edge therein, also slightly protrude from the opening edge It may be attached in a state, and in short, it may be appropriately selected as long as it does not hinder the size of the entire device of the present invention, particularly the height dimension.

The means for attaching the circuit board to the base may be attached in a state where it cannot be attached or detached by means of an adhesive or caulking means, or means such as screwing in order to enable repair, replacement of parts, etc. May be attached in a detachable state. Furthermore, instead of directly attaching the circuit board and the base, for example, an adapter, a cushioning material, or a packing material may be interposed between the two.

The "light-emitting means on the outside of the mouthpiece opening, and placed close to the circuit board", the light emitting means is not housed in the cap, which means that they are arranged close to the outside of the base However, it does not mean that all of the light emitting means are completely located outside the base, but a part of the light emitting means, for example, a terminal portion provided in the light emitting means, or the arc tube Of course, those that do not emit light, etc. are included in the base. In short, all of the light emitting means are included in the base as long as the light from the light emitting means is not substantially blocked by the base. The

The means for arranging the light emitting means in the vicinity of the circuit board is such that the light emitting means is attached to a support member made up of a component separate from the circuit board, and the support member is stacked on the circuit board, or there is a gap between them. May be placed in a close-up state. In short, the size of the entire device of the present invention, in particular, the height may be selected as appropriate as long as it does not hinder downsizing.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a lamp-integrated lighting device that can be further miniaturized and can be made closer to the silhouette of a general incandescent bulb.

The invention with a lamp-integrated lighting device according to claim 2 is the lamp-integrated lighting device according to claim 1 , wherein the circuit board is mounted after processing the base in the base and then processing the base. Features.

The present invention means that the circuit board is supported and attached to the base by processing the base after the circuit part is stored in the base. For example, in the assembly process, the circuit component is first inserted into the base. A first step of storing and a second step of processing a part of the base made of metal to support the circuit board in the opening of the base by processing the circuit board located in the opening of the base by the first step. It means to have.

"Attached by processing a die" arrangement also constitutes a support material by processing a die itself, also constitutes a supporting member as a separate component, in the configuration in which the support is attached to the other part to the base Also good.

For example, a disc-shaped circuit board is pushed in a direction in which the circular opening portion imaginary surface of the die overlaps the substrate surface, and the outer periphery of the substrate and the inner peripheral wall of the die are fixed by frictional engagement therebetween. Further, the outer peripheral portion on the opening side of the outer surface which is the back surface of the inner surface in the insertion direction of the base opening of the substrate is pushed by a punch from the outside at an equal interval, for example, about four locations, and a convex portion protruding inward of the base is formed. The circuit board may be formed and pressed by this convex portion to prevent the circuit board from coming off.

Furthermore, when the circuit board is stored before the first step of storing the circuit components in the base, the portions located on the inner surface in the insertion direction of the circuit board are, for example, about four places at equal intervals in the outer peripheral direction of the base. A step of forming a first convex portion that is pushed in from the side with a punch and projects inward of the base is provided. Next, the circuit board is inserted from the inner surface side where the aerial surface of the base opening and the board insertion surface overlap, and the inner surface of the circuit board is placed on the first convex portion, and then, similarly to the above, from the circuit board in the base Also, the outer peripheral surface on the side of the base opening is pushed by punches at equal intervals, for example, at about four locations, thereby forming a second convex portion protruding inward of the base. The second convex portion may hold the outer surface of the circuit board to prevent the circuit board from coming off. At this time, the first convex portion serves as a stopper for preventing the circuit board from entering the inside of the die by a predetermined dimension or more.

Further, the support material formed by processing the base is not limited to the above-mentioned convex portion, but may be formed by cutting and raising the base metal itself into a tongue shape by pressing or the like. Alternatively, it may be composed of different parts, and various shapes and processing methods can be applied.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a lamp-integrated lighting device that can be further miniaturized and can be brought closer to the silhouette of a general incandescent light bulb, and a circuit board can be formed in a simple and inexpensive manner. Can be securely attached to the base.

The invention of a lamp-integrated lighting device according to claim 3 is the lamp-integrated lighting device according to claim 1 , wherein the circuit board is attached to the inner surface of the base by pressing.

