Claims (11)
- 呼吸機能の異常を非侵襲的に診断する装置であって、
空気を含む患者用呼吸チューブと、
前記チューブに結合された流量メータと、
前記チューブに結合された酸素メータと、
前記チューブに結合された二酸化炭素メータと、
前記流量メータ、前記酸素メータ、及び前記二酸化炭素メータに結合されたデータ処理ユニットと、を備え、
前記データ処理ユニットは、前記空気中又は前記チューブ中の酸素に対する二酸化炭素の割合を計算する手段を含む装置。 - さらに前記データ処理ユニットに結合されたディスプレイ・スクリーンを備えた請求項1記載の装置。
- さらに前記データ処理ユニットに結合された動脈パルス・オキシメータを備える請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- さらに前記チューブと流体的に連通しているアダプタを備え、前記アダプタは患者の酸素源と結合可能な入口弁と呼気を排出する出口弁を有する中空ボディーを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブは、本体と流体的に連通しているマウスピースを備えている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記チューブに結合された分光計を含み、
前記分光計は、前記データ処理ユニットに結合されている請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 呼吸機能の異常を非侵襲的に診断する装置であって、
患者が吸入し吐出する空気中の酸素と二酸化炭素の濃度を測定する手段と、
前記測定手段に結合された、二酸化炭素対酸素比を計算する手段と、
前記計算手段に結合された、前記比をプロットする手段と、
を備える装置。 - 呼吸機能の異常を非侵襲的に診断する装置であって、
空気を含む患者用呼吸チューブと、
前記チューブに結合された流量メータと、
前記チューブに結合された酸素メータと、
前記チューブに結合された窒素メータと、
前記流量メータ、前記酸素メータ、及び前記窒素メータに結合され、酸素と二酸化炭素の濃度を計算するようにプログラムされたデータ処理ユニットと、
を含み、
前記データ処理ユニットは、前記空気中又は前記チューブ中の酸素に対する二酸化炭素の割合を計算する手段を含む装置。 - 前記窒素メータが質量分析計である請求項8記載の装置。
- 呼吸機能の異常を非侵襲的に診断する装置であって、
空気を含む患者用呼吸チューブと、
前記チューブに結合された流量メータと、
前記チューブに結合された二酸化炭素メータと、
前記チューブに結合された窒素メータと、
前記流量メータ、前記二酸化炭素メータ、及び前記窒素メータに結合され、酸素と二酸化炭素の濃度を計算するようにプログラムされたデータ処理ユニットと、
を含み、
前記データ処理ユニットは、前記空気中又は前記チューブ中の酸素に対する二酸化炭素の割合を計算する手段を含む装置。 - 前記窒素メータが質量分析計である請求項10記載の装置。