The present invention means that the substrate is attached by pressing the substrate against the inner surface of the base, for example, by providing an elastic body on the inner surface of the base and using the elasticity of the elastic body to support and attach the circuit board to the base. Specifically, a tongue-like cut-and-raised portion is formed on an elastic plate that is a separate part from the base, and this elastic body is fixed to the inner surface of the base opening by, for example, spot welding at equal intervals, for example. Thus, the tongue-shaped cut-and-raised part may be configured to protrude inward of the base, and the circuit board may be supported by the base using the elasticity of the cut-and-raised part.

The elastic body having the tongue-like cut-and-raised part may be formed integrally with the base by pressing or the like, and various shapes, processing methods, etc. can be applied and are not particularly limited.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a lamp-integrated lighting device that can be further miniaturized and can be brought closer to the silhouette of a general incandescent bulb, and is simpler because there is no process for fixing the substrate. In addition, the circuit board can be securely attached to the base by an inexpensive method.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the lamp-integrated lighting device according to the first aspect, wherein the circuit board is attached using a spiral groove of a base.

The present invention means that the circuit board is attached to the base using a spiral groove formed by an internal thread portion on the inner surface of the base. For example, the diameter of the disk-shaped circuit board is substantially the same as the screw inner diameter of the spiral groove. It is possible to attach the circuit board to the opening of the base by screwing the peripheral edge of the disk-shaped circuit board directly into the spiral groove and screwing it in, for example, about one turn. Instead of being screwed into the groove, for example, a ring-shaped adapter made of synthetic resin may be provided on the peripheral edge of the circuit board, and the circuit board may be screwed into the spiral groove via this adapter. In addition, when the circuit board is not disk-shaped and has a shape that is not stable even when screwed in, for example, when the disk is partially cut out, a ring-shaped adapter made of synthetic resin, for example. You may make it attach to the peripheral part of a circular circuit board, and screw it in via this adapter.

Moreover, you may form the external thread part screwed together in the spiral groove of a nozzle | cap | die at the peripheral part of this adapter. Further, a plurality of strip-shaped adapters may be provided on the peripheral edge of the circuit board, without providing the adapter in a ring shape on the entire peripheral edge of the circuit board.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a lamp-integrated lighting device that can be further miniaturized and can be brought closer to the silhouette of a general incandescent light bulb, and can fix a substrate using a base spiral groove. Therefore, the circuit board can be securely attached to the base by a simple and inexpensive method.

The invention of a lamp-integrated lighting device according to claim 5 is the lamp-integrated lighting device according to claim 1 , wherein the circuit board is formed with a recess around the substrate, and the recess is engaged with the protrusion of the base. It is characterized by being attached.

Certain small parts are arranged in order, and are arranged and mounted in a chevron shape with the center of the substrate as the top when viewed from the side as a whole.

このチップ部品は、REC(整流素子、ダイオードブリッジ)、トランジスタあるいは抵抗などである。   Further, a chip component 12e having a relatively high heat resistance and a small height is disposed on the upper surface of the circuit board 15. The chip component is a REC (rectifier element, diode bridge), transistor, resistor, or the like.

The input end of the high-frequency lighting circuit composed of these components is electrically connected to the terminal portion of the base 11 and the output end of the circuit is electrically connected to the electrode terminal 13a of the fluorescent lamp 13 by lead wires.

The circuit board 15 on which the circuit component 12 is mounted as described above is pushed from the opening of the base 11 so that a relatively large part disposed on the lower surface of the circuit board 15 is accommodated in the space 11a of the base 11, and further the circuit board. 15, the peripheral edge of the upper surface is fixed and supported by caulking means of convex portions 11c provided by processing the opening of the base 11 at four positions from the outside at equal intervals.

The fluorescent lamp 13 has three tubes having substantially the same shape arranged at predetermined positions, and is sequentially connected and connected by a communication tube to form one discharge path, which is positioned at both ends of the discharge path. And the electrode terminal 13a provided with the filament coil etc. is provided. The fluorescent lamp 13 is supported by a support member 16. Support member 16 which was without a shallow substantially bowl-like shape, is configured by a heat resistant synthetic resin such as polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), to form four supporting holes 16b on the upper surface of the support surface 16a The four end portions of the fluorescent lamp 13 that are long and arranged vertically are inserted into the support hole 16b, and each is fixed by applying an adhesive 16c to the periphery of the support hole 16b. The electrode terminals 13a at both ends of the fluorescent lamp 13 protrude below the support surface 16a.

Further, a ring-shaped attachment portion 16d is integrally formed on the edge portion of the support member 16 support surface 16a, a lower portion of the attachment portion 16d is fitted into the opening portion of the base 11, and a lower end is a convex portion formed on the base 11. The adhesive 16e is applied to the end of the opening of the base 11 and the lower part of the mounting portion 16d of the support member 16, thereby supporting the base 11 and the fluorescent lamp 13. The support member 16 is fixed.

Further, the globe 14 is made of transparent or light diffusing milky white or the like, and is formed of glass or a synthetic resin into a smooth curved surface having substantially the same shape as the glass bulb of a general incandescent bulb, and the edge of the lower opening. A fitting edge portion 14a that fits inside the upper end of the attachment portion 16d of the support member 16 is formed on the portion, and an adhesive 14b is applied to the end portion of the fitting edge portion 14a and the inside of the upper end of the attachment portion 16d. The globe 14 and the support member 16 are fixed.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.

First, the outline of the assembling method in the present embodiment will be described. The circuit board 15 on which the circuit component 12 is mounted has the base 11 so that a relatively large part arranged on the lower surface is accommodated in the space 11 a of the base 11. It pushes in from the opening part, and it is made to fix both with the frictional force.

Next, on the outer surface of the opening of the base 11, the portion located on the periphery of the upper surface of the circuit board 15 that has been pushed in is pushed with four punches from the outside at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the periphery of the upper surface of the circuit board 15 is The convex portion 11c is formed so as to be caulked and pressed.

The circuit board 15 is more securely fixed and supported in the opening of the base 11 by caulking means for processing the convex portion 11c.

At this time, the convex portion 11 c serves as a stopper that prevents the circuit board 15 from being pulled upward.

Further, the lower part of the attachment portion 16d of the support member 16 to which the fluorescent lamp 13 is attached in advance is fitted into the opening portion of the base 11, and the lower end thereof is placed on the convex portion 11c formed on the base 11, and the opening of the base 11 is opened. The adhesive 16e is applied to the entire periphery of the end of the unit and the entire periphery of the lower portion of the mounting portion 16d of the support member 16, and the support member 16 supporting the fluorescent lamp 13 and the base 11 are fixed.

Next, the lower fitting edge 14a of the globe 14 is fitted inside the upper end of the attachment portion 16d of the support member 16, and the entire inner periphery of the end of the fitting edge 14a and the upper end of the attachment portion 16d. The adhesive 14 b is applied to the glove 14 and the globe 14 and the support member 16 are fixed.

The bulb-type fluorescent lamp configured as described above is screwed into a socket of a lighting fixture and turned on to the lighting circuit, and the fluorescent lamp is lit to illuminate.

According to the above configuration, the base 11 itself is processed to form the convex portion 11c, and the circuit board 15 is fixed to and supported by the base 11 by the caulking means by the convex portion 11c, so that other separate parts are used. Without this, the circuit board can be securely attached to the base by a simple and inexpensive method.

In the present embodiment, the fluorescent lamp 13 as the light emitting means may be another discharge lamp or a light emitting diode, and may be an incandescent light bulb that is turned on by controlling the light emission amount, the light emission color, etc. .

The circuit for controlling the lighting may be a circuit constituting a control circuit for switching the light emission amount, the light emission color, etc., or a control circuit for automatically blinking.

The circuit component 12 may be mounted in a concentrated manner on one side of the circuit board 15.

The circuit board 15 may be further inside from the opening of the base 11, and it is not necessary that the circuit board 15 is completely accommodated in the base 11, and a part of the circuit board 15 is slightly opened from the opening of the base 11. It may be attached in a protruding state.

The circuit board 15 may have a semi-disc shape with a part of the disc cut out, or a polygonal shape such as a hexagon or an octagon.

You may make it provide the convex part 11c at equal intervals instead of four places at two places or three places.

Moreover, the convex part 11c is not limited to the convex part processed by the punch, and may be formed by cutting and raising the metal of the base 11 into a tongue piece shape by pressing, or may be constituted by another part.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, a second convex portion 11d serving as a stopper that prevents the circuit board from entering a predetermined dimension inward of the base is added, and convex portions are provided at two locations above and below to sandwich the substrate, You may make it fix and support two peripheral edges of the upper surface and lower surface of a circuit board.

As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), it is a thin plate-like elastic body 30 made of a metal material such as a spring steel plate, and a presser portion 30a comprising tongue-like cut-and-raised pieces on both sides of the upper edge portion. May be integrally formed by inclining downward and further, and a mounting portion 30b made of a cut and raised piece may be integrally formed at the center of the lower edge.

The elastic body 30 configured as described above is fixed to the inner surface of the opening of the base 11 at four locations in the circumferential direction at equal intervals by spot welding or the like, and tongue-shaped presser portions 30a and 30a and a mounting portion 30b. Is configured to protrude inward of the base 11.

According to the present embodiment, since the circuit components are housed in the base and the circuit board is attached to the base, further miniaturization is possible, and the lamp integrated that can be made closer to the silhouette of a general incandescent bulb A shaped lighting device can be provided.

Furthermore, since the circuit board is supported by processing the base after housing the circuit components in the base, the circuit board can be securely attached to the base by a simple and inexpensive method.

Next, a second embodiment of the lamp-integrated lighting device according to the present invention will be described.

FIG. 4A is a cross-sectional view showing a part of the second embodiment of the present invention cut away and partly cut away. FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional perspective view showing a modification of the adapter, which is a main part of the second embodiment, partially cut away and enlarged. FIG. 4C is a plan view showing an enlarged circuit board and a base of still another modified example. In each figure, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

In this embodiment, in place of the mounting means by the convex part for supporting the circuit board provided in the opening of the base in the first embodiment, the circuit board is supported and attached to the base using a spiral groove on the inner surface of the base. It is what I did.

4 (a), 4 (b), and 4 (c), 40 is an adapter for attaching the circuit board 15 to the spiral groove 11b of the base 11, and has flexibility such as synthetic rubber or synthetic resin, and A ring-shaped groove 40a is formed on the entire circumference of the inner surface of the ring, and the periphery of the disk-shaped circuit board 15 is fitted into the groove 40a.

The diameter dimension of the circuit board 15 having a disk shape is smaller than the inner diameter dimension of the base 11, the adapter 40 is fitted to the periphery of the circuit board 15, and the diameter dimension of the disk including the adapter 40 is determined by the circuit board. 15 is configured to be dimensioned so that it can be screwed into the spiral groove 11 b of the base 11 via the adapter 40.

Reference numeral 41 denotes a protrusion formed by a punch on the inner surface of the base 11 and serves as a stopper when the circuit board 15 is screwed into the spiral groove 11b.

In the assembly method according to the present embodiment, first, a relatively large component arranged on the lower surface of the circuit board 15 on which the circuit component 12 is mounted is inserted from the opening of the base 11 so that the relatively large part is accommodated in the space 11 a of the base 11. Then, the circuit board 15 is rotated using a jig or the like, the outer peripheral edge of the adapter 40 of the circuit board is screwed along the spiral groove 11b on the inner surface of the base 11, and the peripheral edge of the lower surface of the circuit board 15 is the upper end of the protrusion 41 serving as a stopper. Screw in until it hits.

At this time, since the adapter 40 is made of a flexible material, the adapter 40 is screwed so as to be pushed in while being rotated.

In this state, the circuit board 15 is securely supported and attached to the base 11 while being joined to the spiral groove 11 b of the base 11 using the flexibility of the adapter 40.

At this time, since the adapter 40 is formed of an electrical insulating material such as synthetic rubber or synthetic resin, electrical insulation between the base 11 and the wiring of the circuit board 15 and circuit components is performed.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4B, a male screw portion 42 that is screwed into the spiral groove 11 b of the base 11 may be formed on the outer peripheral edge portion of the adapter 40.

Further, the adapter 40 may be provided in a ring shape, and a plurality of strip-shaped adapters may be provided on the peripheral edge of the circuit board 15, without being provided on the entire periphery of the peripheral edge of the circuit board 15.

The diameter dimension of the circuit board 15 is formed such that the circuit board can be directly screwed into the spiral groove 11b of the base 11, and the peripheral edge of the circuit board 15 is directly screwed into the spiral groove 11b and supported without using an adapter. May be.

At this time, the wiring and circuit components are arranged avoiding the outer peripheral edge of the board so that the charging part such as the wiring of the circuit board 15 does not contact the inner surface of the base 11, or an electrical insulating material is coated on the outer peripheral edge of the board. Thus, it is preferable to prevent an electrical short circuit phenomenon. In addition, when the electrical insulating film described in FIG. 8B in the fifth embodiment described later is formed on the inner wall surface of the base 11, this insulating film has already achieved electrical insulation between the base 11 and the circuit board 15. Since it is configured, it is not necessary to perform special electrical insulation treatment on the circuit board 15, and electrical insulation between the base 11 and the circuit board 15 can be ensured reliably.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4C, even when the circuit board 15 is directly screwed into the spiral groove 11b, for example, when the circuit board 15 is not in a disc shape, for example, a semi-disc shape with a part of the disc cut out, When the shape is such that it cannot be supported, the ring-shaped adapter 40 may be fitted to the peripheral edge of the semicircular circuit board 15 and screwed into the spiral groove 11b via the adapter 40. .

Other configurations and operations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

According to the present embodiment, since the circuit board is attached using the spiral groove of the base, it is only necessary to screw the circuit board into the base without performing special processing, and in a simple and inexpensive manner, The circuit board can be securely attached to the base.

Next, a third embodiment of the lamp-integrated lighting device according to the present invention will be described.

FIG. 5A is a cross-sectional view showing a part of the third embodiment of the present invention cut away and partly cut away. FIG.5 (b) is a top view which expands and shows the circuit board which is the principal part of 3rd embodiment, and a nozzle | cap | die. FIG. 5C is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the third embodiment with a part cut away and a part cut away. FIG.5 (d) is a top view which expands and shows the circuit board and nozzle | cap | die in the modification of FIG.5 (c). In each figure, the same parts as those in the first or second embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

In this embodiment, in place of the mounting means by the convex part for supporting the circuit board provided in the opening of the base in the first embodiment, a protrusion is provided on the inner surface of the base, and a recess that engages with the protrusion is provided. It is provided on the circuit board, and the projecting part and the recessed part are engaged to attach the circuit board to the base.

5 (a) and 5 (b), reference numeral 50 denotes a projecting portion projecting inwardly into the circular opening of the base 11, with a part of the edge of the base 11 opening facing in the radial direction, It is formed by being pushed inward by a press or the like toward the inside of the base 11.

Further, a concave portion 51 corresponding to the protruding portion 50 and engaged with the protruding portion is formed on the peripheral portion of the circuit board 15. A portion corresponding to the bottom side of the recess 51 is formed with an inclined portion 52 that matches the inclination of the upper surface of the protruding portion 50.

The diameter dimension of the circuit board 15 is set to be substantially the same as the inner diameter dimension of the opening of the base 11 or the diameter dimension of the circuit board 15 is slightly increased.

In the assembling method in this embodiment, first, alignment is performed so that the concave portion 51 of the circuit board 15 and the protruding portion 50 of the base 11 face each other, and then the circuit board 15 on which the circuit component 12 is mounted is disposed on the lower surface thereof. The relatively large parts are pushed from the opening of the base 11 so as to be accommodated in the space 11a of the base 11, and both are fixed by the frictional force.

At this time, since the inclined portion 52 corresponding to the protruding portion 50 is formed in the concave portion 51 of the circuit board 15, the circuit board 15 does not enter the inside of the base 11 beyond the protruding portion 50.

In this state, the circuit board 15 is supported by frictional engagement with the inner surface of the base 11, and the rotation of the circuit board 15 is prevented from rotating in the horizontal direction by the engagement of the protrusion 50 and the recess 51. It is securely supported and attached so that it does not wobble or wobble.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5C and 5D, the protruding portion 50 of the base 11 has a second protruding portion with an interval about the plate thickness of the circuit board 15 on the lower side. 53, the recess 51 of the circuit board 15 is fitted in the upper protrusion 50, dropped onto the second protrusion 53 on the lower side, and the circuit board 15 is rotated a little so that the recess of the circuit board 15 is provided. The portion protruding from the recess that will be located adjacent to 51 is sandwiched in the gap between the upper and lower two protruding portions 50 and 53 so that the circuit board 15 does not move in the vertical direction. Good. In the case of this configuration, the inclined portion 52 of the recess 51 is not necessary.

Furthermore, the number of protrusions and recesses may be two or more instead of two. The protruding portion is not formed integrally with the base, but may be constituted by a separate part.

Other configurations and operations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

According to the present embodiment, the circuit board is attached by engaging the concave portion of the circuit board and the protruding portion of the base. Therefore, the operation of simply pushing the circuit board into the base, or the operation of slightly pushing and rotating the circuit board. The circuit board can be securely attached to the base by a simple and inexpensive method.

Next, a fourth embodiment of the lamp-integrated lighting device according to the present invention will be described.

FIG. 6A is a cross-sectional view showing a part of the fourth embodiment of the present invention cut away and partly cut away. FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the fourth embodiment with a part cut away and a part cut away. FIG. 6C is a cross-sectional view showing a further modification of the fourth embodiment with a part cut away and a part cut away. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a further modification of the fourth embodiment with a part cut away and a part cut away. In each figure, the same parts as those in the first to third embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals.

The present embodiment relates to a structure for attaching a glove and a base. As shown in FIG. 6A, the configuration further reduces the size of the fluorescent lamp 13 and reduces the outer shape of the glove 14, so The outer diameter of the opening, the diameter of the circuit board 15 having a disk shape, and the inner diameter of the base 11 are configured to be substantially the same (A dimension shown in FIG. 6A).

The assembly method in the present embodiment is as follows. First, the circuit board 15 on which the circuit component 12 is mounted is opened from the opening of the base 11 so that a relatively large part disposed on the lower surface of the circuit board 15 is accommodated in the space 11 a of the base 11. The circuit board 15 is fixed to the inner surface of the base 11 by the pressing force.

Next, the opening of the globe 14 is pushed in from the opening of the base 11 until it hits the upper surface of the peripheral edge of the circuit board 15 that has already been fixed, and the globe 14 is fixed to the inner surface of the base 11 by the frictional force.

At this time, a support member 16 that supports the fluorescent lamp 13 is attached to the opening of the globe 14 in advance.

Further, an adhesive 14 d is applied to the upper end of the opening of the base 11 assembled as described above and the outer surface of the globe 14.

In this state, the circuit board 15 is supported by frictional engagement with the inner surface of the base 11, and the globe 14 is securely supported and attached to the base 11.

According to this structure, compared with the support structure of the globe 14 in the first embodiment, the ring-shaped attachment portion 16d for attaching the fitting edge portion 14a of the globe 14 to the support member 16 is not necessary, and the support is supported. The structure of the member 16 is simplified. Furthermore, since the attachment portion 16d of the support member 16 is not required, the opening of the globe 14 can be directly attached to the inner surface of the base 11 without using a separate member, and the globe 14 and the base 11 are included. The height dimension of the entire bulb can be further reduced.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6B, a fitting edge 14e may be formed at the opening edge of the globe 14, and the circuit board 15 may be fitted into the fitting edge 14e. .

The assembly method in this case is as follows. First, the support member 16 that supports the fluorescent lamp 13 is fitted into the opening of the globe 14, and the periphery of the circuit board 15 is fitted into the fitting edge 14e of the opening of the globe 14. Then, a structure composed of the fluorescent lamp 13, the globe 14, the circuit component 12 and the circuit board 15 is assembled in advance, and the base 11 is arranged so that a relatively large part is accommodated in the space 11 a of the base 11. The opening of the globe 14 is pushed into the inner surface of the base 11, and the glove is fixed to the inner surface of the base by the friction force.

Further, the adhesive 14 f is applied to the upper end of the opening of the base 11 assembled as described above and the outer surface of the globe 14.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6C, the outer diameter of the opening below the globe 14, the diameter of the circuit board 15 having a disk shape, and the outer diameter of the base 11 are substantially the same (FIG. 6). (B dimension shown in (c)), the circuit board 15 is placed on the upper end of the opening of the base 11, and the lower end of the opening of the globe 14 is placed thereon, and stacked in a three-tiered state. Alternatively, the glove 14 may be attached to the base 11 by applying an adhesive 14 g to the outer periphery thereof.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, you may attach the white light emitting diode 71 to the support body 70 as a light emission means.

Other configurations and operations are the same as those in the first embodiment.

According to the present embodiment, since the circuit component is housed in the base and the circuit board is attached to the base, the cover member for supporting the circuit board to which the conventional circuit component is attached becomes unnecessary, and further miniaturization is achieved. It is possible to provide a lamp-integrated lighting device that can be made closer to the silhouette of a general incandescent light bulb, and the glove can be attached to the base with an adhesive or the like. The glove can be securely attached to the base. Furthermore, a light distribution characteristic approximating that of a general incandescent bulb can be obtained.

Next, a fifth embodiment of the lamp-integrated lighting device according to the present invention will be described.

FIG. 8A is a cross-sectional view showing a part of the fifth embodiment of the present invention cut away and partly cut away. FIG. 8B is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the fifth embodiment with a part cut away and a part cut away. In each figure, the same parts as those in the first to fourth embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals.

In this embodiment, an electrical insulating member is provided on the inner surface of the base so as to face circuit components.

In this type of lamp-integrated lighting device, as the circuit becomes more compact and the degree of mounting in the base becomes higher, the distance between the inner wall of the base and the charged part of the circuit becomes closer, and the circuit components move and tilt in the base due to vibration or the like There is a risk that an electrical short circuit may occur due to contact between the circuit component and the inner wall of the base.

In order to improve this problem, in the present embodiment, a cylindrical electrical insulating member is provided on the inner wall of the base so as to face the circuit components.

8A, reference numeral 80 denotes an electric insulating member, which is formed into a cylindrical shape from an electric insulating material such as synthetic resin or synthetic rubber, and the diameter of the outer shape of the cylinder is a protrusion formed at the opening of the base 11. The inner diameter of the portion 11c and the second convex portion 11d is substantially the same as the inner diameter or the diameter of the cylindrical outer shape is made slightly larger, and the cylindrical electric insulating member 80 is pushed from the opening of the base 11 and the upper end of the cylinder Is held by frictional force due to contact with the tip of the convex portion 11d, and both are securely supported and attached.

The electrical insulating member 80 is inserted into the base 11 and fixed before the circuit component 12 of the circuit board 15 is inserted into the base 11.

In the present embodiment, the outer surface of the cylindrical electrical insulating member 80 may be inserted so as to be in contact with or close to the inner wall surface of the base 11.

On the outer surface of the cylindrical electrical insulating member 80, a male screw that fits into the spiral groove 11 b formed by the female thread portion formed on the inner wall of the base 11 is integrally formed, and the cylindrical electrical insulating member 80 is formed in the inner wall spiral groove 11 b of the base 11. It may be fixed by screwing.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8B, the electrical insulating member 81 may be formed by coating the inner wall surface of the base with an electrical insulating material such as synthetic resin or synthetic rubber.

Furthermore, the electrical insulating member does not have to be provided on the entire inner wall surface of the base, and may be provided so as to face at least the circuit components housed in the base.

Other configurations and operations are the same as those in the first embodiment.

According to the present embodiment, since the electrical insulating member is provided on the inner surface of the base so as to face the circuit component, the circuit component and the inner wall of the base can be prevented from contacting each other so that an electrical short-circuit phenomenon does not occur. A highly reliable lamp-integrated lighting device can be provided.
